For years my family and I searched for a ranch, but they were all too small. After reviewing the online floor plan, I began to dream about the Starlite, a Craftsman one level with a finished basement at Ryan Homes at Heritage in Marshall. After an initial pricing with Mike Carlson, I sent an email to my daughter with a link to the Starlite model. She came in the next day, and Nick Newman was available. Nick listened and responded to all questions and concerns and gave us a great financial plan. Even after signing the contract, we had the help of a Syed Shahzeim, the loan officer, who calmly took us through the loan process. It took an amazing team to buy the Starlite. Within one week our dream became real.
