Introduction
The Ryan Homes Owner Builder Program is an excellent opportunity for you to
build your home the old-fashioned way... yourself! By coordinating the
construction of your home, and by doing some of the actual work yourself,
you are able to realize a substantial savings compared to having a home
built or buying a used home. If you own a lot or plan on purchasing a
lot within a reasonable distance from our Pittsburgh operation, this program
is for you!
You, however are not alone in this endeavor. We, at Ryan Homes, have created this program with all the necessary ingredients. We act as your personal building consultant through the home building process.
First, we will meet with you, analyze your needs and desires, then together we estimate approximate costs for completion of your home. We will supply you with the necessary prints and documents, along with a "How To" Manual that gives you helpful hints. Also, a list of quality subcontractors is supplied for your convenience. A building seminar will be conducted prior to beginning construction of your home.
This will assist in giving you a working knowledge of scheduling, pre-construction duties, and obtaining bids from subcontractors.
As always, Ryan Homes has several creative financial programs for your home project. We can help you finance as much as 100% of your home and building site.
