We are currently building our home with Ryan Homes, and so far the experience has been great. The entire process has been smooth, with great communication and consistent updates every step of the way. We love the weekly updates and photos, which help us feel connected to the progress of our future home. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns, but the team has been super informative, patient, and supportive. They have taken the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure we feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall we have been very happy with our experience and are excited to see our home come together.

We just moved into our new house in this development. We moved from another Ryan Homes community and felt our house was well built there, so we decided to go with Ryan Homes again in Wooster. Lindsay was our first point of contact in the model home when we chose our home and finishes. The process was extremely easy and transparent. The communication level was high and ultimately very accurate. The project manager. Justin was also highly communicative and honest with us about timelines and progress during the build. We have just now moved into our house, but it appears to have been done to a very high standard. I purchased my home from Ryan Homes Clear Creek Run development in Wooster, Ohio, and after living in the house for 4 months, I can honestly say I am very happy with both the home and the overall experience. From start to finish, the entire process went very smoothly. Project Manager Justin Turner and Sales Representative Lindsay Krupp were both outstanding to work with. They were always friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the entire build process. Any small issues or questions that came up were handled quickly and efficiently, which really gave me peace of mind. I also had very positive interactions with all of the workers and contractors involved in building the home. Everyone was respectful, helpful, and seemed to truly care about doing quality work. Building a home can feel stressful, especially doing it on your own, but Justin Turner and Lindsay Krupp made the experience enjoyable and easy. We recently closed on our new Ryan home in Huntcliff. We had a wonderfully smooth and joyful experience building. We have built a total of 4 homes as a family. Our first being a Ryan home in Ohio, a Jeff Lindsay home close to Woosley, a 6,000sq ft custom home near the Brooks, and now our new Ryan home in Huntcliff. Jeff Lindsay is a good builder, but very pricey now. The same floorplan of the home we built near Wooley for under $400,000 is now being built for over 1 million. Our custom build did not go well from the start. 2 new roofs and multiple overhauls on our HVAC for a 3 yr old home hasn't been enjoyable. Watch out for custom homes bc you won't get a warranty on anything and no customer service department. Our very first house we built in Ohio was a Ryan home. We remembered how smooth that experience was and the comfort of having a warranty department backed by a nationwide company sounded amazing. We were ready to leave the 6,000 sq ft home for something more familiar, homey, and more our pace. The price was amazing for fayette county andJustin our sales rep. Used to be a project manager for the construction of the home and this was very knowledgeable. Sarah our project manager was super sweet, a girl that got things done, well versed in Ryan homes construction, and very willing to communicate regularly ( sometimes more than once a week). Since we have built a wide array of homes we understand that there will be "builder grade" finishes in areas. However, that's the cost savings passed on to you in the price. We also understand that no home is perfect. They will do their very best to ensure a great home for you at closing. We are thrilled to now have a home with a great warranty, plus a warranty department. We were blessed to get to know amazing people and to build a home with them. I cannot overstate how wonderful the team at Ryan Homes Huntcliff Fayetteville are. Kudos to them and blessings in all their future endeavors.

We love our new home and neighborhood! Stoney Creek is wonderful with it’s sidewalks, street lights, and beautiful sunset views from our vantage point! We enjoyed working with Ashley and appreciated her flexibility and honesty thought out the planning phase. The build process was fast and we were able to get the home we wanted on a great lot too. John was easy to work with as well, and responded to questions/concerns in a timely manner. I will say that being a winter build does require some extra patience with the driveway and lawn/landscaping installations. We are looking forward to having those things completed soon! Overall it was a great experience and we are very happy with the results!
