Fell in love with Chapel Grove, thanks goes to June Dunham for really setting the tone. We found Ryan homes on line and made the call to Lauren Fox. We live in California and she was awesome. She went out to the lot we were interested in. She walked every inch of the lot while on a FaceTime call with us. Her professionalism and willingness to go out of her way helped us make our decision While on the phone we bought the house. We finally got to come out and she spent the time needed to get us thru all the options. Then drove over to our model so we could see it. We can’t wait to move in. We already told her we were going to have her over. Shannon was also very nice helpful. The Ryan team at Chapel Grove is awesome. If we could we would give them 10 stars. Because Lauren helped us so much we brought her flowers and brought chocolates from California.
