I was really nervous and skeptical about this process starting off. After meeting with Kathleen Larkin at Ryan Homes, all of my stress went away. My experience with Ryan Homes so far has been awesome. Kathleen and the entire Zephyrhills team, as well as the team in Land O Lakes, have been very straightforward and accommodating when wanting to look at models or answering any of the several questions I’ve had. My experience with NVR has also been great. Juan Enriquez has gone above and beyond to answer my questions and let me know exactly what is needed of me to keep this process moving. I’m looking forward to watching my dream home become a reality. A big thank you to Ryan Homes and NVR for making what can be a stressful experience a fun and fulfilling one. *** Update 1/11/2024 *** I wanted to circle back now that we have closed on our home to give a review of the entire process. We broke ground on our new home in October. At our pre-construction meeting, we met our project manager, Kevin Kline. Kevin was awesome to work with. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed on what was being worked on and provided us with pictures through the Photo Circle app. At least once a week, he provided us with pictures so we could see the progress as it was happening. He also let us know what the next steps were. His answers to my questions were thorough, and he always responded very quickly. We hired a private inspector for both our pre-drywall and final inspections. After both inspections, he made comments about how impressed he was with the work. I highly recommend Ryan Homes. From start to finish, I only encountered quality work that was backed up by professionalism by the staff.

Jared, Brandon, and Mona were excellent, addressing our items post-closing, and we are really enjoying the home and the community. From visit, to purchase, to post-close, this trio is awesome; A+++.

This is our first time purchasing a home. Our experience with Ryan Homes has been nothing short of amazing. Signed in May 2023 and delivered in Dec 2023, ours is in Cypress Preserve at Land O Lakes. Brett Birnbaum (Construction Project Manager) and Jeanne Gibson (Sales Representative) made the process seamless. Brett answered all of our questions and went above and beyond every step along the way, we’re so grateful! Throughout the construction process, he sent out weekly updates, what happened so far and the plan for the following week. Brett is a skilled professional, an excellent communicator, a good listener, remains cool under pressure, a good decision maker as well as is flexible. Ryan Homes has truly made our dreams come true and a BIG Thank you to Brett, Jeanne, and the team at NVR for their support.

Mona Cruz She is passionate, amazing, caring, and patient. You can truly see that she loves what she does, she is super knowledgeable, and she walks you through the whole process. Mona goes above and beyond. Mona is one of a kind, she is a true definition of someone who cares, I have a special needs son Erick Jr, and she made him feel part of this huge process, Mona made what could have been a stressful process into an amazing experience. Mona has won 🥇our hearts and is truly part of our family now 🥰. I would 1000% recommend friends and family to her. Mona and her team of experts made my whole family feel welcomed, Ryan Homes at Chapel Creek by far has given us the best experience ever.

I had a fantastic experience with Ryan Homes as a first-time new construction buyer. Their seamless process, from selecting interior options to financing, made everything easy. Ryan Homes by far gave me the best bang for my budget. Juan's dedication to guiding me through the loan process was exceptional. He patiently answered all my questions and always made time for me. Brandon, my project manager, was also phenomenal. Despite me being out of state, he kept me updated with regular photo uploads and detailed status updates on my property.
