From the first day of meeting with Jackie who is the Sales and Marketing Representative at the Ryan model home in The Park subdivision she was friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and attentive. She listened to everything I wanted in a home and we got right to work. It just so happened that Patrick (Division Manager)was there that day and then he just came over and continued the same gestures that Jackie showed and made sure I understood the process which made me feel like they REALLY cared. My husband and I recently built a home with Ryan Homes. With all honesty the building process went really smooth and we are pleased with the quality. Jackie Jackson (who we met at the model home) was great to work with. If she had any questions or if we had any questions she was only a call or text away. During the building process she would send pictures as updates and walked us through the process of working with the bank, project manager, etc. The project manager, Justin, was also a pleasure to work with. He explained the home building process as best he could and remained in contact with us throughout the whole process. He actually (along with the bank) were able to push our closing date sooner. He and Jackie were a good example of how an efficient team works because I would either hear from one of them for updates. Very pleased overall with my new home. :)
