We moved into Ocean Meadows is in July 2022 and couldn't be more happy with our choice! The community is the perfect size with 130 homes at completion. It has been very easy to meet people and best of all EVERYONE we've met is super kind and friendly. The pool and clubhouse provide so many opportunities to interact with neighbors. Some informal, some planned. Halloween Party, Ornament Exchange, Christmas Caroling and even a Crawl and Cookie evening to name a few.We are thrilled with our Esquire model and it has met our needs perfectly! We especially love the beautiful light that comes in our many large windows. Everyone who comes into our home absolutely loves it! We have only been here a short time but it already feels like home!

Our home in Ocean Meadows will be complete around Christmas 2022. We have been very pleased with the entire process. Since we first started looking in May, Yagmur has been extremely patient and accommodating. She always made time to answer all of our questions and show us all possible model and design options as we made our final decisions. The construction process has been seamless. We can't believe how quick its moving. Jon has been great about sending weekly updates and pictures. We are so excited to move into our first home :)

Obviously I've not moved into the community as yet, however, it's a super location and I love that it's a small community featuring a 'farmhouse style'. My experience here has been greatly influenced by the exceptional services of Yagmur Karaman and Meghan Boyd-Shockley. As a tag-team of an outstanding sales person and finance whiz they have been so kind, flexible in attending to my various requests and with their time. This is one dynamic duo. Ocean Meadows is a wonderful community and our family cannot wait to move in. The first time we drove through Ocean Meadows, we met some of the residents. They were so friendly and welcoming. After speaking with some of the residents and touring the community, we absolutely fell in love with it. It is just the right size community, not too big, but not too small. I haven't even mentioned sales rep Yagmur, who is absolutely amazing and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. From the initial online meeting, to the in-person tour of the model home, to signing a contract; Yagmur was very attentive and helpful. If we had questions, she would get right back to us or find the answer and get back to us soon after. Ryan Homes is lucky to have her working for them, because you can tell she really cares about her clients and has passion for what she does. We are scheduled to close in June 2023 and are looking forward to making memories in Ocean Meadows! We hope the construction process will be just as seamless and I will update this review as we navigate through it!
