My wife and I made an appointment, we were contacted the same day via email, and Marshall Johnson contacted me via SMS/Telephone the next day. Marshall Johnson has been amazing. He gave us an amazing tour of a model home, walked us through the application process, and has been extremely supportive in every way imaginable; there couldn’t be better sales rep! The model home was beautifully decorated, there were tons of upgrades and additions to add to home - and most importantly, everything is set at an affordable price! The Freeman’s choose Ryan! P.S - Marshall will be invited to our housewarming!

All I can say is WOW!! Melissa Looney was incredible and so were the homes!!! My boyfriend and I were literally just looking because we were watching the homes being built, so we decided to go check out the model. This was all during COVID-19 and we had an instant connection with Melissa! We spoke on the phone the night before we went in and she was so easy to talk to and just made us feel so comfortable. We set up an appointment to go see the model the next day! Melissa was AMAZING!! We all had our gloves and masks on, but it was still just so easy to fall in love with the house and Melissa! 1) The homes in the Community will be subject to a Financial Agreement with the Township of Pennsauken pursuant to the provisions of Long Term Tax Exemption Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 et seq.
