I recently purchased a new construction home in Middle Creek Preserve in Lewes, DE.
This would be my very first venture into world of having a custom home built. So, when I commenced my journey with Ryan Homes, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Enter Jason Ohnmacht as our extremely dedicated Project Manager. Jason went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Jason is a highly knowledgeable and engaged professional.
He is responsive and quite adept and managing the client’s expectation with a keen eye for detail.
I say all this to convey Jason is truly an asset and Ryan Homes is lucky to have him as an employee.

3 months ago we moved into our home at prairie ridge in Hampshire and it has been amazing so far. Almost a year ago my wife and i were working with Kelly our sales rep and Kent our project manager and those two took care of our every need. Kent has been communicative, understanding, and always helpful when it came to the construction. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and he personally came over to describe the situation and offer any help he could. A hundred thanks to you Kent and Kelly. Great duo.

Kent Barr, our Project Manager, was amazing. He kept us in the loop during the entire construction process and regularly sent us photos so we could see the progress. It was awesome knowing we could always reach him by phone or message if we needed anything—he was always quick to respond and super helpful.

Summerwoods is a really nice community in a great location. We’ve done several inspections here and every time we’re impressed with how well the homes are laid out and the attention to detail in the design. The neighborhood has a peaceful feel, and those lake and preserve views really make a difference. Just minutes from the interstate, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to live in Parrish.

What started as a random click on a Facebook ad, turned out to be one of our best decisions ever: A visit to Regents Glen Villas, and our introduction to Josephine.
Josephine greeted us warmly, introducing herself and invited us to tour the gorgeous villa. We immediately loved the open floor plan, spacious kitchen, and first floor primary bedroom and bathroom.
What struck us as extraordinary are all the exceptional details which are included in the standard package! Tasteful, doesn't even begin to explain the extra touches making this "Caroline" layout the perfect future home for us.
We have been searching for a perfect landing spot to call home, and I am thrilled to say we have found it. Within one day of meeting Josephine, we chose our lot, and all of our plans for our future home.
This is the seventh home we have purchased in our 37 years of marriage, and Josephine is by far, one of the most exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional realtors we have had the pleasure to deal with. No question or concern was too small for her to address with us. We feel confident and excited knowing Josephine will be by our side as we wait for our home's completion this fall.

Me and my wife amanda has been searching for homes for our family so we went on a tour of park place with our sales rep rachel. Immediately after the tour and speaking with Rachel I could tell she is so passionate and honest with selling these ryan homes. We met with her 2 days back to back, she spent hours with us going over every detail. I did not feal rushed. I felt so comfortable, and now we signed our purchase agreement. She deserves 10 stars. Also the loan officer Mckenzie the interaction I had with her was amazing she spoke very slow and explained everything to me she is great. I'm a sales person also and usually when sales people speak very fast they are hideing stuff. And THIS was not the case with Mckenzie and Rachel again they get 5 stars.

Austin was our property manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him and Ryan Homes.
The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Our closing date never changed and we were kept up to date every week with videos, pictures, and general information about what was going on with the build.
We had the home inspected by a 3rd party (which really wasn't necessary) and were told the build quality was some of the best in the area!

Maxwell- My guy Max a milli! What a guy! My partner and I stumbled into his office one day after watching the development of cedar hill grow. From start to finish Max was full of charm, charisma, and personality. I am a big vibe person and Max matched our vibe. He made sure we were comfortable; he was very flexible and understanding. Max is a huge part of this community! Seeing him day to day he is almost like another neighbor. Anytime any day even AFTER closing, Max has been available to us, checking in and still available to answer any and all questions. He goes above & beyond and we truly don’t know what we would have done with him!
Michalynn- We appreciated Ms. Bacon so much, she’s another person who is flexible, personable, and understanding. She would answer our calls and questions even on her nonbusiness hours in order to meet deadlines. She walked us through everything in detail and with grace for the contract, numbers, programs, rates and never left our side even during underwriting or settlement process. She was the cherry on top of our sundae and saved the day for us numerous times.
Tony- what a guy! This is our first home, but I told Tony I am calling him directly to build my next home because he set the standard extremely high. Tony made us feel secure and safe with our home. He took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and with quickness.
UNFORTUNATELY, the NVR mortgage and underwriting process is another story! For our first home buying process they made it extremely stressful, and we even considered backing out a few times and going with another lender. But thankfully, due to Michaelynn & Max they calmed the storm and made it happen. But, there is absolutely room for improvement on NVRs end and the quality of service being provided to the consumers.

I had an impeccable experience with Jameson Ewing and Maxwell Miller. They both went above and beyond throughout my buying and building process.
Maxwell was my Sales Representative. He was incredibly straight forward and honest throughout the entire buying process. I truly felt like he wanted me to be in the right home for my needs and budget. I was truly confident taking his advice and recommendations in building and customizing the home. Having seen the final product, all of his advice was perfect.
Jameson was my build project manager. He did an amazing job describing every technical detail of the build process, utilities, and warranties. He kept me updated with pictures and videos along the entire building process. He showed me a build calendar so I knew the schedule for everything and managed to complete the home within 3 days of the projected date despite storms and winter weather! (For reference, most builders need a month grace period between the projected date and actual closing date.) He gave me great advice on how to maintain my home once the build was finished as well. After I moved in, Jameson assisted me in setting up and using my warranties.
Ryan Homes delivered as promised. My home looks and works great. Thanks to their closing cost assistance, I ended up with a higher quality, higher value home than I could have afforded otherwise, not to mention it's brand new! The community looks beautiful. There are two dog parks, (one for small dogs, one for bigger dogs), a pool, a small gym, and a children's play area. I highly recommend Ryan Home, and more specifically, I highly recommend working with Maxwell and Jameson!

I moved to this community because my best friend bought a home here and I’m renting a room from here. I wasn’t here to see the construction process nor did a deal with sales people, so I can’t comment on that aspect, but we did have to submit several warranty requests after she moved in. Because my friend is frequently out of town and I work from home, I dealt with Alissa (or Alyssa?) and it’s been such a smooth process. She didn’t treat me differently because I wasn’t the primary homeowner and just a renter, and she truly went above and beyond for us. She even shared some home maintenance tips we never thought about. We’ve been really impressed with the super customer service provided. We would expect that from a custom build home, not a small townhome in Antioch.
I wish the parking spots were numbered. Though, it seems like our immediate neighbors have an understanding so we don’t park in each other’s spots.
I hear the HOA approves fences in our patios so that’s good.
We used to have a trash problem but the HOA fixed it too by adding an additional dumpster. Though, I don’t know how it’s gonna be once those new buildings are finished.

Maxwell- from our first interaction gave us so much confidence which in turn gave us the encouragement to move forward with the process. Maxwell was friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable and highly responsive throughout the process from day one up until the day we closed on our home! His calm yet charismatic personality really eased a lot of my nerves - and he did so with soo much patience!!! I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with him , it really made all the difference!
Tyler- I love that he was very informative and gave us the insight to work on a few things to allow us to make home buying an option for us.
Jameson- Very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated regularly with us throughout the process and gave us all the ins and outs of our home. Any issues/concerns brought up by myself or realtor were promptly resolved. We love our home!
UNFORTUNATELY the underwriting process with NVR settlement was not pleasant and initially took away from what was such a positive experience as a first time home buyer. By the grace of God things worked out in the end - but there are a lot of areas for improvement especially with regard to communication, transparency, and overall client experience.
The community gives a very tucked away resort feel that offers a lot of amenities! I really enjoy the walking trails and I am excited that they will be building a playground for small children!!!
Overall it was a rollercoaster of an experience- but thanks to our realtor Demetrius our sales associate Max we are happy to say it was all well worth the ride !!! ❤️

We ended up buying a rambler and couldn't have been happier with the process from A to Z. Chase and Charles were patient and helpful with our circumstances because we live in Fairfax Virginia. My husband and I are in the military and had to move to the area. After looking at many builders we really liked the way Ryan homes built theirs. We first got in contact with Charles and he was AMAZING. We were living in California at the time and were not able to go to Parrish and look at anything so he sent many videos and pictures and answered all our questions very quickly . Once we started building we were introduced to Chase our project manager and he was just as amazing! Always answering our phone calls or text. Sending us weekly photo updates and able to do online walkthroughs for us. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this duo. The whole process was so smooth, zero hiccups and zero delays. Chase and Shane were in charge of the building of the home and not only did they finish before the deadline (with hurricane delays) the house also passed the inspection from our own inspector. I can certainly say that our experience with Ryan homes has been superb and they certainly have the best people for the job.

My wife Micah and I discovered Ryan Homes at Cedar Hill Townhomes during a search on Zillow and scheduled a meeting with Bobby Griebe. We went in with so many questions regarding the difference in buying a new construction in contrast with buying a resale and Bobby, Danny and Max all answered every question in a straightforward, professional and cordial. We felt right at home during our tour of the Ballad 1-Car Garage model to get a rough feel of the energy of the home--although we were interested in the Mendelssohn 2-Car Garage home type. Between the layout and space being what we were looking for as well as the thorough explanations we received in terms of building and costs, we were putting down our good faith deposit on our very first home! My Fiancé and I are first time home buyers. From the moment we toured the model homes to settlement day it has been a great experience. James was our sales rep we worked with and Rob S. was our project manager.
Our whole experience was great! I had a lot of questions through out this and I would text Rob right away, he shortly after would give me a call to explain further in depth on what was going on and answering any questions i had. I never felt in the dark about anything and Rob always kept us up to date about everything and what was going on.
We would visit our property just about every weekend to check the progress. If i had a problem or concern about anything I would bring it to Robs attention the following Monday. I can confidently say that 99.9% of the time Rob already had it on his radar and had something in place to get it fixed. At the end of this process we had our final walk through and we didnt like the way the carpet looked in the master bedroom. Rob had guys in the next day to get it fixed, after that he let us know he wasnt happy with the way it looked so he had them rip it all out and replace it. There was other small things that came up but rob made it a priority to get it fixed and update us on whatever the problem was. That is what makes him such a great PM. He really pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make the buyer happy.
This has been one of the easiest processes we have done. I am very happy that we went with Ryan Homes and had the team we did to get us through it. We couldn't be more happy with our new home!

We purchased a townhome in November 2023 and first met our sales representatives Samantha and her knowledge and customer service was remarkable. She kept us informed with every step of the townhome and was a great asset. Next we met our loan officer Keagan and he was very personable, professional and was always in touch with us explaining the loan process and all the options that were best for us, just a great guy.

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

A family friend suggested we look at the new homes there and introduced us to a Ryan’s Sales Representative Kathleen Lyon.
Two weeks later, we’ve got a new house!
How would you assess such an experience? The word “excellence” comes to minds, doesn’t it?
If you want some details, here they are: Kathleen Lyon showed us the entire huge development, its amenities, vicinities, presented to us the history of the place, rules and many more. And then homes…
After her presentation we had no intention to look up anywhere else, it was a deal right now, right there.
Management calls it “exceeded expectations”, we call it “excellent job Kath!”

My home is not perfect in every detail but I wasn’t buying an expensive custom home, so I’m pleased with what I got for the price I paid for it.
I hope Ryan Homes changes their paint, though. While I like the color, it’s very neutral, it’s marked easily. Don’t attempt to clean the marks with a wet rug, or you’ll ruin it.
Fence - we have a partition board between units but I wish our yards were fenced off.
HOA - we had some trash issues in the past (dumpsters weren’t getting emptied quick enough) but Ryan Homes coordinated with our HOA and that problem was solved. They added a few dumpsters and enclosed them in a gated area but I think the dumpsters are still too small and too far from our units.
I wish we had a dog park as I have a dog and it would be nice for him to have a good area to play. I don’t think they will add it because there’s no space for that. It’s on the HOA to decide, though.
I also wish that ALL homeowners picked up after their dogs.
Parking is not assigned but you do get 2 spots technically. You can park anywhere, so depending on your preferences, it can be good or bad.
I was very pleased with the warranty department. Alyssa, my warranty representative, was handling my requests. I didn’t have many things to complain about, but the things that I did bring up were taken care of so quickly and professionally! She is very quick to respond to my texts, never left my questions unanswered.
From reading online reviews, I see that a lot of time good homeownership experience heavily depends on the person who handles your request. I’m pretty sure that if Alyssa wasn’t the one dealing with my warranty issues, my experience would have been different. I think Ryan Homes is lucky to have such a dedicated and passionate person on their team. She brings a lot of value to the company and she’s the reason I’d recommend Ryan Homes to my friends.

We checked out every builder in Summerwoods (also others in the Parrish area) and decided to go with Ryan Homes based upon first impressions/ floor plans/ lot selection as well as looking at a Ryan resale home that was in excellent condition in the neighborhood. We signed in March and closed the first week of September- super quick process but a quality result! Charles, our sales guy was extremely personable and helpful. We used the builders lender and also had a great experience with Alix, she’s the best! We had Pat as our project manager and he was so amazing throughout our whole process, answered all our questions and was very thorough. Any issue/concern we brought to Pat he had already addressed it or he already had it in process to be corrected. We loved the weekly vlogs from Charles and our weekly pics/ updates from Pat! Overall very happy with the finished product. We’ve had to put in one warranty request since closing and they were also very quick and had the issue addressed within 5 days of me putting in the ticket. You won’t regret building in Summerwoods!

Initially, I was very hesitant to commit to buying a new build home. I’ve had friends and family members in the past that did not have the best experience with other builders. However, this was not my experience with Ryan Homes.
It started off with meeting Charles, our salesman .Charles was so professional and friendly. He showed me all the value Ryan Homes has to offer and was so extremely patient with me while I was trying to pick out my options on my home. When looking at another Ryan Homes community, I knew I’d rather work with Charles and that ultimately helped me make my decision of Summerwoods.
Then I got the pleasure of meeting Megan. She was our construction manager for our house. Megan really made this whole experience stress free and special. She was constantly in communication with us and updated us weekly with pictures of the home. She was able to accommodate all our request and pushed to get our house completed sooner so that when we ended our apartment lease we could move right in. I truly felt like Megan was looking after my house like it was her own.

Amazing experience from top to bottom, Charles was our salesman and Megan was our project manager. They were both very knowledgeable and sent us weekly updates through the process of building our new home! The amount of care put into everything from them was above and beyond. Megan was on top of everything to get us moved in before our closing date and everything was cared for and looked after step by step as if it was her own house she was building! All in all great experience would highly recommend working with Charles and Megan if you want a first class experience!

This my first time going through building a home. The process was amazing throughout. I first met with Charles in Sales, he was very friendly and professional, always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He would send me a vlog every Tuesday with updates on my home. I still see him occasionally in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service! Thanks Charles.
I cannot say enough about Megan my Project Manager. She is incredible! She is genuine and friendly while also being extremely professional. She went to great lengths to explain every step in the building process. She sent me photographs and updates every Friday which made my week. Talk about going above and beyond, she has stopped by a few times since I moved in. Today she set up my sprinklers for me, and helped with a few things. She is always so quick to respond.
I highly recommend Megan and Charles. They are a great asset to Ryan Homes.

Our Sales Rep was Nathan Silva. When I tell you he was beyond fabulous and knowledgeable, that would be an understatement. Nathan was so great and answered all of our questions, as well as gave us alot of knowledge on different situations and scenarios, including financing info. He spent a whole lot of time with us and did not rush us in anyway. He made it possible to tour the specific unit style that we had interest in. If you are looking to get info or tour this development, I would definitely say ask for Nathan Silva as you will not be disappointed!!

Our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing! Charles Oakley and Megan Schulz are both rockstars that made this build memorable and stress free! Both of them exhibit an extreme amount of professionalism and pride in what they do. Megan’s attention to detail is impeccable. She caught everything we saw and didn’t see. Her ability to manage the build and have it done right and on time was top notch. Megan’s weekly, sometimes by weekly, photo’s and Charles’s Tuesday morning walkthrough videos kept us updated throughout the whole process. This is something many people we know that had new builds didn’t have and were completely impressed as we showed them the videos and pictures. Even now that we are moved in we get to see both of them frequently and see first hand the care and passion that they put into building this community.

At last…long overdue, but by no means, forgotten…my 2 most special guys! I highly commend my Salesman, Charles Oakley and my Project Manager, Dan Padilla for seeing me through every step of the way from the home purchase, through the home build process all the way to my closing and beyond. I was between CT and AZ while searching for my FL home. Charles and Dan kept me up to date with videos, pics, virtual meetings. FaceTine calls, and many conversation from August 2022 through March 2023.
Charles and Dan went the extra mile to keep answer any questions and keep me well informed. The comfort level I have with them is perfect! Moving to FL was a childhood goal. A new home build is a first for me and Charles and Dan made it all happen for me! Giving a 5 star rating is a no brainer…this team deserve a million! Job well done guys…you mean the world to me and Ryan Homes sure is lucky to have you both!

First off let me say…walking into the model home and being greeted by Charles was an experience by itself! Guy was full of energy and was extremely down to earth. He made my wife and I extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions which not going lie, was hard after he got done explaining everything. When we decided to pull the trigger and go with Ryan homes, not only was Charles great at providing videos for us twice a week but he would always go above and beyond to cover everything during his walks. Now let me get to our awesome Project Manager Chase! This gentleman was such a pleasure to work with! Chase was down to earth, very respectful and informed us every step of the way during our home build. He sent us weekly pictures and if we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them extremely fast! Chase was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing but respect for him. He had great relationship with the trades which made this project run smoothly. The home build went extremely smooth and we even got to close earlier than expected due to this. If we had to do it all over again, we would’ve went with Ryan homes again from our amazing experience. These guys are awesome to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for our first home build to go so smooth!

Purchasing our new home with Ryan Homes has been such an amazing experience ! Such a smooth process with helpful information and tips. Our house was built with such care and quality, and Ryan Homes ensured and met each deadline. We had feedback and updates every week during the construction time. Diego, our sales representative, and Chase our Project Manager took time out each week to be available and give us continued updates. Chase was extremely professional, helpful, and patient. Chase was very knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know us and walk us through this first experience. Ryan’s homes has a good post-sales process that help us to get fixed minor things after we moved in.They were always available and ready to provide solutions and answers every time we needed in regards our new home features. We are so happy with our new home! Ryan Homes has been great and they have the best team around for sure. Our sales guy, Charles, went above and beyond for us to make sure we got the home of our dreams within our budget. Then once construction started, we met our project managers, Megan and Dan, who were equally as amazing as Charles. Megan would send picture updates every week of our home and Charles would send a quick video update of our home site. They made the experience truly exciting. Megan and Dan both answered any questions we had about our home and explained every detail perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team and so happy with our new home!

I purchased a Ryan Home in October of 2023 in Middle Creek Preserve. Initially the sellers were extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, I cannot say same for the construction of the home. I noticed a crack in the ceiling and the concrete sidewalk is chipping. I called Ryan to notify them about the cracked ceiling and never received a response. Three weeks later I called them back was told the one year warranty had expired.I asked them if there was a grace period, since it was only a few months after the first year and was told no. The sidewalk wasn’t also covered after a year. What concerns me is that this is a new build, so I’m surprised and I’m wondering if the quality of the materials and workmanship is up to par. Buyer beware….They give you no courtesy and grace after the sale.

My fiancé and I decided to buy a house with Ryan Homes last September and building started in December. We originally started with our Sales Associate Charles, who was incredibly helpful and available! We then met our Project Manager Patrick, who lead us through the entire project. We received weekly video updates from Charles on Tuesdays and detailed weekly summary emails from Patrick every Friday. Confirming what had been done and what the next steps are. We felt included, heard, and protected throughout the entire building process. As I work in the remodeling sector I can attest to the horrible stories of bad contractors and horrible workmanship. The team at Ryan homes including Charles, Patrick, and Chase, gained our trust and kept it through the end. We are now living in our beautiful home and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! This team is incredibly detailed, dependable, and professional. Anyone looking to build a new home, no need to look further, the team at Ryan is all you’ll ever need! My husband and I are excited to build our house with Ryan Homes at Wilson Farms. We are very happy with the details that Linda has provided and helped us to pick all the selections according to our preference, She clarified all of our questions and a friendly person to interact.
Our house is under construction and the project manager updates us weekly about the progress, this made us feel grateful to be included in every step of the building process.

Building a new home can be nerve-wracking especially if you are a first time home buyer! I have to say, our project manager, Kent, has been fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish to even after we closed. During our build (we closed in November 2022), he was consistently providing updates of our house. He was (and still is) prompt in answering when we have random questions about our house. In addition, during walk throughs and closing, he took his time in explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He literally works everyday, including weekends, so it’s nice when he stops by while we are outside to check on us and make sure we are still satisfied. He truly is a great project member and happy he was in charge of our build!

This has been our first experience building a home and we were apprehensive based on other family members having issues with the process. Had my closing last week and I just had to write a review. The whole process was the beginning has been great. From the time I met Charles Oakley my sale rep. to meeting my PM Megan Schulz. Both Charles and Megan gave me weekly updates on the progress of my home. When there things that I might like to know came up, I was quickly informed. Being from New Jersey I had to put a lot of faith in this team which I did. From the pre construction walk through to my final walk through I have been highly satisfied with the process. I also went with NVR for my mortgage needs and Alix Welch and the rest of the team there made that part of the process seamless. At the onset I had read some bad reviews about Ryan Homes, but after seeing their work first hand. I can say each person’s experience is their own, but mine has been A1. Charles/Megan and your teams keep up the great work.

So far so good. Everything was easy so far and very pressure free. They really try to tailor your needs without upseling you. Keegan is a fantastic liason to you and your new home. He is professional, relatable and really knows his stuff. I would seek him out if you are interested in this neighborhood. I really hope this review finds his managers and prospective buyers. This review is for the sales and home buying experience and I will update post construction.
I worked with many salespersons while searching for a home. I wanted to give my review particularly on Deborah Linz. Deborah went above and beyond to hear and address any concerns we may have had. Any questions that I asked she went out of her way to find an answer and report back to me. If you are searching for a new home to build, I highly recommend stopping by Cedar Grove and speaking with Deborah.
While we have not definitively picked a mortgage lender at this time, Taylor Ostendorf from NVR has been very helpful and attenuative. As with Deborah, Taylor has been available to answer all questions that I have asked her with.
Lastly, I do want to speak briefly on early processes of home building with Ryan. For the most part, the process is very smooth and all of the Ryan employees at Cedar Grove have been kind and helpful. I do suggest that you take the time to really dive into all of the options that you might want in your home as there are plentiful options that you might not realize until after signing. Also, if you have a specific look in mind for the exterior of the home, realize that not all colors are an option and you cannot match the same color and brick/stone style as neighbors beside and across from you. Just a few things to be aware of, but by no means is this a negative outlook on Ryan. So far we have had a great experience and look forward to our house being built.

Hi potential home buyer / builder / neighbor. I have a callout at the end of this review. That said, here we go:
My family and I moved into our new house about 5 months ago, this is our home, my sometimes office, and the place where we are building a life together. This neighborhood is exactly the place where we want to raise our 5 year old twins. The schools are amazing, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors have been friendly, and there have been kids everywhere. With the Loveland bike trail a stones throw away and Kings Island just a bit farther I feel like there will always be something to do that my kids will not be raised with their head in electronics every day. While Morrow may seem far from civilization, all the normal amenities are really not that far away - and feel like they are going to come closer and closer over the next 5-10 years.
But this review is primarily about our experience building with Ryan Homes. We had been to a few builders as well as MANY homes for sale in our home search of Cincinnati with our Real Estate Agent and we were picky. Looking at home sites daily, reviewing new build options - picky picky picky. We had one of the finest real estate agents in the city helping us and we enjoyed his opinions and strong eye for detail as we looked at older homes and new builds alike. All that to say - we had set ourselves a pretty impossible standard to meet.
Then we walked through a Ryan Home at Classicway and we were all strangely silent as we walked though. Normally ,we would have been pointing out problems. Bridget Dreher was accommodating, opinionated, proud, and enthusiastic about her building teams. After what we had seen, she had the right to be but it slightly threw us both off. However, everything lined up and we committed to a new house. Then I was surprised that the endless amounts of decisions would instead be about 10 - Ryan Homes has put together a great set of options for possible flooring/counter/cabinet setups, facade/brick/siding options, and a roughly 2.5 page list of optional adds to the home.
We would have to wait until our home was next to be build, but once we made it to the front of the line - that is when the fun started.
When we met our Project Manager questions, thoughts, and opinions came out of us. Greg Fuller took all those questions, opinions, our sarcastic humor and was able to give us an answer to everything (even if most of them were 'no') and helped us to understand that he was indeed the best person to build our new home. He actually set himself such a high standard I never thought he would be able to meet it. But after all our weekly calls, walkthroughs, requests, discussion about supply side changes to meet deadlines - he met and exceeded both my wife and my own expectations. The best compliment I can relate is that we brought our Real Estate agent to our final walkthrough (and he brings his own tape to mark up the house) and I did not see him have to reach for it once. Greg either had already pre-marked a number of places for touch ups or was 100% on board with each and every update that we or our agent found.
I would say that Bridget sold us a great house but Greg built us the home that we want to stay in for the next 20 years.
I am not going to say that everything was perfect day 1. We found the one lemon of a water heater that snuck into their stock - but they came out to fix it quickly and ended up replacing it entirely. Ryan Homes in the past 5 months has held up to everything being exactly as we expected it to be (I know that is not a shared experience with all Ryan Homes purchasers, as my sister did not have the same experience 5 years ago). But for our family - they made this our home.
Now for the callout - I was asked by Ryan Homes to write this review. They asked for my honest opinion and I gave that - but they also knew I had a fantastic experience working with them. So our experience may be in the top 5% of experiences, but I think as long as you have a similar team to us - your experience will not be far off of ours.

My husband and I wanted to move closer to his workplace so his commute wasn’t an hour long anymore. We weren’t having any luck finding resale houses, so that’s when we decided to go with the building route. We had seen a few homes from different builders, and they weren’t exactly fitting what we had in mind. We had a meeting with Ed Ely to look at a home in this community, and he already had me sold before we even SAW the home. He is very good at his job, honest, and seemed to genuinely care about our thoughts. After seeing the model home and the community where ours would be built, we were ready to take the plunge. Now we anxiously await for our new home to be built, and we are so excited for our new future here!

Any and all questions where answered in a timely manner. All concerns where addressed which where all very very minor. I would do it all over again! We had a positive experience when we built our home with Ryan Homes six months ago. Our project manager Megan Shulz was very detailed, helpful and professional during the build, which there were no delays. What’s really impressive is her responsiveness and commitment to us during our warranty period. Although she (as a Project Manager) is no longer responsible for warranty work has again surpassed expectations with her professionalism and commitment to customer service as well as her attention to detail regarding what we need done. When trades were not available within a certain timeframe, she has personally come to complete the job herself. She has also called to confirm appointments for us and showed up in person to be sure the work was completed. All while managing multiple builds. She is a true professional and makes Ryan Homes look good!

Personally, I have contracted to build several homes for myself. Professionally, as a Broker-Associate Real Estate agent, I have worked with many customers who have chosen to build a new home. So, I speak from experience when I say the new construction experience my customer and I have had working with Megan Schulz as the Project Manager for Ryan Homes at Summerwoods has been nothing short of incredible. Megan stays on top of all of the details and is an excellent communicator, keeping me and my customers informed regularly on progress and schedule. We are making great progress and ahead of schedule.

We are not yet in our new home but will be soon! Our experience so far with Bridget and Greg has been top notch from the day we first reached out about the available lot. Bridget has always made herself available when we needed her for questions and she accommodated us with virtual meetings since we were out of state. She took our multitude of questions, indecisiveness and back and forth with so much patience. The project team, specifically the project manager Greg, is amazing. Greg is the most trustworthy and kind person I’ve worked with. He committed to sending us weekly updates and has kept his word. He’s always very thorough and clear in his communication. I trust that he is going to deliver a quality home. I’m so impressed by his level of detail and high standards. Plus, they’re ahead of our original schedule which is a very exciting surprise! We previously built a Ryan home in a different region of the country and were not thrilled with the communication and follow up. OveraLl the experience was subpar. If you’ve had other experiences that were not great with Ryan homes or other builders, I highly recommend giving this group a chance because they will change your mind. This team has exceeded my expectations in every way.
I’m addition, the neighborhood is gorgeous and has so many amenities that we are thrilled about. We’re building the Lehigh model and are excited about the flexibility of the space - I fell in love with the floor plan right away! We hope to be in this home for a very long time!

I am following up on the review I posted last year when my home was completed. I have now been in my home for almost a year and I am just as happy now as I was then. I have been dealing with the Warranty Department over the past months and must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the response time, as well as the quality of work. Also, the Warranty Manager, Fran, is exceptional! He never fails to follow-up to make sure that all repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I would be remiss if I did not mention that any needed repairs were minor. There have been no major issues with my home at all!
I recently built my new home at Ryan Homes at Middle Creek. The process was seamless from the minute I signed the contract to the minute I moved into my new Home. Liz in the Sales Office was amazing. She was so professional, attentive and responsive to all my questions. Iris, my Project Manager, was just as professional, attentive and responsive. Since I was living out of state, Iris sent me weekly pictures of the building progress. I really looked forward to receiving my weekly text from her. Middle Creek is a wonderful community with nice amenities, and most importantly, it is so conveniently located to both downtown Lewes and downtown Rehoboth Beach. In addition, the residents are so nice and many of my neighbors have already become friends.

First and foremost, we were very pleased with the location once we realized it was just off Richie Highway, where there is tons of things to do and very convenient. The community is tucked in its own area, which we loved. The homes looked beautiful and the model homes were great. We met with Houston who was a ton of help! Most new construction communities will have you walk the models by themselves, which is totally fine, but we appreciated that Houston was there to answer any and all questions we had as we walked through the model homes. He waited at least four hours until our realtor was able to come by and see for herself and ask any questions we weren’t sure to ask. So five stars for Houston and five stars for Cedar Hills!!

She is an excellent professional, from the first day she was very clear with all the details of the construction. She was always on top of the build, every week sending us photos and a detailed report of what she done and what was coming next. We never had any issues with the build throughout the entire process. Ryan homes is building our dream home and our Sales Rep, Charlie Enman has helped us every step of the way. Charlie is upbeat, professional and knowledgeable.
Whatsmore, he is genuine. You can not pay for that.
My husband and I are first time home buyers and EVERY question we asked Charlie, he had an answer for.
He didn't have to "get back to us" about anything because he knew the answer for every question. (...and I ask ALOT of questions!)
Also, we were never rushed through a question. This patience and knowledge was integral to our long term & detailed decisions.
I would assume Charlie goes through this info every day, but he was genuinely excited to share each feature with US thoughtfully as compared to other builders that seemed robotic.
Charlie never left any room for interpretation when it came to numbers and put no pressure on us.

I can’t say enough about Megan Schultz who was the GM responsible for the build of my home at Summerwoods. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about the build process and articulates well with instructions on how to use the various “Smart” technology items installed like the Nest thermostat or the WiFi garage door. Megan gave a very detailed walk through of my home the day prior to owning the property. Megan was very responsive to all of my requests (very minor punch list). She is full of energy, a go- getter, great commitment and even better follow thru. Prior to my retirement I had a staff of 35 employees and I would HIRE Megan in a split second. Summerwoods is very lucky to have Megan on their staff. I LOVE my home at Summerwoods. Best choice ever!!

I am writing a new review not to praise Ryan home (they're actually very unhelpful once we moved in) but I do want to give a shout out to Megan our project manager from 2 years ago. After Ryan homes themselves blew us off, we texted Megan, who has always been such a huge help. She took the time to come over, which is not her responsibility and helped us stop the water from coming into our home through the exterior wall. She brought a ladder and actually was in the rain applying a sealer to the cracks on the stucco. She also helped us in contacting an interior solutions company to dry out the drywall and baseboard. I can't say enough about her but I will say she is extremely good at her job and her customer service is absolutely amazing. Megan, your the best! The 5 stars on this review goes to Megan, not Ryan Homes.

A couple weeks ago I met Mike and toured a model home, things went great. Mike had an answer for every question I asked. I could knit pick on some limited house options, but it will not affect the quality of my future life in this community. My new build has not started construction yet, so I cannot comment on the building process yet.
Loan: Taylor the loan rep seems great so far. (Currently waiting for rate lock in). Any knit picking here would be over the current interest rates caused by the FED.

My wife and I are about 2/3rds complete with our home build. The thought of building a new home was extremely scary and stressful. We met with Ashley our sales consultant. She answered all of our questions and continually put our fears to rest. No matter how silly we felt the question, she answered them in a timely manner and made us feel as if we were her only clients. Next came the build. Jim is our project manager. He is an incredible person to work with as well. Again, no question went unanswered and he broke down every aspect of the build. I thought this was going to be the stressful part, but because of Jim it has been a pleasure and fun. Every aspect of our build selections have been executed to perfection. I am very detail oriented, but Jim has me covered even there. The construction crews are great and never stop working.
The folks at NVR mortgage, Matt and Jordan, are great to work with too.
To summarize, so far the whole experience has been wonderful and it's due to the caring people who represent this company so well.

She explained very well the process of our home building, did not pressure us at all, and was upfront about all of the options. Greg was our project manager, and was incredible! I really don’t know where to start! I fell in love with the Ryan Homes community Summerwoods back in May of 2021, and it’s been a dream to own a home in this community ever since. It’s been a uphill battle working on my own finances to ensure approval for the home of my dreams, but today I can say it’s official! I seriously wouldn’t have been here if it weren’t for Diego Martinez, Alix Welch, and now Charles Oakley! Not only are these people some of the most professional, friendly, hard working individuals I’ve come across but they completely blow all of the other home builders out of the water! I had been turned away, judged, and felt like nothing more than a number by so many builders and their sales managers in the Parrish area. Diego and Alix saw my willingness to make my dreams come true and they have held my hand through every step of the way! Leading up to the point today, where I officially went under contract for my home. They stayed in constant contact, answered every question, and believed in me every step! We recently decided to build a new home in Florida. We looked at several communities and decided to go with Ryan Homes in Summerwoods in Parrish. Ryan Homes gave us more choices in the home we chose and worked with us to make us feel we were getting what we wanted. The other builders basically told us we would be put on a list and when our name came up we could decide if we wanted the house they had to sell. We had no options or ability to pick a lot.
Charles Oakley at Summerwoods was friendly and answered every question we had. He walked us through the whole process and helped us decide on an array of options. The experience with Charles was great. I also want to put a shout out to Sally Moreno the Loan Officer, she was friendly and was great helping us through the loan application. I can’t say enough what a positive experience we had building with Ryan Homes. I have to review the service we experienced, specifically from our project manager - Jake Duncan. Jake went above and beyond when it came to our service. Throughout the entire experience, Jake was 100% transparent around our timeline and any delays we might encounter due to material shortages. He was incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Right before closing, our daughter was born 6 weeks early (literally the day before our walk through). Jake was super accommodating, allowing my Dad to do the walk through on our behalf. He checked in on us to make sure we were all okay and told us not to worry, he would go over warranty, etc. with us once we got settled. He worked with us as we found a few things upon move-in to get fixed (all minor cosmetic things). He was still so responsive even after we had closed. He never made us feel like we were just another house he was building or just a number; I cannot recommend him enough!! Our house is great and we love it!

My experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. Jennifer made the transition run smoothly, even when I had issues that had nothing to do with her, she called me back for reassurance. My project manager kept me in the loop with weekly updates and even after I closed, he still responded to my texts and assisted me with questions I had. During my walkthrough, Carson was thorough and answered all my questions. My only negative remark was I wish the house was a bit cleaner before we moved in. There was still a lot of cleaning we had to do before we moved in. Other than that, our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. The people I worked with at Ryan Homes have all been really great! Working with Mistie and Ed was a very nice experience. When my family and I picked out the exterior colors, interior colors and options for our new home they were super helpful and fun to work with. During the building process Tom was very informative and gave constant updates of the status of our building process. After moving in we received a very nice house warming gift that was a super nice added touch and we really appreciate it :). We had been looking for our next home for months without success. We needed
change. That is when we decided to consider new construction as an option. We arrived at the Stonington Community by Ryan Homes. We were greeted by Charlie Enman whom since day one was our best and most valuable resource. He was always available to answer my endless list of questions and put at ease my concerns. He is very knowledgeble and patient. Charlie certainly goes above and beyond for his customers. Without failure Charlie would send us weekly pictures of our soon to be new home's progress room by room. Tim Longarce; the Project Manager would also message me weekly with a photo followed by an updated of what was done that week and what was expect to be accomplished during the following week. He also made an effort to accommodate my requests when possible. They definitely stayed on schedule. Thanks to Charlie and Tim we were able to see our home slowly come together. We recently closed on our new home built by Ryan Homes. We are very excited to start a new chapter in our lives away from the City where we spent the last 25+ years. Our friends recently purchased a lot here and since we are making plans to move soon as well, we went for a look-see. Our friends had done a nice amount of research and I think they chose a great location (there are many build sites in Lewes right now). The entry is appealing and the amenities offered are nicest bang for the buck. We absolutely loved one of the models (Cumberland) - exactly what we want and beautiful. I know the home sites are selling like crazy, so we may not be able to join this community a year later. Lewes' town is adorable. Cute shops and places to eat. Music on the canal and the water is closeby with walking/bike paths to get you there. There is medical and shopping nearby. The only thing that is missing is an airport closeby and we are concerned that the road infrastructure is not going to grow enough to handle all of the new communities being built. Plus, summer will be crazy busy being near Rehoboth and beaches. Overall, the community is great, the sales team is friendly and professional, and it's a place to check out if you are considering a move to Lewes.

I am so excited to share my very positive and professional experience with the Ryan Homes Park Place Team!
From my very initial VIP Tour with Rachel, it was informative and laidback. There was no pressure on purchasing. She was quite transparent and extremely personable throughout the entire process. The entire community seems like a secluded little town surrounded by the upbeat and growing city of Cranberry Township.
Even after signing my initial sales contract, Rachel remained available for questions all the way up until my Pre-Construction Meeting.
Prior to breaking ground, Rachel and I met with the PM that would be overseeing the construction of my house. My PM, John was diligent, transparent and attentive throughout the entire build process, which allowed for minimal to no stress. I am do satisfied with the finished product
If I had to make my choice all over again, I'd choose Ryan Homes Park Place in a heartbeat.

We are building a home with Ryan Homes at the Summerwoods community and we have honestly been so happy with the experience and process so far. From the start, our sales associate, Diego, was friendly, honest, and upfront. He took the time to get to know us and was in direct contact with us when we were waiting for lots to be released. When we had issues with the mortgage company, he was quick to recommend another broker. Construction took time to get rolling because of permitting and whatnot and the entire time, he was upfront about the timeline. Once construction was about to start, we had a pre-construction meeting with our project Manager Megan who has been absolutely phenomenal. She sends us photos and detailed updates on the progress of our home every week, always responds to texts very quickly, and has answered any and all questions we've had. We just had our pre-drywall meeting and she conducted a thorough walk through on our house, explaining everything about the process and features. We cannot wait to see the finished product! This has been a dream and I am so, so happy we chose Ryan Homes to build our first house. Cannot recommend them enough!

The Ryan Homes team in Camby has been amazing to work with. My wife and I just happened to make a wrong turn in Camby and ended up scheduling a meeting with Nick. After a couple more meetings we sold our house, moved into an apartment, and got to watch every step of the home building process. David, the project manager, was very knowledgable and attentive. We hired a 3rd party inspector and David was extremely accommodating. Nick and David were both also very transparent - we were able to come by roughly once a week (or sometimes more) and they both answered all of our questions from the beginning. The crews building our home were also very nice and accommodating. Any time we would show up, they would always let us walk around, even when they were working, so long as we stayed out of the way. When we first started the building process, we looked at tons of reviews for Ryan Homes. While some locations didn't have stellar reviews, our experience building in The Enclave has been nothing but great. Ryan Homes, and specifically the team in Camby, has gone out of their way to make sure my wife and I didn't have any unanswered questions or unaddressed complaints.

I happened upon this community during a drive through Port St. Lucie. We didn't have an appointment to view the model homes but met Seth from Ryan Homes. He spent over an hour with us going over the various floor plans. The homes appeared to be well built with quality materials. I like that the community is not too large, with a nice mix of homes. There are 3 builders in this community, so the variety is nice to have. I was also very happy to meet Seth, who is a representative at Ryan Homes, he was patient, professional, very accommodating and willing. He is always a text or call away. We have decided to go with them, as we like the floor plans and affordability. To date we haven't encountered any issues, but hopefully if any arise they will be dealt with swiftly.

A little over a week ago my husband and I were in Port Saint Lucie looking at some new construction homes. We called Ryan Homes and Jennifer answered. I told her that my husband and I were in the area and we were interested in new construction builds and wanted to know if she had any available she proceeded to let me know that she does and would be happy to assist me as soon as possible, from there I told her that we are on our way over. Once we arrived Jennifer greeted us at the door and let us in. She asked us a few questions and asked her colleague Seth to further assist us and show us around while she finishes up with a few clients. Seth immediately grabbed a packet and gave us a tour of the seagate floor plan and asked us our price range, budget per month and what are we looking for in a house. He then introduced us to the Doral. It was a rainy day but he still insisted on showing us the model home and even drove us over to the Spec home. The price was just right and the floor plan was exactly what we needed. Seth didn’t mind getting wet from the storm! He spent over two hours answering all of our questions and concerns. He knew we scared because this was our first time purchasing a home. The two hours that he spent with us and the details we received from Jennifer regarding the homes convinced my husband and I that we were at the right place! We left with everything we needed and even received a follow up call from Seth that same night. We decided to follow through with the process and now a week later we paid for our appraisal and ready to be home owners. Jennifer has been consistent with her communication as well as Seth. We started our building process with Marlayna. She was so helpful in assisting us with what we wanted and was very realistic and honest. She stated we would be done building by Jan (we signed in May). Unfortunately, there were delays. We actually transferred to another home whose financing fell through and dealt with Kellie since Marlayna was on maternity leave. Kellie was extremely helpful as well and the process went smooth until close. Andrew our project manager on our new house was outstanding. He kept us up to date every step of the way from the time we transferred until we closed. He’s still helping with stuff post settlement. Been living in Clearview for a year now and it's been the best decision to go with Ryan homes. Decker is great and will make sure you get what you want. Houses aren't a quick build and they aren't pricey like the ones in town.
Only bad thing I have to say is when it rains our yard floods and we put in multiple tickets and no one responded and when they did it was after the year was up. Not cool and now I have to pay someone else to fix what should have been fixed under my warranty by Ryan Homes.

I love my new home at Mansfield Meadows! Brand new with lots of amenities. Beautiful scenery with sunrise from my back patio and sunset from the front lawn. Making new friends and walking regularly is so nice. Being with adults of my age with similar lifestyles and grown children feels nice. We are looking forward to the clubhouse opening soon! We have some ideas of clubs to start and just relaxing in the common area by the fireplace. Pool and shuffleboard and tennis courts too! If we could get our money back, we would! Lack of communication from the Sales Rep Kellie to her supervisor Leah. We have reached out to Leah 3 times and no response. She didn't reach out to Kellie. Rocque just gave us a blanket excuse of why they're 3 months behind and said to use that excuse for any further delays. The only people who have helped is Steven from NVR and Mike, which is Rocque's Manager. Leah is unresponsive and unhelpful. Kellie has been deceitful and misleading. Rocque has no customer service skills.

Park Place is the best place to live! It was the perfect place for me because I am very particular. I was able to start from scratch and pick exactly what I wanted in a home. Kath, the sales representative for Park Place, is so knowledgeable and will help you build your dream home each step of the way. The Park Place neighborhood is such a nice community. There are fun activities to get to know your neighbors and there is a great clubhouse with gym and pool! My husband and I decided to stop in to the model home on a whim 2 years ago and we ended up purchasing a lot and building our dream home.
I’ve never been through the construction process before, but everyone was extremely helpful, and we were so excited to watch our house go up before our eyes!
The PM (Project Manager) Jim was very helpful throughout the construction process whenever my husband or I had any questions. Our sales rep, Ashley, is the friendliest, nicest person you will ever meet. She was always quick to respond to an email, and keep us up to date on what was going on.
We’ve now been in our house for a year and a half, and here’s what we think:
A) The community is AMAZING! We have 4 kids (with one on the way) and they have tons of friends here. We feel like we have a community family, kids bouncing around houses, playing in backyards, riding bikes while parents play a game of volleyball or relax by the fire pit after a long week!
B) The quality is what you’d expect. We aren’t super picky and understand that with every house there will be issues (whether it’s brand new or 40 years old), nothing is perfect. But.... the things we’ve come across have been minor in nature!
C) If given the option to build again here, we totally would!

Katie Grise was professional, personal, informative, enthusiastic, and easy to do business with. We had already put a down-payment on a home in Summerwood with MI and switched due to a special of a free lot at Ryan with conservation view. Street and roads have to be maintained by homeowners in a gated community. That isn't the case with Ryan Homes. We had also looked at North River Ranch properties. A major reason we chose Ryan was the floor plan of Ponte Vedra which exactly matched our furniture and current floor plan where we are living. We found all people that we worked with (Angel in financing) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and good representatives for Ryan Homes in their sales efforts. We felt like we could ask her any questions (ignorant or not, because of us being first time home buyers) and she would answer them honestly and took us step by step through the process. Park Place is a community that has something for everyone whether it be a house, townhouse, or apartment. The community has an amazing clubhouse and is just a short walk or bike ride from Graham Park. It’s a great place to live

We love the location. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Clubhouse and pool to be built in 2020. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs. Ryan Homes (Jared and Teresa in particular) has been very responsive to any questions and requests. The HOA (Integra) is reasonable and helpful (Stephanie in particular) and the follow up to any particular problems resolved (quite quickly I might add) has been consistent (by Sam in particular)
The build quality is exceptional for the price paid. Extras and upgrades do not short on what you get for the price. Grounds maintenance has been wonderful, lawns even though new are looking great, sprinklers throughout.

I moved to my new townhouse in Park Place for two months now. It is a so nice community. I love it very much! It will be awesome when whole community is completed! I couldn't be happier with Ryan Homes during whole process of pursing and building my new home. All possible features, options are explained to me in detail. Meetings were set in each key state during whole construction process, so I can understand my home’s structure. Very professional!

Everyone of my questions were answered in depth and I felt very comfortable that my needs were always addressed. We couldn't be happier with Ryan Homes and our beautiful townhouse. My husband and I never in a million years thought we would buy a home this year, let alone BUILD our first home, but Nick Grafe and the whole team at NVR made it so easy! Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Very responsive team and answered all of our questions, and we had a lot being first time home buyers! The neighborhood is full of friendly people and we are so happy with our purchase.

We have had a fantastic experience with Roxanne as our sales person for Ryan Homes. She is very honest and really cares about her customers. She is quick to respond to questions and walked us through the entire home building experience. Any questions or concerns we have had, she has handled quickly and kept us informed throughout. We have also had a great experience with Earl as our project manager. He is very detail oriented and is a good communicator. He keeps us up to date on the progress of our home and has been extremely honest and knowledgeable with all of our questions. We are very excited to start living in our new home!

The Ryan Homes team at Courthouse Commons was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty to help me purchase my new town home. The staff was friendly, informative and professional. Even after I moved in, they remained attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable to call them at any time with any problem. The craftsmanship of my new home is exceptional as well. We built a beautiful home and love the location! The process was as easy as can be expected with this type of process. There are no more hidden fees than with any builder we have worked with. Upgrades cost money. Plain and simple.

Mindy Berry was fantastic along with our real estate agent Shawn Reese from Sibcy Cline. Mindy took the time to review our options and let us make some changes. The financing with Phillip Julian has been super smooth. We are still in the early stages and hoping to be in our new home by Sept/Oct!! This neighborhood is just starting but has amazing potential and with potential comes lots of increased home value. Looking forward to meeting my neighbors!!

Our family built a home here and moved in January of 2019. Our experience from the start until today has been excellent. Our sales person, Lora Blair, went above and beyond to satisfy us - and i know I can be a difficult customer. Our project manager Jim Nece has ensured our home be the perfect living space. Our Ryan Homes experience continues to be stellar. The neighborhood is young and fun and full of great people. We couldn't be happier with our decision to built in Tuscan Hills.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that everything in the model I chose, The Bahama, is standard. I didn't feel the need for options, as everything was just what I would want. It felt like home the minute I walked in, and I am excited for it to be finished.

Pros:
- I found the staff to be very helpful, supportive, and professional.
- Compared to the local area, these homes are more suitable for the modern family.
Cons:
- Homes are very close together with minimal yard space and privacy. I’d suggest putting additional thought into choosing the right lot for your family.

Very nice floor model of the Carolina Place floor plan. Ryan staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. We were interested in a different area but liked this layout, so we made the drive. Was worth it to see it in person.
