Martinsburg Lakes Townhomes

So far me and my wife are in the process of buying a townhome at the Martinsburg lake location. So far the experience has been great! The neighborhood is going to look very nice once it’s all done and ready. Two nice man made lakes, huge park, pavilions, and just a overall nice area. The town homes are very nice with a lot of space (if you have a smaller family). The sales reps have been helpful so far in the process, so has the loan officer. Having your own garage, drive way, and then 3 levels to live in with a finished basement (man cave) also your huge opened spaced main level with a half bath (optional). There’s a lot of closet space between the 3 bedrooms up on the third level. Overall we are very excited to buy there! Once we get moved in we will be able to go more into depth about living there. As I said though, so far everything has been good! IF you’re looking to become a first time home buyer, start here!

I am currently waiting on my home to have the finishing touches put on it and settlement in just a few short weeks but I wanted to start this now and then finish it in a few months after I've been in the home for a while. I was greeted by Denice when I first visited the model home and she has been my contact since that point. She was very friendly and professional in our initial meetings. She walked me through all of the options that would be available for a possible new home and their associated costs. I spent a few hours in the office but none of it was wasted time at all. We worked through each piece and then started the process of getting the initial paperwork for the mortgage started. Once I left that first day I was confident in my decision but expected to kind of be treated like just another customer but much to my surprise I was not. Both my sales rep (Denice) and the project manage (Brian) were unbelievably responsive any time I had a question. I got pictures every time we hit a major milestone in the construction and if I had something I didn't understand I rarely waited more than 24 hours for a response even when they were not in the office. As a single parent I have a lot of responsibilities between work, fathering and keeping my household running so I value my time and I genuinely felt like the staff I have interacted with from Ryan Home value my time too. The walk through I have had with the house was very thorough and all of my questions were answered by the project manager. As I said I will add to this for the home itself but everything up to this point has been truly amazing. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't at least talk to them if you are looking for a new build home.
