My husband and I are both real estate agents, and we watched closely as my daughter and her family built their new home with Ryan Homes. We were so impressed with Lora and Nick throughout this process. Lora was informative and patient as she guided them through every step. She was organized and professional, yet so warm and friendly. She followed up persistently yet we never felt pressured. We went for the pre-construction meeting and met Nick, He was wonderful, and really helped all of us understand, step by step, what to expect during the build. He’s has kept my daughter informed and answered all of her questions. He really made us all feel like we were welcome to question anything. He was always confident with his answers and takes pride in his work. After the pre-drywall meeting, my husband and I started thinking, these homes are really well built, the on-site team is amazing, and the plan is so conducive to a maintenance free lifestyle, that we could picture ourselves building in this community as well. Last week we took the plunge and are now starting the process to build our new home with Ryan Homes. We’re very excited! We just recently signed the contract to build a home at Oakwood Heights. To date, the process has been exceptional. Lora is doing a fantastic job of keeping us updated and is informative and responsive. Stacy at NVR Mortgage has made the loan process as easy as possible. My wife and I happened to see the signs for Oakwood Heights and decided to take a ride to see the Model Homes. We took down the information and made the call for an appointment. We were lucky and got Lora on the other end of the call. Lora was professional and friendly! With her patience, Lora made every step in the process easy. She listened to our needs wants and wishes and made suggestions that she thought would work best for us. This was not a used car salesman sell. It was like talking to a friend over coffee. If Lora did not know the answer she was honest and said so, but she worked diligently to get us the information. She always responds to us in a timely manner.
