The whole experience from finding a lot to choosing house styles, colors, fixtures and appliances was a smooth experience. Our salesman (Mike Collin’s) made the purchase enjoyable. He has a great scene of humor, and his knowledge of what he sales. I would recommend him to any of my closest friends. Because of my experience with him I give 5 stars! Also we were his first sale!!

We met Alana Buzby at the sales office and were surprised at how affordable the new homes were. Alana was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She is informative, attentive to our needs way above what is called for in her job. She has taken care of all our requests, in a timely and professional manner at all times! We could not be happier!! Then there is Alana Buzby, in sales, she is also a Saint! We love her and enjoyed working with her so very much. She also attending to our needs and requests! We cannot wait for her to come back to New Kent! On the loan side, Janice De Leon is a delight and she also tended to our needs and requests! We also love her! We can be long term friends with all 3 ladies. Betty Tolbert is also a great representative for Ryan Homes! She was a joy to work with on the loan side of things. Last but not least, Brendan Coles is a great "fix it" guy, he was our "go to guy" when we needed any warranty work done in our first home. He was always fast and on the job, getting it done!
