This is my husband and I's first house and as you can imagine we were both very nervous about the process. We looked into several builders in the area and decided that Ryan was where we felt the most comfortable. The entire process from the very beginning to the end (writing this on our closing day) has been the most helpful, informative, and low pressure experience. For every question that I have had, I have been met with a timely response. We have both felt like we have been a part of the team throughout the last few months. I have appreciated my entire time here. At every step of construction our construction managers (Ken and Ellen) have sent us pictures and updates on the house. We have been able to meet up and see the inside of the house during stages of construction, and everyone has been so flexible with us and meeting us where we are. The mortgage company has been AMAZING at communicating with us making sure we were understanding what was required of us or what we needed to do.
