We want to also thank you for providing us a clear and guided roadmap of next steps and although there was a lot in becoming a homeowner we wouldn’t want to go through the process with anyone else. Erica thank you for putting up with us when we just showed up twice without an appointment. Kelsey thank you for allowing us time to view the homes, going over our crazy requests and not pushing us into this decision. Nick all I can say is that you’re amazing at what you do and I look forward to continuing to work with you. Where there is a “WILL” there’s a way! I’m speaking specifically about our Project Manager Will Walker. He has truly been the peace through this long process. He was extremely patient and caring through all of our concerns and made us feel like we weren’t just another number. He always did his best to keep us informed since the moment we were introduced. Even at times when he could not make appointments he’d send other great people like Harrison who was a pleasure to meet as well! I just can’t rave enough about Will, he really made us feel like the most at home. We are still getting settled into our home and will give a more detail review in regards to the home itself but as far as Harper’s Glen Estates as a neighborhood we are expecting great things. Especially if they keep hiring people like Will Walker.

We have had such a great experience building our townhouse with Ryan Homes starting with Victoria who has assisted us and has answered all of our questions she is great. Our builder Tony has been amazing we are located in CT and he has consistently sent us videos and pictures to make sure we are always in the know he keeps his job sites super clean. Everyone knows buying a house is a long and sometimes overwhelming process, but the staff at Harper Glen Estates has made our experience not only easy but one to remember. I first fell in love with this house while walking through with Paige and Shavonda. They were the first impression & they were so welcoming and answered all the questions I had. Then once I knew I had to purchase a Columbia I told my husband and we scheduled another visit so he could see this beautiful home. We went back and met with Anthony who gave us the true confidence to start the process. He informed us about all the incentives that were happening in the Grand Opening phase and all the extra things we would be getting for no additional cost to us. Anthony has been so accommodating and quick with email responses. Our loan officer Marisa has also been so amazing. Each step has happened rather quickly with full communication between the staff and my husband and I. Marisa was also extremely accommodating with setting up all of our meetings. I know my husband & I aren’t the only customers purchasing a home at Harper Glenn Estates but they sure make us feel like it and we appreciate that so much. Thank you Ryan Homes for providing such a pleasant staff to work with. We can’t wait to close on our brand new Columbia!
