We recently built a home with Ryan Homes at Clear Creek. We decided to build because it was more affordable to build than to buy for what we were looking for.
Lindsay and Justin were wonderful from start to finish. They both were very attentive and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. I am so excited to be buying into OneWestport. It sounds like the neighborhood will be transformed by further development over the next 5 years. The builder's salesperson, Nate, is approachable and easy to interact with. I've had A LOT of questions and not once have I sensed any irritation or impatience. The only negative I've experienced is that the lot i initially wanted was sold by the time I made up my mind. don't let that happen to you!😂

Ryan Homes built me an amazing new home from the ground up!!!! Jake, my sales representative, was so informative and made the sales process so easy. BUT my project manager, Josh was amazing. From the moment I met him at our first meeting until he handed me the key to my home, Josh kept me informed of everything going on with my build, took pictures for me, allowed me to come see the progress, answered all of my questions and watched over the build as if it were his own!!! I have watched him do the exact same for other homeowners, which shows me what a caring professional is. Josh should be commended for his knowledge, his professionalism, and his willingness to go the extra mile to provide a house that is easily turned in to a place to call HOME.

Overall, we had a very positive experience. The entire process went smoothly and moved along quickly, and we are extremely happy with the final result. Communication throughout the process was clear and helpful, and all of our questions and concerns were addressed along the way.

Let me be honest who wants to have a dream house just come over to the office they will help you setup your spot of your choice and model you chose with the upgrades .
There is a man you should ask UBY , production supervisor I will tell you my history shortly, from the first day we got our spot we chose till the end of the building is done we have every step of construction information by photo zoom meeting and scheduled visit on the site every week.
Mr. UBY NEVER MISSED A WEEK he calls and shares photo during and until end of construction what an amazing guy loves what he is doing and he knows what his customers looking for.
I always thanks him what he has done and even after we moved in to our dream house he is always there when we need him.

Huge shoutout to Nate (Nathan) and the entire team at One Westport!
I had been looking to purchase a home for about six months when I came across One Westport by Ryan Homes. I signed up for the newsletter, but after seeing the prices online, I honestly wasn’t sure it would fit my budget.
One afternoon, Nate gave me a call. I explained that I had been searching for a home but thought One Westport might be out of my price range. Instead of writing it off, he encouraged me to come by that weekend so we could sit down and go over everything together.
He adjusted his schedule to work with mine, and I’m so glad he did.
The model home was absolutely beautiful, honestly, it’s even better in person than it looks in the photos online. After the tour, Nate walked me through the pricing, estimated monthly costs, available loan options, and what to expect throughout the process. He answered every question I had without making me feel pressured, and by the end of our conversation, I was sold. I’m really glad he made that phone call.
A few days later, I was introduced to the NVR Mortgage team. Chloe and Adam have both been fantastic. They’ve guided me through every step of the loan process, making sure I understand everything along the way. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but they’ve made the experience simple and stress-free.
Nate also introduced me to Ben, the Project Manager, and he’s been equally amazing. While the mortgage process has been moving in the background, Ben has kept me updated on the progress of my home with regular communication, photos, and construction updates. He’s been transparent, responsive, and has always taken the time to answer my questions. I recently completed my pre-drywall walkthrough with him, and it’s been exciting to see everything coming together.
Before I visited the model home, I spent a lot of time reading the Google reviews. If you’re reading this because you’re considering One Westport, do yourself a favor and schedule a visit. Ask for Nate! The entire process has been incredibly smooth, and every person I’ve worked with has genuinely cared about making this a great experience. Purchasing a new home is not a simple accomplishment to check off your list. The decision requires your time, patience, intelligence, and discernment. Our family was both excited and apprehensive at the opportunity to build with Ryan Homes. There were mixed reviews, and we could not quite wrap our heads around the process… until we met with our sales representative, Tashonda.
Tashonda was authentic and optimistic. She understood our concerns, and above all, she was patient! Her knowledge of the market, the area, and how to navigate a mix of excitement and fear makes her an absolute jewel. Quite frankly, she is the reason we purchased our home.
She encouraged us to speak to neighbors in our community, drove with us to previously built communities, and offered a delicate balance—showing us that the sky is the limit while helping us understand that our kite string has a threshold.
Her heart, personality, and wisdom allowed her to connect with our family and truly understand our needs. About a month ago, I stopped by this subdivision to check out their ranch homes. Since I am a caretaker for my elderly parent and disabled brother, it is time for me to downsize to a one level home. As soon as I walked in, Grayson greeted me along with Danielle. They both sat down with me and explained everything. Both were very pleasant and patient. A couple of days later, I had the pleasure of meeting with Brie. Brie has been a wonderful sales person. When I call, she answers. If I text, she responds. No matter how many times I stop by the subdivision, she is always welcoming and is a breath of fresh air. Brie is extremely knowledgeable and is ALWAYS willing to answer any questions. I had the pleasure of working with Kurt Jinks, the Warranty Manager for the Jacksonville division, and I want to highlight the exceptional professionalism and human-centered approach he brought to our experience. From the beginning, Kurt ensured we felt heard and understood something that had been missing after multiple attempts to communicate concerns with no follow-up or actionable results from others in service and warranty.
Kurt took the time to personally visit our newly built home to assess our concerns. By seeing the issue firsthand, including the structural problem, he was able to provide clear insight and meaningful solutions. His approach demonstrated what exceptional customer service looks like while representing Ryan Homes with deep expertise in the construction field.
His follow-up was equally impressive. Kurt consistently communicated the status of our concerns, showing a level of professionalism and care that truly reflects Ryan Homes’ values. Before I even knew his role, I genuinely thought he was a corporate leader within the warranty division because of the way he carried himself and advocated for us.
While our initial experience with Ryan Homes Warranty and Strada was disheartening for the first month and a half, Kurt completely transformed the customer service experience and restored our trust.

Our daughter moved to Ohio just over a year ago. So we decided to start looking to make a move too. When we came to Wooster and found Clear Creek there was practically nothing here back in November of 2025. But thanks to Lindsay Krupp for her detailed information about what was being built here we decided to go ahead and put a hold on the lot my wife and I wanted. Now that we're here we are extremely happy with our new home. It helped tremendously to have project manager Justin Turner to work with his follow up phone calls made us at ease about what we were having built. Justin was available when we called or texted him and always got back to us making the process so easy . We had some snags selling our home in New York are we're not able to arrive when our house was finished on June 5th we arrived June 26th they were so understanding and patient with us . We just moved into our new house in this development. We moved from another Ryan Homes community and felt our house was well built there, so we decided to go with Ryan Homes again in Wooster. Lindsay was our first point of contact in the model home when we chose our home and finishes. The process was extremely easy and transparent. The communication level was high and ultimately very accurate. The project manager. Justin was also highly communicative and honest with us about timelines and progress during the build. We have just now moved into our house, but it appears to have been done to a very high standard. I would recommend this neighborhood to other families (and single people) looking for straightforward new construction home that is reasonably priced and done professionally.

Although our home at One West Port is still being built, our experience with Ryan Homes so far has been exceptional. From the very beginning, the team has made the entire home-buying process smooth, exciting, and stress-free. Every step has been clearly explained, and the communication has been consistent and professional throughout.

I purchased my home from Ryan Homes Clear Creek Run development in Wooster, Ohio, and after living in the house for 4 months, I can honestly say I am very happy with both the home and the overall experience.
From start to finish, the entire process went very smoothly. Project Manager Justin Turner and Sales Representative Lindsay Krupp were both outstanding to work with. They were always friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire build process. Any small issues or questions that came up were handled quickly and efficiently, which really gave me peace of mind.
I also had very positive interactions with all of the workers and contractors involved in building the home. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and seemed to truly care about doing quality work.

We recently closed on our new Ryan home in Huntcliff. We had a wonderfully smooth and joyful experience building. We have built a total of 4 homes as a family. Our first being a Ryan home in Ohio, a Jeff Lindsay home close to Woosley, a 6,000sq ft custom home near the Brooks, and now our new Ryan home in Huntcliff. Jeff Lindsay is a good builder, but very pricey now. The same floorplan of the home we built near Wooley for under $400,000 is now being built for over 1 million. Our custom build did not go well from the start. 2 new roofs and multiple overhauls on our HVAC for a 3 yr old home hasn't been enjoyable. Watch out for custom homes bc you won't get a warranty on anything and no customer service department. Our very first house we built in Ohio was a Ryan home. We remembered how smooth that experience was and the comfort of having a warranty department backed by a nationwide company sounded amazing. We were ready to leave the 6,000 sq ft home for something more familiar, homey, and more our pace. The price was amazing for fayette county andJustin our sales rep. Used to be a project manager for the construction of the home and this was very knowledgeable. Sarah our project manager was super sweet, a girl that got things done, well versed in Ryan homes construction, and very willing to communicate regularly ( sometimes more than once a week). Since we have built a wide array of homes we understand that there will be "builder grade" finishes in areas. However, that's the cost savings passed on to you in the price. We also understand that no home is perfect. They will do their very best to ensure a great home for you at closing. We are thrilled to now have a home with a great warranty, plus a warranty department. We were blessed to get to know amazing people and to build a home with them. I cannot overstate how wonderful the team at Ryan Homes Huntcliff Fayetteville are. Kudos to them and blessings in all their future endeavors.

We got exactly what we were told,
from start to finish. Working with Lindsay was easy, comfortable and informative. We’ve never built in a new development before so decided to check it out based on the location and convenience of this development. We left our first meeting with Lindsay and were really surprised how simple the process was. We committed to our lot and our build and Lindsay introduced us to Justin the (general contractor) Lindsay talked very highly of Justin and his style working with families, and man he exceeded expectations. Top notch, from start to finish Justin was awesome. He tells you what to expect from the build and from himself and crushed it.
The build was on schedule, everything is very efficient with Ryan Homes. The app is a great bonus as Justin updates the app weekly with images of the new progress/ followed by a weekly phone every week which was nice. Justin discuss what was being completed and what to expect each week throughout the build. We have been very pleased with our experience and highly recommend to anyone who is considering to build.

Wow wow wow what an exciting experience we moved to Baltimore only two months ago and definitely were not even close to buying a new home
We were exploring the area and saw the billboard for one Westport and stopped by without an appointment
We were lucky to meet Nate as he was leaving for the day after living in Florida for 20 plus years we fully expected him to slam the door on us.
Nope, he took off his coat invited us in, made us coffee and shared homemade cookies a client brought him. He gave us the specs about the development, showed us the model homes and didn’t rush us out. He spent over an hour answering questions and the next thing we knew it was dark out. The night view is actually what sold us
We did our research that night and felt the value of the home and the stunning views and the vision of what the surrounding neighborhood will become had us back the next day signing the papers
We then told close friends about the property and they bought one also

Shortly after losing my mom unexpectedly, I knew I needed to find a larger home to be able to move my dad in. After spending weeks talking with realtors and visiting homes, I realized any home I chose we will have to remodel. So one day I saw a sign for the new Ryan Homes and thought maybe? Always thinking building a home would be well out of my budget. That’s when god sent his angel! Lindsey Krupp. Wow is mostly what I can say. She has a warm welcoming demeanor and seems to always be smiling. She took me right under her wing and helped me choose a beautiful new home that I could actually afford! She then continued to explain every detail in normal terms continuing to make the experience excellent. She gave a shoulder to cry on, dealt with an extreme amount of questions, and was truly a great support. She honestly should be the face of Ryan Homes! Then comes Justin Turner, our builder. He met with me and went over every detail and followed up on progress weekly as the home was being built. Once completed, Justin gave us a through walk through and explained everything. We are in the process of building our new home with Ryan Homes at Huntcliff. We went to contract at the end of September and they started our build in October. It is now the end of December and everything is looking great so far with aspirations of closing in March. Although we had a good experience with our sales person, I want to take a moment to recognize our Project Manager Chad Mick. Chad has been amazing to work with. He is detailed oriented and customer service focused. We live out of state and have come up to visit monthly. He communicates with us regularly via Phone and text message. He also provides us with new photos that show the progress a couple times a week. Today we had the pre-drywall walk-through and he was very thorough as he wanted to ensure our expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Ryan Homes is very lucky to have someone like Chad representing their brand!!!

Had a tour this week with Tony and again today 12/21/2025 with Nathan. Both were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Although I'm not financially ready to buy into this amazing upcoming community as a first time home buyer, I was still treated with respect and welcomed. No pressure either, despite having some wiggle room to make a purchase work with a little assistance from my parents lol. Nathan ensured I walked away with a better understanding of the home buying process and what I can comfortably afford. And who knows, things may change financially in 6 months from now and I may be able to come back and buy a home with all the upgrades and features I want. I doubt what I want will be left, but I'm an optimistic person. If that happens, I'd be right back to work with Nathan again. I see and believe in the vision for this project. We asked a lot of questions about the location and plans. They were all answered. The homes are beautiful. I really hope everything works out, and urge those who are ready to buy to look into this community. Baltimore is slowly coming together. Your patience will be worth it. The whole journey of buying this home from Ryan Homes was a delightful experience. Janine from sales office is by far the best sales person we ever came across. She was knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant to work with. She happily addressed our repeat requests for any clarifications, option selections and showings of various models. We can’t thank her enough for her friendly assistance through out the process. She played a big role in we deciding to buy from Ryan Homes 😊
Brian (assisted by Mike) was a fantastic project manager. He kept us updated on the progress of construction and plans on a weekly basis. He responded promptly to all of our requests. He was receptive to any of our concerns and acted efficiently to resolve them. He kept the progress on schedule. There was an approximately one month delay in closing due to water meter approval issue which was outside the control of Ryan Homes. They completed everything in their control as promised.
Sharing photos of the progress on PhotoCircle was very much appreciated. We felt being a part of the process, despite of being an out of state resident. Overall, they communicated very well throughout the process, all the way to the closing.
They deliver what they promise. You get what you see in the model home for quality. So pay attention to the details while visiting model home and final walk through to make sure it meets your expectations. I would have liked better finishing for painted woodwork.
Overall, we are very happy with the home buying experience.

OneWesport is a beautiful community being developed fronting on the Patapsco River in Baltimore City, MD just off I-295. What makes this development so special is that it is located in the city but away from the city so there is a feeling of being in your own private oasis away from city traffic, noise, etc. but with easy access to all that the city has to offer. I had the opportunity to tour the townhomes that are being built by Ryan Homes. These are beautiful, well constructed 3 and 4 level luxury homes, many with river views. I worked with Nathan (Nate) Silva. Nate was courteous, patient, professional and very solutions oriented. He explained the sales process in great detail, answered all my questions and responded promptly to each of my concerns. There are no high pressure sales tactics. My husband and I signed our contract in July of 2025 and from our initial contact with Janine Frey in the sales office to Brian the project manager and Eva Nicho and Clare Pezzullo at NVR Mortgage this whole experience has been nothing less than outstanding. Just a note that this review is being posted prior to going to settlement on our new home as construction is still ongoing.
That said, so far we have nothing but very positive things to say about Nate Silva and the rest of the Ryan Team at Bethany Glen. Nate has been very accommodating, patient, kind and considerate and has gotten back to us VERY quickly on any questions we had. To include minor changes here and there along the way. Even on his day off!
The products being used to build the house (windows, doors, materials, HVAC and so on) are a considerable step up from the typical "Builder Grade".
This is now the third Ryan home That has been purchased in our family and encourage anyone to seek them out when looking for a new home.

Everything in our home buying experience with Ryan Homes has been top notch. The sales process was straightforward and well organized. The home build process itself was very well executed, extremely well communicated and as a bonus full completion ended up being ahead of schedule by about three weeks.
Anytime that I observed the lot while under construction I found the home site to have been kept very neat and orderly. The homesite while under construction never at any time appeared to me to be in a state of disorder. The appearance of a homesite under construction can tell you a lot about the overall quality of home build you may ultimately be receiving, and our site was always kept nice and orderly.
Schedules were kept. Changes or questions were communicated immediately and clearly. Ryan Homes gets an A+ in my experience regarding their process and procedure. They run a tight ship and you can tell. I was very impressed with how they plan, process and execute their overall new home build process.
We also absolutely want to recognize Matt Bollinger as being an absolute asset to Ryan Homes. Matt's professionalism, technical proficiency, and communication skills are exemplary. We couldn’t have received a better home production supervisor. Interaction with Matt was about 85% of our overall interaction with Ryan Homes and he should most definitely be recognized as being very much appreciated by us during this entire process. Kudos to Matt Bollinger for taking care of business for us and Ryan Homes.
I’ll definitely be recommending Ryan Homes to friends and colleagues who are in the new home buying market.

I live in FL and I am possibly looking to buy a house in MD. I ended up getting connected with Nathan Silva, who works in Bethany Glen Community for Ryan Homes. After Nathan carefully listened to what I was looking for and the reason WHY I was possibly looking to buy, although he didn't have what I was looking for in his community, he still went above and beyond for me to steer me in the right directions to the right people where he thought I would find what I was looking for. Not only did he steer me in the right directions, I found him to be extremely perceptive, professional and knowledgeable in real estate location whereabouts and gave me very good advices that I would otherwise not have known had it not been for him and he really looked out for my best interest.
If I end up buying in a different community from the community where he works out of, I only wish I could bring him with me to the community I would be buying from so that he could get the credit and the recognition he very much deserves and earned from me only if Ryan Homes were to allow this.

Ryan Homes warranty is a blessing! We had an issue with our HVAC system and in the recent cold weather Ryan supplied space heaters until the technician could arrive. First off, if you believe all the negativity on social media about Burr Oak and that discourages you from building a home here, you will never have your dream home.
Ashley, Taylor, and Jordan all went above and beyond for me in every step of the way. The communication at each stage in the process was phenomenal. I am one to ask a ton of questions and I was never felt as though I was a burden for asking. I can honestly say I had zero issues in the entire build process-and that is saying a lot! I have built a custom home in the past, and I cannot say the same thing. Jordan has even come to my house and done things for me outside of his "normal" job, just to help me out. Ryan Homes have really hired some great people to help develop this subdivision!
We are now in my dream home and we are loving it! I have zero regrets and I am so happy I chose to listen to my own experience instead of social media!

I don't do reviews, however, the team at Terra Pines deserve some serious praise! I've been working closely with Allison & Angel who have been absolutley wonderful to work with as we went through the process of picking our lot (which we've had our eye on for over a year due to it's seclusion from the hustle and bustle that is becoming St Augustine), selecting all of the home options and ultimately getting financing through their in house lender.
No matter the time or day, Allison & Angel have been super responsive and incredibly accommodating to not only me, but our large family. Our kids have even started to call Allison; Auntie, we've seen her so many times and have been greeted with smiles snacks and coloring books - thankfully we're under contract with all options and don't need to drive poor Allison crazy anymore.
Allison's teammate Frank is also incredibly courteous, friendly and accommodating when we've dropped by to look at the model for various reasons.
Between Allison, Angel, Frank and the manager Bridgette (Who is ON TOP of stuff) I don't have a single negative thing to say about them.
Our home is scheduled to be completed in a few months, our meeting with the building managers have been pleasant and informative thus far, I hope the build process and craftsmanship is as wonderful as the sales and finance side has been.
Once our build is complete, we'll be sure to update our review.

Ashley and Taylor were very helpful with the application and loan process which can sometimes be hectic and stressful but we did not feel this way at all! This is our second build with Ryan Homes and we are again very happy with the process. Our project manager Trent was very attentive and let us see the house whatever we wanted to. He always answered all our questions quickly and took lots of progress photos for us to view on the app! The build process took less time than projected originally and we were able to move in sooner! Overall it’s a great neighborhood and great homes!

We are currently finishing our build with Ryan homes in Brookside greens. Ashley Shepherd has been amazing through every step of the process. She explained all the options that comes along with the build and made sure to find the house that fit our families needs. Ashley was great at keeping in contact and getting back with us with any questions we had along the way. As for our construction, the head manager Brett K was outstanding. Every process of the build he would send us weekly updates and even provide us with pictures. He was very accommodating with days and times for us when we were able to come and look at the house in person. This whole process was great for my family. Ashley Shepherd was amazing from the very beginning. She helped us find what house would be perfect for us, she made the process easier than I imagined it would, and kept in touch every step of the way. Cassie was also great to work with on the financial side of things - she helped us understand step-by-step what needed to be done in order to get our house built. Brett was the construction site manager and he was just awesome. He sent us pictures of the house as it was going up, filled us in on timelines, allowed us to come visit the house as it was being built, allowed family to come with us - he was just awesome. The whole process was quick and easy and now we have a perfect house for our family!

I was very happy with my experience. Ashley, Chris and Adam were great to work with, super nice and responsive.
This is one of the better ran subdivisions of Ryan homes in my opinion, and my inspector said the same. I think that makes the difference when it comes to things being done correctly.
Main tips to note for anyone looking to build here:
-Get your own home inspector
-visit regularly
-the water pressure is about 30psi mainly due to distance/elevation to the tower, I found it fine for my needs but ask about this if you’re concerned
-replace the shower rods yourself and outside “splash blocks” with something more heavy duty
-they don’t insulate all of your garage, this was something I failed to realize till last minute and did myself
-get extra lights, outlets, Ethernet (don’t skimp on this because you can’t add more later from Ryan)
-mount your TV on the stairs wall, it’ll make your space feel so much more open
No builder is perfect, I was hesitant at first with Ryan being a large builder, but honestly for the price and ease of everything it was relatively very painless and issue free.

We had an excellent experience building our daughter's first home. Ashley Shepherd took the time and guided us through the lot selection, home style selection as well as the finish selections. All of our questions were answered and we felt comfortable in our decision thanks to Ashley's guidance. She checked in with us throughout the construction process. In addition, the onsite superintendent, Brett did an excellent job updating us after each major phase of construction. Pictures and updates were sent after the foundation was excavated and poured, framing was complete, mechanicals/insulation were installed, drywall was hung, flooring and cabinets were installed and then performed a final walkthrough at the homes completion. Both Ashley and Brett made the home building process an enjoyable experience.

Final stage of my Ryan Homes reviews: (please read the entire review for three stages of the build)
I already provided input on the sales group (Allison and Bridgette). The process just got better and better as progress of the build moved forward with the sales team. 5 stars!
Project mgrs David, Lance and CJ are always great to speak and work with. All very knowledgeable and they do what they say they'll do for you (remember within reason). They still have Corp obligations but do a great job making the buyer feel listened to and comfortable with the build. Terra Pines in Saint Augustine no doubt are possibly the best development you can buy in. It's due to their onsite employees and the contractors workmenship. Very well done TEAM. 5 stars!
NVR mortgage is part of Ryan homes. ALL the employees I spoke and worked with are very professional and attentive to your needs. I had the pleasure working with Angel, Carla, Robin and Dana. I'm not so sure they'll think it was a pleasure working with me but they delivered a good client experience.
I wish I could end the review here but as far as NVR mortgage corporation goes they need a lot of work to deliver a better product. I don't want to blame employees because they're all trying just to do their job but I can tell they are limited to give a client a good experience. NVR needs work in the area of underwriters and mgmt. I won't go into details because everyone can rip some company apart but I've been in most every type of management working for a LARGE corporation and deal with Banks, Governments, retail stores, etc. There's always better companies then others but.... I have to report I may have had the worse client experience with NVR's processes, rules, there's no understanding of their client base, etc. I could go on and on. Now I won't say don't use NVR however you may want to check competitor lenders. I have to state Ryan Homes may give an incentive IF the buyer uses their owned NVR lender but the struggles, intimidation, flat out abuse which is border line harassment and possibly age discrimination I would highly suggest using a competitor lender. It's NVR's process that needs revamped before possibly being fined but as mentioned the loan officers I mentioned did their job very well. Employees 4 stars just because you're part of NVR. NVR as a business I'm being nice to give 2 stars. I think NVR corp should give their loan officers one of their stars so employees get a 5 star.
My overall experience I'd highly suggest buying a Ryan home in Terra Pines you won't be disappointed as long as you don't have to be put through interrogation from NVR.

I Can’t speak for the completion of our house yet, since it’s not finished but I’ll submit another review in a few months on project mgr, house quality and how our walk through and punch list go.
I can however give feedback in reference to Ryan home Terra Pines sales agent , Allison. We were her first buyer when she started. You’d think since Allison was new to Ryan there would be a learning curve and mistakes which is expected (OK) working with a new employee. That wasn’t the case at all. My wife and I found it a pleasure working with Allison and she knew a lot of information already. What we did like, if she didn’t know Allison would write it down on a note pad she keeps. Within the day or maybe next day we’d have the answer to our question or information we requested. We couldn’t be happier how we felt welcomed by Allison and not eye rolling. Main point is she’ll be on top of your questions , give you info needed and is a happy professional person to work with.
Ryan homes should extend their thanks to her for having her as an employee. We have and are again extending our thanks to her for a good client experience. Way to go Allison you’re a great value to Ryan Homes and we’re lucky we got to work with you.
My second review overall Terra Pines Ryan Homes I'd highly recommend them. Think twice about an incentive to use Ryan homes lender NVR!

Seamless service, Ashley really did a good job when explaining in detail which made a first time buyer like me understand things easily. She was pretty quick to respond via text or call whenever I have a question or two during business hours. She also helped me during the loan processing and made sure all the details are clear. Brett was really cool through out the process and provided updates time to time and kept me in the loop. During the orientation he really provided valuable suggestions and recommendations.
As for the community, this is really a calm and peaceful community. With 10-15 min radius we can get all the required things.
I will highly recommend this place.

I can not say enough how awesome he was. We got weekly updates with pictures, and any questions or concerns we had he was more then happy to respond in a timely manner! Excellent Service, and great value! Ashley was the most attentive sales associate we could ever find, and she made a huge impact in our decision to purchase with Ryan Homes. Bill made the financial approval service flawless, fast and stress-free. And Brett was extremely responsive and a dedicated project construction manager that kept us up to date from beginning to end. My experience with building a new home with Ryan Homes was great. I really enjoyed working with Curt in sales to make selections and start the contract process. He was kind, quickly answered questions and communicated well. Tyler my build project manager was amazing, you can tell he cares about getting things right! His communication was great and he was honest about delays and supply issues, but also really intentional about finishing up work on time. I just got all my warranty work completed and was thrilled with the way this was handled by all involved.

We closed on our home in Moore Farm two weeks ago, and couldn't be happier! The process wasn't without a couple of hiccups but the team at Ryan Homes far exceeded our expectations in terms of resolving those issues with care and urgency. While everyone we worked with throughout the homebuilding process was professional and kind, we wanted to give a heartfelt shout-out to our project manager, Brian Walsh. My husband and I were on site quite frequently while our home was being built and Brian was always kind, informative, transparent and more than willing to help us with whatever we needed, and he continues to be there for us even now that his job is "done". We were told that who you get as a project manager makes all the difference in this process, and we really feel like we won the lottery when it comes to the PM assigned to our home. Even though we know that Brian has multiple homes going at once, he always made us feel like our home was a top priority which we are beyond grateful for. We adore our new home, it is EVERYTHING we wanted it to be and more.

We recently moved in to our NEW home :) and yayy we made it!!!
I have to start with Tom and Carrie who were the Sales Representatives (Now they have moved to NEW roles). We liked a plan through Website and made a decision to look at the LOT site in person. Tom was very polite & humble and he was very thorough in explaining all the details of the house plans, cost, estimates etc...for the 1st time home buyers like us. We were really impressed after looking at the site which had the MUST needs - like backyard, privacy, woods view etc. Thanks a lot to Tom and Carrie who did an amazing job!!!
Next I would like to talk about NVR Mortgage. Farrah from NVR was very knowledgeable and she explained all the Mortgage process end-to-end. She went through the step-by-step guide on the appraisal process, credit checks, loan approvals etc. and answered all the questions I had whenever needed. Overall I am very happy with the process and thanks a lot to Farrah who did an Excellent Job!!!
I would like to thank Travis from Ryan homes who was very thorough in explaining all the details during pre-dry wall, pre-closing etc. He is an amazing guy who explained every single detail in layman terms. Thank you so much Travis!!!

My husband and i had a wonderful experience with Ryan Homes at Moore Farm. Carrie took extremely good care of us when in the planning process, helping us navigate the features and add-ons. Once the building started our Project Manager Jay provided weekly updates, so we knew what was happening at all times!
