We had the pleasure to working with Nathan Silva. Nathan made the process so easy to understand and answered any and every questions we had through out. He went above and beyond when it come to following up and made sure we were all taken care off. Community is outstanding and this is only phase 1. I can’t imagine what it will look like once it’s fully developed. Highly recommend Nathan and Paddock Point Community.

I am so excited for our move in date. We purchased our first home in this lovely community. Nathan Silva was our sales representative. For us being first time homebuyers, he made the process so easy. He provided us with so much useful information and made our home buying process comfortable. He was there for us every step of the way and we are so grateful for his services. All of the Ryan Homes sales representatives were very helpful as well. Even the project managers. We cannot wait to get settled in and enjoy our new home.

Lori, in Sales, was our initial point of contact; Lori was extremely hospitable, patient and clearly explained all of our options. We purchased our home the first day we saw it, and on our first day of true home searching in person. Thank you, Lori! Next, we were recommended to use NVR's mortgage team; what a fantastic recommendation this was as Garrett and Kathryn were excellent. Garrett and Kathryn were extremely professional, kind, and thorough in their explanations. As first time home-buyers, it can be daunting to go through the loan process but Garrett and Lori made the process seamless. Thank you! Finally, throughout the home building process, we worked with Joe Oberle as our Project Manager. Joe called us within 1 week of purchasing our home with Lori, discussed all of the home details and custom selections with us and continued to send us updates and progress weekly. Another true professional who was, again, kind and thorough.
