So far in our home buying and building at Addison landing in Troy with Ryan homes has been excellent. Mike is super kind and very knowledgeable about the homes offered. He was very helpful and getting in and answering any questions we had. He is always quick to respond to any questions we have had. Also James and Adam with NVR have been great so far in the financing process and quick to answer anything we have asked. They are very of competitive and want your business. The project manager Jordan has also been easy to work with and always willing to answer any questions I have had (which have been plenty). He's updated us at every step of the way while our house is being built. We are due to close later this month and hopefully the process will continue to be this easy to the end with a beautiful completed home in less than a month.
