When searching for our forever home we were amazed by the beautiful community of Arden. My wife and I, researched and did our due diligence, spending countless hours, reviewing all the builders and floor plans and decided on the Ryan Homes Sandalwood Model, because we loved the layout and the flow of the design of the house. But finding the right house is just part of the equation, the builder, the salesperson, the team, the experience and the trust was a big deciding factor for us. The relationship we established with our Salesperson Anne Foster sealed the deal for us. Anne Foster took the time to know what style of house we were looking for. She paid great attention to detail, she "listened" and knew what our tastes were. She knew everything we wanted and worked very hard to make us happy. Unlike other builders that don't care what you want and constantly show you a house that doesn't meet your desires, Anne Foster listened, gave us advise on the different options, gave us her opinion on where to place emphasis with regard to build costs, Anne treated us like family. Anne Foster was more interested in us getting everything right to our liking versus just selling us a house we were not happy with. Anne Foster is very detail oriented, punctual, informed, aware, professional, and loving. The entire process has been a great experience. We're now in the build out phase of our home and I'm extremely impressed with the Ryan Homes team. Our project manager Grant Nash keeps us informed with weekly updates on the status of our house, sending us pictures, keeping us informed on inspections, and next steps. I've never seen this where a builder actually keeps you informed. With other builders you have to fish for the information and if you call more then once they get annoyed and treat you like if your not important. The quality of construction, the detail placed on everything is very impressive. If your looking to move to Arden, from sales, to financing to the quality of construction look no further than Anne Foster and the Ryan Homes Team because they do a outstanding job, treat you with respect and remove the stress from buying your new construction home. We began working with Ryan Homes to buy a new home in the Arden community in Wellington this past April. We have had the privilege of working with Anne Foster (sales representative) from the beginning and she has been nothing but the best. She responds to any questions immediately and handled every request with excellence. This is our first time building a home and she has gone above and beyond to empower us with Information every step of the way. She is honest and open and just a wonderful representative of Ryan Homes. Update! We are in the building stage and thought I would share my review on construction with Ryan homes. We were very lucky to be assigned to Jordan and his crew. This was an expensive purchase for us so watching Ryan homes build our house has been amazing. Building in any case is stressful but with our crew we could ask them any question and we were given answers. Anytime you can ask to see the progress of the house and they will give you a tour. There has been one time where we had a major concern and to our surprise by the second meeting they corrected the issue! It was like magic. I would say right now our house is 75% complete and the workmanship has been amazing. My biggest advise it to give Ryan home the chance to prove their worth. Ask the questions and express your concerns because they are hear to answer any questions and take care of all concerns. This has been a wonderful experience and I would recommend Ryan homes to friends and family. Our story began as the thought of one day moving from Ohio to Palm beach. My wife and I searched for a perfect neighborhood. Our search ended when we found a little piece of heaven when we drove into Arden. We literally felt like we were in Ohio with green fields but in Florida. What more can you ask for? It is beautifully maintained filled with beautiful families. To finish off our search we found Anne Foster with Ryan homes. She welcomed us in the model home like we were meant to be there. We bought our first construction house with Anne. She is very honest and thorough. She made every step easy and listen to every concern. She went out of her way to go to each lot and take pictures to make sure we picked the perfect lot since we were communicating from Ohio. Thank you again Anne for all that you do for future home owners. We can't wait to be part of the Arden Family.

Arden & Ryan homes has been the best thing ever! The best part of the process has been Rebecca S, the sales agent. She has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered. We can’t wait to move in and enjoy Arden in its entirety. The process has been smooth so far. I will provide some updates as we make progress with the building of our home.
