If you’re looking for a small community, with space, amazing sunsets and super bright stars WITH a quality built home - this is the place to be. Throughout our process we would visit our lot and dream about the day we would be finally moving in. Picking our options with Sarah and getting her opinion was delightful. She was quick to answer questions and provide anything she could during the process. Once our house broke ground, our PM took over and kept in constant communication with us. If we had a concern, he would check into it and then follow up. We came down to the wire for closing due to some hiccups but they made it happen. Today I’m sitting in my beautiful family room, in awe that I helped design the esthetics of my home while looking out onto this beautiful tree filled conservation area. We have privileges to Brookside’s community amenities but we have the quiet country feel too. This is the place to be!
