Welcome home to the Stanhope, a new design that features all the amenities you need in an efficient floorplan that fits the way you live. Enter through the large and inviting Foyer featuring a conveniently placed powder room. Graceful arches welcome you into the airy stair hall, accented with stepped square windows that give a sense of light as well as an architectural focus. Past a well-placed mud room area with a coat closet, elegant columns set off the formal Dining Room with an optional tray ceiling and 2’ extension, perfect for entertaining. To the left is a formal Living Room, or choose to make it a Study with double French doors. Another arch draws you into the Family Room, featuring an optional corner fireplace. The Family Room flows into the Dinette and is open to the Kitchen over a breakfast bar, the perfect place for informal gathering. The Kitchen has ample cabinet and counter space and a walk-in pantry. Add the Morning Room and optional gourmet island for even more space and convenience.
