Excellent from start to finish. Me and my wife were on the fence about building a new home when we came across this development. We met with Theresa and she was extremely professional. There was no pushy sales tactics and at no point did I feel like she was trying to suck me out of my money. We decided on a home and a lot and were moved into the mortgage phase where Emily was also just as professional and helped you understand what you were getting, and what was happening. After the construction started our project manager Brian walked us through every step of the process and gave us updates constantly. He was extremely willing to work with me for any questions or requests I had and always returned my calls quickly. I had pre-drywall and final inspections I paid for myself and they coordinated their times with Brian and passed on any minor concerns they found. Even after closing Brian has been much more than receptive when it came to any small issues in the house and has gone out of his way to help. We love our home and would recommend Ryan Homes to anyone looking to build in the area!

We have been so impressed and pleased with service we've received from Teresa and Sally at the Union Station development. They have always been quick to reply to emails, and have guided us through thr purchase and pre-approval process so well. We first met Teresa about 3 years ago when we first started looking to build, and after looking in to building with other contractors, we have come full circle back to Ryan Homes. The new phase has some incredible plots and house design options, so making our dream house was easy to do. We can't wait to break ground and see our house come to life. We highly recommend Ryan Homes, they've been nothing short of wonderful.
