I am a new home owner because of Ryan Homes and I love it here , the entire experience was phenomenal , throughout the entire process Dan and Haris communicated very well , kept me updated and showed me how to maintain the upkeep on my new home before closing , even after closing they still communicate and helped me with any questions I had. They are very knowledgeable and the home is beautiful with no build issues and everything was completed on time and approved! I tried another builder I won’t name and things didn’t work but here it works and it’s affordable.

My husband and I were house hunting back in December and could not find the perfect home. We then made an appointment with Cristina and she was very comforting and accommodating.
We were able to get estimates on different house models with various options and she never seemed annoyed or bothered to help us through that process.

As first-time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a better experience building our home in the Hillside Meadows community. From the very beginning, Ashley made the sales process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every step and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making the entire journey enjoyable and easy to navigate.
Once we broke ground, our project managers, Jordan and Grant, were fantastic to work with. They were always timely in responding to our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the build. My wife and I were house hunting for an established home for a few days. We were wanting something we could immediately move into, but we weren't liking any of our options. We spoke with our realtor and decided to check out some of the new builds in the area. We built with Ryan Homes in NC four years ago and loved the experience as well as the quality of build. Walking into Rivendell Heights was the same Ryan Homes quality we experienced with our NC build. Our appointment was with Cristina, and she was the perfect fit for us. She listened to what we were looking for and why we were wanting to avoid new builds. She showed us a lot that hit every one of our needs, helped us through all the selections, and kept us under budget. She didn't pressure us into signing the day of the appointment. Instead, she told us to take the weekend to think it over. The next day my wife wanted to drive two hours away to see a model of our floor plan since it wasn't available locally and she likes to see spaces visually. After speaking with our realtor and Cristina, Cristina told us to let her see what she could do. She was able to get our neighbor to let us walk his house, so my wife felt more comfortable purchasing. The moment we walked into the house and saw the floor plan we felt at home. Cristina goes above and beyond to help her clients! We truly appreciate her and cannot wait to move into our new home.

This will be our second Ryan Homes build and we are beyond excited! We walked into Rivendell Heights expecting to settle but Cristina listened and after walking the decorated model she told us that she had a lot she thought fit our needs. She was completely right! The lot was exactly what we had been searching all week for and the floor plan was perfect for our needs. She helped guide us through option choices that made sense for us and kept us under budget. My husband and I recently purchased our first house here at 78 north. We had been eyeing the new development and decided to stop in. We were unsure about being able to purchase a home but Liz gave such a warm welcoming. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. We then started working with our amazing team Anthony & Beckett with NVR. Those guys were amazing!!! Answered all questions we had and worked hard getting us into a beautiful home for our family.

I have to say my husband and I really enjoyed our experience building in this Community! This was our second RH build. Lindsay Krupp and Justin Turner were so awesome to work with. The process was as smooth as it can get when building a new home! Lindsay even answered my questions on her days off. She made changes for me without giving me a hard time. Justin on the other hand was so easy to talk to. If we had issues under his care he addressed them right away. Even came out and did some of the work himself. What a team effort! When we came to Ryan Homes at Pine Ridge, that was still the plan. However, after meeting JP and touring the Grand Cayman Model home, it was something that we just couldn’t pass up. We are very excited about our new home to be built at Pine Ridge. When we scheduled our first meeting, we had no idea what to expect. The representative we met with quickly assessed where we were in the process of planning to downsize, and made decision-making easy and productive.

I finalized the purchase of a Ryan Home in mid-December of this year. My experience with the Ryan team was exceptional. The team members I worked with included Glenn Fookes (Sales Manager), Nicholas Coletta (Project Manager), and Sadie Helvig (Loan Officer). The team facilitated the process remarkably well. They were consistently available to answer my questions even on their days off; for instance, Glenn responded to my calls and queries when I unknowingly called him during his time off. Glenn also checked in with me regularly during the before and during the building process.
Once the home building process commenced, I seldom had to inquire about the progress as Nick diligently provided regular updates. He was outstanding, and the photo circle app he utilized for communication addressed any queries I had. I only visited the property for the pre-drywall inspection and did not need to visit again because the photographs were exceedingly detailed.
Since NV Mortgage was unable to fund the purchase, they referred me to another lender who also performed admirably. Although I had concerns when NV revisited my application a couple of months before closure, everything ultimately resolved satisfactorily. I will provide recommendations regarding that matter below. Overall, I am very excited to create new memories in my new home. Thanks to the Ryan team!
Recommendation: NV Mortgage should inform potential buyers that they may need to reapply with NV even after an initial denial, to reassess any changes in their circumstances. This is particularly important when there is a risk of losing the seller credit if the buyer does not comply. Terms and conditions should be disclosed both verbally and in writing. My issue with the loan process arose when NV recommended me to another lender offering better terms, only for NV to require a reapplication a couple of months before closing without prior warning. This process was nerve-wracking and frustrating. Improving communication around the loan application process would be beneficial. On a positive note, other sale managers, Ms. Sandra and Jenny, were very helpful in getting my documents scanned and or copied to the loan officer. Sadie maintained an exceptional level of professionalism and calmness during my frustration with NV revisiting the loan process, and Glenn provided reassurance and assistance throughout the entire experience.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with Ashley Lagman from Ryan Homes to purchase our first New Build Home ever. As first time builders we needed a lot of guidance to put together our dream home. Ashley has worked diligently to give us every piece of information we needed. She has met with us multiple times to show us every tiny detail of this huge project. She was incredibly patient as we went back and forth about options we may or may not want. In the end, she was able to help us get the lot we wanted, the house model we wanted, all the upgrades we wanted including helping us decide which ones were not in our best interest. I assume she could have gotten more commission selling us a bigger, more expensive home with more upgrades, but she helped direct us to what was best for my husband and I and not what was in her best interest. I consider this the highest quality you could want in a salesperson, to put the customer first. The fact that Ashley has a sweet personality and a great sense of humor made the process an enjoyable one too! We very much appreciate Ashley and all of the Ryan Homes employees we have come in contact with. They are a great group of people and we're looking forward to making Summer Brooke our new home in 2025!

I have had an excellent experience with the Wellington Farms team at Ryan Homes to build my new home. I have now closed and everything has come together much better than expected.
Lori M. and Kate F. were my Ryan Homes Sales Representatives, and were always there for me, whenever I needed anything. Together they made sure I had all of the tools needed to make the best decisions to select all of the custom options that I needed.
Lori went out of her way to stay at the office past 8:00 pm, so that I could read and understand every single part of each purchase contract. Thank you for being so patient, Lori!
Kate made sure I always had all of the information I needed – even the most off-the-wall document -- she never backed down from a challenge to make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Kate!
Ben S. was my project manager, and Noah Y. was his assistant. As a team, they ensured that I was always happy, even as they navigated through the complex and intricate details of building several homes for several customers, all in synchronized harmony.
Ben made it a habit to go out of his way to ensure that I was always part of the process and well-educated. During construction, Ben and his team made sure I was kept in the loop with weekly progress updates, including pictures and videos of the whole building process. He also was accommodating of my home inspections, both pre-drywall, and pre-settlement. When my home inspector found a some minor issues, Ben took ownership and responsibility of the issues, and worked with the warranty team to ensure that everything was properly fixed to my liking, and correct to code.
Ben and team were always incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, and constantly available. This process never stopped. Even as I moved in, and afterwards, they were always there to ensure I had a positive experience. Their commitment to customer excellence and perfection is unwavering. Thank you Ben and Team!
Michaelynn B. was my loan officer and Darnell “DJ” P. was my loan processor – They were an excellent team; always ready to help, and always patient, whenever I had a question – and as a new homebuyer, I had quite a few of them! Zach M. was my closing officer – Prior to closing, he went way above and beyond to get precise answers to some very complex and detailed questions – He took it upon himself to ensure I had the most correct answers possible. Zach worked diligently and professionally, ensuring I got the facts that I needed. At closing, Zach helped me to stay informed, and in the loop on everything, and he answered every question I had with integrity, honesty, and respect.
Although I did run into some problems during hybrid / e-Closing, Michaelynn and Zach were extremely helpful, and together, they worked to ensure that everything was ultimately correct, went as expected, and that I was happy. In-person closing was hassle free; because I was able to review the documents ahead of time, during hybrid / e-closing. The result was no stress at the closing table, without issues or surprises. Our 5 star rating is specifically for our PM (Brett) and his team! Our experience with our sales rep and NVR is an entirely other story that we won’t get in to here (however there is a new sales rep in our community, Justin, and based on the brief interaction we had with him last week he seems great).
We love our new home at Hidden Chase! Brett was communicative, honest, and up front throughout the entire process. He kept us in the loop through every stage of the build and was patient when we had questions. We did have a pretty awful warranty issue occur in our first week living here, but Brett/Ryan Homes were quick to take care of us and our home. As first time homebuyers, this was greatly appreciated and their attentiveness and speed to jump into action did not go unnoticed by us. Overall, we feel the house is well built and the layout is perfect for our needs. We’re looking forward to making this place home!

Lindsay sat down with us and made sure we picked every detail, even if she had to go back and repeat herself. Sally was our representative and she well exceeded my expectations. She answered every question I had. She was always quick to respond. She let us in the house whenever we wanted throughout construction. Just phenomenal.
Brian our project manager was AMAZING. He knew I loved an hour away from the home site and sent me updates and pictures whenever I asked. He never made me feel dumb for any questions or anything. Brian is hands down the best project manager I could have gotten.

Although I'm currently in the process and haven't gone to settlement yet, I am extremely excited about living in my new community. Moving from Baltimore County to Carroll County will be a big change. Ben Sullivan was our project manager, and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to answer all questions we had throughout the process! He always went above and beyond in keeping us posted throughout the whole construction process as well as answering all of our questions post settlement. Highly recommend working with him! He is phenomenal.

What a great experience so far!! My husband Kevin and I were shopping for a new home to relocate my mother-in-law to NC and stopped into 78 North, just out of curiosity. We met with Liz and she rolled out the red carpet! We discussed our needs and she thoroughly walked us through the best fit, with no pressure. Buying a home is never easy, but the team at Ryan Homes made it a very easy process. Liz is extremely patient and thorough and introduced us to Nate, the project manager, and he picked right up in laying out the construction process. Our house has started, and we could not be more pleased with the experience so far. My mother-in-law currently resides in Atlanta and the Friday videos showing the update to construction close the distance by allowing her to be involved from afar. Liz and Nate are great, but the company has really mapped out a framework that makes us feel like we are an important part of the process. No pressure, no hassle, just a caring atmosphere, driving us towards this new home. It's worth taking a look at this cute neighborhood!

We had a great experience from the first point of contact with our Sales Rep, Sally, to our PM, Kevin. The building experience, we believe, couldn’t have been better. We received weekly updates from Kevin and we were welcome to come look at the progress of our home any time we wanted. We also hired our own personal inspector towards the end of the build and it really only showed one minor issue which was already on Kevin’s radar and was quickly fixed. Thank you, Ryan Homes, Sally and Kevin for allowing my husband’s first build to be so exciting and seamless. We are so happy to be here and we love our home.

I came across 78 North by chance. I actually went across the street to another builder at 78 South, but the sales person just said to contact their lender and to get them over my documents to see about getting prequalified. But, that is very difficult for me to get all my paperwork uploaded. I am not good on computers. So, I drove across the street and came in to Ryan Homes at 78 North and met the sales person Liz Lisanti. Liz was great! After meeting with Liz I was sold! Liz helped me to complete the online application, which is so helpful because I would have had a really hard time doing it on my own. She also helped me collect my paperwork to get it over to the Allison the lender. Allison made the loan process very comfortable. Working with Liz is very easy. She is very nice. Thank you Ryan Homes! My family and I are really excited to be apart of 78 North.

I came to Ryan Homes in December 2023 just planning to look at some of the floor plan models and get an idea of what may work best for my family. I was greeted by Liz and Shavonnah who both went out of their way to show me all the models and features available in each one. Based on the interaction with them and the homes I saw, I actually ended up going under contract that day! Throughout the home building process, I’ve worked closely with Liz and she has been a gem. I purchased my new home at 78 N. recently and met my project manager Nathan Walters, who is responsible for overseeing the build of my house. My sales agent, Elizabeth Lisanti was excellent, informative, and just as excited about me buying the house as I was buying the house. Elizabeth keeps in contact with me and keeps me informed as to what’s happening regarding time frames withmy house. And Nathan sends me weekly videos, providing me with an update of everything that’s happened with the build of the house. I couldn’t be more pleased with the Ryan representatives that I’ve met, and had the pleasure of working with.

My wife and I have just made our first home purchase. Liz has been fantastic to work with. She is super knowledgeable about the process, great personality and has made the process very enjoyable. Also, Allison our loan officer is equally as well to work with and has been remarkable at making that process very smooth as well. Both Liz and Allison have made sure all our questions are answered. Taryn, the loan processor has also been great taking the loan through the channels. Everyone involved has just been super nice and has taken customer service to a higher level. Couldn't be more pleased. We are now in the queue to get the house started, can't wait to see it going together!!!

I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well.

This is a great community to be a part of. We’ve had a few bumps along the way that were addressed in a timely manner by the Ryan homes warranty team. Most recently we’ve battled an issue with a flooring company for more than a year, and the Division Warranty Manager for Ryan Homes, Hiram Coffey, went to bat for us and solved our issue. Ryan homes really cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. I’d recommend Ryan homes to anyone and if you have an issue get it addressed. They are there to help! We had a beautiful Ryan home built in Spring Run. Lindsay Krupp as the Senior Sales Rep and Justin Turner as the Building Manager were absolutely amazing to work with. They communicated every detail and made sure all my questions were answered. The weekly updates from Justin let us know how the project was going--and EVERYTHING was on time or done early. Couldn't say more positive things about this builder and the quality of our home. The neighborhood is perfect and in a GREAT area of Wooster.

So I stopped by thinking I was at another builders model home to see some houses and get a feel for the neighborhood when I met Liz at Ryan Homes. After clearing up the mistake on my end, Liz gave me some information on Ryan Homes and the incentives they offered and told me to go to my appointment with the other builder! Classy move on her end, but she knew I'd be back. And I was ! The atmosphere Liz brought to the whole interaction and process was unmatched in any home search I've had in the last 6 months! Liz showed me all the great amenities Ryan Homes offered and the quality workmanship, along with attention to detail they bring to every home, I was sold. Liz matched me with Allison from NVR, and the flow and ease of home buying was flawless! This is my first home, and it has gone effortlessly thanks to Liz and Allison!
The neighborhood has a great layout with a nice playground for the kids. Very accessible and super close to town but tucked away just enough from the hassle of downtown living.

My Wife and I were out riding around and seen this neighborhood, which we had seen before and just so happens there was a lady walking toward the model homes and she asked us are we looking for a home and we said yes, so she told us to come inside the office to talk to her and the rest is history! This woman was Liz and we just want to say thank you for all you have done for us and are doing now, Liz is such and wonderful person and is easy to work with she went above and beyond. Allison and Nate we're also a pleasure to work with. Allison talk to us where we can understand everything she was saying and was very patient with us. **Won't you be our neighbor?** My husband and I highly recommend working with Elizabeth (Sales), Nate (PM), Allison (Mortgage), and the rest of the 'Ryan Homes at 78 North' team. We visited NC in July 2023 and fell in love, so we started planning a move. We spoke with a few builders while there, but the Ryan Homes folks were the most welcoming and made sure we were kept in the loop about opportunities. When they informed us that 78 North was about to open up, we inquired immediately! From the start, Liz was responsive and patient with all our questions. She never tried to upsell us or pressure us in any way. She gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and let us decide what was best for us. And she is just as excited to be part of our new adventure as we are! Allison made the mortgage application process easy and her guidance through everything has been invaluable. Nate is just getting started on this process with us, but judging from our 'road map' meeting with him, we know he is going to be easy to work with. He is sending us updates every Friday and we are so excited to see the building of our new home.

I’m going to be hard pressed to keep this review brief because I have so many good things to say about our experience building with Ryan Homes at Spring Run. However, one of the best experiences with the entire process was started at the very beginning and it involved our interactions with the Senior Sales Representative - Lindsay Krupp. We felt very comfortable and at home in our meetings with Lindsay as she helped us navigate our very significant decision and the process. She knows her stuff, and more importantly she helps you as you figure out what’s right for you. Other key parties in the whole process include the financing partner (Sarah with NVR Mortgage was great to work with) and the construction Project Manager (Justin was informative and attentive) - both of whom played important roles in our highly positive experience.

Every Ryan Homes community is different based on the team staffed there so hopefully this review helps others searching around. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions about the whole process and the team here has been nothing short of superb.
The sales team was completely transparent and understanding. We never experienced any surprise costs and they flexed their delivery schedule to match ours on multiple occasions. Whenever we had an additional request, the team always stood on our side first to push for approval with management.
The project managers here are responsive and truly desire to ensure you get a quality home. Through extra independent inspections and random drop-ins, the build team has continuously shown their attention to detail. The overall home building process has been timely and the build team goes out of their way to ensure they answer any questions and include you in the process.
Furthermore, the NVR mortgage team has been stellar at providing a competitive deal in today's market. The team does not shy away from trying their best to stand out amongst other lender quotes you send their way. They will also make every effort to answer any question you have about any fee, document, rate or term that comes your way during the application process.
Major shoutouts to Houston on the sales team, Khalil as a project manager, and Garrett from NVR mortgage. Each of them has worked tirelessly to ensure we had a smooth experience and quality home from the start. If I could buy again, I would only if I had these guys on my team again.

Spring run in Wooster is ran exceptionally efficient. Lindsay Krupp was very helpful. Our family currently lives in TN and we were up for the weekend for a short trip to recon the area as my husband was offered a new position. I called the support and they informed me to go checkout the neighborhood/demos. When we got there Lindsay was with a client, she was polite in redirecting us to look around. The exact build we’re interested in was the one we got to walk through. It was beautiful, the spots left in spring run are super awesome as well. The additional options for the builds make the build more custom to you, and has a great different variety of selections.
During our experience Lindsay was helpful, a pleasure to consult with and was caring and considerate of our specific situation.

Finalized our new home plans in Rivendell Heights with Deborah Linz--she made the process super simple. She was extremely helpful--and patient! We used the on-site NVR mortgage team too--which also simplified the process with a competitive rate. Looking forward to breaking ground in the next few weeks--with our house done (hopefully) by early Nov. We love the Rivendell Heights area. It is close to everything but feels isolated a quiet--as it is tucked in the middle of surrounding neighborhoods. Can't wait to move in!!

Creekridge is an excellent community by itself with beautiful houses. Ryan offers in this community landscaping in their included cost which is really nice and reduce one big headache of running after landscapers and the basic landscaping offered is quite decent with enough plants.
My experience with Ryan has been great with both the salesperson Jon and the Builder Josh and his team who builds taking personal interest like building his own house. The quality of construction speaks for itself especially with the flooring supported by steel beams in all floors and absolutely no floor squeaks. An added advantage is the seamless closing with NVR mortgage with very efficient loan officers.
The post sales customer service is excellent in my personal experience with Ryan homes especially in Columbia Station community compared to other builders in the area.
The builder personnel follow up on new constructions and truly listen to us and voluntarily offer to help much before you could get any complaint which is really an amazing friendly customer support.

My experience with Ryan Homes at Stone Water Village has been a rewarding experience thus far. They have a couple of models fully decorated to show, which tremendously helped with our decision. The location is very close to Rt 80, in northern NJ allowing easy commuting as well as boasting a beautiful community. Kiersten, our sales rep, was also very courteous and professional. She helped answer our questions, especially when it came to fine tuning the additions to our new home and availability. It's a bit early in the process but my wife and I can't wait to see the final construction. Well done, another kudos to Ryan Homes!

Sales Staff Review -
It was an absolute delight working with Sarah who was our sales person when we bought the home. She was very patient and made sure that each and every request of ours was heard and prioritized. When I did my initial research about buying homes from Ryan Homes there were some mixed reviews which made me be a little worried and I shared the same with Sarah who asked me about every concern I had and asked me what would make me feel more confident about my purchase. That's a sign of someone trying to value your feelings rather than treating you as just another sales number. I had multiple meetings with her before I bought but never did I feel rushed or ignored. Even after the purchase she still makes sure that all of my expectations are met. She's a rockstar.
Kiersten is the new sales person who is managing the community but she is equally impressive. She checks in with my wife and I occasionally and keeps sending me updates even if I forget to ask her. Every call and every message is met with same level of service that I received before I bought the home. Even if there is a non-sales thing she'd be happy to make some calls and make sure my questions or concerns are addressed. I was initially worried when I realized Sarah was moving out but she made sure she brought in another rock star who is always smiling and makes sure you are welcome to the community anytime.
Construction Staff Review -
Craig and James who oversee the construction work are an awesome duo. I come from a family which has been involved in construction so I tend to ask a lot more questions than an average homeowner but they are always patient and nice enough to answer everything. They constantly provide updates and always double check my selections before they start installing. We had a small event at ground breaking and they made sure that everything was arranged in a way that our event happened without any hiccups. They are all about going the extra mile to make sure the homeowner is beaming with joy looking at their building during this process. They take pride in their work and I can assure you that this duo would build you the house of your dreams.
Couple of things to consider if you are on the fence about buying a home in this community because you read some unhappy review online about Ryan Homes. Not all teams at Ryan Homes are the same. This Ryan Homes staff is awesome and I am saying this after 6 months of buying from them and meeting with them several times. They strive to provide you a great experience and not just treat you as a transaction. Also, the loudest voices online are the unhappy ones because the happy ones are comfortable in their dream home and might not go to lengths to talk about their experience. I was on the same fence a while back but I can confidently say that its this dream team - Sarah, Kiersten, Craig and James who have gone to extreme lengths to build my wife and I our dream home.

We are a few weeks out of signing our contract with Ryan homes. Sally was the representative that I met to tour and discuss what would work for us. She is very polite and professional. She did not ever make me feel pushed into anything. I had to go without my husband who ended up having to work and it did not feel overwhelming to make decisions by myself because Sally really made the experience great. She has followed up and answered questions in a very timely manner. The customer service aspect has been wonderful! We are looking at August to have our house finished. We are hopeful that the whole process continues to go this way.

It's been an absolute joy working with Houston throughout this entire homebuying process. There was never any pressure, he was always patient with all of our questions and slow response time, and he's made us feel comfortable in our decision due to his transparency and by being SO knowledgeable about the products, the process, and the area.
Houston has gone above and beyond what has been expected and we truly appreciate that. In our first meeting, he let us bring our new puppy (She was leashed and we carried her the whole time). During our second meeting to fill out paperwork, he stayed with us way past closing time (8pm) to ensure we were all squared away in securing one of the last lots that remained. Then in our third meeting, he met us at 7am, much earlier than when he is scheduled to begin work, to be present for our introduction meeting with our Project Manager. He has truly delivered on serving excellence and we feel confident in the purchase of our first home with Houston's guidance. Couldn't have asked for a smoother, easier, and more positive experience. I had a great experience working with Houston Ostlund of the Ryan Homes sales team to purchase a townhome. It was obvious that he valued my time but also worked hard to make sure there were no concerns or lingering questions.
As a first time homebuyer he gave me a pressure-free experience that went a long way to make me feel comfortable and that I was getting the best options for me.
Edit: Now that I've settled on my property, would like to say that the excellent communication does not just extend through the sales process. Both the sales and project management team were there every step of the way communicating about the progress of the house, and addressing any questions or concerns that I had.
Shoutout to Benjamin Keller and Jameson of the project management team who were super helpful throughout the construction process and after settlement addressing any issues.

I am about two weeks away from closing. I wanted to wait until I got through most of the process to write a review. My experience has been excellent. Cristina has been great from the start. Neil and Zach have been excellent. They have taken care of the building process like it’s their own house being built I just had an inspection done by a private inspector who said he has inspected much pricier houses that have not been built this well. He pointed out several areas where they went above and beyond with the build, I am very happy with this whole experience. Everyone has been responsive and friendly I would highly recommend.

We built the Spruce.
Rosaline and Kevin with Ryan Homes were extremely helpful with the building process. Rosaline specifically for the initial design aspect and Kevin for the building & post build aspect. Ryan Homes broke ground in December of 2021 and completed April 2022 when we moved in. Both Rosaline and Kevin stayed in touch throughout the project. We have had a great experience with the building portion. Fast forward a few months ( January 2023) after allowing time for things to settle we had a drainage issue. Kevin, always willing to help, not only took the time to listen to what issue we had, He was able to schedule a time to have our issue resolved within a week. What I think is great is that Kevin and Rosaline are still very available post build in addition to the new homes being built.
3 items we thought were extremely helpful, (Questions we asked during the building portion.)

o Cabinets – if you need/ want additional cabinets or crown molding you can order through 84 lumber
o Siding – You can get through ABC supply

Highly recommend Ryan Homes and their team at Wellington Farms in Laurel, MD. Me and my wife decided to purchase our first home and the location of this community really attracted us, even after looking at several communities around the area we came back here and put a deposit down for the construction of our first home!

I went to this location without a strong intent to purchase a house. Before visiting this side, I have been to several locations of NVR's NV Homes and Ryan Homes.
I met with Nathan Silva on Saturday as a surprise visit. He was handling another client but was able to provide basic information. He never pushes or make you uncomfortable. After the tour, we made an appointment on Sunday to go over the way customizable home building works. Nathan provide details about the lot, the design, and customization. We took us to see the most-similar-house that are already built. On Monday, we decide to purchase a townhome with customization. Yes, it was that quick.
After we signing the contract, Nathan is still on the other side of the call/email. He stills provide consulting about financing, customization, etc.
Overall, my family is very impressed by Nathan's experience and skills: neutral, transparent, no hiding information, think on your behalf (if you want to save money, he will tell you where you can cut).
If you are not sure whether to purchase or not, go to Ryan townhomes in Wellington farm and take a look. If you don't want to talk, Nathan won't force you to. If you want to talk, he will always be there for you.

Ryan Homes has gotten it right with the Wellington Farms community. Everything about the experience (from initial sales to closing) has been stress free. Nate Silva was a true sales professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs / wants, offered relevant suggestions and made the final sales process smooth. Nate also went above and beyond after the initial sales process to assist me with challenges that occurred due to my travel and relocation schedule. His flexibility and responsiveness was impressive.
Mike Brewrink, the Project Manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and actively followed up on each of my questions. My wife and I were highly impressed with the neighborhood and homes. Our biggest concern moving to the area is number #1 education. The elementary, middle, and high school ranks high. Number #2 is our kids' safety while playing outside. Where we currently live, our neighbors drive too fast, and my wife & I are constantly watching our boys ensure they are safe.
Our Realtor, Nathan Silva, is outstanding and always looks out for your best interest. This is our second home, but the process was super simple. If you're looking for a luxury townhouse, excellent school system, things to do locally with family (Fulton), great neighbors, etc., it's a no-brainer. Give Nathan Silva a call.

I absolutely fell in LOVE with the beautiful townhomes here! They are in a fantastic, safe area with ideal schools and are centrally located. This community is going to be great! Nate was super helpful since me and my Fiancé are first time home buyers with very little experience. Holly and Ryan were absolutely phenomenal. They asked for a price range I was comfortable with monthly and we went from there! The process has been soo smooth so far. I purchased a Grand Cayman model after talking to Holly and visiting the models. Holly was very responsive to all my questions. The house was completed as scheduled. I signed late July and settled January 10, 2022. The project managers keep me updated and sent me photos every week. I would buy again from Ryan homes.
