I don't do reviews, however, the team at Terra Pines deserve some serious praise! I've been working closely with Allison & Angel who have been absolutley wonderful to work with as we went through the process of picking our lot (which we've had our eye on for over a year due to it's seclusion from the hustle and bustle that is becoming St Augustine), selecting all of the home options and ultimately getting financing through their in house lender. No matter the time or day, Allison & Angel have been super responsive and incredibly accommodating to not only me, but our large family. Our kids have even started to call Allison; Auntie, we've seen her so many times and have been greeted with smiles snacks and coloring books - thankfully we're under contract with all options and don't need to drive poor Allison crazy anymore. Allison's teammate Frank is also incredibly courteous, friendly and accommodating when we've dropped by to look at the model for various reasons. Between Allison, Angel, Frank and the manager Bridgette (Who is ON TOP of stuff) I don't have a single negative thing to say about them. Our home is scheduled to be completed in a few months, our meeting with the building managers have been pleasant and informative thus far, I hope the build process and craftsmanship is as wonderful as the sales and finance side has been. Once our build is complete, we'll be sure to update our review.
