Weekly construction updates from Mike, the Project Manager, were exciting and informative—I could hardly wait to move in and loved learning about each step of the build. Every update was timely, and any concerns were addressed promptly and professionally.

We closed on our property in Nathanial's Grove in March, 2025. As with most new construction, there were some repair issues with the new house. We contacted our Warranty manager with Ryan Homes, Chris Trammel, to arrange for work to be done. Chris was extremely courteous and responsive to our service requests, and came personally to the property to introduce himself, and provide his personal phone number. Chris was knowledgeable about all aspects of our property, and effective getting the correct techs in to make the house 100% right. Overall, we trust Chris to take care of us, which was, and remains, much appreciated.

My wife and I were interested in moving somewhere close to Delaware Beach. We came upon compass point and were immediately impressed with the look of the development. Then we went in the model home and met Nikki. What a wonderful representative for your company. She was courteous, professional very well educated on every aspect of the property. We officially closed on 7/10/25!
Dominique (our sales rep) and Britt (our property manager) made this whole experience smoother than we ever expected. Their communication, support, and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful process into something exciting and manageable.
As with any new build, we’ve had a few minor hiccups — including a plumbing issue upstairs. Thankfully, Carrie from the warranty team jumped on it quickly and got it resolved with no hassle, which we really appreciated.
We absolutely love our home. Is it perfect? Of course not — no house is. We’ve got a short list of little things we’d like addressed, but nothing that impacts our daily life. We plan to schedule a follow-up inspection at the 10-month mark and share their recommendations along with our full list to the warranty team then.
All in all, we’re happy homeowners so far and genuinely grateful for a team that cares about both the process and the people.

We purchased our new home in December 2024. Being from out of state, we were concerned about the build process and how we would stay connected. This was our first “new build” so we had no experience with the construction phase.
Our project manager, Drew Eckman, quickly calmed our concerns. From the first day, Drew was extremely professional, polite and personable. He was thorough in explaining every aspect of the construction and what would come next. His weekly video updates and photos were informative and a welcome communication.He was always available to answer any questions. As the project came to completion, and we met Drew in person for walkthroughs, his attention to detail and management of crews was excellent. It was a pleasure working with him and we always felt he was working in our best interest.

First and Foremost, Ms. A. Alexander is one of the most patient sales representatives, and goes the extra mile to ensure your needs are met, questions are answered. The community is a rare and well designed communities with a lot of amenities compared to other like communities. All the current residents we met so far have been very helpful, welcoming, and this seems to be a tight-knit group and exactly what a 55(plus) community represents. The community also represents an opportunity since this exact model is for sale in two other nearby locations starting at $600k and $700k with less amenities!

I worked with wade and my experience was amazing , I remember starting the process in 2022 but could not make up my mind until I met wade in 2024 December he took time to explain things and made me so comfortable with this life time decision he not only was he kind but also so patient and also listening to customer needs , i took so many people to see the house and never did he feel tired nor bothered was always ready to guide and answer questions not to forget his mediation skill when me and loan officer disagreed I can go on and on but wade i want you to feel appreciated and thankyou thankyou . I highly recommend wade especially to first time buyers who has no clue about the process he is the best

Edit: we are cautiously optimistic regarding the repairs done, but the warranty team was on it. Here’s what happened. We called immediately about the damage. The guy on the phone nonchalantly put in the request and that was it. No urgency. I talked to some other people in the neighborhood who had similar events less than 30 days into their residency, so we were nervous on that. About a day after the water damage was reported, Carlos from the warranty team gave us a call and he was absolutely urgent. The plumbing company called me minutes prior saying they didn’t have an available appointment until the next week. Carlos corrected that to that day they were going to come out because water leaks are a big deal. Plumber found nothing. Carlos personally came out the same day with a local handyman and looked at the damage to the ceiling and to the area around the floor. They decided it was most likely an issue with the roof. Roofers came and also found nothing. BUT they resealed the roof anyway just in case it was something they could not verify. We’ve had two fairly similar rainy days since and we have not had the same leak. Drywall contractors came in and made the inside ceiling back to new again, although they did not call us for arrival times and expected time for the work to be done, so we just got lucky with timing on that. I’m still quite concerned if it was actually fixed and still upset that a brand new build would have an issue like that, but they did spring into action. I’m going back and forth on the rating of 3 or 4 stars because this is an issue that should not happen on a new build, but at the same time I really enjoy the community here and Ryan Homes stood by their promise to fix issues that were under warranty. At the end of the day though, the house is whole again so that’s ultimately the best outcome.

We’re now almost two months into ownership Initial showings with Addie were fantastic. She does a great job at walking you through the process and getting your house set up. No issues there.
If you use Ryan Homes internal NVR mortgage and have used any other mortgage company before, you’ll find they are weirdly extensive even with adequate credit history and contacts. Then on closing they were very disoriented and the documentation was incorrect and had to be fixed, despite their hyper-specificity for our portion. They also immediately sell off your mortgage.
But the final product: the house itself. Initially looked great. Mike, our project manager, took care of all the cosmetic issues we saw and functionality on the surface. Now though, not even 50 days in now we have a leak in the entire house inside of the flooring that is threatening the entire integrity of the 3rd floor. That’s a ridiculously short time for the house to have an issue that monumental and shows the corners being cut and in an area where houses are extraordinarily expensive for their counterparts in other states, that is absolutely stupid.
I’m giving them two stars because the house itself could be great, if not for shoddy plumbing and the initial experience we had with Addie was fantastic. I’m lowering it to 1 star if this warranty process is anything less than phenomenal and quick to avoid more damage to our property and furnishings.
Less than two months, for over half a mil. Think about it.

Summerwoods is a really nice community in a great location. We’ve done several inspections here and every time we’re impressed with how well the homes are laid out and the attention to detail in the design. The neighborhood has a peaceful feel, and those lake and preserve views really make a difference. Just minutes from the interstate, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to live in Parrish.

Austin was our property manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him and Ryan Homes.
The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Our closing date never changed and we were kept up to date every week with videos, pictures, and general information about what was going on with the build.
We had the home inspected by a 3rd party (which really wasn't necessary) and were told the build quality was some of the best in the area!

This was our second time buying with Ryan Homes, and we could not have had a more positive build experience with the Compass Point team. From our earliest conversations with Meredith, she worked with us both in person and remotely to get all of our questions answered about upgrades, build timelines, etc. We also absolutely loved working with our Project Manager, Nick. He was so professional and personable throughout the process. We loved all of the pictures and personalized videos that he would send to us through the app (mostly for our son to see and enjoy)! He even got our son a personalized little gift when we moved in, which was such a nice touch.
The neighborhood has everything we were looking for--a pool, close to schools and restaurants, and lots of families! We could not be happier that we chose Compass Point!

Our Family moved into Compass Point about 6 months ago, from out of state. Meredith, from the sales team, was so great from the beginning and set us at ease about moving to a new state and great area! Immediately when we saw the community, we knew it was more kid friendly than other neighborhoods we had originally been looking at. Nick, our project manager, was such a great help and attentive/friendly throughout the whole process. We had a very smooth process, and our timeline was perfectly executed! If you are looking for a family friendly community, we think this is the best around!

From the initial view on Zillow to going down to walk the models it was easy to set up. Once we got to Twin Lakes, Cheryl was so sweet and helpful, she showed us the Caicos model and we knew we were home. Cheryl made the buying process a piece of cake. Had a great experience with Addie! She was friendly, attentive, and very professional. She helped us and walked us through the various floor plan options and financing options that were available.
Only feedback for Ryan Homes as a company is to be more transparent on their closing cost money incentive and interest rates, since it looks like that the closing cost funds were primarily used to buy down the interest rate.
We ultimately went with Stanley Martin since they had a floor plan we preferred and they were able to provide a lower interest rate.

I recently moved into my new construction home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional team who made it happen!
First, the salesperson, Yvette was phenomenal!!!!! From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. She walked me through the process step by step, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. Her attention to detail and genuine care made this a stress-free experience.
The project manager, Ryan D. also deserves a huge shut out! He ensured the construction of my new home was completed on time so I won't be homeless. Despite the complexities that often come with new construction, there were no delays, and he kept me informed at every stage. His commitment to excellence was evident in the final result. I appreciate his hard work even after I moved in.
Finally, a big thanks to the loan officers (Sue and Elizabeth from NVR) were absolute lifesavers. They worked diligently to get my financing approved in time, making the process smooth and stress-free. Their attention to detail and ability to navigate the complexities of the loan process ensured everything stayed on track, allowing me to close on time without any worries.

I have had an excellent experience with the Wellington Farms team at Ryan Homes to build my new home. I have now closed and everything has come together much better than expected.
Lori M. and Kate F. were my Ryan Homes Sales Representatives, and were always there for me, whenever I needed anything. Together they made sure I had all of the tools needed to make the best decisions to select all of the custom options that I needed.
Lori went out of her way to stay at the office past 8:00 pm, so that I could read and understand every single part of each purchase contract. Thank you for being so patient, Lori!
Kate made sure I always had all of the information I needed – even the most off-the-wall document -- she never backed down from a challenge to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Kate!
Ben S. was my project manager, and Noah Y. was his assistant. As a team, they ensured that I was always happy, even as they navigated through the complex and intricate details of building several homes for several customers, all in synchronized harmony.
Ben made it a habit to go out of his way to ensure that I was always part of the process and well-educated. During construction, Ben and his team made sure I was kept in the loop with weekly progress updates, including pictures and videos of the whole building process. He also was accommodating of my home inspections, both pre-drywall, and pre-settlement. When my home inspector found a some minor issues, Ben took ownership and responsibility of the issues, and worked with the warranty team to ensure that everything was properly fixed to my liking, and correct to code.
Ben and team were always incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, and constantly available. This process never stopped. Even as I moved in, and afterwards, they were always there to ensure I had a positive experience. Their commitment to customer excellence and perfection is unwavering. Thank you Ben and Team!
Michaelynn B. was my loan officer and Darnell “DJ” P. was my loan processor – They were an excellent team; always ready to help, and always patient, whenever I had a question – and as a new homebuyer, I had quite a few of them! Michaelynn was committed to ensuring that I had the best possible experience. Even while she was out sick, or working late with a huge case load, she was always there to help me. Zach M. was my closing officer – Prior to closing, he went way above and beyond to get precise answers to some very complex and detailed questions – He took it upon himself to ensure I had the most correct answers possible. Zach worked diligently and professionally, ensuring I got the facts that I needed. At closing, Zach helped me to stay informed, and in the loop on everything, and he answered every question I had with integrity, honesty, and respect.
Although I did run into some problems during hybrid / e-Closing, Michaelynn and Zach were extremely helpful, and together, they worked to ensure that everything was ultimately correct, went as expected, and that I was happy. In-person closing was hassle free; because I was able to review the documents ahead of time, during hybrid / e-closing. The result was no stress at the closing table, without issues or surprises. Overall, Ryan Homes has surpassed my expectations, and has redefined for me what quality means in new construction homes. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional in introducing me to the community and available home options there, Yarla was very warm and personable. Sharing my experience from signing to closing. It has been great with this community sales team Sameerah and Kate from the beginning. This is a free standing or single family condominium community that looks beautiful and comes with a decent yard space for each owner to have fenced in yard.
The colonial floor plans they offer in this community are very efficiently designed three different floor plans even better than their regular single family homes for the size of square footage. Wish they do the 9 ft ceiling in first floor as well. It's high time Ryan homes offer the colors they use in their model homes in this community and elsewhere and realize there are other colors in the spectrum.
The Project manager Hayden takes personal interest in the construction process and is great with his work and timely communication. Hayden delivered the house in a great condition.
Closing was much easier with NVR mortgage. I would like to add a special shout-out to the NVR finance team for their great help with the closing on time especially for Rachael, Nicole and Lydia. They have been very communicative throughout and on time in requesting the documents required by underwriting that helped with the on time closing with the title agency team in getting the keys.
Overall it's a very pleasant and smooth experience right from signing till closing.

So, I wanted to wait for alittle while to write my review so that I was in a neutral space (I didn't want to still be on the high of being a new home owner and I didn't want to be upset if things didn't go how I expected). But all praises to YAH we made it! ❤️
First things first my initial interaction with Ryan Homes was great. I talked to someone about what I was looking for and I was connected to the GREAT KATE! 😊 Kate called me before our first meeting because whoever I setup the appointment with I told them that I had questions prior to the meeting and I believe Kate called me shortly after to answer any questions that I had. Moving forward to our meeting, Kate was patient, understanding and willing to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot 🤦🏽♀️ between me and my sister who came with me to the initial meeting). Kate was prompt with her responses throughout the whole thing (and now) and sent pictures when I wanted to see how things would look in the home. Honestly if this review was all about her, I would have given 5 stars!
Cody (project manager) was great as well! He called with updates. I hated to see that he left towards the end of our process.
Not sure if I should be writing about NVR under this post but they can STRESS someone out if you let them smh. Let me say though I am grateful for Jerry and Nicole as they helped me get though everything but I would be lying if I didn't say it was a roller-coaster of feelings going through this process. But while I am on this subject, one thing I can say that I dislike with how things go is: Ryan Homes/NVR let people get all excited (i.e. pick our upgrades, pick the exterior of the home, choose a lot, etc.) and then there becomes these hiccups where it seems like every thing you worked hard for is going to come to an end. I was asked to give more and more documents up until maybe two days before closing, if not the day before and that was a lot. Your dream can literally slip through your hands. I think people should have to be completely approved for the loan before all of the details are filled in and the home building process starts.
With all that being said, we LOVE our home! We are blessed to be in it and look forward to making memories! We had minor things that we have had to put tickets in for (pantry shelves, banister, etc.) but they have been corrected in a timely fashion thanks to John; my husband communicates with him and he takes care of whatever he needs to.
We love our neighborhood so far. Everyone has been friendly and we are excited to continue to see it grow. 🥰

Our Ryan Homes Sales Consultant at Anchors Run, Jaclyn Dmiterchik has been fantastic to work with! After having spoken to the "other" builder in the community, right off the first meeting with her we knew she was the one we were going to be comfortable working with. She has been on point on all the features that were important to us and that quickly became the reason to buy, also she put us in touch with the loan officer at NVR Jennifer for a no stress mortgage application process and she was also easy to work with. We are looking forward to be full time residents at Anchors Run.

Unbelievably we made the decision to purchase in Hillcrest Ranches after viewing the community online. Alan Solotky was very warm, welcoming and helpful during our virtual meetings to discuss offerings and options. Brian Hughes, our Project Manager, took the time to walk us through the process of building what we believe is our last home and never missed a beat with our weekly progress photos via PhotoCircle.
We were elated to meet both Alan and Brian in person on 09/20 and see the incredible attention to detail they both bring to their work. The community met our expectations, and the construction progress was right on track. Both Alan and Brian ensured that every question we had was answered thoroughly, and their professionalism has made the home-building process an enjoyable and exciting experience.

My wife and I were searching for our retirement home, and we finally decided to look into Ryan Homes because of their options, designs, and value. We ended up buying a rambler and couldn't have been happier with the process from A to Z. Chase and Charles were patient and helpful with our circumstances because we live in Fairfax Virginia. I think they understand the personal and emotional feelings from the buyers' perspective. Chase and Charles fulfilled their duties, updating us with photos and videos throughout the build. They make sure questions have answers and problems have solutions within diligence time. I felt like they were our concierge 24/7. We tried to furnish our home from Virginia, and they kindly accepted in delivery with grace. After reading many reviews on builders that were not favorable, my wife and I were concerned about picking a builder to work with.
Ryan Homes was one of five home builders in a development in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, that my wife and I were interested in purchasing. We were relocating from NY. We looked at all the models of the other builders and then decided to go to Ryan's model. I met with the representative, Michael Freshwater, who was with a client at the time but gave me his card and took my information. While we waited, we decided to look at a villa. After leaving the villa, Michael had already left for the day. I took a chance and called him and left a message. He returned my call on his own time and spent an hour with me on the phone, which to me was a sign of a true professional who takes pride in their profession. Michael told me about a great deal that they had on a single family, spec home that was available at a phenomenal price. The home had every upgrade that we wanted already installed, and we purchased it.
I'm a retired city worker from NY and on a pension and was concerned about getting a small mortgage. Ryan Homes had some incentives for using their lender. Jorge Medina was very patient and knowledgeable and sat with me and my wife. Jorge showed me what credit cards I should pay off and helped me get approved for a small mortgage.
The project manager, Bamboo, then took over. I explained that this was the first time my wife and I bought new construction. From beginning to end, Bamboo communicated with me by phone, email, and text from Florida to New York, answering my many questions. Many of the codes in Florida are different than in NY, and Bamboo explained the reasons for the differences and gave me detailed information on how to maintain the house in Florida's climate.
I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised with Ryan Homes and their team of professionals.

I had a wonderful experience working with Erin at Hidden Lakes. I’m relocating from Cincinnati after having spent many years in Stark County in my younger years. As I drove up I thought what a great neighborhood. When I walked the model home I was like this is it. The process was painless and I was able to get what I wanted for a great price; far less than Cincinnati prices. I chose a big lot on a corner and as I stood there looking around the neighborhood it’s a great view. I am so excited about my new home and so pleased with the people and the process. My wife and I were looking for a house in Parrish, our first stop was summerwoods, we met Charles, Charles was very friendly and professional, we had a tour , we loved it at first sight , but we decided too keep looking around the area to compare …. A week later we made our decision , we decided to go with summerwoods Charles made it very easy to work with , we met Chase our project manager, soon we met him we knew we made the right decision, chase was very professional and very reliable , even responded to our questions and concerns late at night ! Lol
Today, we are in our house and we can’t enjoy it more, we already feeling like home !

My husband and I are in the military and had to move to the area. After looking at many builders we really liked the way Ryan homes built theirs. We first got in contact with Charles and he was AMAZING. We were living in California at the time and were not able to go to Parrish and look at anything so he sent many videos and pictures and answered all our questions very quickly . Once we started building we were introduced to Chase our project manager and he was just as amazing! Always answering our phone calls or text. Sending us weekly photo updates and able to do online walkthroughs for us. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this duo. The whole process was so smooth, zero hiccups and zero delays. He made our buying experience super easy and honestly it’s almost effortless. No hassle at all, any options you want to add he can run the numbers and let you know all payment details within a few minutes. I highly recommend using Chris Ivey. Super nice people and again the experience is almost effortless, and when I say almost effortless all you need to do is just tell him what your looking for in the house and any options you may want to add. We have felt discouraged and very disappointed as to what was being presented out there. Until the day we came out to view the Twin Lake Villas. Upon entering we met with Danny Hunt and he immediately made us comfortable and began discussing with us what all this brand new community had to offer. Showing us all the outstanding features of each home and all the wonderful upgrades and wonderful features to be offered. Can I say we felt so pleased with Danny that we decided this would indeed be our new home and community. We are so pleased with Danny. We contracted a planned build with an estimated close date of October, and have been very happy with our experience so far! JP has been very transparent, informative, and responsive throughout the process, which has helped us feel more comfortable as we go through our first time 'building' a home. Additionally, working with Stacy through the mortgage process has been quick and painless! These guys feel like experts in their professions who are genuinely here to help you rather than sell you.
A couple tips for other prospective buyers - there is a facebook community for blackthorne estates and ryan homes to help get you more of a feel for the neighborhood and home decor options. Never hurts to get information from people who have already lived the experience!

I recently purchased a Ryan Home and closed on March 28th. I am very satisfied with my home purchase. From start to finish, Ryan Homes has been a top-notch builder. It's a quality built home with care and class. My home buying experience started when I met with Andrea W - who is one of Ryan Homes' onsite Sales and Marketing manager. I truly enjoyed her bubbly personality - and honesty. Once the home was underway to start building, I met with my project manager Bamboo H. Bamboo kept me informed of every step of my home being built - from take-off, plumbing, electrical, exterior/interior, etc. Bamboo answered all my text messages and phone calls, promptly, which I really appreciated. I have worked with other home builders for homes purchased in the past , and they have never provided the level of service I received from Ryan Homes. You can expect 2-3 bedroom homes with 2 bath ranches. The homes are priced in the low to mid three's. The location is close to local shopping and dining in the Youngsville, Franklinton areas on the outskirts of Wake Forest.

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

I closed in October and couldn’t be happier. Betty, Josh and Tyler were so so so patience with me as I’m very picky. They helped me along the way very responsive. Every week I received an update and picture of the progression of my home from Tyler. Ryan homes was very professional as I did not have a realtor I was well taken care of trust me! Betty motivated me so much I didn’t even believe I could purchase a home alone but she continued to inspire me and she was right I was more than ready to purchase my first home alone. Josh was so patient and considerate. Even with me changing my mind every two seconds he made it happen. Josh and Betty are the best! Tyler was the best PM I’ve ever met even with moving in he’s still very helpful. He takes his job very serious and you are in great hands with Tyler (he’s on point lol). Best team to trust, they all take their jobs serious and very sweet but professional. Even Danielle at closing was the sweetest my mom said she never met such nice people because her closing staff was so cold nope not Ryan. Jose and Rana were so helpful to prepare me for closing and ensured I was all set. What Jose told me to bring to closing is what was required I didn’t have to pull out extra money at the closing table I actually received refund money back after closing. The Twin Lakes Ryan Staff is amazing! I am beyond grateful for all the support I received through the process of finding my new home and moving in. From the beginning, Cheryl Hoffman was very patient in helping me find the perfect home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was suited for me. Woody Woodward was persistent in making sure I was taken care of, especially when having to work with me while I was in another state. As move in got closer, Matt Fox did a great job in providing guidance and answers to any warranty related questions. We greatly appreciate our experience with the sales team's efforts in helping with our purchase (specifically Ms. Woods and Ms Perry). We were especially appreciative of one thing. That we were given the time and space to make our decision without undue pressure. That was a big deal for us. My wife especially appreciated that Ms. Woods did not push us one way or the other. She provided information and showed us what Ryan offered but allowed us to make our own decision. That worked for us. We wanted to go in on our own, get the information that we needed and decide on next steps and I have to say Ms. Woods sales approach was just perfectly right for us. It was a major input in our decision to move ahead with the purchase in addition to our interest in the property and location. We just came back from our framing walk through and we were thoroughly pleased and amazed. Once started they moved right along. 4 weeks ago, we had a field. Today we found this.... One of the most pleasant surprise was a modification that was made due to the fact that we were not adding a basement. There is an additional storage space in the garage that is quite substantial. There was also an additional coat closet for the family entry. We were so happy with these modifications and can't wait to see it again in 10 weeks, when it will be complete.

What can I say… Amazing home buying experience! From sales to finance to construction and “the few” warranty items; everyone has been extremely professional yet warm and friendly.
Cheryl Hoffman worked with us extensively on choosing the best homesite for our needs and addressing some particulars on timing.
“Woody” Woodyard is a truly competent, thorough and enjoyable project manager! His attention to detail and helpful attitude makes him a true pleasure to work with! He even arranged to have some of the optional outlets moved after installation to match our TV width. In this review, I simply can’t cover all the nice things he has done for us. Even after the turn over he is engaging and helpful; answering some questions about the home features. Without a doubt Woody has made this home buying experience the best we have ever had (this was our 3rd new construction home purchase)!
Zach helped in the early stages of our build and even though he was reassigned to another development; he came back to see us during our pre-closing walk through! Who does that!
Ryan “the mortgage guy” was very easy to deal with and made the mortgage process as easy as possible.
The closing agent; Leisel Johnson holds a special place in our hearts; she made everything smooth and easy!
Now about the home itself… This is our 2nd Ryan Homes house; this one is our favorite! Ryan Homes builds sensible, practical and easy to live in homes. With designs having features not all national builders are willing to throw in a home with this value position. The Barbados Isle is a very open and airy home; with plenty of light streaming in the windows. And our optional balcony adds a feature that will be a joy to use!
If you read this far; I highly recommend buying in this development! I know this wasn’t a custom build, but the staff sure made us feel like it was!

What is nice about this 'team' is everyone knows what is happening and all work together to get you to the finish line, which is getting you into the home of your dreams.
First, I want to acknowledge and thank Andrea, who was my sales rep. Andrea has the patience of a saint, a sense of humor, the knowledge about home sales, she is personable, and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to go over all aspects of the home choices, lot sizes, and the purchase process. Next, I want to thank Robert and Marlayna, for their outstanding guidance and knowledge about my mortgage process. They were quickly available with answers or solutions to all my questions up to closing. Another important person, is your project manager, mine was Mike S. I want to thank Mike for always being available whenever I reached out to him to address any questions I had about the home. I am a Realtor in the Raleigh NC and surrounding areas. Recently, my buyer clients decided to purchase a new construction home in the Hillcrest Ranches subdivision on the edge of Franklinton/Youngsville NC. I have been a part of every step of this pre-build and build journey with my clients. Jack S has been awesome to work with- he was the onsite agent (who was promoted along the way to Manager). Jack helped us get under contract and went to bat for my clients to get them a suitable lot when the prior 2 lots they had chosen became non-options. The necessary change of lots caused a 2 month delay in the new home being built, but I can't be more happy with how Jack and the Onsite Building Manager (Brian) have led this project. Jack has been responsive to back end questions and Brian has read between the lines, offered timely communication, kept the project on track, and has been personable and absolutely great to work with! I always felt like Ryan Homes took seriously their roles in this new build and though there was a delay and few snafu's along the way, Ryan Homes has been cooperative in responding to my requests on behalf of my clients and have created a quality and nice looking home. How would you assess such an experience? The word “excellence” comes to minds, doesn’t it?
If you want some details, here they are: Kathleen Lyon showed us the entire huge development, its amenities, vicinities, presented to us the history of the place, rules and many more. And then homes…
After her presentation we had no intention to look up anywhere else, it was a deal right now, right there.

We recently closed on a beautiful four bedroom in this community! We started the buying process early 2023 and took possession of the unit in September. We had a very good experience with the Ryan Homes team starting with Kate at the sales office. Kate is an amazing person and made us feel at home through the process. Her guidance through the contract process was very helpful. We used NVR mortgage and was able to get a good deal on our mortgage as opposed to other lenders we were considering. The build process was also transparent with updates sent regularly by the project manager, Cody. This is our first home and we have no regret going the new build route. Greengate Cove is a beautiful community!

Every Ryan Homes community is different based on the team staffed there so hopefully this review helps others searching around. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions about the whole process and the team here has been nothing short of superb.
The sales team was completely transparent and understanding. We never experienced any surprise costs and they flexed their delivery schedule to match ours on multiple occasions. Whenever we had an additional request, the team always stood on our side first to push for approval with management.
The project managers here are responsive and truly desire to ensure you get a quality home. Through extra independent inspections and random drop-ins, the build team has continuously shown their attention to detail. The overall home building process has been timely and the build team goes out of their way to ensure they answer any questions and include you in the process.
Furthermore, the NVR mortgage team has been stellar at providing a competitive deal in today's market. The team does not shy away from trying their best to stand out amongst other lender quotes you send their way. They will also make every effort to answer any question you have about any fee, document, rate or term that comes your way during the application process.
Major shoutouts to Houston on the sales team, Khalil as a project manager, and Garrett from NVR mortgage. Each of them has worked tirelessly to ensure we had a smooth experience and quality home from the start. If I could buy again, I would only if I had these guys on my team again.

Very pleased with our new Fost Townhome. Sales (Amanda), project manager (Catie), and warranty team (Sean) exceedingly engaged or available throughout all phases. 3rd party home inspections were easily accommodated and also allowed us to spot-correct minor items. In our second owned home, the previous an NVR project from ~30 years ago, Fost Townhomes has exceeded our 'builder grade' quality expectations. In-house financing was ultimately very competitive against regional/national rates and were the clear choice - made closing coordinated and straightforward. Recent heavy weather rainstorms revealed a construction fault that could've been a major hassle - but Sean led the warranty team and sub-contractors on-site next business day and coordinated all repairs within a week. As the neighborhood develops at a rapid, though non-disruptive, pace, we're enjoying the family walking circuit and anticipate continuous sidewalks in the not-so-distant future. Hoping the adjacent commercial/mixed-use development gives us a safe walking corridor to their new businesses and up the road to LJ Beaners Bakery & Cafe. Currituck County appears on track with permitting and financing to build a second elementary school in Moyock advertised for schoolyear 2025-2026. Looking forward to the annual HOA meeting this month and eager to hear an update on the advertised amenities (pool, dog park, clubhouse) - all of which remain seem to remain pending.

We checked out every builder in Summerwoods (also others in the Parrish area) and decided to go with Ryan Homes based upon first impressions/ floor plans/ lot selection as well as looking at a Ryan resale home that was in excellent condition in the neighborhood. We signed in March and closed the first week of September- super quick process but a quality result! Charles, our sales guy was extremely personable and helpful. We used the builders lender and also had a great experience with Alix, she’s the best! We had Pat as our project manager and he was so amazing throughout our whole process, answered all our questions and was very thorough. Any issue/concern we brought to Pat he had already addressed it or he already had it in process to be corrected. We loved the weekly vlogs from Charles and our weekly pics/ updates from Pat! Overall very happy with the finished product. We’ve had to put in one warranty request since closing and they were also very quick and had the issue addressed within 5 days of me putting in the ticket. You won’t regret building in Summerwoods!

Initially, I was very hesitant to commit to buying a new build home. I’ve had friends and family members in the past that did not have the best experience with other builders. However, this was not my experience with Ryan Homes.
It started off with meeting Charles, our salesman .Charles was so professional and friendly. He showed me all the value Ryan Homes has to offer and was so extremely patient with me while I was trying to pick out my options on my home. When looking at another Ryan Homes community, I knew I’d rather work with Charles and that ultimately helped me make my decision of Summerwoods.
Then I got the pleasure of meeting Megan. She was our construction manager for our house. Megan really made this whole experience stress free and special. She was constantly in communication with us and updated us weekly with pictures of the home. She was able to accommodate all our request and pushed to get our house completed sooner so that when we ended our apartment lease we could move right in. I truly felt like Megan was looking after my house like it was her own.

Amazing experience from top to bottom, Charles was our salesman and Megan was our project manager. They were both very knowledgeable and sent us weekly updates through the process of building our new home! The amount of care put into everything from them was above and beyond. Megan was on top of everything to get us moved in before our closing date and everything was cared for and looked after step by step as if it was her own house she was building! This my first time going through building a home. The process was amazing throughout. I first met with Charles in Sales, he was very friendly and professional, always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He would send me a vlog every Tuesday with updates on my home. I still see him occasionally in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service! Thanks Charles.
I cannot say enough about Megan my Project Manager. She is incredible! She is genuine and friendly while also being extremely professional. She went to great lengths to explain every step in the building process. She sent me photographs and updates every Friday which made my week. Talk about going above and beyond, she has stopped by a few times since I moved in. Today she set up my sprinklers for me, and helped with a few things. She is always so quick to respond.

Our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing! Charles Oakley and Megan Schulz are both rockstars that made this build memorable and stress free! Both of them exhibit an extreme amount of professionalism and pride in what they do. Megan’s attention to detail is impeccable. She caught everything we saw and didn’t see. Her ability to manage the build and have it done right and on time was top notch. Megan’s weekly, sometimes by weekly, photo’s and Charles’s Tuesday morning walkthrough videos kept us updated throughout the whole process. This is something many people we know that had new builds didn’t have and were completely impressed as we showed them the videos and pictures. Even now that we are moved in we get to see both of them frequently and see first hand the care and passion that they put into building this community.

I highly commend my Salesman, Charles Oakley and my Project Manager, Dan Padilla for seeing me through every step of the way from the home purchase, through the home build process all the way to my closing and beyond. I was between CT and AZ while searching for my FL home. Charles and Dan kept me up to date with videos, pics, virtual meetings. FaceTine calls, and many conversation from August 2022 through March 2023.

First off let me say…walking into the model home and being greeted by Charles was an experience by itself! Guy was full of energy and was extremely down to earth. He made my wife and I extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions which not going lie, was hard after he got done explaining everything. When we decided to pull the trigger and go with Ryan homes, not only was Charles great at providing videos for us twice a week but he would always go above and beyond to cover everything during his walks. Now let me get to our awesome Project Manager Chase! This gentleman was such a pleasure to work with! Chase was down to earth, very respectful and informed us every step of the way during our home build. He sent us weekly pictures and if we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them extremely fast! Chase was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing but respect for him. He had great relationship with the trades which made this project run smoothly. The home build went extremely smooth and we even got to close earlier than expected due to this. If we had to do it all over again, we would’ve went with Ryan homes again from our amazing experience. These guys are awesome to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. Cheryl Hoffman, Sales and Marketing Representative, Ryan Homes: Ms. Hoffman has been a joy to work with. I first met her during a new home walk through marathon. This was more of an education process for me because it had been over 30 years since I last purchased a home. I brought a friend along so we could compare notes following our walk throughs. I was most impressed with Ms. Hoffman’s professional presentation where she clearly covered the process of purchasing a Ryan Home at Twin Lake Villas without being pushy. She let Twin Lake Villas and especially the Barbados Isle speak for itself. On a follow-up meeting, Ms. Hoffman took me and my friend to the home site where she answered all our questions. After walking away from our last meeting where I signed the required documentation, I felt I was on top of the world.
Ryan Brockway, NVR Mortgage, Loan Officer: My friend and I met with Mr. Brockway to review the loan process and timeline with NVR Mortgage. Again, my meeting with Mr. Brockway was more of an educational meeting because of the length of time since last requesting a Home Mortgage Loan. Mr. Brockway very patiently reviewed the Mortgage Loan Process and clearly answered all questions we had. He made us both feel comfortable during our meeting. Mr. Woodyard just so happened to be in the area and Ms. Hoffman pulled him in to introduce him. Following our meeting with Ms. Hoffman, my friend and I spent about an hour walking through the Model Home and interrupting Mr. Woodyard with additional questions. We are so happy with our new home! Ryan Homes has been great and they have the best team around for sure. My fiancé and I decided to buy a house with Ryan Homes last September and building started in December. We originally started with our Sales Associate Charles, who was incredibly helpful and available! We then met our Project Manager Patrick, who lead us through the entire project. We received weekly video updates from Charles on Tuesdays and detailed weekly summary emails from Patrick every Friday. Confirming what had been done and what the next steps are. We felt included, heard, and protected throughout the entire building process. As I work in the remodeling sector I can attest to the horrible stories of bad contractors and horrible workmanship. Had my closing last week and I just had to write a review. The whole process was the beginning has been great. From the time I met Charles Oakley my sale rep. to meeting my PM Megan Schulz. Both Charles and Megan gave me weekly updates on the progress of my home. When there things that I might like to know came up, I was quickly informed. Being from New Jersey I had to put a lot of faith in this team which I did. From the pre construction walk through to my final walk through I have been highly satisfied with the process. I also went with NVR for my mortgage needs and Alix Welch and the rest of the team there made that part of the process seamless. I had a great experience working with Houston Ostlund of the Ryan Homes sales team to purchase a townhome. It was obvious that he valued my time but also worked hard to make sure there were no concerns or lingering questions.

We are currently living out of state and we liked the homes that Ryan Homes offered. Jack has been extremely helpful in guiding us through this process every step of the way. He video-conferenced numerous times, even showing us our property by video. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and so down to earth. What’s really impressive is her responsiveness and commitment to us during our warranty period. The BEST! Dealt with Jen two times so far and both times was a pleasant experience. First time we were just looking with no intention of buying and she still went out of her way to show us around. She kept in touch with text and emails and we finally took another trip down to buy something the following year. Don’t listen to anyone that doesn’t give Jen 5 stars! I went to this location without a strong intent to purchase a house. Before visiting this side, I have been to several locations of NVR's NV Homes and Ryan Homes.
I met with Nathan Silva on Saturday as a surprise visit. He was handling another client but was able to provide basic information. He never pushes or make you uncomfortable. After the tour, we made an appointment on Sunday to go over the way customizable home building works. Nathan provide details about the lot, the design, and customization. We took us to see the most-similar-house that are already built. On Monday, we decide to purchase a townhome with customization. Yes, it was that quick.
After we signing the contract, Nathan is still on the other side of the call/email. He stills provide consulting about financing, customization, etc.
Overall, my family is very impressed by Nathan's experience and skills: neutral, transparent, no hiding information, think on your behalf (if you want to save money, he will tell you where you can cut).
If you are not sure whether to purchase or not, go to Ryan townhomes in Wellington farm and take a look. If you don't want to talk, Nathan won't force you to. If you want to talk, he will always be there for you.

My wife and I were highly impressed with the neighborhood and homes. Our biggest concern moving to the area is number #1 education. The elementary, middle, and high school ranks high. Number #2 is our kids' safety while playing outside. Where we currently live, our neighbors drive too fast, and my wife & I are constantly watching our boys ensure they are safe.
Our Realtor, Nathan Silva, is outstanding and always looks out for your best interest. This is our second home, but the process was super simple. I can’t say enough about Megan Schultz who was the GM responsible for the build of my home at Summerwoods. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about the build process and articulates well with instructions on how to use the various “Smart” technology items installed like the Nest thermostat or the WiFi garage door. Megan gave a very detailed walk through of my home the day prior to owning the property. Megan was very responsive to all of my requests (very minor punch list). She is full of energy, a go- getter, great commitment and even better follow thru. Prior to my retirement I had a staff of 35 employees and I would HIRE Megan in a split second. Summerwoods is very lucky to have Megan on their staff. I LOVE my home at Summerwoods. Best choice ever!!

Today, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Yvette, a sales rep at West Park. Rather than trying to sell me on the product, she wanted to know about me and my needs. After chatting, we realized we had more in common than ever expected! She was informative, kind hearted, made me feel comfortable, and had my thoughts and cares in mind first.
As for the community appearance, I would have never guessed this was an active construction site. It was clean, organized, well marketed, and easy to navigate.
As I continue to properly prepare myself for one of the biggest decisions in my life, buying my first home, Ryan Homes at West Park will be, and is, at the top of my list.

I am very happy with my new home at Compass Point and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tyler, my salesman, was excellent. He really knew his product. There weren’t many questions he couldn’t answer but when there was something he was unsure about he did some research, found the answer and got right back to me. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and I enjoyed working with him. Corey, the project manager kept me informed every step of the way from the time they broke ground in January until completion. He sent weekly photos and updates and was always available to answer my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him. Best of all my home was completed right on time. I have friends that contracted with other builders in the area and their experiences have not been nearly as good as mine.

I am writing a new review not to praise Ryan home (they're actually very unhelpful once we moved in) but I do want to give a shout out to Megan our project manager from 2 years ago. After Ryan homes themselves blew us off, we texted Megan, who has always been such a huge help. She took the time to come over, which is not her responsibility and helped us stop the water from coming into our home through the exterior wall. She brought a ladder and actually was in the rain applying a sealer to the cracks on the stucco. She also helped us in contacting an interior solutions company to dry out the drywall and baseboard. I can't say enough about her but I will say she is extremely good at her job and her customer service is absolutely amazing. Megan, your the best! The 5 stars on this review goes to Megan, not Ryan Homes.

I really don’t know where to start! I fell in love with the Ryan Homes community Summerwoods back in May of 2021, and it’s been a dream to own a home in this community ever since. It’s been a uphill battle working on my own finances to ensure approval for the home of my dreams, but today I can say it’s official! I seriously wouldn’t have been here if it weren’t for Diego Martinez, Alix Welch, and now Charles Oakley! Not only are these people some of the most professional, friendly, hard working individuals I’ve come across but they completely blow all of the other home builders out of the water! I had been turned away, judged, and felt like nothing more than a number by so many builders and their sales managers in the Parrish area. Diego and Alix saw my willingness to make my dreams come true and they have held my hand through every step of the way! We recently decided to build a new home in Florida. We looked at several communities and decided to go with Ryan Homes in Summerwoods in Parrish. Ryan Homes gave us more choices in the home we chose and worked with us to make us feel we were getting what we wanted. The other builders basically told us we would be put on a list and when our name came up we could decide if we wanted the house they had to sell. We had no options or ability to pick a lot.
Charles Oakley at Summerwoods was friendly and answered every question we had. He walked us through the whole process and helped us decide on an array of options. The experience with Charles was great. I also want to put a shout out to Sally Moreno the Loan Officer, she was friendly and was great helping us through the loan application. I can’t say enough what a positive experience we had building with Ryan Homes. I have to review the service we experienced, specifically from our project manager - Jake Duncan. Jake went above and beyond when it came to our service. Throughout the entire experience, Jake was 100% transparent around our timeline and any delays we might encounter due to material shortages. He was incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Right before closing, our daughter was born 6 weeks early (literally the day before our walk through). Jake was super accommodating, allowing my Dad to do the walk through on our behalf. He checked in on us to make sure we were all okay and told us not to worry, he would go over warranty, etc. with us once we got settled. He worked with us as we found a few things upon move-in to get fixed (all minor cosmetic things). He was still so responsive even after we had closed. He never made us feel like we were just another house he was building or just a number; I cannot recommend him enough!! Our house is great and we love it!

From my very initial VIP Tour with Rachel, it was informative and laidback. There was no pressure on purchasing. She was quite transparent and extremely personable throughout the entire process. The entire community seems like a secluded little town surrounded by the upbeat and growing city of Cranberry Township.
Even after signing my initial sales contract, Rachel remained available for questions all the way up until my Pre-Construction Meeting.
Prior to breaking ground, Rachel and I met with the PM that would be overseeing the construction of my house. My PM, John was diligent, transparent and attentive throughout the entire build process, which allowed for minimal to no stress. I am do satisfied with the finished product

We are building a home with Ryan Homes at the Summerwoods community and we have honestly been so happy with the experience and process so far. From the start, our sales associate, Diego, was friendly, honest, and upfront. He took the time to get to know us and was in direct contact with us when we were waiting for lots to be released. Construction took time to get rolling because of permitting and whatnot and the entire time, he was upfront about the timeline. Working with Tanyard Shores 55+ Villas at Ryan Homes new construction home community was a great experience and they offered excellent service. They are customer oriented, and considerate of the client's needs. Jill Wooten, the sales representative, offered options and collaborated with the builder for certain amenities to help the client create the home of their dreams. They give their clients constant updates on the progress of the home construction and community developments. I would recommend visiting Tanyard Shores and creating your dream home.

We had our Tanyard Shores villa built by Ryan Homes and are very pleased with the quality and comfort of our new home. It’s been three months since we moved in and have had no problems with our villa. Andrew, the Project Manager, kept us informed weekly and answered all our questions as our villa was being built. If there was an issue, he quickly had it fixed. We are very happy with the community as it continues to grow and are looking forward to using all the fabulous amenities this spring and summer.

Best home buying experience ever !!!! Our sales person Jill and our project Manager Andrew were amazing. They communicated constantly throughout the process and continue to check in on us since the move. Andrew jumped through several hoops to deliver our house right on schedule. The entire team has been responsive and helpful since our move in. Could not ask for anything more.

We worked with Derek at Ryan Homes Estates at Hampton Place in North Ridgeville, Ohio. The experience was awesome, Derek is super knowledgeable, patient, and a true partner. I feel he was an advocate for us. I was amazed at how much knowledge Derek had on the house, trim options, build process, development, etc. I don’t think there was a single question Derek could not answer on the spot. The overall process was smooth and easy!

Been living in Clearview for a year now and it's been the best decision to go with Ryan homes. Decker is great and will make sure you get what you want. Houses aren't a quick build and they aren't pricey like the ones in town.
Only bad thing I have to say is when it rains our yard floods and we put in multiple tickets and no one responded and when they did it was after the year was up. Not cool and now I have to pay someone else to fix what should have been fixed under my warranty by Ryan Homes.

Park Place is the best place to live! It was the perfect place for me because I am very particular. I was able to start from scratch and pick exactly what I wanted in a home. Kath, the sales representative for Park Place, is so knowledgeable and will help you build your dream home each step of the way. The Park Place neighborhood is such a nice community. There are fun activities to get to know your neighbors and there is a great clubhouse with gym and pool! It is close enough to all the restaurants and stores that you may need but, far enough away that your home life is in the quiet. I highly recommend it.

Great place to live. When I built my house here everyone involved (Kath, Johnna, and Jack) all went very much above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth, that everything I wanted was just right, and the extra support to have everything installed that I wanted in the house. Even after I closed I know I can reach out to anyone of them for anything, and I have. Overall great group of people to work with and I would consider my friends now. I highly recommend if you’re going to build new that you choose this lovely community and these individuals to work with.

Our Ryan Homes sales rep Kelly, has been phenomenal. Perfectly responsive, very patient, and exhaustively thorough. Our new neighborhood is chock-full of walking paths, natural green spaces, and sparkling lakes. We can't wait to move to Carriage Trails!

We have had an amazing experience building with Ryan homes at The Greens at Blackthorne Estates. Our journey began last December when we met with our sales rep (JP). After several visits (and LOTS of phone calls on his days off..) we were confident we were ready to move forward with a new home build. We signed our contract in the end of January and had an additional sales rep (Steve). We felt so blessed to experience both sales reps as they truly made this experience fantastic! We were set to break ground in March when Covid hit and construction was put on hold. During that time frame Steve and our project manager Jeff were in constant communication with us. They assured us as soon as construction opened they would break ground! They held true to their word and on May 1 construction openEd back up in Pennsylvania and we broke ground! I cannot say enough positive things also about our project manager Jeff. He truly made this experience so great with his attention to detail. His willingness to help us close a few days early showed us his commitment to us! We have been in our house going on three weeks and could not be happier! It is a wonderful community and we are so thankful to be a part of it! Thanks Ryan Homes, JP, Steve, and Jeff for helping us build our fantastic home! P.S. we used Nvr Mortgage and could not have been happier! Allison was hands-down one of the most knowledgeable loan officers we have ever dealt with!

As a first time home builder, I was incredibly nervous about starting what I thought would be an overwhelming process. But from the moment I walked into the model home, my nerves were calmed by the fantastic Ryan Homes team. From our sales rep (JP) to our project manager (Jeff), we were made to feel more like friends than home building customers. We were well informed and involved every step of the way, and could not be happier with the outcome of our beautiful Columbia. The only regret I have is not listening when the sales rep told me how much I would want that third car garage (that we decided not to get). He was right ;) The Greens at Blackthorne Estates is a fantastic community, and one that we're now very proud to call home.

Started the process of building in November of 2019. We decided on the Estero Bay model. We just closed a few days ago. We really love the Estero Bay. Summerwoods is a beautiful community with lots of preserves and nature. We worked with Diego who was absolutely great. From start to finish he was there to help us with any question or concern we had. Our project manager Mike was great too. Anything we needed touched up he would take care of. We are looking forward to many years in our new home.

Katie Grise was professional, personal, informative, enthusiastic, and easy to do business with. We had already put a down-payment on a home in Summerwood with MI and switched due to a special of a free lot at Ryan with conservation view. Street and roads have to be maintained by homeowners in a gated community. That isn't the case with Ryan Homes. We had also looked at North River Ranch properties. A major reason we chose Ryan was the floor plan of Ponte Vedra which exactly matched our furniture and current floor plan where we are living. We found all people that we worked with (Angel in financing) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and good representatives for Ryan Homes in their sales efforts. I look forward to oberving from time to time the quality of the home as it is being built.

She has been such a help to us since day 1 and always keeping us on track with the next steps. She has been so patient throughout the process with changes and updates we've made along the way, and is always so quick getting back to us with responses! I had a great experience with Ryan Homes, specifically with my realtor Kathleen L. She was amazing from the beginning. From being on time at the appointment, to her attention to detail on understanding the right fit for me, she did a great job. She was very patient with me and explained how different scenarios fit my financial needs. She was also very easy to talk to and friendly.
I strongly recommend Kathleen at Park Place and in any other Ryan Homes properties she manages in PA.

Summerwoods holds down the up-and-coming Moccasin Wallow area. The community is very nature friendly and will have an incredible pool; as well as parks and nature trails. If you are interested in building on a private lot with scenic views..for a surprisingly low price .. Summerwoods is the place to be!

My husband and I have been in our townhouse for just over a year. We couldn't have been more happy with the Ryan Homes team, process, and our home.
We truly felt that we we're more than just another sale. The process was smooth and we felt that the team was really invested in our well being. We love to entertain our friends and family so the upgrade options in the kitchen were awesome for us. We love our home and look forward to starting a family and staying here for many years to come.

Ryan Homes is phenomenal! Not only are the homes done is a timely manner but everyone involved from the construction workers to the sales staff are just as wonderful. There were small bumps along the way from the mortgage end but the over all experience was great. I’d like to give a special thank you to Diego Martinez for being the most helpful employee. From getting us in to view, to making numbers work for us. He was there through the whole process even after move-in just to check in on how we settled. Thank you Diego for making in fun to buy a home rather then stressful.

The process so far has been absolutely phenomenal. We are so excited for our house to be complete. What started as a drop in “just to look” has ended with us purchasing a perfect home for our family. Built a townhouse almost three years ago. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We love the neighborhood and the convenience to all the stores in Cranberry, the Turnpike and Highways. We also have walking access to Graham Park for long walks. This was our first purchase with Ryan Homes.

We love it here at Park Place. The club house has a good pool, pool tables, horse shoes, a great golf simulator, and a nice putting green. The people are extremely friendly. This is a great community for pet lovers (especially dogs)! Kathy at the townhome sales office and Jack the project manager are great and super easy to work with.

Park Place is a community that has something for everyone whether it be a house, townhouse, or apartment. The community has an amazing clubhouse and is just a short walk or bike ride from Graham Park. It’s a great place to live

I moved to my new townhouse in Park Place for two months now. It is a so nice community. I love it very much! It will be awesome when whole community is completed! I couldn't be happier with Ryan Homes during whole process of pursing and building my new home. All possible features, options are explained to me in detail. Meetings were set in each key state during whole construction process, so I can understand my home’s structure. Very professional!

Went inside a townhome. OMG! This home was everything I hoped it would be! Was at a loss for words, I could see myself living there! Color scheme was amazing along with the spacious master suite, and bathroom! I've never seen such a huge bathroom/ bedroom! Loved it!!!🥰 EVERYTHING about this townhome made me want to move right in! It is PERFECT in every way!

- I found the staff to be very helpful, supportive, and professional.
- Compared to the local area, these homes are more suitable for the modern family.
Cons:
- Homes are very close together with minimal yard space and privacy. I’d suggest putting additional thought into choosing the right lot for your family.

Very nice floor model of the Carolina Place floor plan. Ryan staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. We were interested in a different area but liked this layout, so we made the drive. Was worth it to see it in person.
