We researched homes for sale in Delaware online. A friend mentioned Pelican Point and I fell in love with the houses on their site. We scheduled a phone conversation with a sales person and he answered every question we had. We made an on-site appointment to meet with Aaron E. and the houses looked better in person. We put a deposit on the Bramante two story that day. Aaron has been so helpful in every aspect of the purchase and then some. We applied for a mortgage and Melissa Justice with the company has been extremely helpful. Construction on our new home starts soon and we are so excited. It has been a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Ryan Homes, and Pelican Point in particular. Beautiful homes, amazing amenities! We can’t wait to re-locate!!

I had been anticipating relocating to Delaware for awhile. I was recommended to look at this beautiful Ryan Community at Pelican Point. I fell in love with Cumberland model but the clincher to the deal was the sales rep., LISA. Every time I met with LISA, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me with all the many decisions that had to be made. I sent her many emails with question after question and always received an answer promptly. She was available to help me in every possible way. Nothing was ever a problem for her. She has made this such a positive experience. I would strongly recommend if you are considering moving to this beautiful community, ask for LISA. She is the absolute BEST! I am looking forward to settlement in June.
