My Fiancé and I are first time home buyers. From the moment we toured the model homes to settlement day it has been a great experience. James was our sales rep we worked with and Rob S. was our project manager. Our whole experience was great! I had a lot of questions through out this and I would text Rob right away, he shortly after would give me a call to explain further in depth on what was going on and answering any questions i had. I never felt in the dark about anything and Rob always kept us up to date about everything and what was going on. We would visit our property just about every weekend to check the progress. If i had a problem or concern about anything I would bring it to Robs attention the following Monday. I can confidently say that 99.9% of the time Rob already had it on his radar and had something in place to get it fixed. At the end of this process we had our final walk through and we didnt like the way the carpet looked in the master bedroom. Rob had guys in the next day to get it fixed, after that he let us know he wasnt happy with the way it looked so he had them rip it all out and replace it. There was other small things that came up but rob made it a priority to get it fixed and update us on whatever the problem was. That is what makes him such a great PM. He really pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make the buyer happy. This has been one of the easiest processes we have done. I am very happy that we went with Ryan Homes and had the team we did to get us through it. We couldn't be more happy with our new home!

We had been looking for our next home for months without success. We needed change. That is when we decided to consider new construction as an option. We arrived at the Stonington Community by Ryan Homes. We were greeted by Charlie Enman whom since day one was our best and most valuable resource. He was always available to answer my endless list of questions and put at ease my concerns. He is very knowledgeble and patient. Charlie certainly goes above and beyond for his customers. Without failure Charlie would send us weekly pictures of our soon to be new home's progress room by room. Tim Longarce; the Project Manager would also message me weekly with a photo followed by an updated of what was done that week and what was expect to be accomplished during the following week. He also made an effort to accommodate my requests when possible. They definitely stayed on schedule. Thanks to Charlie and Tim we were able to see our home slowly come together. We recently closed on our new home built by Ryan Homes. We are very excited to start a new chapter in our lives away from the City where we spent the last 25+ years. What was once an empty lot and a number is now our new home. Thank you Charlie and Tim for being there for us along the way. Your professionalism and people skills are highly appreciated. You made our new home buying experience a very memorable one. We thank you for all your hard work and dedication. Anyone whom has the privilege to work with Charlie and Tim is definitely in good hands. We look forward to many happy years in our new home; Charlie and Tim were definitely part of the beginning of that chapter. Thank you very much. We wish you lots of success. Our homebuying experience with Ryan Homes has been absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything has been smooth and stress-free thanks to the incredible team.
