Just love the folks at Ryan Homes Twin Lake Villas! Our sales person, Cheryl Hoffman is absolutely the best. She's so very courteous and understanding of our needs. She was extremely helpful in the selection of our new home and the upgrades inside. She's always available should we have any questions and ensures that we are comfortable with any changes. Collin Stubbs, the Project Manager, is awesome!! Can't say enough good things about him. He sends us weekly, if not more frequently, pictures of the progress of the construction of our new home. He's always available to answer any questions and very thorough in our pre-drywall walk through. He ensured that all the minor changes that we requested we completed! Highly recommend this community should you be looking for a 55+ community!!

While many of the people we have worked with so far have been helpful, kind, and professional, the sales representative that we worked with was all but that. From the get go we were lied to and then when bringing up previous conversations when terms suddenly changed and were nothing close to what was discussed we were treated as if the conversations never occurred. This has happened a numerous amount of times already and the house isn’t even built yet. It has been a disappointment to work with someone who is all but honest in our big moment of life in buying a new home for our family. EDIT: The sales manager reached out to us to make it right. We felt much better with movung along in the experience after being listened to and heard by Brittany and her going out of her way to repair what was wrong.

I have to say this is the best built home we have ever had. I am very particular and have asked for the smallest details to be taken care of under the Warranty. They have always come through in a timely manner and always followed up. The staff is very friendly and have answered any question we could think of. We moved into our new home in Hillcrest Ranches at the start of the year and couldn't be happier. The entire journey - from signing the contract to closing - took about 7 months, with the actual construction completed in just about 4 months. The process was smooth and very positive. Alan Solotky was a great help during the initial stage. He explained all the options and possibilities in detail, helping us choose the perfect fit for our needs. During construction, we were in constant contact with Brian Hughes. Brian and his team (Isaiah) are true professionals. They provided comprehensive answers to all our questions, and the weekly photo reports on PhotoCircle were a fantastic way to follow the progress. We love the house: the layout is excellent, the construction quality is high, and the interior fittings are great. The location is quiet and peaceful—a perfect trade-off for being a bit further from the main shops. Highly recommend this team!

From the moment we met Nikki, we knew we wanted to work with her on the purchase of our home at Compass Point. She was so professional, kind and just awesome. Nikki went above and beyond when it came to finalizing our purchase agreement. Always got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions or concerns. Drew our project manager was amazing also, I know we had the best team in our corner throughout the process of buying and building our home. Drew was so busy with many houses being built, but somehow he always had the time to update us on ours and answer any concerns in a timely fashion. After we moved into our home, (as with any new home, our 3rd time building) we had a few issues that needed corrected. Once again we were very pleased with the warranty company and Clint our contact person was very professional and understanding. He always got back to us and expedited the work that needed corrected. The workers who he sent to correct these issues were all professional and were diligent in fixing the issues. They all were efficient and cleaned up afterwards. Needless to say our experience once again with Ryan Homes went smoothly and we are happy with the outcome. Hope to enjoy our new home for many years to come. No two houses are the same or painted the same nearby which was a concern in other cookie cutter subdivisions. The most beautiful house we’ve owned! (And that includes our first home in California). The work done by Drew was amazing! A+ They are willing to fix things within the first year and offer a paint redo within the first 11 months. Nicole was so nice to work with! This community is peaceful and has a gym, splash pad for kids, and a nice pool with swim up chairs. It has a resort-like feel to it.
