They were organized from the day they presented the community to their VIP list up to the time the house is turned over to the buyer. This review will address Ryan Homes Customer Service from sales through construction closeout. I've lived in the MD/DC area for years and have followed Ryan Homes over those years. I've walked through Ryan's models, spoken with their Sales and Construction staff and can attest to their improvement in Customer Service, Quality and Construction processes. My wife and I are Empty Nesters and decided to downsize from a Single Family Home to a Townhouse. During our search we happened upon Patuxent Greens in Laurel, MD and determined that the Townhomes there would be the perfect home choice for size, location, community amenities and price. At Patuxent Greens I believe Ryan Homes managed to assemble their "A" Team with J. Claggett, K. Halleran and Nick Martin. While Janice handled sales/home selection/options etc. and Ken worked with us on financing it is Mr. Nick Martin that did the heavy lifting required to build the perfect home for us. Nick and I spoke and shared e-mails often. We reviewed drawing details and made certain that all home features and options were provided and installed per plan and in a workmanship like manner. As a young PM Nick impressed me as a conscientious and detailed oriented Professional. We participated in several walk throughs, including Pre-Drywall and Pre-Closing, for which I had my own Home Inspector perform independent inspections and written reports. I am confident that based upon my own construction experience and the evaluation of my Independent Inspector, I have a solid build and Ryan Homes construction team under Nick Martin produced a top-notch product for which I'm proud to be an owner.
