We just closed on our new Ryan home in Windsor Estates, and we've been very happy with the whole experience. Nicole, the community agent, was just a pleasure to work with. Our project manager, Landon, was conscientious and responsive throughout the build. He answered all my questions, responded to all my messages, and made sure that we were happy with the final product. They finished the house right on schedule. The home is just beautiful, the neighborhood is lovely, and everyone that we worked with throughout the process was helpful and friendly. This was a big move for us, and what could have been a stressful experience went very smoothly, and we love our new home.

Our experience with Ryan has been very good Nick Muzzi did a fantastic job during the building process fantastic with communication and sharing photos of the progress and just a genuinely nice person representing Ryan. Always there when I had any kind of a question and believe me I had plenty of them. All of the sales staff and we met with many of them, Patrick Shane, Michelle at the model were very helpful and great people to deal with. They made the buying process very seamless. Ryan offers some great options That are mostly included in your price of your home. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because we never get a chance to use our dishwasher. It was supposedly ran before we bought the house, but we never used it for a week or so after we moved in and it never worked. When we went to Ryan, they told us we had to go through the manufacturer GE after waiting about two weeks to get a new control board and then another week for someone to come put it in, we were not happy with that. We felt that Ryan should have just gave us a new dishwasher and dealt with the nonworking one through their appliance distributor. Otherwise, we love the house and we love the community. We think it’s going to be great place to live for our golden years.

We’re currently in the process of building a house with Ryan Homes at Crystal Falls. Just wanted to take a minute to share our experience so far. We were welcomed like a family member by Shawn. He’s shown genuine concern to get us exactly what we wanted. He was very patient with us as we went through the process of deciding on a lot and color choices. He really listened to us. He followed up regularly. His emails and all communication was timely. He was a gracious host. He introduced us to Sam our Project manager. We had a meeting where Sam took us through the whole process, Sam and Shawn worked well together as they transitioned us to the construction team. Sam helped us understand what his role and responsibilities are, how we could contact him ,and how he would be communicating with us weekly with a call and photos weekly of the progress. We really felt comfortable. So far he’s met every commitment that he’s promised. His communication happens when he said it would, he is very thorough in his explanations of what’s going right and what the challenges are and what his next steps are. We just completed our pre Drywall meeting and he addressed all of the questions that we had. He pointed out the things that he saw that they were going to correct as well as some small things that we noticed. We feel very confident in his ability, to hit our expected closing date.
