We closed on our Ryan Homes house in June 2026. We were admittedly nervous about a new build, but committed after falling in love with the neighborhood and location. We were told by multiple friends and acquaintances who had gone through a new build that the Project Manager makes all the difference. PM Kyle Wright is as good as they come. We were so lucky to have him oversee every step of our build- he takes his job extremely seriously and exemplifies integrity. We received regular video updates and our whole family looked forward to our "Kyle videos."
We've now been in the house for about 2.5 months and have had a couple very minor issues. Every time we've submitted a warranty request, we received a response within 24 hours.
This is such a wonderful, family-friendly community. We are so happy with our decision.

Our sales agent, Tiffany Ford, was awesome and really helped us to get what we needed in the house. We are working with Alaina Davin, at NVR Mortgage to get the last pieces together to complete the sale. She has been working hard to help us buy the house. Ryan homes approved me! They work with so many lenders and cater to your specific situation. I am a single mother of 2 and am proud to say, I qualified on my own to purchase this house. All the warranties that come with the build will be helpful. They offer incentives being a new community. I moved in with 100% financing and closing costs provided by Ryan homes. Taylor has been so helpful with this entire process. Keeping me updated during the build process. She really worked her resources to make sure I was approved. I’m still in shock. This is my dream come true. I’m so happy and blessed to call this our new home.

So far so good. Ms. Linz is wonderful to work with. We have felt zero pressure from her from the floorplan choices to the upgrades. She also included the realtor whom we didn't register on the first meeting. Very gracious of her.
Ryan Homes is a more basic compared to the other 2 builders in the area but it does come with furnished basement and very decently priced upgrades. The cost effectiveness allows us more budget for the furniture purchases for the house.
We are now waiting for the quiet period before the pre-construction meeting. I will update this review as we are moving through the process.

I love this floor plan so much that I have built this home twice. The first time was 3 years ago when I was living in a different state. When I found out that we were relocating I looked up the builder again to see if it was possible to get the same floor plan. I was thrilled that they were able to accommodate my request. Aside from a few fixtures being different it’s the same house and the floor plan works very well for my growing family.

So thankful to have found this neighborhood and for Nina with Ryan Homes. We looked at 20 or so houses before this and not one checked all the boxes. We found Mineral Hill online and decided to tour the model and neighborhood. The location is perfect, lot sizes are bigger then average and we get to build our dream home! If you're ready to purchase a home in the Anne Arundel County/central Maryland, then I recommend strongly considering moving to Ryan Homes at Cedar Hill.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience purchasing and building our home with the team at Ryan Homes at Cedar Hill. This was not my first home and I have experience in commerical real estate, so I had prior experiences to compare them to.
The sales team, Maxwell Miller, provided an amazingly smooth process. Their guidance was clear and actionable from beginning to move-in. They showed care and thoughtfulness when helping me pick the lot, patience as I reviewed and compared all options, and interest in my journey towards purchasing my new home. The sales team also stayed in touch throughout the process including after we moved in.
Our project manager, Jameson Ewing, was tremendously helpful and supportive, even when I requested customizations that were not standard options for the model that I purchased. My move-in date was implicated by other factors and the project manager worked with me and his schedule to make sure my home was delivered on time and beautifully built. His weekly photo updates kept my excitement level high and made the timeline feel much shorter than it probably was. He was truly my partner in building a beautiful home!
The home warranty team, Nate Smallwood. has shown genuine care for my home. They have been responsive to all warranty requests and completed most repairs on the next day I was available. The warranty request process is online and intuitive.
Cedar Hill is conveniently located, the community is friendly and invested in having the best neighborhood possible, and the amenities are totally worth the HOA fee. There's a community fitness center and a pool so I no longer need a gym membership!
Of course, there are issues in every community, like parking and pet care, but those issues are normal when hundreds of people live in the same community and share resources. Despite these issues, I am very happy with my home.

We found Ryan Homes Berkeley last Sept. We were scouting the Greenville-Spartanburg area for possible re-location from the west coast. RJ Gist welcomed us in & was instrumental in guiding us to our new home. We did a contingency offer & then returned to start the sale process which turned out to be slow! RJ was always there checking in & giving encouragement when we started feeling like our home would never sell. He helped get our contingency extended & finally we received an offer so the build at Berkeley could begin! RJ was great in helping us choose finishes. We are so excited for this new adventure with Ryan Homes Berkeley. Clay & Caleigh at NVR Finance have also been great to work with! Our homebuilding journey began in Downingtown, PA, where we fell in love with the Brandywine Walk 55+ Villas by Ryan Homes. The model and site were stunning—thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented. However, despite the Downingtown address, the location felt remote, with a longer-than-expected drive to the town’s amenities. That sparked a deeper search into other Ryan Homes communities across Lancaster and York counties, which ultimately led us to Regents Glen—and we couldn’t be happier.
Regents Glen offers the perfect blend of convenience and charm. Located in York, PA, the community is just minutes from top hospitals, medical centers, shopping centers, and major highways like I-83 and US-30. Daily errands, healthcare visits, and weekend outings are all within easy reach, making life here both connected and comfortable.
We moved into our new villa three weeks ago, and the entire process—from initial inquiry to closing—was seamless. Our team included Pat Muston, Amy Burhans, Adam Schott, and Cole Sinnott, and every single one of them was exceptional.
Pat Muston was our first point of contact, and his warmth, professionalism, and deep knowledge set the tone for everything that followed. Beyond the incredible team, the community itself is a gem. This new section of Regents Glen is nestled within a golf course that’s surrounded by beautifully established neighborhoods. We closed on our property in Nathanial's Grove in March, 2025. As with most new construction, there were some repair issues with the new house. We contacted our Warranty manager with Ryan Homes, Chris Trammel, to arrange for work to be done. Chris was extremely courteous and responsive to our service requests, and came personally to the property to introduce himself, and provide his personal phone number. Chris was knowledgeable about all aspects of our property, and effective getting the correct techs in to make the house 100% right. Overall, we trust Chris to take care of us, which was, and remains, much appreciated.

She was incredibly thorough and professional from the beginning (i.e. affordability/finances). She walked me through every step of building my home (i.e. color schemes, home educational information, daily, and monthly communication). She answered all my questions all the way to the closing date.

The neighborhood is nice overall, and location is great easy access in the Baltimore area. The only reason why I cannot give it 5 stars is the horrible parking situation. The other rules are fine, but the lack of proper parking for homes with 3 cars or even guest parking is ridiculous. The HOA, only police vehicles that are illegally parked, I am assuming when someone files a complaint. Ryan homes need to get better of providing proper parking for the residence.

What started as a random click on a Facebook ad, turned out to be one of our best decisions ever: A visit to Regents Glen Villas, and our introduction to Josephine.
Josephine greeted us warmly, introducing herself and invited us to tour the gorgeous villa. We immediately loved the open floor plan, spacious kitchen, and first floor primary bedroom and bathroom.
What struck us as extraordinary are all the exceptional details which are included in the standard package! Tasteful, doesn't even begin to explain the extra touches making this "Caroline" layout the perfect future home for us.
We have been searching for a perfect landing spot to call home, and I am thrilled to say we have found it. Within one day of meeting Josephine, we chose our lot, and all of our plans for our future home.
This is the seventh home we have purchased in our 37 years of marriage, and Josephine is by far, one of the most exceptional, knowledgeable, and professional realtors we have had the pleasure to deal with. I had an impeccable experience with Jameson Ewing and Maxwell Miller. They both went above and beyond throughout my buying and building process.
Maxwell was my Sales Representative. He was incredibly straight forward and honest throughout the entire buying process. I truly felt like he wanted me to be in the right home for my needs and budget. I was truly confident taking his advice and recommendations in building and customizing the home. Having seen the final product, all of his advice was perfect.
Jameson was my build project manager. He did an amazing job describing every technical detail of the build process, utilities, and warranties. He kept me updated with pictures and videos along the entire building process. He showed me a build calendar so I knew the schedule for everything and managed to complete the home within 3 days of the projected date despite storms and winter weather! (For reference, most builders need a month grace period between the projected date and actual closing date.) He gave me great advice on how to maintain my home once the build was finished as well. After I moved in, Jameson assisted me in setting up and using my warranties.
Ryan Homes delivered as promised. My home looks and works great. Thanks to their closing cost assistance, I ended up with a higher quality, higher value home than I could have afforded otherwise, not to mention it's brand new! The community looks beautiful. There are two dog parks, (one for small dogs, one for bigger dogs), a pool, a small gym, and a children's play area. I highly recommend Ryan Home, and more specifically, I highly recommend working with Maxwell and Jameson!
EDIT: I was running with my dog in the neighborhood and all of a sudden my dog started limping. She injured her paws during the run. We had just run over 2 miles and I was exhausted. I struggled to carry my dog back home, but passed by the Ryan Homes model house. I knocked on the door and Jerry, one of the sales associates there, let me put my dog in his truck and drove me home. When I offered to get him a bottle of whiskey as a way of saying thank you, he humbly declined. My dog and I am incredibly grateful to Jerry for helping my injured dog.

Maxwell- from our first interaction gave us so much confidence which in turn gave us the encouragement to move forward with the process. Maxwell was friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable and highly responsive throughout the process from day one up until the day we closed on our home! His calm yet charismatic personality really eased a lot of my nerves - and he did so with soo much patience!!! I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with him , it really made all the difference!
Tyler- I love that he was very informative and gave us the insight to work on a few things to allow us to make home buying an option for us.
Jameson- Very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated regularly with us throughout the process and gave us all the ins and outs of our home. Any issues/concerns brought up by myself or realtor were promptly resolved. We love our home!
UNFORTUNATELY the underwriting process with NVR settlement was not pleasant and initially took away from what was such a positive experience as a first time home buyer. By the grace of God things worked out in the end - but there are a lot of areas for improvement especially with regard to communication, transparency, and overall client experience.
The community gives a very tucked away resort feel that offers a lot of amenities! I really enjoy the walking trails and I am excited that they will be building a playground for small children!!!
Overall it was a rollercoaster of an experience- but thanks to our realtor Demetrius our sales associate Max we are happy to say it was all well worth the ride !!! ❤️

The community is wonderful and the floorplan of the Bramante II is very innovative. Kathleen Rose is exceptional with her sales assistance. We have had a several minor corrections required after we moved in and their Warranty Manager, Chris, has been extremely helpful. He truly wants to make sure we are satisfied with our new home experience. As a Realtor, I have met with many home builders and would have to rate Ryan's staff as one of the best!

We just bought and built our home this summer at Nathanial’s Grove and we were impressed by how smooth it went. Kathleen met us without hesitation on a Sunday when we had to fly across the country to visit last minute. She was a great communicator and provided excellent insight into our options. She, along with Cody, kept us well-informed of the progress and insured we had all our questions answered. I love when new neighborhoods cater to more than just the home. There is a pool, dog park, sidewalks and a community center. I just wish the homes had larger driveways to accommodate more vehicles instead of apartments style parking.

My wife Micah and I discovered Ryan Homes at Cedar Hill Townhomes during a search on Zillow and scheduled a meeting with Bobby Griebe. We went in with so many questions regarding the difference in buying a new construction in contrast with buying a resale and Bobby, Danny and Max all answered every question in a straightforward, professional and cordial. We felt right at home during our tour of the Ballad 1-Car Garage model to get a rough feel of the energy of the home--although we were interested in the Mendelssohn 2-Car Garage home type. Between the layout and space being what we were looking for as well as the thorough explanations we received in terms of building and costs, we were putting down our good faith deposit on our very first home! I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone who is looking for a new home anywhere near Baltimore to PLEASE see Bobby, Danny, Max and the entire team at Cedar Hill Townhomes and join in with this ever-growing community!

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Ryan Homes and specifically the team at Ryan Homes at Bear Park. From the moment I walked into the model home, my sales representative, Danny Combs was so kind, welcoming, and professional. He was patient as I tried to decide which layout/finishes I wanted in my home and even walked me through several available townhomes to make sure I could see all of the available options. Danny is knowledge, insightful, and kind. He "sold" me on the townhomes on my first tour and I would not be a Ryan Homes homeowner without him. I truly cannot thank him enough for all that he did to help make my home-buying experience so smooth!
Lindsey Schrenker at NVR was also wonderful as she took the time to sit down with me and walk with me through the loan process as well as the specifics of my loan, all while making the experience personable and presenting the information in a consumer-friendly way.
Lastly, the Project Manager Hunter Jacobs was fantastic. He was detail-oriented and approachable during my New Home Orientation and made sure I understood the ins and outs of my home.

This is a great community to be a part of. We’ve had a few bumps along the way that were addressed in a timely manner by the Ryan homes warranty team. Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue. Ryan homes really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. I’d recommend Ryan homes to anyone and if you have an issue get it addressed. They are there to help! Ryan homes owes me nothing! They have been nothing but great to my family. Noel, Jeremy, and Justin are amazing! Chris stepped in one day when Noel was off and was super pleasant. This team makes sure every job is completed to perfection.
Being across the county it was hard to visualize and make certain selections for the home. Noel helped me design this house to a T and I have no regrets! I almost gave up hope with ever owning a home. Not only did Noel get my head back in the game, but he gave me advice that will live with me forever. My initial lender couldn’t make the deal happen and Noel found another way instantly.
While the home was being built Jeremy and Justin sent pictures with weekly updates. After closing Justin calls to make sure that everything is going well. I needed help with an appliance and he contacted a Jeremy ASAP! Within minutes Jeremy solved the problem. Jeremy is super dependable and very knowledgeable in his field. These guys really love their profession and it shows. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Ryan homes.

Our Sales Rep was Nathan Silva. When I tell you he was beyond fabulous and knowledgeable, that would be an understatement. Nathan was so great and answered all of our questions, as well as gave us alot of knowledge on different situations and scenarios, including financing info. He spent a whole lot of time with us and did not rush us in anyway. He made it possible to tour the specific unit style that we had interest in. If you are looking to get info or tour this development, I would definitely say ask for Nathan Silva as you will not be disappointed!!

Janie Sumney is very informative and helpful.She does all things possible to make your transition as easy as possible. Questions were no problem for her,if she didn’t know the answer she made sure she found it out for you. The Berkeley Community is very nice,friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this area to everyone. The staff who weren’t directly involved with me were friendly also. Kudos also to the project manager Whit who is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I will move into my home in April 2023 and my experience from the beginning to now, has been wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Janie Summey, the Sales Rep and Whit Vinsette, the Project Manager in Berkeley, have been professional, personable, caring, and understanding with all of my concerns and inquires, and the driving forces with my decision to buy a Ryan home.
In fact, Janie has gone above-and-beyond her area of expertise and responsibility to help me resolve and/or rectify my issues with this entire process. Whenever I had questions that dealt with other department(s), her response has always been the same, which was let me make a call to the appropriate office, so we can correct this issue. Never once did she say I don’t handle that particular situation, and her willingness to listen to, and help me, have left me in awe and a repeat customer, if applicable, of hers.
Furthermore, Whit Vinsette has proven to be a man of his word, allocated time for me to have a Q&A session with him. (I had just sold a home last year that I lived in for less than a year and had issues in the first three months.) Notwithstanding, and because I was apprehensive about the buying process again, he answered all of my questions concerning Ryan homes building process, the types of materials they used, and the warranty coverage. Nonetheless, and from what I've seen thus far, he and his team have built a house that I love and can’t wait to make it my home in April 2023.
Overall and hands down--Janie and Whit have been outstanding in this process and I absolutely love the way my new home looks.

He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of what they offered, pricing, availability of adjustments, and timeline expectations. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get what we needed out of a home, and has made the initial purchasing process as pain free and confidence inspiring as possible. Mini with the mortgage team has also been amazing to work with. While we are still close to the beginning of this process, I will try and update this review as we continue throughout the build. I am extremely impressed with Ryan Homes, Mark Fardink, and Mini Taylor! They have given us everything we could hope for in a home buying experience and more! I am very excited to complete the home building and buying experience with them!

We started our search looking for the perfect ranch style home for us and we found it with Southern Hills Ryan Homes! Not only did the quality of the homes score the highest above all, Chris, the Sales and Marketing Rep, was very professional, courteous, patient and informative, while helping us through the process. He answered every text and call from our Realtor and we had many questions. If you are looking for someone to help you who cares about your needs and is willing to truly help you, call Chris Carter. I had the pleasure of working with Houston during my first time home buying process. His relaxed nature and knowledge made me know that I was in good hands. Houston's sense of humor really helped to decreased my anxiety a lot. Overall a nice gentleman and I would definitely work with him again in the future!

My wife and I met with the Ryan Homes representative, Kathleen Rose who spoke with us about the possibility of building a new home. Kathleen was professional and friendly and patiently answered our questions until we were comfortable in deciding to build a Ryan home. We are excited to continue through the building process and move into our new house next year.

First and foremost, we were very pleased with the location once we realized it was just off Richie Highway, where there is tons of things to do and very convenient. The community is tucked in its own area, which we loved. The homes looked beautiful and the model homes were great. We met with Houston who was a ton of help! Most new construction communities will have you walk the models by themselves, which is totally fine, but we appreciated that Houston was there to answer any and all questions we had as we walked through the model homes. He waited at least four hours until our realtor was able to come by and see for herself and ask any questions we weren’t sure to ask. So five stars for Houston and five stars for Cedar Hills!!

Coming into the new neighborhood was appealing as you enter. The houses looked of good quality, Houston was very professional and was able to explained a lot about the projects happening in the area. Houston was even helpful about the pricing of different models coming soon to complete the area.

Houston was amazing the first day I looked at the property he was up front and honest about everything. He was very knowledgeable and comfortable within the position and was able to do more in 15 min that I had done with anyone I had looked at a home before with. Houston is a major asset to the Ryan homes team and they should he grateful for him and his professionalism that is making Cedar Hill easy to sell. I couldn’t have done this without Houston.

Phillip Austin has been our Ryan Construction contact for Briar Creek Estates. Phillip has done an amazing job for us as we walk through this process of having a new home built. Phillip is the consummate professional: As you go through this process you have many questions: He has always been quick to respond with the accurate information that we need. If he doesn't know an answer to a question he will find out for us. He also goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. We flew into Indiana and had one day to put our house under contract before we had to leave and he was working until 11:30 at night to get the answer to the questions we needed. We like that he gives us all the facts and his expert knowledgeable advise but he lets us make the final decision. We never feel pressured to decide one way or another. He is great to work with because he is always positive and enthusiastic.

Phillip has gone above and beyond in not only helping us with the design, keeping our budget what we discussed, and even answering our questions from finance to move in, regarding the entire process of building our very first home. He has made the process extremely simple, and made himself readily available anytime we needed him. Could not be any happier with Ryan homes thanks to his hard work and effort.

**I wrote my original review a few months ago, when we had just started building. We move into our new home tomorrow. Ryan Homes has continued to exceed our expectations. Our hone is stunning, they walked us through every single thing, and we are so happy. Jason, the project manager has also been phenomenal during the entire build. I heard from friends who used other builders that we wouldn’t be in contact with the sales rep after we began construction. For us, that was not the case at all: Philip has continued to be in contact and work closely with Jason. We are so happy we chose to build with Ryan Homes! **
We have had a great experience! My husband and I were planning on moving next fall, and I had seen that Briar Creek would be opening a second phase, so I originally called for information on Phase 2. Philip assisted us and has been phenomenal. He has responded to all my questions in a very friendly, professional way. We ended up looking at the home, falling in love with the lots, and are building in phase 1. As it was not the timeline we expected I’ve had a lot of questions and he has never made me feel like any question is too small. He promised me from the get go he would do everything he could to help us build our dream home and he has absolutely done that. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him, then the project manager during our build, as well as our loan officer Seth, who also has been extremely helpful. Both of them have met with us at times that were convenient for us as full time employees with two little boys. We have had a wonderful experience thus far and cannot wait to be in our new home!

Myself and my daughter recently purchased a home in Cedar Hill. We worked with Nathan Silva of Ryan Homes, Ryan McNicholas as our project manager and Malcolm Khalil with NVR for our financing. The three together were our dream team. They were consummate professionals, responded quickly to emails, they were able to answer all of our questions, they went above and beyond the call of duty and they took the stress out of our home buying process. I loved it so much I decided to build here! The Ryan Homes team were very nice and great to work with. Their lending team was equally great! Our community is still growing and I'm so excited for the amenities that will be opening up next Summer...clubhouse, pool, fitness center, & waking trails! I'm in close proximity to everything....695, 97, 295, & downtown Baltimore. There's a plethora of shopping & food choices. Come check us out!

Working with Nate has been nothing short of amazing. My Husband and I are first time home buyers and he has been so helpful throughout this entire process thus far. Nate is professional, super nice and easy to talk to. He is very responsive to emails, texts and phone calls and he always keeps us in the loop with everything. My fiancee and I just started the process and it has been great so far! Cory was wonderful about walking us through the process from day 1. We were able to choose from a variety of options for our new house and Cory ensured we had all of our questions (no matter how small) answered before making any final decisions. Seth, from NVR, has also been very informative and helpful in walking us through the loan process thus far. Our build is scheduled to begin on June 15, so we will update our review later on, but so far we are very happy with the experience we have had with Ryan Homes and look forward to living in this beautiful neighborhood soon!

So far we have found the initial stages of the home building process to be seamless. Cory and Jen were both very helpful throughout the process answering any questions we have had along the way. Seth, from NVR mortgage, was very supportive by giving us multiple mortgage options and completing the mortgage approval process in a timely manner. This is a great Ryan Homes team and we would recommend them for any prospective home buyers.

Just checked out the single family homes. For $400K, they serve up a good deal: 5 bedrooms and a double car garage, plus den. Great location off Ritchie. They also have a few snazzy townhouses. This place will be a quiet and beautiful recluse. Well done Ryan homes!
