Like many of you have no doubt discovered there is just not a lot out there in the way of good options for aging in place housing in the Frederick area. And what is available is either old or is not right for those of us looking for a “forever home” where we will be able to safely age-in-place. That’s why we were so happy to discover the Bloomfields 55+ community being developed by highly respected developer Natelli Communities. After doing some online research, driving through the area several times to check out the building sites for homes and the future community features, and a few initial phone calls with the good folks with the Bloomfields 55+ Single Family Homes group, we decided to take the leap. The Ryan Homes Team at Bloomfields has been outstanding to work with! Our sales representative, Rick Beaton, has been incredibly helpful and very accommodating during this process. We leaned heavily into his expertise which was immediately evident. From our initial walkthrough of the model home to the design phase and right on through the contract phase, and beyond, Rick has been great to work with. And our Mortgage Loan Officer, Olivia Imani McDonald, has also been fantastic. I can’t tell you how many questions we have tossed at this amazing young woman, and she is always prompt, proficient and patient with us. Thanks Olivia! I can’t express how excited we are to be joining the Bloomfields 55+ Ryan Homes community and we’re really looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and being a part of a brand-new community as the development progresses to completion in the coming years. This is our second purchase of a new construction Ryan Home. In June, 2020 we made settlement and received delivery of our new construction Lake Linganore Condominium located at 5733 Meadowood Street, Apt. 303 New Market, MD. 21774. We have enjoyed living here. We have decided to change our domicile residence. We have split the year between our South Florida home from December through May or into June, and then transition north to Maryland for the summer and fall. We have made the decision to move to Maryland as our primary and only residence. We recently visited your Cromwell55+ Community Villas. Maggie was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. A few days later on August 29, 2025 we visited your BLOOMFIELD’s 55+ Active Adult Single Family Homes. We met with Shayla Guest who is an exemplary representative and sales agent for your company. She spent about 2.5 hours showing us the various models and then speaking with us in her office. She was professional, informative, honest and a sweetheart. We thanked her and got on our way. On Sunday, afternoon, August 31, 2025 we went back to see Shayla at BLOOMFIELD’s after discussing our action plan and desire to purchase an Eden Cay Home, lot 21AP,. We went to contract and made a 5% deposit of the sale price. The lot is projected to break ground in February, 2026 with a settlement and delivery date of late May/early June, 2026. We are indeed very excited. We spent another 2.5-3 hours with Shayla that day. She was excellent at explaining and illustrating responses to all our questions. Subsequently, we met with Olivia McDonald Perry, a NVR LOAN OFFICER on Monday, September 8, 2025. She was terrific and very patient with my wife , Nina and I, as we are not computer whizzes and are pretty much computer dinosaurs including using our IPhones in the same regard. We also met with her for 3 hours, I believe causing her to be late for another appointment! However, she was very patient, professional, sincere, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She answered all our questions and explained each step of the loan process clearly and with excellent illustrations. Thank you for this opportunity to review your process up to this point of our journey! However, to be completely honest with you and your Ryan Home Team, the uploading of documents to the portal has been quite a problem for me, lacking the computer/I Phone literacy. I spent several hour last night attempting to upload my ‘Motivation Letter,’ many times unsuccessfully! I found this process to be very aggravating and frustrating to say the least. Therefore, I am informing you of my concern and inability in navigating your portal, in hope that your computer coders can make improvements for the non techs out there like me. My husband And I were just exploring options and decided to check out Ryan Himes villas in a new community near us called Bloomfield’s 55+. We didn’t know what to expect, but once we walked through the model and saw all the need and want list was met in this beautiful villa. The amenities are far exceeding my expectations with pool, 2 club houses, gym, various sports courts, walking paths, gardening area, play grounds for grand kids and community gathering areas. Another big draw is all landscaping and snow removal is taken care of for us. We are so looking forward to hoping the Bloomfield’s community.

Our purchase decision at Bloomfields rested pretty much on two factors, price and amenities. We're happy with the Villa options that we made and look forward to feeling part of a nicely planned +55 community. Senior Sales Rep, Wai-Ling Wang, was instrumental in our decision to buy. She was personable, patient, and professional and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. We appreciated her custom video to us following an initial inquiry. An added touch that made us feel welcomed even if we decided not to buy. Asif Khattak, our construction Project Manager reached out to us with a phone call to introduce himself. He let us know that he's available for our questions from now thru the entire build process. We did have some initial questions which he promptly responded to and in great detail. While searching the internet for new homes in the Frederick area, I came across the Ryan Home Villas. I was a not really looking for a 55+ community but the Ryan Home Villas at Bloomfields has so much to offer. The Villas have excellent floor plans and wonderful options available. The community has great amenities and the HOA fee covers a lot more than other communities offer. I was met by Lara who did a wonderful job explaining everything the community offers and answered all my questions regarding options and what the HOA covers. I highly recommend you take a look at the Villas at Bloomfields and ask for Lara. She is a fantastic representative for Ryan Homes and will certainly make you feel welcome with her warm smile as she welcomes you in.

What a great place to buy a home! My wife and I just finished our preconstruction meeting and have to commend the whole Westridge team on their attention to detail and outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing experience.
