Ms. Kierston C. With Ryan Homes is a gift from God. She is the Sales and Marketing Representative for Ryan Homes at Evergreen who assisted me in building my home. She was incredibly thorough and professional from the beginning (i.e. affordability/finances). She walked me through every step of building my home (i.e. color schemes, home educational information, daily, and monthly communication). She answered all my questions all the way to the closing date.
Ms. Kierston is one of the nicest and most caring individuals you will ever meet. She has calming demeanor. She made me feel at ease and less nervous with buying my home. She also tells great jokes. If you are looking to buy or build a home, make sure you inquire about Ms. Kierston.

I must start by saying, my house is NOT complete as of yet I have a few months to go but, from the very start, Sibel has been AMAZING!!! from the very start of this process. Upfront, communication on point and set me up with the best Loan officer ever! We had a little set back but they assured me that we will continue to make this dream a reality. Even with the builder, Sam his communication and follow-up has been nothing but reassuring. I was super nervous about it all but my husband and I trusted the process and still trusting. From the inception of the purchasing process ad initium, Kally consistently demonstrated a remarkable commitment to resolving every inquiry and concern I raised prior to closing. I worked with wade and my experience was amazing , I remember starting the process in 2022 but could not make up my mind until I met wade in 2024 December he took time to explain things and made me so comfortable with this life time decision he not only was he kind but also so patient and also listening to customer needs , i took so many people to see the house and never did he feel tired nor bothered was always ready to guide and answer questions not to forget his mediation skill when me and loan officer disagreed I can go on and on but wade i want you to feel appreciated and thankyou thankyou . As a proud owner of a ranch home in Brandywine, I highly recommend Ryan Homes as your builder of choice. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. Ask for Kimberly when you visit for model tours and questions. I selected the Grand Bahama floor plan - an amazing design with the latest building technology. From construction managers Kevin and Travis to the mortgage and warranty teams, everyone provided excellent, friendly service. The building process kept me well-informed throughout. I also know a husband and wife who built a two-story Ryan Home at Brandywine over 2 years ago and they absolutely love their home as well. Greenfield is a wonderful, quiet community with friendly neighbors - I moved in August 2023 and couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you Ryan Homes. :)

We have been in our new home for about 7 months now and we couldn’t be happier. Our experience with Ryan Homes has been great and our sales person, Kelly and Project Manager Kent have been fantastic to work with. Our build process was smooth and Kent kept in constant communication with us regarding our home. 3 months ago we moved into our home at prairie ridge in Hampshire and it has been amazing so far. Almost a year ago my wife and i were working with Kelly our sales rep and Kent our project manager and those two took care of our every need. Kent has been communicative, understanding, and always helpful when it came to the construction. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and he personally came over to describe the situation and offer any help he could. A hundred thanks to you Kent and Kelly. Great duo.

The young family community is the biggest plus! We have been looking for a neighborhood with young families and from what we can see, there are so many families. One negative aspect we wanted was the lack of sidewalks, but the neighborhood is quiet enough to minimize car traffic. During my exploration phase, I spoke with a neighbor, who mentioned the abundance of children in the neighborhood, which sold me instantly.
Our experience with Ryan Homes has been excellent. Nichole has been a great resource as our sales agent, guiding us with the best options that will increase our home value long term and thinking differently about options that we wanted that she said may not be worth it. For example, we have a one-year-old who will be potty training in time, but I am 6'4" and wanted the taller toilets. She advised against that as it would make potty training harder on a higher surface. As a sales agent, she could have easily upsold me on that, but she helped me consider what was best for my family!

We could not say enough good things about our experience with Ryan homes. This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. Jenny Quartararo from NVR mortgage was awesome as well. She went through all our different options for financing and what fit best in our budget. This community has been nothing but welcoming already just driving through and getting out to see our lot the other neighbors are always waving and smiling. There are so many kids that makes it 100 times better knowing the kids will have other kids to play with outside. Do not let the horror stories you read online steer you away from Ryan homes because we heard them too before but it has not been anything but wonderful!!

Summerwoods is a really nice community in a great location. We’ve done several inspections here and every time we’re impressed with how well the homes are laid out and the attention to detail in the design. The neighborhood has a peaceful feel, and those lake and preserve views really make a difference. Just minutes from the interstate, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to live in Parrish.

Austin was our property manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him and Ryan Homes.
The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Our closing date never changed and we were kept up to date every week with videos, pictures, and general information about what was going on with the build.
We had the home inspected by a 3rd party (which really wasn't necessary) and were told the build quality was some of the best in the area!

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience building our new home at Greenwood Village! From the very beginning, the process has been smooth, informative, and enjoyable. They’ve truly made this journey a lot easier than we could have ever expected.

We ended up buying a rambler and couldn't have been happier with the process from A to Z. Chase and Charles were patient and helpful with our circumstances because we live in Fairfax Virginia. I think they understand the personal and emotional feelings from the buyers' perspective. Chase and Charles fulfilled their duties, updating us with photos and videos throughout the build. I can say my review would have been 5 stars until I put in a warranty claim. Everything has been great up until I filed a claim for my driveway peeling. Peeling is an indicator of too much water used during mix or possibly rained on. I've noticed many cases in the neighborhood I couldn't understand why no one is getting it fixed. We'll after filing a claim I found out quickly with a phone call stating concrete is not a warranty item. Now to be fair I understand cracks are not covered since this is a fairly common thing to happen but we are talking about a poor mixture to start with which should be covered. We were told about cracks could happen and would not be covered. This again is about a poor product being poured initially and I believe should be on the contractor to replace.

My husband and I are in the military and had to move to the area. After looking at many builders we really liked the way Ryan homes built theirs. We first got in contact with Charles and he was AMAZING. We were living in California at the time and were not able to go to Parrish and look at anything so he sent many videos and pictures and answered all our questions very quickly . Once we started building we were introduced to Chase our project manager and he was just as amazing! Always answering our phone calls or text. Sending us weekly photo updates and able to do online walkthroughs for us. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this duo. The whole process was so smooth, zero hiccups and zero delays. Choosing Ryan Homes has been the best decision we have made. They have been awesome. We close on our new Ryan Home in a few weeks. Home buying/building can be very stressful. You have everyone giving you advice, wanted or not. Everyone has their experiences and biases. This is not my 1st home. THIS IS MY 1ST RYAN HOME. There was alot of things I was not going to settle for. We are not a well to do 300K salary family. Ryan homes in my view offers a upper tier home at an affordable price. There are plenty of builders in Greenfield. We chose Ryan because of the great value and the great people. From day one meeting Meghan the sales representative we felt relaxed and were treat so nicely. She took the information we had and she did not try push in a direction we did not want to go. We felt she was honest and upfront about what to expect from the home buying and building process. We felt she treated us like we were more important than the sale it's self. She was completely honest with us and no question seemed to be a dumb question. Next we met Kaitlyn our NVR Mortgage representative that works with Ryan homes. She has been great. Without her and her team the lending process would have been a nightmare. They have been on top of things and keeping us up to date. The next person to mention is Travis our build project manager. Awesome is a great word for him. Specially dealing with a customer like me. I visit the home site everyday. I sent him text messages regarding things that I thought were concerns. He dealt with each one with smile. If it was just me not knowing what I was talking about he nicely explained what was going on and educated me. I think I sent him concerns about things that were not even installed yet. Sure things don't always go smooth or there might be an issue that happens. Building a home has a lot to it. There are a lot of unknowns and stress etc. Meghan, Kaitlyn and Travis have made the process so easy. I feel Ryan homes and their contractors have been kicking butt on our home. We have been so happy. I don't think we could ever get the amount of home we are getting anywhere else with the same value and quality. I know no one else has the team we were blessed to work with. I am sure I could say more about our great experience.

My Fiancé and I are first time home buyers. From the moment we toured the model homes to settlement day it has been a great experience. James was our sales rep we worked with and Rob S. was our project manager.
Our whole experience was great! I had a lot of questions through out this and I would text Rob right away, he shortly after would give me a call to explain further in depth on what was going on and answering any questions i had. I never felt in the dark about anything and Rob always kept us up to date about everything and what was going on.
We would visit our property just about every weekend to check the progress. If i had a problem or concern about anything I would bring it to Robs attention the following Monday. I can confidently say that 99.9% of the time Rob already had it on his radar and had something in place to get it fixed. At the end of this process we had our final walk through and we didnt like the way the carpet looked in the master bedroom. Rob had guys in the next day to get it fixed, after that he let us know he wasnt happy with the way it looked so he had them rip it all out and replace it. There was other small things that came up but rob made it a priority to get it fixed and update us on whatever the problem was. That is what makes him such a great PM. He really pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make the buyer happy.
This has been one of the easiest processes we have done. I am very happy that we went with Ryan Homes and had the team we did to get us through it. We couldn't be more happy with our new home!

We purchased a townhome in November 2023 and first met our sales representatives Samantha and her knowledge and customer service was remarkable. She kept us informed with every step of the townhome and was a great asset. Next we met our loan officer Keagan and he was very personable, professional and was always in touch with us explaining the loan process and all the options that were best for us, just a great guy.
Ben our project manager was great by keeping us informed on the status of our townhome with videos every Friday, what a great experience to see our home built from the ground up. We love the area and feel of community that Ryan Homes has created and are now in the process of purchasing a single family home. The decision to purchase a single family home through Ryan Homes was simple because they made the first experience so seamless and pleasant. This second purchase is off to a great start because our sales person Matt has been extremely helpful and has gone far and beyond our expectations. We have just been informed that Keagan has been assigned to be our loan officer again and are thrilled about this. I will update this post when this home process is complete..

By chance I came by unannounced and your team member Brittney
Feeney let me in even though she had a prior appointment coming . I fell in love with the layout of the townhome and the furniture that was in it . Afterwards I had a chance to sit down with Brittney and discuss everything about the area . Let me tell you that Ryan has one of the BEST in Brittney . She is undoubtedly the Kindest and Friendliest Woman I have ever met . She is very intelligent and can answer any questions I had . I made an actual appointment to bring my Friend in to see all the exciting things I saw there . Indeed she fell in love with the Townhome and with Brittney and guess what ? We purchased an End unit from Brittney and she handled everything so efficiently plus effectively. I have worked in sales for over 30 years with one of the largest Food Manufacturers in the World. I would hire Brittney in a Second . I know we both are going to enjoy being over there out of the hustle and bustle of the Short Pump area and can’t wait to go Boating , Fishing in the nearby Lakes and Rivers . I especially look forward to the get togethers this Summer at the Pool with the neighbors. Honestly, It just Feels Good once you enter the neighborhood and it Feels Great to have Brittney around . I just love her Compassion and that Smile of Hers . We are coming in at the right time . This place is going to grow fast in the next five years . Thank You All for Everything. We just signed the contract for our new home tonight! We toured the community last Saturday and knew right away we found our forever neighborhood and home. Buying/building my first home is very nerve racking and exciting all in one, but everybody is extremely nice and easy to work with. Everyone that is working is there for any questions at any time, and they are not trying to sell you on something you may not need with building your home. Beth the sales representative is very helpful, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. The area is nice and overlooks a farm. It gives you that country feeling with only being a 1/2 mile from 81 to go wherever you may desire.

I had the best experience building our home. First person we met was Danielle who was our sales rep. She truly made the process such an ease, and was always available for questions and concerns. She went above and beyond for us time and time again. We worked with Melissa from NVR who was patient, and so educational. She reworked numbers for me a million times, and never made me feel like a bother. Last but not least, our PM Dan was a dream. He may have hated me for how much I didn’t know and he had to explain to me, but he never let on. What should have been a stressful process he made so much fun. I honestly wish I was friends with all of them, because the process was so enjoyable and they all played such an intricate part in such an important moment in my family’s lives.
When we first came to Ryan Homes we thought we were ruling it out of our process of buying our forever home. I am so glad we did it. Our house is everything we dreamed of and more. Our daughter is happy, our dogs are happy, and we couldn’t ask for more than that.

We checked out every builder in Summerwoods (also others in the Parrish area) and decided to go with Ryan Homes based upon first impressions/ floor plans/ lot selection as well as looking at a Ryan resale home that was in excellent condition in the neighborhood. We signed in March and closed the first week of September- super quick process but a quality result! Charles, our sales guy was extremely personable and helpful. We used the builders lender and also had a great experience with Alix, she’s the best! We had Pat as our project manager and he was so amazing throughout our whole process, answered all our questions and was very thorough. Any issue/concern we brought to Pat he had already addressed it or he already had it in process to be corrected. We loved the weekly vlogs from Charles and our weekly pics/ updates from Pat! Overall very happy with the finished product. We’ve had to put in one warranty request since closing and they were also very quick and had the issue addressed within 5 days of me putting in the ticket. You won’t regret building in Summerwoods!

Initially, I was very hesitant to commit to buying a new build home. I’ve had friends and family members in the past that did not have the best experience with other builders. However, this was not my experience with Ryan Homes.
It started off with meeting Charles, our salesman .Charles was so professional and friendly. He showed me all the value Ryan Homes has to offer and was so extremely patient with me while I was trying to pick out my options on my home. When looking at another Ryan Homes community, I knew I’d rather work with Charles and that ultimately helped me make my decision of Summerwoods.
Then I got the pleasure of meeting Megan. She was our construction manager for our house. Megan really made this whole experience stress free and special. She was constantly in communication with us and updated us weekly with pictures of the home. She was able to accommodate all our request and pushed to get our house completed sooner so that when we ended our apartment lease we could move right in. I truly felt like Megan was looking after my house like it was her own.
Im truly grateful that I had these two by my side the whole process. I would do it all over again, if I could.

Amazing experience from top to bottom, Charles was our salesman and Megan was our project manager. They were both very knowledgeable and sent us weekly updates through the process of building our new home! The amount of care put into everything from them was above and beyond. This my first time going through building a home. The process was amazing throughout. I first met with Charles in Sales, he was very friendly and professional, always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He would send me a vlog every Tuesday with updates on my home. I still see him occasionally in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service! Thanks Charles.
I cannot say enough about Megan my Project Manager. She is incredible! She is genuine and friendly while also being extremely professional. She went to great lengths to explain every step in the building process. She sent me photographs and updates every Friday which made my week. Talk about going above and beyond, she has stopped by a few times since I moved in. Today she set up my sprinklers for me, and helped with a few things. She is always so quick to respond.
I highly recommend Megan and Charles. They are a great asset to Ryan Homes.

Both of them exhibit an extreme amount of professionalism and pride in what they do. Megan’s attention to detail is impeccable. She caught everything we saw and didn’t see. Her ability to manage the build and have it done right and on time was top notch. Megan’s weekly, sometimes by weekly, photo’s and Charles’s Tuesday morning walkthrough videos kept us updated throughout the whole process. This is something many people we know that had new builds didn’t have and were completely impressed as we showed them the videos and pictures. Even now that we are moved in we get to see both of them frequently and see first hand the care and passion that they put into building this community.

First off let me say…walking into the model home and being greeted by Charles was an experience by itself! Guy was full of energy and was extremely down to earth. He made my wife and I extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions which not going lie, was hard after he got done explaining everything. When we decided to pull the trigger and go with Ryan homes, not only was Charles great at providing videos for us twice a week but he would always go above and beyond to cover everything during his walks. Now let me get to our awesome Project Manager Chase! This gentleman was such a pleasure to work with! Chase was down to earth, very respectful and informed us every step of the way during our home build. He sent us weekly pictures and if we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them extremely fast! Chase was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing but respect for him. He had great relationship with the trades which made this project run smoothly. The home build went extremely smooth and we even got to close earlier than expected due to this. If we had to do it all over again, we would’ve went with Ryan homes again from our amazing experience. These guys are awesome to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. I have never done business with ANY company who have been this efficient, communicative and genuine in every aspect of our dealings.

Their internal communications are exceptionally well coordinated. All staff appear to genuinely love their jobs and love working together.
I mean, they even have a podcast to guide you along in the journey of buying a new home! What company does that?! Podcast one was like a psychological session with a great therapist, acknowledging,”So you bought a new home and you’re freaking out right now. Let’s have a chat.” Om…
I am a former new home owner and that was the worst experience. The experience with Ryan Homes is fading those bad memories. I believe this will just get better as we move along the process.
The quality build and materials used are usually upgrades. Not with Ryan. Standard fare. And the home prices are reasonable, which I cannot say I’ve seen with other builders.
OK! So…here we are 8 months later. Just did the walk-through on our new home. Palmer Jones is the most competent, kind, efficient and knowledgeable Project Manager about homes. He patiently explained how this house breathes (literally) and how to regulate temperatures upstairs and downstairs. He thoroughly reviewed warranties and provided us with the booklet. We reviewed how to care for the materials, appliances. We reviewed outside and inside venting, lawn care, plumbing pipes care. He graciously recommended a handyman and all items I asked about and texted them to me.
My husband and I appeared underwhelmed when in fact, we were overwhelmed by how amazing and modern this home is! We were so happy. It was truly difficult to communicate with our mouths agog. I work in the wireless industry. I have a tech closet, a thermostat and garage that works with apps. The materials used are quality and built for a healthy environment. Even our little dog was dancing and smiling in her new home. We cannot thank you all enough.

Our house was built with such care and quality, and Ryan Homes ensured and met each deadline. We had feedback and updates every week during the construction time. Diego, our sales representative, and Chase our Project Manager took time out each week to be available and give us continued updates. Chase was extremely professional, helpful, and patient. Chase was very knowledgeable, and took the time to get to know us and walk us through this first experience. We are so happy with our new home! Ryan Homes has been great and they have the best team around for sure. Our sales guy, Charles, went above and beyond for us to make sure we got the home of our dreams within our budget. Then once construction started, we met our project managers, Megan and Dan, who were equally as amazing as Charles. Megan would send picture updates every week of our home and Charles would send a quick video update of our home site. They made the experience truly exciting. My husband and I had been house hunting for quite a while for our first home before I called Kelli and asked for some information. She immediately went to work. She asked what I needed in a home and the things that would be nice to have while staying within budget. She sent me over an estimate and set a time to meet. I warned her that my husband was a hard sell but she took him on and achieved an impossible feat! She didn’t come on too strong and remained incredibly kind, patient and professional. Kelli even sacrificed her Mother’s Day so that we could meet on his day off. Once we decided to buy she made herself available to answer any and all questions and ease our nerves, even after hours. Kelli made the process so stress free and easy. She was conscious of our budget and when it came time to adding upgrades she made sure we stuck to it. Most sales representatives would have tried to push every possible upgrade to increase the cost. Kelli worked hard to negotiate a price that was within our budget but still allowed us to have our dream home. We didn’t have to sacrifice a thing! We are still at the beginning of our home building journey but I am so happy she will be here for us along the way! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

We originally started with our Sales Associate Charles, who was incredibly helpful and available! We then met our Project Manager Patrick, who lead us through the entire project. We received weekly video updates from Charles on Tuesdays and detailed weekly summary emails from Patrick every Friday. Confirming what had been done and what the next steps are. We felt included, heard, and protected throughout the entire building process. As I work in the remodeling sector I can attest to the horrible stories of bad contractors and horrible workmanship. Building a new home can be nerve-wracking especially if you are a first time home buyer! I have to say, our project manager, Kent, has been fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish to even after we closed. During our build (we closed in November 2022), he was consistently providing updates of our house. He was (and still is) prompt in answering when we have random questions about our house. In addition, during walk throughs and closing, he took his time in explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He literally works everyday, including weekends, so it’s nice when he stops by while we are outside to check on us and make sure we are still satisfied. He truly is a great project member and happy he was in charge of our build!

Had my closing last week and I just had to write a review. The whole process was the beginning has been great. From the time I met Charles Oakley my sale rep. to meeting my PM Megan Schulz. Both Charles and Megan gave me weekly updates on the progress of my home. When there things that I might like to know came up, I was quickly informed. Being from New Jersey I had to put a lot of faith in this team which I did. From the pre construction walk through to my final walk through I have been highly satisfied with the process. I also went with NVR for my mortgage needs and Alix Welch and the rest of the team there made that part of the process seamless. At the onset I had read some bad reviews about Ryan Homes, but after seeing their work first hand. I can say each person’s experience is their own, but mine has been A1. Hi potential home buyer / builder / neighbor. I have a callout at the end of this review. That said, here we go:
My family and I moved into our new house about 5 months ago, this is our home, my sometimes office, and the place where we are building a life together. This neighborhood is exactly the place where we want to raise our 5 year old twins. The schools are amazing, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors have been friendly, and there have been kids everywhere. With the Loveland bike trail a stones throw away and Kings Island just a bit farther I feel like there will always be something to do that my kids will not be raised with their head in electronics every day. While Morrow may seem far from civilization, all the normal amenities are really not that far away - and feel like they are going to come closer and closer over the next 5-10 years.
But this review is primarily about our experience building with Ryan Homes. We had been to a few builders as well as MANY homes for sale in our home search of Cincinnati with our Real Estate Agent and we were picky. Looking at home sites daily, reviewing new build options - picky picky picky. We had one of the finest real estate agents in the city helping us and we enjoyed his opinions and strong eye for detail as we looked at older homes and new builds alike. All that to say - we had set ourselves a pretty impossible standard to meet.
Then we walked through a Ryan Home at Classicway and we were all strangely silent as we walked though. Normally ,we would have been pointing out problems. Bridget Dreher was accommodating, opinionated, proud, and enthusiastic about her building teams. After what we had seen, she had the right to be but it slightly threw us both off. However, everything lined up and we committed to a new house. Then I was surprised that the endless amounts of decisions would instead be about 10 - Ryan Homes has put together a great set of options for possible flooring/counter/cabinet setups, facade/brick/siding options, and a roughly 2.5 page list of optional adds to the home.
We would have to wait until our home was next to be build, but once we made it to the front of the line - that is when the fun started.
When we met our Project Manager questions, thoughts, and opinions came out of us. Greg Fuller took all those questions, opinions, our sarcastic humor and was able to give us an answer to everything (even if most of them were 'no') and helped us to understand that he was indeed the best person to build our new home. He actually set himself such a high standard I never thought he would be able to meet it. But after all our weekly calls, walkthroughs, requests, discussion about supply side changes to meet deadlines - he met and exceeded both my wife and my own expectations. The best compliment I can relate is that we brought our Real Estate agent to our final walkthrough (and he brings his own tape to mark up the house) and I did not see him have to reach for it once. Greg either had already pre-marked a number of places for touch ups or was 100% on board with each and every update that we or our agent found.
I would say that Bridget sold us a great house but Greg built us the home that we want to stay in for the next 20 years.
I am not going to say that everything was perfect day 1. We found the one lemon of a water heater that snuck into their stock - but they came out to fix it quickly and ended up replacing it entirely. Ryan Homes in the past 5 months has held up to everything being exactly as we expected it to be (I know that is not a shared experience with all Ryan Homes purchasers, as my sister did not have the same experience 5 years ago). But for our family - they made this our home.
Now for the callout - I was asked by Ryan Homes to write this review. They asked for my honest opinion and I gave that - but they also knew I had a fantastic experience working with them. So our experience may be in the top 5% of experiences, but I think as long as you have a similar team to us - your experience will not be far off of ours.

My husband and I wanted to move closer to his workplace so his commute wasn’t an hour long anymore. We weren’t having any luck finding resale houses, so that’s when we decided to go with the building route. We had seen a few homes from different builders, and they weren’t exactly fitting what we had in mind. We had a meeting with Ed Ely to look at a home in this community, and he already had me sold before we even SAW the home. He is very good at his job, honest, and seemed to genuinely care about our thoughts. After seeing the model home and the community where ours would be built, we were ready to take the plunge. We had a positive experience when we built our home with Ryan Homes six months ago. Our project manager Megan Shulz was very detailed, helpful and professional during the build, which there were no delays. What’s really impressive is her responsiveness and commitment to us during our warranty period. Although she (as a Project Manager) is no longer responsible for warranty work has again surpassed expectations with her professionalism and commitment to customer service as well as her attention to detail regarding what we need done. When trades were not available within a certain timeframe, she has personally come to complete the job herself. She has also called to confirm appointments for us and showed up in person to be sure the work was completed. All while managing multiple builds. She is a true professional and makes Ryan Homes look good!

We are not yet in our new home but will be soon! Our experience so far with Bridget and Greg has been top notch from the day we first reached out about the available lot. Bridget has always made herself available when we needed her for questions and she accommodated us with virtual meetings since we were out of state. She took our multitude of questions, indecisiveness and back and forth with so much patience. The project team, specifically the project manager Greg, is amazing. Greg is the most trustworthy and kind person I’ve worked with. He committed to sending us weekly updates and has kept his word. He’s always very thorough and clear in his communication. I trust that he is going to deliver a quality home. I’m so impressed by his level of detail and high standards. Plus, they’re ahead of our original schedule which is a very exciting surprise! We previously built a Ryan home in a different region of the country and were not thrilled with the communication and follow up. OveraLl the experience was subpar. If you’ve had other experiences that were not great with Ryan homes or other builders, I highly recommend giving this group a chance because they will change your mind. This team has exceeded my expectations in every way.
I’m addition, the neighborhood is gorgeous and has so many amenities that we are thrilled about. We’re building the Lehigh model and are excited about the flexibility of the space - I fell in love with the floor plan right away! We hope to be in this home for a very long time!

While I'm still in the early phase of my new home purchase and construction with Ryan Homes, the process has been great so far. They had a nice selection of pre-designed floor plans in the development we're building in, so it was easy to find one that met our needs, and their design and selection process was simple and easy to understand. They also included some nice standard features in the home such as James Hardie siding and LVP flooring that other builders typically charge more for. Our sales rep at Ryan Homes in Fost Estates, Michelle Geronimo, and mortgage rep with NVR Mortgage, Kathy Culcasi, have both been a pleasure to work with so far. Both of them are very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. The next step in the process is my pre-construction meeting, so I'll write another review as the construction on our new home begins to let everyone know how that process is going.

Ryan homes is building our dream home and our Sales Rep, Charlie Enman has helped us every step of the way. Charlie is upbeat, professional and knowledgeable.
Whatsmore, he is genuine. You can not pay for that.
My husband and I are first time home buyers and EVERY question we asked Charlie, he had an answer for.
He didn't have to "get back to us" about anything because he knew the answer for every question. (...and I ask ALOT of questions!)
Also, we were never rushed through a question. This patience and knowledge was integral to our long term & detailed decisions.
I would assume Charlie goes through this info every day, but he was genuinely excited to share each feature with US thoughtfully as compared to other builders that seemed robotic.
Charlie never left any room for interpretation when it came to numbers and put no pressure on us.

I can’t say enough about Megan Schultz who was the GM responsible for the build of my home at Summerwoods. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about the build process and articulates well with instructions on how to use the various “Smart” technology items installed like the Nest thermostat or the WiFi garage door. Megan gave a very detailed walk through of my home the day prior to owning the property. Megan was very responsive to all of my requests (very minor punch list). She is full of energy, a go- getter, great commitment and even better follow thru. Prior to my retirement I had a staff of 35 employees and I would HIRE Megan in a split second. Summerwoods is very lucky to have Megan on their staff. I LOVE my home at Summerwoods. Best choice ever!!

I can’t say enough about Charles and how amazing he has been. He has spent so much time with us over the past three weeks answering all of our questions and showing us models. It has been a great experience so far and we can’t wait to get into our new home early next year. My home buying process was unique due to many reasons. I purchased the home on my own and prior to departing on a deployment. Never experiencing the new construction process, Michelle and Kathy were there to answer all my questions and guide me to the home I wanted. As many military members will agree, a deployment will really test any situation, relationship or endeavor. I am writing a new review not to praise Ryan home (they're actually very unhelpful once we moved in) but I do want to give a shout out to Megan our project manager from 2 years ago. After Ryan homes themselves blew us off, we texted Megan, who has always been such a huge help. She took the time to come over, which is not her responsibility and helped us stop the water from coming into our home through the exterior wall. She brought a ladder and actually was in the rain applying a sealer to the cracks on the stucco. She also helped us in contacting an interior solutions company to dry out the drywall and baseboard. I can't say enough about her but I will say she is extremely good at her job and her customer service is absolutely amazing. Megan, your the best! The 5 stars on this review goes to Megan, not Ryan Homes.

I really don’t know where to start! I fell in love with the Ryan Homes community Summerwoods back in May of 2021, and it’s been a dream to own a home in this community ever since. It’s been a uphill battle working on my own finances to ensure approval for the home of my dreams, but today I can say it’s official! I seriously wouldn’t have been here if it weren’t for Diego Martinez, Alix Welch, and now Charles Oakley! Not only are these people some of the most professional, friendly, hard working individuals I’ve come across but they completely blow all of the other home builders out of the water! I had been turned away, judged, and felt like nothing more than a number by so many builders and their sales managers in the Parrish area. Diego and Alix saw my willingness to make my dreams come true and they have held my hand through every step of the way! Leading up to the point today, where I officially went under contract for my home. They stayed in constant contact, answered every question, and believed in me every step! And although Diego is no longer at Summerwoods, he personally introduced me to his friend and coworker Charles who has been such a blessing in this process!

We recently decided to build a new home in Florida. We looked at several communities and decided to go with Ryan Homes in Summerwoods in Parrish. Ryan Homes gave us more choices in the home we chose and worked with us to make us feel we were getting what we wanted. The other builders basically told us we would be put on a list and when our name came up we could decide if we wanted the house they had to sell. We had no options or ability to pick a lot.
Charles Oakley at Summerwoods was friendly and answered every question we had. He walked us through the whole process and helped us decide on an array of options. The experience with Charles was great. I also want to put a shout out to Sally Moreno the Loan Officer, she was friendly and was great helping us through the loan application. We are very excited to be on this new adventure of building a new home at Summerwoods. I recommend Charles very highly. Make an appointment you will be glad you did!

I can’t say enough what a positive experience we had building with Ryan Homes. I have to review the service we experienced, specifically from our project manager - Jake Duncan. Jake went above and beyond when it came to our service. Throughout the entire experience, Jake was 100% transparent around our timeline and any delays we might encounter due to material shortages. He was incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Right before closing, our daughter was born 6 weeks early (literally the day before our walk through). Jake was super accommodating, allowing my Dad to do the walk through on our behalf. He checked in on us to make sure we were all okay and told us not to worry, he would go over warranty, etc. with us once we got settled. He worked with us as we found a few things upon move-in to get fixed (all minor cosmetic things). He was still so responsive even after we had closed. He never made us feel like we were just another house he was building or just a number; I cannot recommend him enough!! Our house is great and we love it!

My experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. Jennifer made the transition run smoothly, even when I had issues that had nothing to do with her, she called me back for reassurance. My project manager kept me in the loop with weekly updates and even after I closed, he still responded to my texts and assisted me with questions I had. During my walkthrough, Carson was thorough and answered all my questions. My only negative remark was I wish the house was a bit cleaner before we moved in. There was still a lot of cleaning we had to do before we moved in. Other than that, our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing. We are now enjoying our beautiful home and we made it just in time for Christmas!

Summerwoods came highly recommended to our family and from the first moments of driving through, walking around and meeting Diego, our sales associate, we felt a tremendous amount of peace. When my family and I picked out the exterior colors, interior colors and options for our new home they were super helpful and fun to work with. During the building process Tom was very informative and gave constant updates of the status of our building process. After moving in we received a very nice house warming gift that was a super nice added touch and we really appreciate it :). We had been looking for our next home for months without success. We needed
change. That is when we decided to consider new construction as an option. We arrived at the Stonington Community by Ryan Homes. We were greeted by Charlie Enman whom since day one was our best and most valuable resource. He was always available to answer my endless list of questions and put at ease my concerns. He is very knowledgeble and patient. Charlie certainly goes above and beyond for his customers. Without failure Charlie would send us weekly pictures of our soon to be new home's progress room by room. Tim Longarce; the Project Manager would also message me weekly with a photo followed by an updated of what was done that week and what was expect to be accomplished during the following week. He also made an effort to accommodate my requests when possible. They definitely stayed on schedule. Thanks to Charlie and Tim we were able to see our home slowly come together. We recently closed on our new home built by Ryan Homes. We are very excited to start a new chapter in our lives away from the City where we spent the last 25+ years. We are building a home with Ryan Homes at the Summerwoods community and we have honestly been so happy with the experience and process so far. From the start, our sales associate, Diego, was friendly, honest, and upfront. He took the time to get to know us and was in direct contact with us when we were waiting for lots to be released. When we had issues with the mortgage company, he was quick to recommend another broker. Construction took time to get rolling because of permitting and whatnot and the entire time, he was upfront about the timeline. Once construction was about to start, we had a pre-construction meeting with our project Manager Megan who has been absolutely phenomenal. She sends us photos and detailed updates on the progress of our home every week, always responds to texts very quickly, and has answered any and all questions we've had. We just had our pre-drywall meeting and she conducted a thorough walk through on our house, explaining everything about the process and features. We cannot wait to see the finished product! This has been a dream and I am so, so happy we chose Ryan Homes to build our first house. Cannot recommend them enough!

I happened upon this community during a drive through Port St. Lucie. We didn't have an appointment to view the model homes but met Seth from Ryan Homes. He spent over an hour with us going over the various floor plans. The homes appeared to be well built with quality materials. I like that the community is not too large, with a nice mix of homes. There are 3 builders in this community, so the variety is nice to have. I was also very happy to meet Seth, who is a representative at Ryan Homes, he was patient, professional, very accommodating and willing. He is always a text or call away. We have decided to go with them, as we like the floor plans and affordability. To date we haven't encountered any issues, but hopefully if any arise they will be dealt with swiftly.

A little over a week ago my husband and I were in Port Saint Lucie looking at some new construction homes. We called Ryan Homes and Jennifer answered. I told her that my husband and I were in the area and we were interested in new construction builds and wanted to know if she had any available she proceeded to let me know that she does and would be happy to assist me as soon as possible, from there I told her that we are on our way over. Once we arrived Jennifer greeted us at the door and let us in. She asked us a few questions and asked her colleague Seth to further assist us and show us around while she finishes up with a few clients. Seth immediately grabbed a packet and gave us a tour of the seagate floor plan and asked us our price range, budget per month and what are we looking for in a house. He then introduced us to the Doral. It was a rainy day but he still insisted on showing us the model home and even drove us over to the Spec home. The price was just right and the floor plan was exactly what we needed. Seth didn’t mind getting wet from the storm! He spent over two hours answering all of our questions and concerns. He knew we scared because this was our first time purchasing a home. The two hours that he spent with us and the details we received from Jennifer regarding the homes convinced my husband and I that we were at the right place! We left with everything we needed and even received a follow up call from Seth that same night. We decided to follow through with the process and now a week later we paid for our appraisal and ready to be home owners. Jennifer has been consistent with her communication as well as Seth. We recently purchased our new home so we are just in the beginning stages of the build and Kellie Ignelzi has been absolutely amazing. She has taken the time to sit with us and be available via phone calls if needed.
We are from New York and she has made this long distance stressful purchase go very easy. She has answered all questions and worked with my wife explaining all upgrades that she was interested in.
Being from out of town it has been tough explaining to our children and family the home and the neighborhood. She has been very easy to work with. When a family member is in town, she allows us to make an appointment to have a quick walk through as the model is the home we purchased (Seagate) so they can see it first hand answers all questions we have thought of.

We started our building process with Marlayna. She was so helpful in assisting us with what we wanted and was very realistic and honest. She stated we would be done building by Jan (we signed in May). Unfortunately, there were delays. We actually transferred to another home whose financing fell through and dealt with Kellie since Marlayna was on maternity leave. Kellie was extremely helpful as well and the process went smooth until close. Andrew our project manager on our new house was outstanding. He kept us up to date every step of the way from the time we transferred until we closed. He’s still helping with stuff post settlement. The community is beautiful and we have already met many neighbors and future neighbors! It is an extremely family oriented community and we couldn’t be happier to be raising our family here!

Working with Dave and Joe on my build made what could have been an overwhelming experience very calm. If we could get our money back, we would! Lack of communication from the Sales Rep Kellie to her supervisor Leah. We have reached out to Leah 3 times and no response. She didn't reach out to Kellie. Rocque just gave us a blanket excuse of why they're 3 months behind and said to use that excuse for any further delays. The only people who have helped is Steven from NVR and Mike, which is Rocque's Manager. Leah is unresponsive and unhelpful. Kellie has been deceitful and misleading. Rocque has no customer service skills.

After a not so great home buying/building experience 13 years ago Shannon Wilson has changed our minds! She was absolutely wonderful. She arranged for us to look at an occupied home that was the model we were considering so we could make an informed choice. My townhouse has a very modern, open and inviting layout for entertaining and for relaxing with my family and friends. The space and square footage is the same as a single-family home without all the yard work. In addition, the NVR Mortgage team Tabby and Zein are also a joy to work with and they guided me through everything that was needed for the loan approval process.

Started the process of building in November of 2019. We decided on the Estero Bay model. We just closed a few days ago. We really love the Estero Bay. Summerwoods is a beautiful community with lots of preserves and nature. We worked with Diego who was absolutely great. Katie Grise was professional, personal, informative, enthusiastic, and easy to do business with. We had already put a down-payment on a home in Summerwood with MI and switched due to a special of a free lot at Ryan with conservation view. Street and roads have to be maintained by homeowners in a gated community. That isn't the case with Ryan Homes. We had also looked at North River Ranch properties. A major reason we chose Ryan was the floor plan of Ponte Vedra which exactly matched our furniture and current floor plan where we are living. We found all people that we worked with (Angel in financing) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and good representatives for Ryan Homes in their sales efforts.
