My parents have been contemplating downsizing for some time. They were excited when they saw the signs for the Villages at Forest Grove. They wanted to remain in the west suburbs, wanted less to maintain, do not like the traditional ranch houses of the 1960s, and were apprehensive about the process of building a house while theirs was being sold. Erin Stipetich has been awesome! She has made the process easy. She explains each step, and has been so responsive to my multiple questions and emails.The build begins in August and should be complete by November. I can't wait to get my parents into their new home!

Once we picked everything out and the build started, Doug and Taylor kept us updated on all the progress. We have now moved in and are loving it.
