Everything you need meets everything you want in Ryan Homes’ Canterbury. Enter the spacious two-story Foyer and you’re greeted by a formal Dining Room to your right and a formal Living Room you your left. Choose optional columns to give an elegant feel. Not one for too much formality? Choose to make the Living Room an optional Study for a private-yet-accessible work-from-home option. But maybe what you really need is a first floor suite? The Canterbury offers that option too, with a bedroom and full bath directly off the Foyer. No matter which you choose, the Kitchen is a cook’s paradise and open to the large Dinette over a corner breakfast bar that defines the space while still keeping the open and airy plan. Or select the gourmet Kitchen and Morning Room, and have even more space for entertaining. A huge Family Room is highlighted by a covered porch or screened porch that brings the outdoors in. A small ante chamber separates the private living area and flows into the first-floor Owner’s Suite, complete with two walk-in closets and an optional tray ceiling.
