All of your everyday conveniences, from Target and Wegmans to Lowes and Starbucks, are at Centerton Square and Hartford Corner. These shopping centers are both less than 4 miles from home. If you’re looking for something a little more charming, head to Main Street Moorestown for some boutiques and local restaurants, 3.5 miles from home.

If golf is one of your favorite pastimes, you’re in luck! Practice your swing at the upscale driving range, Top Golf, in Mount Laurel, and then tee off with new neighbors at nearby Laurel Creek Country Club. Both are less than 5 miles from home.

(1) The market rate homes in Foxtail Creek are eligible for a tax exemption pursuant to the Five-Year Exemption and Abatement Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:21-1 et seq. (“Exemption Law”), wherein the Township of Delran provides a tax exemption from the payment of full real estate taxes for a limited time associated with the value of the improvements for the market rate homes in the community. The amount of the exemption from taxes for these improvements is phased out over a five-year period. There is no exemption from taxes attributable to the value of the land associated with the market rate homes. After the five-year period, full real estate taxes will be assessed on the improvements and real property as required by New Jersey law. The condominium units in the community that are designated for low and moderate income households as defined by New Jersey law are not eligible for any tax exemption. The exact terms of any such tax exemption are set forth in an agreement with the Township of Delran (“Tax Abatement Agreement”). A copy of the Tax Abatement Agreement can be obtained for review from the sales office. Individuals are advised to consult with his or her own legal and financial advisors concerning the provisions of the agreement and the Exemption Law, and to determine the specific benefits to which a purchaser may be entitled under the law. (2) Photography of models intended to be available in the community. The options/model in these photos are substantially similar to the options/model types intended to be available in the advertised community, once constructed. The purpose of this advertisement is to solicit non-binding reservation reservations. A non-binding reservation is not a contract and may be cancelled by a prospective purchaser at any time, without cause. Any deposit money paid to the developer shall be refunded to the prospective purchaser upon request and cancellation of the non-binding reservation. This community is located in Delran Township and has a Moorestown mailing address.
