Creekridge is an excellent community by itself with beautiful houses. Ryan offers in this community landscaping in their included cost which is really nice and reduce one big headache of running after landscapers and the basic landscaping offered is quite decent with enough plants. My experience with Ryan has been great with both the salesperson Jon and the Builder Josh and his team who builds taking personal interest like building his own house. The quality of construction speaks for itself especially with the flooring supported by steel beams in all floors and absolutely no floor squeaks. An added advantage is the seamless closing with NVR mortgage with very efficient loan officers. The post sales customer service is excellent in my personal experience with Ryan homes especially in Columbia Station community compared to other builders in the area. The builder personnel follow up on new constructions and truly listen to us and voluntarily offer to help much before you could get any complaint which is really an amazing friendly customer support.
