She is extremely knowledgeable, clear and concise, always thinking what the next step might be needed, before I even knew myself. Ideas flowed abuntantly for us to review as she gave me alot of her time so when I left, I had answers. I was just in awe how good she is. She is an expert in her field and Ryan Homes should reward the positive impact she has and she is the standard for this industry.

I worked with wade and my experience was amazing , I remember starting the process in 2022 but could not make up my mind until I met wade in 2024 December he took time to explain things and made me so comfortable with this life time decision he not only was he kind but also so patient and also listening to customer needs , i took so many people to see the house and never did he feel tired nor bothered was always ready to guide and answer questions not to forget his mediation skill when me and loan officer disagreed I can go on and on but wade i want you to feel appreciated and thankyou thankyou . I highly recommend wade especially to first time buyers who has no clue about the process he is the best

My project manager Jason was amazing and Harold from the warranty department is equally amazing. Things go wrong when building a home. All that matters is that they make it right. As a proud owner of a ranch home in Brandywine, I highly recommend Ryan Homes as your builder of choice. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. Ask for Kimberly when you visit for model tours and questions. I selected the Grand Bahama floor plan - an amazing design with the latest building technology. From construction managers Kevin and Travis to the mortgage and warranty teams, everyone provided excellent, friendly service. The building process kept me well-informed throughout. I also know a husband and wife who built a two-story Ryan Home at Brandywine over 2 years ago and they absolutely love their home as well. Greenfield is a wonderful, quiet community with friendly neighbors - I moved in August 2023 and couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you Ryan Homes. :)

The young family community is the biggest plus! We have been looking for a neighborhood with young families and from what we can see, there are so many families. One negative aspect we wanted was the lack of sidewalks, but the neighborhood is quiet enough to minimize car traffic. During my exploration phase, I spoke with a neighbor, who mentioned the abundance of children in the neighborhood, which sold me instantly.
Our experience with Ryan Homes has been excellent. Nichole has been a great resource as our sales agent, guiding us with the best options that will increase our home value long term and thinking differently about options that we wanted that she said may not be worth it. For example, we have a one-year-old who will be potty training in time, but I am 6'4" and wanted the taller toilets. She advised against that as it would make potty training harder on a higher surface. As a sales agent, she could have easily upsold me on that, but she helped me consider what was best for my family!

My fiancé and I are purchasing our first home through Ryan Homes at Laurel Glen. We stopped by on a random day with no expectations and were lucky enough to meet Evelyn! From our first neighborhood visit to ultimately sitting down to make selections and signing off on our new home, she has been amazing! She’s cheerful, patient and an amazing communicator. Best of all, we did not get a “sales” vibe at all. We still can’t believe how no-pressure this process has been.
On top of an amazing experience with Evelyn, the floor plans for this community are beautiful AND affordable. The community is so clean and inviting. There’s a Publix not even 5 minutes away in one direction and a shopping plaza (with a TJ Maxx!) 15 minutes in the opposite direction. We fall more in love with this place every day and can’t wait to move in!
If you’re on the fence, just stop by and see Evelyn. We could not recommend her, Ryan Homes, or this community enough!

This is a shout out for Chris Duncan. I’ve had some issues with my house and he is always extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He went out and checked the water meter for me yesterday. Any questions I’ve had, Chris was able to answer. And he always asks me relevant questions that I wouldn’t think of, so that he knows how to help. If you need him, he comes as quickly as he can! I’m sure there are are a lot of people blowing up his phone, but he takes the time to call back and come out. Thank you Chris for all your help!

We could not say enough good things about our experience with Ryan homes. This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. Jenny Quartararo from NVR mortgage was awesome as well. She went through all our different options for financing and what fit best in our budget. This community has been nothing but welcoming already just driving through and getting out to see our lot the other neighbors are always waving and smiling. There are so many kids that makes it 100 times better knowing the kids will have other kids to play with outside. Do not let the horror stories you read online steer you away from Ryan homes because we heard them too before but it has not been anything but wonderful!!

Summerwoods is a really nice community in a great location. We’ve done several inspections here and every time we’re impressed with how well the homes are laid out and the attention to detail in the design. The neighborhood has a peaceful feel, and those lake and preserve views really make a difference. Just minutes from the interstate, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to live in Parrish.

What started as a random click on a Facebook ad, turned out to be one of our best decisions ever: A visit to Regents Glen Villas, and our introduction to Josephine.
Josephine greeted us warmly, introducing herself and invited us to tour the gorgeous villa. We immediately loved the open floor plan, spacious kitchen, and first floor primary bedroom and bathroom.
What struck us as extraordinary are all the exceptional details which are included in the standard package! Tasteful, doesn't even begin to explain the extra touches making this "Caroline" layout the perfect future home for us.
We have been searching for a perfect landing spot to call home, and I am thrilled to say we have found it. Within one day of meeting Josephine, we chose our lot, and all of our plans for our future home.

The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Our closing date never changed and we were kept up to date every week with videos, pictures, and general information about what was going on with the build.

Maxwell- My guy Max a milli! What a guy! My partner and I stumbled into his office one day after watching the development of cedar hill grow. From start to finish Max was full of charm, charisma, and personality. I am a big vibe person and Max matched our vibe. He made sure we were comfortable; he was very flexible and understanding. Max is a huge part of this community! Seeing him day to day he is almost like another neighbor. Anytime any day even AFTER closing, Max has been available to us, checking in and still available to answer any and all questions. He goes above & beyond and we truly don’t know what we would have done with him!
Michalynn- We appreciated Ms. Bacon so much, she’s another person who is flexible, personable, and understanding. She would answer our calls and questions even on her nonbusiness hours in order to meet deadlines. She walked us through everything in detail and with grace for the contract, numbers, programs, rates and never left our side even during underwriting or settlement process. She was the cherry on top of our sundae and saved the day for us numerous times.
Tony- what a guy! This is our first home, but I told Tony I am calling him directly to build my next home because he set the standard extremely high. Tony made us feel secure and safe with our home. He took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and with quickness.
UNFORTUNATELY, the NVR mortgage and underwriting process is another story! For our first home buying process they made it extremely stressful, and we even considered backing out a few times and going with another lender. But thankfully, due to Michaelynn & Max they calmed the storm and made it happen. But, there is absolutely room for improvement on NVRs end and the quality of service being provided to the consumers.

Buying From Ryan Homes was a great experience and one of major reasons why it was a great experience was due to Evelyn , When we first walked into the model home with our realtor we met evelyn and she was very nice , upfront , honest and knowledgeable. We ended up having some issues with our realtor where he didn’t want us to buy the home that we really loved and we thought the market price was fantastic for what we were getting especially with the neighborhood looking great compared to other ones we looked at , so we ended up dropping our realtor and almost lost faith with buying our first home until Evelyn stepped in and gave us that confidence to continue our journey to getting our first home , she promised to help us and support us through the process without us having our realtor and she really held up to that promise , when we were denied by NVR , Evelyn still gave us confidence to keep going and gave us a secondary to option to try with a lender that partners with Ryan Home/NVR so we could still get the closing incentive, and it ended up all working out just as Evelyn said.Evelyn Also kept us up to date on every that that was going on and she was very communicative ! ,WE ENDED UP CLOSING ON OUR HOME 2025! This is our first home-buying experience and we are so glad we went with Ryan Homes. We originally planned to buy a Willow at Hammock Reserve, however, we booked an appointment with Evelyn, our sales rep, to see Laurel Glen as a second option. Evelyn explained everything we needed to know about the Willow and the community. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and not sales-driven in a pushy way. We are currently renting and things have been progressively worse, she took time to listen to us ramble about our situation and explained that Laurel Glen is a community that strives for excellence and guaranteed satisfaction. The more we talked, the more excited we became about building our home at Laurel Glen. We started our home-building journey in October 2024. The house is being completed on time, and we get photo updates every Thursday that show how the house has progressed. Scott, our project manager is great. He has done a great job explaining the timeline, what is left, and how close we are to the finish line. Even though the sales part of the process is behind us, Evelyn has kept in contact to see how we are doing. She has also sent us pictures of important milestones. We appreciate them so much, they are passionate about their job and it shows. They are the reason why we decided to build our home at Laurel Glen.

I had an impeccable experience with Jameson Ewing and Maxwell Miller. They both went above and beyond throughout my buying and building process.
Maxwell was my Sales Representative. He was incredibly straight forward and honest throughout the entire buying process. I truly felt like he wanted me to be in the right home for my needs and budget. I was truly confident taking his advice and recommendations in building and customizing the home. Having seen the final product, all of his advice was perfect.
Jameson was my build project manager. He did an amazing job describing every technical detail of the build process, utilities, and warranties. He kept me updated with pictures and videos along the entire building process. He showed me a build calendar so I knew the schedule for everything and managed to complete the home within 3 days of the projected date despite storms and winter weather! (For reference, most builders need a month grace period between the projected date and actual closing date.) He gave me great advice on how to maintain my home once the build was finished as well. After I moved in, Jameson assisted me in setting up and using my warranties.
Ryan Homes delivered as promised. My home looks and works great. Thanks to their closing cost assistance, I ended up with a higher quality, higher value home than I could have afforded otherwise, not to mention it's brand new! The community looks beautiful. There are two dog parks, (one for small dogs, one for bigger dogs), a pool, a small gym, and a children's play area. I highly recommend Ryan Home, and more specifically, I highly recommend working with Maxwell and Jameson!

I had a very good experience working with Mike Hegemier. Mike was very helpful and guided us well throughout the process. The best thing about Mike is, he’s very transparent in explaining all the details and showed us all the possible options in selection of lot. Coming to Ryan Homes willow hills, we felt it’s a good community to be part of, mainly after seeing phase I and Phase II houses. We were late in the game to buy one in phase II but finally we were able to buy in phase lll…..

We just signed to build, things made sense to me were the location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Access to I-75 is close. 15 min to Down Town Bradenton, 20 to Sarasota and the furthest was Siesta Key 30 min. The house had emenities for empty nester. 2 walk in closets in the master. Extra bedrooms for guest visits. Yard is small like most new builds I will be able to cut it quickly. I would have liked to put in a shop but no room. But a great place. Didn't use much of the amenities at the old house public pool, basketball courts, tennis courts,
but paid for them.

Hi, so far my experience with Jeff Rowan was great, he help us to get the house we wanted in correct price and options we wanted. We like this community as it only has an HOA of $56 usd and that's it. This is not possible in other communities in Lakewood Ranch. We are talking about +$300 usd for HOA and CDD monthly.

Kent Prain was an absolute joy to deal with through the sales process. Everything went reasonably smoothly and Kent helped a lot to ensure the process was painless and as smooth as possible.
We had a few teething problems after settling in after the first couple of months. The warranty supervisor Kris Duncan, paid us a visit late Friday afternoon to review a few minor issues. An A/C issue was resolved that same day, and a team came Monday morning to take care of the niggles. Great service from Kris and his team.

I moved to this community because my best friend bought a home here and I’m renting a room from here. I wasn’t here to see the construction process nor did a deal with sales people, so I can’t comment on that aspect, but we did have to submit several warranty requests after she moved in. Because my friend is frequently out of town and I work from home, I dealt with Alissa (or Alyssa?) and it’s been such a smooth process. She didn’t treat me differently because I wasn’t the primary homeowner and just a renter, and she truly went above and beyond for us. She even shared some home maintenance tips we never thought about. We’ve been really impressed with the super customer service provided. We would expect that from a custom build home, not a small townhome in Antioch.
I wish the parking spots were numbered. Though, it seems like our immediate neighbors have an understanding so we don’t park in each other’s spots.
I hear the HOA approves fences in our patios so that’s good.
We used to have a trash problem but the HOA fixed it too by adding an additional dumpster. Though, I don’t know how it’s gonna be once those new buildings are finished.

Maxwell- from our first interaction gave us so much confidence which in turn gave us the encouragement to move forward with the process. Maxwell was friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable and highly responsive throughout the process from day one up until the day we closed on our home! His calm yet charismatic personality really eased a lot of my nerves - and he did so with soo much patience!!! I am so glad we had the opportunity to work with him , it really made all the difference!
Tyler- I love that he was very informative and gave us the insight to work on a few things to allow us to make home buying an option for us.
Jameson- Very friendly and knowledgeable. Communicated regularly with us throughout the process and gave us all the ins and outs of our home. Any issues/concerns brought up by myself or realtor were promptly resolved. We love our home!
UNFORTUNATELY the underwriting process with NVR settlement was not pleasant and initially took away from what was such a positive experience as a first time home buyer. By the grace of God things worked out in the end - but there are a lot of areas for improvement especially with regard to communication, transparency, and overall client experience.
The community gives a very tucked away resort feel that offers a lot of amenities! I really enjoy the walking trails and I am excited that they will be building a playground for small children!!!
Overall it was a rollercoaster of an experience- but thanks to our realtor Demetrius our sales associate Max we are happy to say it was all well worth the ride !!! ❤️

We purchased our Ryan Home at Emory Park (2 story) in January of 2024 and LOVE IT!! From meeting with our sales agent and working with our construction manager made the building process a very pleasant experience. Once we closed we continued to have a great time making our newest house our newest home. One of the best feelings is knowing that Ryan Homes is very attentive if there are any issues, concerns, or even questions on our new home. Kris Duncan in the Warranty Department has been so very helpful on two occasions. He helped us after closing and came to check on a question we had on our HVAC system. Most recently he helped us with a minor roof issue. I placed a warranty request on a Friday during a storm and he was at my door as soon as the storm allowed. He quickly assessed the issue and had it repaired that very same day. He followed up with us the next morning to check on the repairs to make sure they were completed to our satisfaction. My husband and I feel truly blessed to have Kris as our warranty guy! He truly cares about you and wants you to be happy with your Ryan Home! Kris definitely has a servants heart!

We ended up buying a rambler and couldn't have been happier with the process from A to Z. Chase and Charles were patient and helpful with our circumstances because we live in Fairfax Virginia. My husband and I are in the military and had to move to the area. After looking at many builders we really liked the way Ryan homes built theirs. We first got in contact with Charles and he was AMAZING. We were living in California at the time and were not able to go to Parrish and look at anything so he sent many videos and pictures and answered all our questions very quickly . Once we started building we were introduced to Chase our project manager and he was just as amazing! Always answering our phone calls or text. We bought our house back in January of this year. Collin was great with helping us through the process, we only had a problem with their mortgage company. Everything has been great, the only downside is the vendors that are hired. It’s always been a problem getting out and getting into our driveway because they always blocked our driveway. Other than that we love our house and we love the neighborhood. Downside, youre gonna be in a construction zone for a while and have to ask the vendors every day to move so you can get to your house or out of your house.

Had a really good experience here with my wife. We was worry bout our credit and when some of the other builders in the area basically didn't want to talk to us once they found out I am an independent contractor truck driver and with Credit Karma saying my credit score was low, Andre sat us down and taught me about credit Karmas inaccuracy and gave me some great information on how I can bring my score up and gave us an estimate on our future first home vs renting and what we would need to bring to the table for house deposit. We appreciated the time spent even though we weren't in a place to buy right now, he put us on the right track which is what we needed. When we get our lives together we will be calling him!

You have everyone giving you advice, wanted or not. Everyone has their experiences and biases. This is not my 1st home. THIS IS MY 1ST RYAN HOME. There was alot of things I was not going to settle for. We are not a well to do 300K salary family. Ryan homes in my view offers a upper tier home at an affordable price. There are plenty of builders in Greenfield. We chose Ryan because of the great value and the great people. From day one meeting Meghan the sales representative we felt relaxed and were treat so nicely. She took the information we had and she did not try push in a direction we did not want to go. We felt she was honest and upfront about what to expect from the home buying and building process. We felt she treated us like we were more important than the sale it's self. She was completely honest with us and no question seemed to be a dumb question. Next we met Kaitlyn our NVR Mortgage representative that works with Ryan homes. She has been great. Without her and her team the lending process would have been a nightmare. They have been on top of things and keeping us up to date. The next person to mention is Travis our build project manager. Awesome is a great word for him. Specially dealing with a customer like me. I visit the home site everyday. I sent him text messages regarding things that I thought were concerns. He dealt with each one with smile. If it was just me not knowing what I was talking about he nicely explained what was going on and educated me. I think I sent him concerns about things that were not even installed yet. Sure things don't always go smooth or there might be an issue that happens. Building a home has a lot to it. There are a lot of unknowns and stress etc. Meghan, Kaitlyn and Travis have made the process so easy. I feel Ryan homes and their contractors have been kicking butt on our home. We have been so happy. I don't think we could ever get the amount of home we are getting anywhere else with the same value and quality. I know no one else has the team we were blessed to work with. I am sure I could say more about our great experience.

The home buying experience from Ryan homes was wonderful. Anytime you have a question, it is easy to get in touch with someone who is willing to help. DO NOT go with NVR for financing unless you love disasters. We moved here in August and have been pretty satisfied with the development. It is quiet and offers an amazing sunset. You always see people walking with their dogs, kids, and partners. The pool is top-of-the-line, and the fire pits are amazing! We like the playground for the kids but wish there was a fence around it to prevent them from running away. Since living here, we have used the warranty department to help us with flaws around the house. Their entire team is so helpful and always there to help get everything fixed. They work fast and are professional. Overall, this is a great development, and we would recommend it.

We bought a plot in June 2023 and moved in late december 2023. Garland was wonderful to work with on the build and purchase phase and Zach was our project manager. Both were extremely responsive and would address concerns as they arose (like a crack in the foundation before flooring was laid). We've been very happy with the home with only a minor few problems which the warranty team (Kris) was quick to address. Kris even follows up with us personally to ensure we are satisfied after the repairs are complete. We enjoy the neighbors we've encountered and find the amenities are nice.

We just signed the contract for our new home tonight! We toured the community last Saturday and knew right away we found our forever neighborhood and home. Just to start off with giving a little context... I was a first time home buyer, moving from New York feeling a bit nervous to say the least. I always knew I wanted to live in Lakewood Ranch and stumbled upon Avalon Woods, the community that opened up recently. I went to check out the model home (flamingo) a townhouse that was right in my price range. That's where I met DIEGO MARTINEZ, the sales agent. From the start he was professional, polite, answered all my questions and did not pressure me at all! I really loved the model and within a couple of days, communicating with Diego, I chose one of the townhomes. Again, I cant stress it enough just how helpful, resourceful and personable Diego was. He kept me calm throughout the process and even after I closed he had no issues answering my questions! In the end we were able to close on time.
I also wanted to say that ALIX WELCH, the lender for NVR was amazing, answered all my questions and kept me calm! Truly a great service from her and her team as well!
Last but not least, Chase, the Property Manager for the townhomes was simply wonderful. From beginning of building the home to literally closing and post closing he was truly a delight. Funny, resourceful and was always punctual in getting me the information I needed. I still text him post closing about minor questions and he answers them promptly.
If you are looking to buy a property with Ryan Homes, I wholeheartedly recommend this team! There were absolutely no issues throughout the process.

We had a great experience at Ryan homes at Laurel Glen. We had just stopped in to Take a look at a few of the options available. Just really wanting to see what’s out there. We were originally looking to move around June or July of next year and didn’t really want to purchase anything now because we felt the interest rates were a bit high. However, after talking to Andre, he showed us different options and ways that he could help offset that. What I like most about Andre was that he really wasn’t pushy or just trying to get the sale. My wife and I drove around Lakewood Ranch while visiting Florida from New Jersey and we absolutely love the Avalon Woods Ryan Homes community. My father and I luckily stumbled upon LWR while searching for great schools near Sarasota a couple years ago and after two years of coming back-and-forth, my wife and her mom drove past Avalon Woods. Fast forward a month later, I flew down from New Jersey and stopped by with my mother and spoke with Kristina (she’s best). She showed us floor-plans and gave us a quote and estimate right away with our favorite designs. The homes and models are beautiful. They had a great promotion & she helped us take advantage of that! This community has NO CDDs and low HOA fees and the home is priced right!
We are now waiting for our home to be built and are so excited to move to the community to be a part of it, and help it grow!! We are in touch with our team on a constant basis whenever we have a silly thought, we text her and she answers right away. I feel so comfortable in this seemingly simple process from the start and look forward to the whole building process and the move down!! Onto the palm trees and sunny skies! For the price of a new home, you are not going to find a better deal. If i purchased the same exact model from Ryan Homes closer to Greenville, it would cost me a lot more.

My home is not perfect in every detail but I wasn’t buying an expensive custom home, so I’m pleased with what I got for the price I paid for it.
I hope Ryan Homes changes their paint, though. While I like the color, it’s very neutral, it’s marked easily. Don’t attempt to clean the marks with a wet rug, or you’ll ruin it.
Fence - we have a partition board between units but I wish our yards were fenced off.
HOA - we had some trash issues in the past (dumpsters weren’t getting emptied quick enough) but Ryan Homes coordinated with our HOA and that problem was solved. They added a few dumpsters and enclosed them in a gated area but I think the dumpsters are still too small and too far from our units.
I wish we had a dog park as I have a dog and it would be nice for him to have a good area to play. I don’t think they will add it because there’s no space for that. It’s on the HOA to decide, though.
I also wish that ALL homeowners picked up after their dogs.
Parking is not assigned but you do get 2 spots technically. You can park anywhere, so depending on your preferences, it can be good or bad.
I was very pleased with the warranty department. Alyssa, my warranty representative, was handling my requests. I didn’t have many things to complain about, but the things that I did bring up were taken care of so quickly and professionally! She is very quick to respond to my texts, never left my questions unanswered.
From reading online reviews, I see that a lot of time good homeownership experience heavily depends on the person who handles your request. I’m pretty sure that if Alyssa wasn’t the one dealing with my warranty issues, my experience would have been different. I think Ryan Homes is lucky to have such a dedicated and passionate person on their team. She brings a lot of value to the company and she’s the reason I’d recommend Ryan Homes to my friends.

We checked out every builder in Summerwoods (also others in the Parrish area) and decided to go with Ryan Homes based upon first impressions/ floor plans/ lot selection as well as looking at a Ryan resale home that was in excellent condition in the neighborhood. We signed in March and closed the first week of September- super quick process but a quality result! Charles, our sales guy was extremely personable and helpful. We used the builders lender and also had a great experience with Alix, she’s the best! We had Pat as our project manager and he was so amazing throughout our whole process, answered all our questions and was very thorough. Any issue/concern we brought to Pat he had already addressed it or he already had it in process to be corrected. We loved the weekly vlogs from Charles and our weekly pics/ updates from Pat! Overall very happy with the finished product. We’ve had to put in one warranty request since closing and they were also very quick and had the issue addressed within 5 days of me putting in the ticket. You won’t regret building in Summerwoods!

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Ryan Homes at Cavins Farm. I am a first time home buyer who had finally had enough of renting. I found Cavins Farm and man am I glad I did! Collin (the Sales Agent) and Devan (the Project Manager) made my first home purchase an awesome one! Collin was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. It was so much fun getting to choose everything including the lot, the home type, and all of the colors! Collin's professionalism and genuine excitement made me feel very excited to be building a house. He also is extremely responsive. He answers any question I have at any time I need him to. The same is true for Devan, the project manager. Devan provided regular updates of the house, and also answered any question immediately. Devan and Collin also took the time to understand exactly what was important to me specifically, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The house was ready in less than six months. Our independent inspector found nothing but minor cosmetic things that were all fixed by final walkthrough. The house seems to be well built and efficient. I was very impressed with the experience Ryan Homes provided for me. I will be a repeat client for sure! If you live or work in the Highway 101 area, I would personally recommend checking out the work these guys do!

Initially, I was very hesitant to commit to buying a new build home. I’ve had friends and family members in the past that did not have the best experience with other builders. However, this was not my experience with Ryan Homes.
It started off with meeting Charles, our salesman .Charles was so professional and friendly. He showed me all the value Ryan Homes has to offer and was so extremely patient with me while I was trying to pick out my options on my home. When looking at another Ryan Homes community, I knew I’d rather work with Charles and that ultimately helped me make my decision of Summerwoods.
Then I got the pleasure of meeting Megan. She was our construction manager for our house. Megan really made this whole experience stress free and special. She was constantly in communication with us and updated us weekly with pictures of the home. She was able to accommodate all our request and pushed to get our house completed sooner so that when we ended our apartment lease we could move right in. I truly felt like Megan was looking after my house like it was her own.
Im truly grateful that I had these two by my side the whole process. I would do it all over again, if I could.

Amazing experience from top to bottom, Charles was our salesman and Megan was our project manager. Our Sales Rep was Nathan Silva. When I tell you he was beyond fabulous and knowledgeable, that would be an understatement. Nathan was so great and answered all of our questions, as well as gave us alot of knowledge on different situations and scenarios, including financing info. He spent a whole lot of time with us and did not rush us in anyway. He made it possible to tour the specific unit style that we had interest in. Our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing! Charles Oakley and Megan Schulz are both rockstars that made this build memorable and stress free! Both of them exhibit an extreme amount of professionalism and pride in what they do. Megan’s attention to detail is impeccable. She caught everything we saw and didn’t see. Her ability to manage the build and have it done right and on time was top notch. Megan’s weekly, sometimes by weekly, photo’s and Charles’s Tuesday morning walkthrough videos kept us updated throughout the whole process. This is something many people we know that had new builds didn’t have and were completely impressed as we showed them the videos and pictures. Even now that we are moved in we get to see both of them frequently and see first hand the care and passion that they put into building this community.

At last…long overdue, but by no means, forgotten…my 2 most special guys! I highly commend my Salesman, Charles Oakley and my Project Manager, Dan Padilla for seeing me through every step of the way from the home purchase, through the home build process all the way to my closing and beyond. I was between CT and AZ while searching for my FL home. Charles and Dan kept me up to date with videos, pics, virtual meetings. FaceTine calls, and many conversation from August 2022 through March 2023.
Charles and Dan went the extra mile to keep answer any questions and keep me well informed. The comfort level I have with them is perfect! Moving to FL was a childhood goal. A new home build is a first for me and Charles and Dan made it all happen for me! Giving a 5 star rating is a no brainer…this team deserve a million! First off let me say…walking into the model home and being greeted by Charles was an experience by itself! Guy was full of energy and was extremely down to earth. He made my wife and I extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions which not going lie, was hard after he got done explaining everything. When we decided to pull the trigger and go with Ryan homes, not only was Charles great at providing videos for us twice a week but he would always go above and beyond to cover everything during his walks. Now let me get to our awesome Project Manager Chase! This gentleman was such a pleasure to work with! Chase was down to earth, very respectful and informed us every step of the way during our home build. He sent us weekly pictures and if we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them extremely fast! Chase was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing but respect for him. He had great relationship with the trades which made this project run smoothly. The home build went extremely smooth and we even got to close earlier than expected due to this. If we had to do it all over again, we would’ve went with Ryan homes again from our amazing experience. These guys are awesome to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. Avalon Woods is a beautiful development of townhomes in the heart of Lakewood Ranch. The townhomes themselves are everything my husband and I need to start our growing family. I am so excited to say that my husband and I have just secured one recently. Ryan Homes financing team as well as their realtors are very professional, honest, and easy to work with. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Alix and Diego who worked round the clock to make sure we felt comfortable and answered our questions (especially as first time home buyers). Alix works with financing and Diego is a realtor. Both were fabulous, professional and courteous. Purchasing our new home with Ryan Homes has been such an amazing experience ! Such a smooth process with helpful information and tips. Our house was built with such care and quality, and Ryan Homes ensured and met each deadline. We had feedback and updates every week during the construction time. Diego, our sales representative, and Chase our Project Manager took time out each week to be available and give us continued updates. Chase was extremely professional, helpful, and patient. Chase was very knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know us and walk us through this first experience. Ryan’s homes has a good post-sales process that help us to get fixed minor things after we moved in.They were always available and ready to provide solutions and answers every time we needed in regards our new home features. From start to finish, the process was absolutely smooth and transparent. Travis Francis (my loan officer) was hands down the best loan officer anyone could have, and I genuinely mean that. He kept the process simple and straight to the point. The one thing that stood out with Travis is that he didn't treat me as just another number, customer, or someone off the street. He treated me the same way he would want to be treated, and I truly appreciated that the most. Also, he took the time to explain things and made them clear and straightforward for me to understand. Joe Howser is another awesome guy Ryan Homes needs to give a raise to. As often I called Joe during the process, he probably knows my number by heart, haha; as often as Joe went out of his way to either stay late or come in early, both on and off the clock, speaks on his character. Joe is extremely patient and doesn't mind going over things twice, or in my case, several times, haha, but that is something I admire about him. I still bother Joe when I see him walking outside and he answers questions.

We are so happy with our new home! Ryan Homes has been great and they have the best team around for sure. Our sales guy, Charles, went above and beyond for us to make sure we got the home of our dreams within our budget. Then once construction started, we met our project managers, Megan and Dan, who were equally as amazing as Charles. Megan would send picture updates every week of our home and Charles would send a quick video update of our home site. They made the experience truly exciting. We have just placed our down payment and waiting for them to start building our future home. So far, the experience has been wonderful. We have been working closely with Diego Martinez. From the first meeting about expectations, availability, and needs, he has been very clear and responsive. Scheduling our first in person meeting, he was very patient with my wife and I on helping pick out the correct interior and exterior wants/needs. Diego was very forward on items that would and wouldn’t be worth it, and from his experience he was able to help us visualize these requests.
We are very excited to have our first home built in Avalon Woods, and ready to move in our family. Especially since we will be expecting a new child when we move in!

My husband and I had been house hunting for quite a while for our first home before I called Kelli and asked for some information. She immediately went to work. She asked what I needed in a home and the things that would be nice to have while staying within budget. She sent me over an estimate and set a time to meet. I warned her that my husband was a hard sell but she took him on and achieved an impossible feat! She didn’t come on too strong and remained incredibly kind, patient and professional. Kelli even sacrificed her Mother’s Day so that we could meet on his day off. Once we decided to buy she made herself available to answer any and all questions and ease our nerves, even after hours. Kelli made the process so stress free and easy. She was conscious of our budget and when it came time to adding upgrades she made sure we stuck to it. Most sales representatives would have tried to push every possible upgrade to increase the cost. Kelli worked hard to negotiate a price that was within our budget but still allowed us to have our dream home. We didn’t have to sacrifice a thing! We are still at the beginning of our home building journey but I am so happy she will be here for us along the way! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

My fiancé and I decided to buy a house with Ryan Homes last September and building started in December. We originally started with our Sales Associate Charles, who was incredibly helpful and available! We then met our Project Manager Patrick, who lead us through the entire project. We received weekly video updates from Charles on Tuesdays and detailed weekly summary emails from Patrick every Friday. Confirming what had been done and what the next steps are. We felt included, heard, and protected throughout the entire building process. As I work in the remodeling sector I can attest to the horrible stories of bad contractors and horrible workmanship. The team at Ryan homes including Charles, Patrick, and Chase, gained our trust and kept it through the end. We are now living in our beautiful home and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! I will move into my home in April 2023 and my experience from the beginning to now, has been wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Janie Summey, the Sales Rep and Whit Vinsette, the Project Manager in Berkeley, have been professional, personable, caring, and understanding with all of my concerns and inquires, and the driving forces with my decision to buy a Ryan home.
In fact, Janie has gone above-and-beyond her area of expertise and responsibility to help me resolve and/or rectify my issues with this entire process. Whenever I had questions that dealt with other department(s), her response has always been the same, which was let me make a call to the appropriate office, so we can correct this issue. Never once did she say I don’t handle that particular situation, and her willingness to listen to, and help me, have left me in awe and a repeat customer, if applicable, of hers.
Furthermore, Whit Vinsette has proven to be a man of his word, allocated time for me to have a Q&A session with him. (I had just sold a home last year that I lived in for less than a year and had issues in the first three months.) Notwithstanding, and because I was apprehensive about the buying process again, he answered all of my questions concerning Ryan homes building process, the types of materials they used, and the warranty coverage. Nonetheless, and from what I've seen thus far, he and his team have built a house that I love and can’t wait to make it my home in April 2023.
Overall and hands down--Janie and Whit have been outstanding in this process and I absolutely love the way my new home looks.

Ryan homes process from purchase to close was pleasant and consistent. I knew what to expect and when. Even when there was an outside delay I was kept informed. Adam our sales person was awesome. A pleasure to work with and helped us thru the decision making process. He was fun to work with and very positive. Bryon our project manager was accountable and timely with his weekly updates. Joe was a project manager we met half way thru the build and he was our dogs BFF! After our close the fence we were installing was to go to the property lines and the sod had not yet been placed. The same day they got a team out and added the sod.
When our street is done (and that will be soon) we will miss waving at them early in the morning as they check on the contractors for the new builds.
With any build there are some glitches, but this team made the process easy and understandable.

We contracted to build a new home at Cavins Farm. We are downsizing since all the children are on their own. Collin walked us step by step through the process. We could not ask a better person to help us with all the details and select what was best for us. He always responded quickly to our questions. We are looking to have the house completed by end of May and close beginning of June. Videos are regularly sent on the construction progress. A shout out to Collin for over and above what was expected.

Had my closing last week and I just had to write a review. The whole process was the beginning has been great. From the time I met Charles Oakley my sale rep. to meeting my PM Megan Schulz. Both Charles and Megan gave me weekly updates on the progress of my home. When there things that I might like to know came up, I was quickly informed. Being from New Jersey I had to put a lot of faith in this team which I did. From the pre construction walk through to my final walk through I have been highly satisfied with the process. I also went with NVR for my mortgage needs and Alix Welch and the rest of the team there made that part of the process seamless. At the onset I had read some bad reviews about Ryan Homes, but after seeing their work first hand. I can say each person’s experience is their own, but mine has been A1. Charles/Megan and your teams keep up the great work.

Hi potential home buyer / builder / neighbor. I have a callout at the end of this review. That said, here we go:
My family and I moved into our new house about 5 months ago, this is our home, my sometimes office, and the place where we are building a life together. This neighborhood is exactly the place where we want to raise our 5 year old twins. The schools are amazing, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors have been friendly, and there have been kids everywhere. With the Loveland bike trail a stones throw away and Kings Island just a bit farther I feel like there will always be something to do that my kids will not be raised with their head in electronics every day. While Morrow may seem far from civilization, all the normal amenities are really not that far away - and feel like they are going to come closer and closer over the next 5-10 years.
But this review is primarily about our experience building with Ryan Homes. We had been to a few builders as well as MANY homes for sale in our home search of Cincinnati with our Real Estate Agent and we were picky. Looking at home sites daily, reviewing new build options - picky picky picky. We had one of the finest real estate agents in the city helping us and we enjoyed his opinions and strong eye for detail as we looked at older homes and new builds alike. All that to say - we had set ourselves a pretty impossible standard to meet.
Then we walked through a Ryan Home at Classicway and we were all strangely silent as we walked though. Normally ,we would have been pointing out problems. Bridget Dreher was accommodating, opinionated, proud, and enthusiastic about her building teams. After what we had seen, she had the right to be but it slightly threw us both off. However, everything lined up and we committed to a new house. Then I was surprised that the endless amounts of decisions would instead be about 10 - Ryan Homes has put together a great set of options for possible flooring/counter/cabinet setups, facade/brick/siding options, and a roughly 2.5 page list of optional adds to the home.
We would have to wait until our home was next to be build, but once we made it to the front of the line - that is when the fun started.
When we met our Project Manager questions, thoughts, and opinions came out of us. Greg Fuller took all those questions, opinions, our sarcastic humor and was able to give us an answer to everything (even if most of them were 'no') and helped us to understand that he was indeed the best person to build our new home. He actually set himself such a high standard I never thought he would be able to meet it. But after all our weekly calls, walkthroughs, requests, discussion about supply side changes to meet deadlines - he met and exceeded both my wife and my own expectations. The best compliment I can relate is that we brought our Real Estate agent to our final walkthrough (and he brings his own tape to mark up the house) and I did not see him have to reach for it once. Greg either had already pre-marked a number of places for touch ups or was 100% on board with each and every update that we or our agent found.
I would say that Bridget sold us a great house but Greg built us the home that we want to stay in for the next 20 years.
I am not going to say that everything was perfect day 1. We found the one lemon of a water heater that snuck into their stock - but they came out to fix it quickly and ended up replacing it entirely. Ryan Homes in the past 5 months has held up to everything being exactly as we expected it to be (I know that is not a shared experience with all Ryan Homes purchasers, as my sister did not have the same experience 5 years ago). But for our family - they made this our home.
Now for the callout - I was asked by Ryan Homes to write this review. They asked for my honest opinion and I gave that - but they also knew I had a fantastic experience working with them. So our experience may be in the top 5% of experiences, but I think as long as you have a similar team to us - your experience will not be far off of ours.

We had a positive experience when we built our home with Ryan Homes six months ago. Our project manager Megan Shulz was very detailed, helpful and professional during the build, which there were no delays. What’s really impressive is her responsiveness and commitment to us during our warranty period. Although she (as a Project Manager) is no longer responsible for warranty work has again surpassed expectations with her professionalism and commitment to customer service as well as her attention to detail regarding what we need done. When trades were not available within a certain timeframe, she has personally come to complete the job herself. She has also called to confirm appointments for us and showed up in person to be sure the work was completed. All while managing multiple builds. She is a true professional and makes Ryan Homes look good!

We are not yet in our new home but will be soon! Our experience so far with Bridget and Greg has been top notch from the day we first reached out about the available lot. Bridget has always made herself available when we needed her for questions and she accommodated us with virtual meetings since we were out of state. She took our multitude of questions, indecisiveness and back and forth with so much patience. The project team, specifically the project manager Greg, is amazing. Greg is the most trustworthy and kind person I’ve worked with. He committed to sending us weekly updates and has kept his word. He’s always very thorough and clear in his communication. I trust that he is going to deliver a quality home. I’m so impressed by his level of detail and high standards. Plus, they’re ahead of our original schedule which is a very exciting surprise! We previously built a Ryan home in a different region of the country and were not thrilled with the communication and follow up. OveraLl the experience was subpar. If you’ve had other experiences that were not great with Ryan homes or other builders, I highly recommend giving this group a chance because they will change your mind. This team has exceeded my expectations in every way.
I’m addition, the neighborhood is gorgeous and has so many amenities that we are thrilled about. We’re building the Lehigh model and are excited about the flexibility of the space - I fell in love with the floor plan right away! We hope to be in this home for a very long time!

Arcadia Ranch is one of the best value communities. The experience throughout the entire process was great. Monique in particular was very responsive and super helpful with all my family's questions. She replied promptly our calls/emails and was very knowledgeable with the DMWV region. My son plans to tell more of our friends about Arcadia! First and foremost, we were very pleased with the location once we realized it was just off Richie Highway, where there is tons of things to do and very convenient. The community is tucked in its own area, which we loved. The homes looked beautiful and the model homes were great. We met with Houston who was a ton of help! Most new construction communities will have you walk the models by themselves, which is totally fine, but we appreciated that Houston was there to answer any and all questions we had as we walked through the model homes. He waited at least four hours until our realtor was able to come by and see for herself and ask any questions we weren’t sure to ask. So five stars for Houston and five stars for Cedar Hills!!

She is an excellent professional, from the first day she was very clear with all the details of the construction. Ryan Homes at Lakewood Park in Deland has been amazing from start to finish. Let’s start with the Sales Department. Thovas was amazing. He worked with us with everything we wanted in our new home. If fact, he would send us pictures every Friday showing us the progress on our house. Once the building started, our Project Manager, Brian Carter, walked us through the process of the construction. We even noticed some items that were missed before our walk, and Brian jumped right on those issues and got them corrected. Brian did a sensational job letting us know how the house was coming along and would also send us an update on Friday’s. Brian was transferred to another site, but the replacement Project Manager, Ross, was incredible. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was always one step ahead of my wife and I, catching every little detail even before we could. Even after our walk through, any issues we had found, Ross took care of these within a day. He was very informative of all the manufacturers and showed us how to get items taken care of if it was a manufacturer issue. In fact, we met Mike, the warranty guy, right after our walk through. Mike has contacted us a few times to make sure any issues we had were taken care of. Your Sub-Contractors that have come by to fix items have been great. Ross has been an absolute pleasure. It’s hard to find great people to work with, but the whole process from start to finish has been wonderful. We will definitely tell everyone about how pleased we are with Ryan Homes.

I can’t say enough about Megan Schultz who was the GM responsible for the build of my home at Summerwoods. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about the build process and articulates well with instructions on how to use the various “Smart” technology items installed like the Nest thermostat or the WiFi garage door. Megan gave a very detailed walk through of my home the day prior to owning the property. Megan was very responsive to all of my requests (very minor punch list). She is full of energy, a go- getter, great commitment and even better follow thru. Prior to my retirement I had a staff of 35 employees and I would HIRE Megan in a split second. Summerwoods is very lucky to have Megan on their staff. I LOVE my home at Summerwoods. Best choice ever!!
Charles and Diego were both outstanding sales managers who made this beautiful opportunity come to life. Both were very engaged, understood my wants, and were very responsive. They made it a point to stop by and welcome me to my new home.

I am writing a new review not to praise Ryan home (they're actually very unhelpful once we moved in) but I do want to give a shout out to Megan our project manager from 2 years ago. After Ryan homes themselves blew us off, we texted Megan, who has always been such a huge help. She took the time to come over, which is not her responsibility and helped us stop the water from coming into our home through the exterior wall. She brought a ladder and actually was in the rain applying a sealer to the cracks on the stucco. She also helped us in contacting an interior solutions company to dry out the drywall and baseboard. I can't say enough about her but I will say she is extremely good at her job and her customer service is absolutely amazing. Megan, your the best! The 5 stars on this review goes to Megan, not Ryan Homes.

1 year and 7 months in, and Project Manager Tyler (Greystone) still entertains our request for issues that we come across. For example, I submitted a request for several imperfections. Some of the few....our front yard lamps malfunctioned, and two of our pine bushes in the rear that literally died. We complained on a Friday and by Wednesday, I took a break while working from home and as I peeped out the front window there were 2 landscapers who had already dugged up the dead trees and started to replace with new trees. Then, the part was replaced on the front lamp in a timely manner. We often forget to give kudos when they are due. I appreciate Tyler's willingness to listen to our complaints and get speedy results. Ryan Home by far in not perfect. However, our Project Managers need to be highlighted as they know the right things to say to help us stay calm. Oh, even on his way home from work, Tyler never wavers. YEAH Tyler!!! Thank YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

I really don’t know where to start! I fell in love with the Ryan Homes community Summerwoods back in May of 2021, and it’s been a dream to own a home in this community ever since. It’s been a uphill battle working on my own finances to ensure approval for the home of my dreams, but today I can say it’s official! I seriously wouldn’t have been here if it weren’t for Diego Martinez, Alix Welch, and now Charles Oakley! Not only are these people some of the most professional, friendly, hard working individuals I’ve come across but they completely blow all of the other home builders out of the water! I had been turned away, judged, and felt like nothing more than a number by so many builders and their sales managers in the Parrish area. Diego and Alix saw my willingness to make my dreams come true and they have held my hand through every step of the way! Leading up to the point today, where I officially went under contract for my home. They stayed in constant contact, answered every question, and believed in me every step! And although Diego is no longer at Summerwoods, he personally introduced me to his friend and coworker Charles who has been such a blessing in this process!

We recently decided to build a new home in Florida. We looked at several communities and decided to go with Ryan Homes in Summerwoods in Parrish. Ryan Homes gave us more choices in the home we chose and worked with us to make us feel we were getting what we wanted. The other builders basically told us we would be put on a list and when our name came up we could decide if we wanted the house they had to sell. We had no options or ability to pick a lot.
Charles Oakley at Summerwoods was friendly and answered every question we had. He walked us through the whole process and helped us decide on an array of options. The experience with Charles was great. I also want to put a shout out to Sally Moreno the Loan Officer, she was friendly and was great helping us through the loan application. We are very excited to be on this new adventure of building a new home at Summerwoods. I recommend Charles very highly. Make an appointment you will be glad you did!

I can’t say enough what a positive experience we had building with Ryan Homes. I have to review the service we experienced, specifically from our project manager - Jake Duncan. Jake went above and beyond when it came to our service. Throughout the entire experience, Jake was 100% transparent around our timeline and any delays we might encounter due to material shortages. He was incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Right before closing, our daughter was born 6 weeks early (literally the day before our walk through). Jake was super accommodating, allowing my Dad to do the walk through on our behalf. He checked in on us to make sure we were all okay and told us not to worry, he would go over warranty, etc. with us once we got settled. He worked with us as we found a few things upon move-in to get fixed (all minor cosmetic things). He was still so responsive even after we had closed. He never made us feel like we were just another house he was building or just a number; I cannot recommend him enough!! Our house is great and we love it!

What an amazing experience, the team at Ryan Homes made everything seamless. A big factor in their exceptional service is the communication from Holly the Sales Rep. who answered all emails and phone calls promptly with the answers I needed to Tyler the PM with all of his progress updates and to Ryan and Ryan the Financial team that explained everything throughout the process with constant updates.
I even saved money through their Property Insurance division, their price was lower than all of the other companies I called and they saved me a substantial amount of money on my auto insurance as well.
I would highly recommend Ryan Homes, so stop by this is a beautiful community.

We are building a home with Ryan Homes at the Summerwoods community and we have honestly been so happy with the experience and process so far. From the start, our sales associate, Diego, was friendly, honest, and upfront. He took the time to get to know us and was in direct contact with us when we were waiting for lots to be released. When we had issues with the mortgage company, he was quick to recommend another broker. Construction took time to get rolling because of permitting and whatnot and the entire time, he was upfront about the timeline. Once construction was about to start, we had a pre-construction meeting with our project Manager Megan who has been absolutely phenomenal. She sends us photos and detailed updates on the progress of our home every week, always responds to texts very quickly, and has answered any and all questions we've had. We just had our pre-drywall meeting and she conducted a thorough walk through on our house, explaining everything about the process and features. We cannot wait to see the finished product! This has been a dream and I am so, so happy we chose Ryan Homes to build our first house. Cannot recommend them enough!

Phillip is the consummate professional: As you go through this process you have many questions: He has always been quick to respond with the accurate information that we need. If he doesn't know an answer to a question he will find out for us. He also goes above and beyond his job responsibilities. We flew into Indiana and had one day to put our house under contract before we had to leave and he was working until 11:30 at night to get the answer to the questions we needed. Diego Martinez is the sales rep who has been assisting us since day one! He has been extremely professional and down to Earth. I have asked him lots of questions each day and he has been very responsive and has even sent us pictures so we could see certain products and colors. He has been very polite and knowledgeable with the entire process. Since this is our first time buying a home, we are ignorant and it’s been wonderful having Diego to walk us through the whole home building/buying process. We love our new home! We worked with Eric Scott (the Project Manager) and he was fantastic! We had our home built quicker than anticipated and Eric was very communicative during the entire build and even once we moved in. He made sure everything was perfect and to standard and we couldn't have imagined a better experience when building our first home. Amber was also wonderful to work with when purchasing our home, she made the whole process personal and smooth.
The neighborhood is beautiful - however the HOA is extremely unresponsive. We have been unable to get in touch regarding a variety of issues.
Other than that, it was a pleasure working with Ryan Homes.

I love my new home at Mansfield Meadows! Brand new with lots of amenities. Beautiful scenery with sunrise from my back patio and sunset from the front lawn. Making new friends and walking regularly is so nice. Being with adults of my age with similar lifestyles and grown children feels nice. We are looking forward to the clubhouse opening soon! We have some ideas of clubs to start and just relaxing in the common area by the fireplace. Pool and shuffleboard and tennis courts too! It took a while to make this decision and I looked at many communities. This was a great decision!

**I wrote my original review a few months ago, when we had just started building. We move into our new home tomorrow. Ryan Homes has continued to exceed our expectations. Our hone is stunning, they walked us through every single thing, and we are so happy. Jason, the project manager has also been phenomenal during the entire build. I heard from friends who used other builders that we wouldn’t be in contact with the sales rep after we began construction. For us, that was not the case at all: Philip has continued to be in contact and work closely with Jason. We are so happy we chose to build with Ryan Homes! **
We have had a great experience! My husband and I were planning on moving next fall, and I had seen that Briar Creek would be opening a second phase, so I originally called for information on Phase 2. Philip assisted us and has been phenomenal. He has responded to all my questions in a very friendly, professional way. We ended up looking at the home, falling in love with the lots, and are building in phase 1. As it was not the timeline we expected I’ve had a lot of questions and he has never made me feel like any question is too small. He promised me from the get go he would do everything he could to help us build our dream home and he has absolutely done that. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him, then the project manager during our build, as well as our loan officer Seth, who also has been extremely helpful. Both of them have met with us at times that were convenient for us as full time employees with two little boys. We have had a wonderful experience thus far and cannot wait to be in our new home!

I am extremely pleased with my home buying experience at Timothy Branch in Brandywine, MD. My Sales Representatives - Anthony and Chris Carter (The Dynamic Duo Twins) are very professional, knowledgeable, and they walked me through getting all of the features and options that I wanted in my new home. I am very excited and cannot wait until the construction is completed.
My townhouse has a very modern, open and inviting layout for entertaining and for relaxing with my family and friends. The space and square footage is the same as a single-family home without all the yard work. In addition, the NVR Mortgage team Tabby and Zein are also a joy to work with and they guided me through everything that was needed for the loan approval process.
If you are looking for a new home, come checkout the Timothy Branch community. It is a diverse community for singles and for families and I will be your neighbor! Also, it is only minutes from shopping, great restaurants, the new Southern Aquatic and Sports Recreation Center and the Beltway. Started the process of building in November of 2019. We decided on the Estero Bay model. We just closed a few days ago. We really love the Estero Bay. Summerwoods is a beautiful community with lots of preserves and nature. We worked with Diego who was absolutely great. Katie Grise was professional, personal, informative, enthusiastic, and easy to do business with. We had already put a down-payment on a home in Summerwood with MI and switched due to a special of a free lot at Ryan with conservation view. Street and roads have to be maintained by homeowners in a gated community. That isn't the case with Ryan Homes. We had also looked at North River Ranch properties. A major reason we chose Ryan was the floor plan of Ponte Vedra which exactly matched our furniture and current floor plan where we are living. We found all people that we worked with (Angel in financing) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and good representatives for Ryan Homes in their sales efforts. Summerwoods holds down the up-and-coming Moccasin Wallow area. The community is very nature friendly and will have an incredible pool; as well as parks and nature trails. Love my new Ryan Home. All the floor plans are created to allow for individuality so each owner can make the home what works for them. I absolutely love 1 level living. We love the location. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Clubhouse and pool to be built in 2020. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs. Ryan Homes (Jared and Teresa in particular) has been very responsive to any questions and requests. The HOA (Integra) is reasonable and helpful (Stephanie in particular) and the follow up to any particular problems resolved (quite quickly I might add) has been consistent (by Sam in particular)
The build quality is exceptional for the price paid. Extras and upgrades do not short on what you get for the price. Grounds maintenance has been wonderful, lawns even though new are looking great, sprinklers throughout.
