This place is awesome. All appliances included, sodded front yards, two car garages, smart thermostat, included 1 year of True Green, and the prices are affordable. Did I mention the homes are super efficient and extremely well built. Tom Mcbride, the project manager, is awesome. Super easy to work with, extremely resourceful and handles your every concern efficiently and effectively. This is actually the second house I have built with Tom and he always exceeds expectations.
