My Ryan’s Woodberry Home Experience The four-star team~ Ryan’s Home starting players are James Potter, Bill Bishop, Derek Short and Verna Vastardis the best team ever. I must say I am very grateful for having you all as a crew and THANK YOU, THANK YOU so much for a wonderful customer experience. James my salesperson provided information about the various floor plans, features, pricing and engaged the initial stages of the process. He saw that i already did my homework and knew what i wanted. He provided the house details. Bill was the Project Manager, who oversaw the construction to completion of my new home and ensured the home was built according to the agreed -upon specification. He never left me hanging even after the home was finished.. He's always available to answer those simple questions or he points me to the right persons for answer if he wasn't sure. Derek my loan officer, assisted in securing my mortgage loan. He really had his work cut out as i was already VA approved with my credit union. He remained steadfast, as he helped me choose the right loan program and guided me through the application process. His communication was excellent, he made sure I completely understood the terms and conditions. Verna my loan closer, she facilitated the closing process which took all the stress off me. She worked with the title company, attorneys, and other parties to ensure all the necessary documents were properly prepared. Any oversight she found she corrected on the spot and in a timely manner making the closing rather smoothly. For all of the above efforts, I am very Thankful. Ernest
