We signed to build in this development in August. We’ve been working with Greg, who we’ve found to be incredibly knowledgeable & professional. At one point, we had inquired about a spec home, & he went above & beyond to try to make the spec home work for us. Ultimately, we decided against the spec home & to build on a different lot. We hit a bump early on, where our start date got pushed back a full month, which, of course we aren’t happy about, but found Greg’s customer service to be top notch when addressing our concerns. We have not yet broken ground, so I can’t at this point comment on the actual building process, but will continue to update my review throughout the process.
