To become ENERGY STAR Certified, a home must meet strict efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. EPA and be independently reviewed by a third-party professional. ENERGY STAR Certified homes are quieter, save you money on utility bills, and reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. Our commitment to protecting the environment and reducing your energy consumption (and costs) has helped make NVR, Inc., our parent firm, an ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year award winner for 2011 and 2012.

At Ryan Homes, certifying that a new home is ENERGY STAR Certified isn’t enough. We go even further to show you, up front, just how much you can save each month on your utility bills in a new Ryan home compared with other new and resale homes. Every home we sell is tested by an independent energy rater and receives a specific HERS (Home Energy Rating System) score. Learn more about HERS.
