Cory Robinson made our decision to buy and build a home with Ryan Homes a simple and easy one. He made selection process enjoyable and stress free. His passion for his work comes through when you speak with him. Austin Davis’ financial guidance was helpful and convenient. We are excited to work with the Ryan Homes team and see are new home come to fruition.

My wife and I are building a new home and chose to have it completed with Ryan Homes for multiple reasons. We have tried a few different builders, but none have amounted to the fun and exciting experience that we have had so far with Philip Austin. He has taken the burden of what can be daunting and nerve racking and turned it into something that is going to be a wonderful memory. We appreciate everything and are beyond excited to have our forever home built to our specifications and more!

After a month of searching neighborhoods and home builders, we stumbled across Ryan Homes at Noelting Estates. From our first meeting, Philip Austin was informative and patient. He really listened to what our family needed in a house and made honest suggestions about how to get us just that! He really took the time to get to know our wants and needs and helped make it happen while staying budget conscious for us. He has driven across all of the Indianapolis area to show us model homes in different neighborhoods to ensure we were choosing the floorplan that worked best for us. His communication is timely and friendly as he answers all of my texts and questions whenever they arise. We looked into other builders, and even though we haven’t even broken ground yet, we know based on our new friendship with Philip that Ryan Homes was the right choice! We are excited to keep this process rolling and move into our dream house in the spring.

My husband and I decided we need to downsize. We thought about since the fall and decided to sell our home. We love the area we are currently in and decided to drive around after looking up new home builds and my husband saw Noelting Estates. We went to look at Noelting Estates for the first time and immediately loved the homes. After the first day we decided to make an appt with Corey the sales manager. He scheduled our visit and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Not only choosing a Ryan home But, Corey, has to be the most pleasant, professional who was also personal by making us feel like we were not pressured all the while explaining the options we had and making suggestions that really helped us while making the decision to build with Ryan homes. He is so friendly and personal that our decision to come to Ryan Homes was the absolute best decision we made. We are extremely happy and we are still in the area that we desired to stay.
