Two Rivers

We had been casually house hunting for several months. We visited Two Rivers three times and LOVED it. The location, the all-age community, the club house & amenities and the variety of home packages was very appealing. During our third visit, our experience with Kim Ewing and Ryan Homes is what "sold" us on making our purchase. Kim was knowledge, friendly and extremely helpful.....so much so that on the day we purchased our home, we did not know we were going to purchase. We were just coming for yet another visit. However, Kim was just that good! We knew what we wanted. We knew we loved Two Rivers. Kim just helped us make a final decision on our dream home sooner than expected. Two Rivers, Ryan Homes, and Kim Ewing was a dream team and we'd do it all over again!

My family and I are so excited to be purchasing our home, from Ryan Homes at Two Rivers-All Ages Single Family Homes. We are purchasing a Hudson 3-car garage model, and the home gives us all the living spaces we need for our family of three, as well as the extra space should any of our aging parents need to come live with us. But...besides the home being everything we want and more, EVERYONE we have come into contact with at Ryan Homes, has been a pleasure to work with. Our Sales Rep, Jessica Ott is a dream. She is professional, friendly, and so accommodating, with all our questions and changes. We could not have asked for a better sales person to help guide us through our home buying journey. Our NVR Mortgage team of Eric Layton, Loan Officer, and Elizabeth Burgos, Loan Processor, have also been wonderful to work with. We're now looking forward to working closely with our Project Manager, Joe Perry, now that construction is to begin on our home. We met Joe for our preconstruction meeting, and he was awesome! He took the time to explain the construction process to us, and to review all of our selections. Ryan Homes makes you feel like part of the family, and like we're buying our home from friends.
