Building a home in McConnell Trails was a breeze. From the day I had my first meeting with Angie, she was nothing but helpful. She was very responsive to my constant questions and concerns. I got more and more excited after each meeting with her. She worked with me to pick out the best home for my family. Her excitement and enthusiasm made my decision to build here easy; I felt like I was working with family. Our project manager Eric was the same. Even before our home started being built he was there to answer any questions I had. Throughout the building process he answered texts and calls instantly to address any concerns or questions I had. This is our second time building with Ryan Homes. Going from a townhouse build to a single family was quite a bit different, but Justin Leach made the selection process easy. Our favorite part of the sale process was how responsive Justin was to our emails and texts. It was that expedited customer service that allowed us to secure our lot before the rush. Working through the options list Justin provided a lot of good guidance. We were pretty well prepared going into the process, but all of our questions were answered clearly and direct. We appreciated the ease of the buying process and are excited to move into construction!

The Montour trail runs through the neighboorhood which is very unique. We were off to a slow start due to Covid delays, but have ramped back up.
