We purchased a lot and one of the homes being built at Maplecrest. We toured the models in mid-July with no intention of buying. We just wanted to see what they were like. When we walked into the models we were blown away By the sense of space, the feeling of the outdoors being brought inside and the wonderful layout of the floor plan. We were amazed by the amount of room — we were expecting somewhat cramped quarters. Not so! This place has more square footage then our preset home! Downsizing we are NOT! We spoke with Jessica, what a delight! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of our questions and made note of the ones she could not answer promising to get back to us. She did so promptly. Still not ready to commit to moving, we returned home to think. We called back the next day and made an appointment to ask more questions. By the end of that night we had decided to make the leap. We’ve had several meetings with Jessica and Giuseppe, and they are wonderful to work with. Jessica never pressured or rushed us, was extremely patient and beyond competent. She made excellent suggestions and gave good advice. Giuseppe was equally so. We are excited and know we will love our new home!
