I loved the process from beginning to end. Corey my bubble salesperson was so fun to work with and get to know. He stayed late to make sure i chose the right finishings for me. He knew everyone and everything in the community. During our walk to see the sight i cose, people stopped while driving by to say hello. All were pleased with their purchase and that settled my decision. Georgia is getting a gem of a person.
My project manager McKenna was so great. She sent photos of the process throughout the build. She was a great friend to talk design. She knew my build and every stud. When I needed to check in she was always quick to get back to me.
At the end of the build Thomas, Senior project manager came in clutch. My walk through was great. He saw minor paint imperfections that I didn't see and promised to have them fixed before closing the following week. He ran through the ends and outs of the the homes mechanics. He explained the apps to help me with the house. He also explained why the splash blocks were backwards, something i didn't know.
My final walk through was great. David the new sales rep was so patient with me. I looked for every piece of Thomas' blue tape showing imperfections and found they were all fixed. David was so great, telling me to take my time. He spoke about new neighbors moving in and how the community has almost sold out, proving i am living in a sought after community. (So proud)
On the day I moved in David and Thomas were there congratulating me on my closing. Thomas handed over my last key with a big grin. Both made sure I was happy with the results and didn't leave before telling me to call with any concerns.
Its now week 2 and I couldnt be happier with my decision. Thank you Ryan Home at The Ranches at Heartland team. Having never built a home before, this process was easy and seamless by you all.

We recently completed our new build and working with our project manager Ken Brown was truly one of the best parts of the entire experience.
From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, his professionalism, communication skills and genuine commitment to quality stood out in every phase of the build.
This is our 2nd home built by Ryan Homes and his guidance and steady oversight made the entire process feel far less stressful than the first. I highly recommend them for your new build.

Jim Hegarty was our Project Manager, he did an exceptional job along our construction process maintaining us informed and always had our questions answered in a timely manner. This will be my 3rd new construction purchase, and after multiple negative experiences with the company, I was ambivalent at best to consider Ryan as a builder. But Thomas has been the absolute best. He has patiently answered my questions, offered options and recommendations, and overall treated me with respect without prejudgement. I hope my experience continues to go well, as he has set the bar pretty high!

If you are looking around the area and don’t know which community to decide on. Stop looking around and choose Ryan Homes Parkview Preserve. You won’t be disappointed! Buying a home can be a scary process for first time buyers but let me tell you the Dream Team here made it easier and smoother than ordering on Amazon.
You ask who the Dream Team is? The man, the myth, the legend, BRIAN CASH, our sales rep and the woman, the myth and the other legend ELLEN REGISTER, our project manager. These two can single handedly sell and build all of Orlando basically.
Brian makes you feel welcomed all the time and at the end you end up feeling like family. He is always down to answer any questions no matter how many. Ellen as well is always down to answering any questions and updates you with construction on your home making you feel like you’re part of the process from beginning to end.
I can sit here and endlessly write great things about the Cash and Register dynamic duo but it’s better for any new buyer to experience themselves. If I had to do the process all over again I’d love it to be with these two.
Honorable mention, not really because they are behind the scenes was Jorge, Kevin and Sainnik part of the mortgage and closing team were there to make all the paperwork smooth. Also towards the end Ken Brown came in the mix and he is funny and welcoming as well.
This is not just a great review, it is my genuine experience and I am huge on reviews myself before services or purchases so do not hesitate if you have interest in this community.

Building my home with Rayan Homes at Parkview Reserve has been an incredibly smooth and rewarding experience, and I owe a huge thank you to two amazing people: Ellen and Stephanie.
From day one, Stephanie made me feel at home. She was the first person I spoke to, and it honestly felt like I was talking to a sister who genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions. She was transparent, patient, and explained all the available options without making me feel pressured. She’s been a valuable resource throughout the journey — always available to help and guide me.
Ellen, my project manager, was absolutely amazing. I trusted her completely. She kept me updated weekly, often sending beautiful pictures so I could see the progress without needing to visit the site myself. I only stopped by twice during the entire construction — once while just driving around, and another time when I randomly visited the office. On that second visit, Stephanie was there and even gave me a personal tour.
Thanks to Ellen’s professionalism and Stephanie’s care, my dream home became a reality. I’m so grateful for their hard work, communication, and kindness. Also, a big thank you to the rest of the Rayan Homes team behind the scenes who helped make this happen.

I had a wonderful experience with Ryan Homes from beginning to end—and it’s still ongoing. From the start, my sales person, Brian Cash, made sure I got the best upgrades and walked me through every step of the process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always available to help.
My project manager, Ken Brown, was outstanding. He literally held my hand through every step, going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and effectively. During my final walkthrough, I noticed something small and before the walkthrough was even finished, a team member was already there fixing it. They even waited for me to finish. That level of responsiveness and care truly impressed me.
I am so grateful to the entire team for their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication. They turned what could have been a stressful building process into an exciting and enjoyable journey. Thank you for making this experience such a positive one!

This is my husband and I's first house and as you can imagine we were both very nervous about the process. We looked into several builders in the area and decided that Ryan was where we felt the most comfortable.
The entire process from the very beginning to the end (writing this on our closing day) has been the most helpful, informative, and low pressure experience. For every question that I have had, I have been met with a timely response. We have both felt like we have been a part of the team throughout the last few months. I have appreciated my entire time here.
At every step of construction our construction managers (Ken and Ellen) have sent us pictures and updates on the house. We have been able to meet up and see the inside of the house during stages of construction, and everyone has been so flexible with us and meeting us where we are. The mortgage company has been AMAZING at communicating with us making sure we were understanding what was required of us or what we needed to do.
I am so, so excited for this new chapter and the entire Ryan Homes experience has made this that much better.

The service is great the team is friendly and they are more than willing to go on a extra mile to try and sell you the home. The financing was thorough and very transparent . We had tried previously with many builders where they tell you everything is ok but the last few days before closing then you have to go through hoops to get approve. But Ryan Homes/ NVR Mortgage will work with you and they are very transparent on everything.

They will work with you and is patient to accommodate your every need. my family can't thank them enough for a job well done. We have scouted for several builders and only Ryan Homes made our dream come to reality (knowing how picky my husband is). My wife and I moved here earlier this summer and have had nothing short of an incredible all around experience. Starting with the tour and introduction we had with Katie Chauvet, to the building process and walk through with Ryan Miller and Jordan Morgart, to the warranty items with James Budzeak. All of these great people have made a stressful situation like buying a home and moving, such an enjoyable experience. Katie was such a huge help providing great information and insights to the homes and community, leading up to closing. She was always so quick to respond to our questions and always has such an incredible infectious positive and upbeat attitude. During the whole building process, Katie was always available and helping, but Ryan and Jordan were equally as awesome keeping us updated, sharing photos, and answering questions. It was clear the deep level of care they all had. Even though they had tons of other houses to build and homeowners to work with, it we always felt like they truly cared about their work and the personal connection they formed, we never once felt like just another number or just another customer. Ryan continues to be such a huge help by answering questions we have and always going the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need and that everything is up to standard. Similarly, James has always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to act with the warranty items we have put in since we closed. Although there have not been many, and all the tickets have been non-urgent, minor aesthetic blemishes, it always seems like James and the team have treated it as a priority to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. All in all to say, we could not be happier with our experience so far. Not only do we absolutely love our home and community, but all the people who worked with us along the whole way (and continue to be there for us) have made it a truly exceptional experience. My husband and I went in to Ryan homes at Alexander’s crossing just to view the community & instantly liked what we saw in terms of the location as well as the floor plans. Iris greeted us and inquired about what we were looking for and was very professional and detail oriented in helping with our search for the right home. She gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions & also educated us about the home buying process and our options as we are first time homebuyers. She was very patient and understanding of our needs. Along the way we met Erica and she was also very helpful. Solo una sugerencia: por favor, expliquen a cada vecino ,dueño o inquilino que no existe estacionamiento designado; nadie puede adueñarse de un estacionamiento solo porque está frente a su casa, ya que hay casas, como la mía, que no tenemos estacionamiento frente a ellas. We have had an absolutely wonderful experience building our new home at Greenwood Village! From the very beginning, the process has been smooth, informative, and enjoyable. Katie, Jordan, Ryan, and the loan officer have all been incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to answer any questions we’ve had along the way. They’ve truly made this journey a lot easier than we could have ever expected.

For 19 years our family called heartlandcrossing our home. My kids all went to west Newton and all 3 have graduated from Decatur high school. For personal reasons we had to sell our home in the Northfield section of Heartlandcrossing. Our oldest daughter now lives in Honolulu Hawaii. The rest of the family is back together and after one year we have the opportunity to move back to the place we call home in Heartlandcrossing. We are having a new home built in The Ranches. I truly feel that I am getting the white glove service with these two guys. Positive vibes thus far. On the NVR mortgage side I did not like a few things with my loan officer Pilar. I felt that communication was not the best and transparency was a concern.

I was amazed to see that, even on a Saturday, Miryan was diligently working and ensuring everything was handled with care.

I’ve been browsing homes for the last few months & came across the ranches of Heartland. I realize that it’s in my best interest to build a new home exactly how I want it, preferred location, with warranties for around the same price for the older homes that I been looking at that still needed a little work. I set up a meeting with Cory on 01/05/25 to come look at the model home. Cory had excellent customer service skills. He did a great job in explaining things, going over all the different updates, cost, fees, & etc. We set up a meeting for the following week & I decided to make a purchase agreement to build The Dominica Spring. The houses are not built so close together like other communities. These Ryan homes comes with many updates already included. I even got a free covered back porch which is about a $15,000 value. Cory & Seth both have kept in close contact with me during this whole process & I’ve been getting things done pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend talking to Cory about building your Dream home in the Ranches of Heartland.

Lanisha our sales agent is truly remarkable! We can’t say enough good about how wonderful she was as far as knowledge, understanding and professionalism. She is always open to answering our questions, proactive on our behalf, and very patient with all my decision making dilemmas. We did have some issues with our project manager, Jake, while our house was being built but he is gone now. The two current project managers seem to be very good. We have met with Landon a few times and he is very helpful. Wish he’d been our PM. The new PM Tyler is building our neighbor’s house and she says she is pleased with him. Overall we are very happy with our home. There have been several small issues since closing but warranty division manager Ellis has been really good about getting things repaired asap.

This place is beautiful! The homes are spacious on the inside & the floor plans are well thought out. I am in love with the bungalow style floor plan. It’s perfect for families that don’t want the upkeep of huge yards.There’s a community pool, dog park, toy lot, and walking trails. I forgot to mention the schools that are zoned for this community are “A” schools. This area is growing quickly so I advise you to get in now before it’s too late!

Lets talk about my experience so far since August 1rst until September. My experience with the house was horrible I had mold and water leaks by the sliding doors to the yard. Iris Dedja of Ryan Homes was an absolute angel, knowledgeable and ensuring that all expectations weee exceeded. She clearly demonstrates active listening and from viewing the model, to designing the home she is supporting you as if you have known her your whole life. I cannot express the gratitude I have for her initiative, engagement, and going above and beyond. Excellence was continued with NVR: Alexander Quirk, Morgan Stemple, and Justin Jabro. They are so responsive and customer service oriented. They ensured that we understood the loan and title processes and were positioned for success/ loan approval. There were no questions unanswered and they ensured we knew they were committed to the final objective: final loan approval. Special shout out to Bryson Mitchell, the Project Manager for both homes. The weekly updates via Photo Circle were so wonderful… my daughter and I anxiously looked forward to each update and the multiple pictures he posted at each stage. He set a high bar with his due diligence and quality assurance and his knowledge and experience in his craft is very evident every step of the way. My significant other and I were in the market for a new home purchase, and we toured Northerly Townhomes. The homes are beautiful and Ryan Homes produces high quality work. We ultimately decided on another Ryan Home community because of its closer-proximity to our working offices, however, we were legitimately disappointed that this meant we would no longer be working with June, the Ryan Homes agent responsible for this Community.
Working with June was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. So personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming - we felt at home at Northerly Townhomes before even considering purchasing. We couldn't recommend working with June more, she will be such a pleasure to work with when looking for your new home to purchase. Trust her to have your best interests at heart, which isn't always the case.

Our experience has been good except for the surprise we got at our first build meeting. We met with project manager Tony Price and sales associate Erica Formont. While at the meeting we were going over our flooring, tile etc. The floor plan showed that we had picked carpet in the living room. When we started this process with Erica, we specifically said that we only wanted carpet in all three bedrooms and LVP everywhere else. We even have a confirmed email with this information we sent to Erica after the first meeting with her on purchasing the house. Erica did not put LVP on our floor plan and we noticed that at our meeting with her and Tony Price. So at the meeting, Erica said that the LVO would add an additional cost of $4995 to our final house price. I find this very irritating, in that we had already confirmed with Erica the LVP would be installed in the living room. That is very poor busy, and Ryan Homes should have covered the cost of the LVP, since their sales representative made the mistake. As for all the other Ryan Homes representatives, we have been very satisfied.

We had an excellent experience building our daughter's first home. Ashley Shepherd took the time and guided us through the lot selection, home style selection as well as the finish selections. All of our questions were answered and we felt comfortable in our decision thanks to Ashley's guidance. She checked in with us throughout the construction process. In addition, the onsite superintendent, Brett did an excellent job updating us after each major phase of construction. Pictures and updates were sent after the foundation was excavated and poured, framing was complete, mechanicals/insulation were installed, drywall was hung, flooring and cabinets were installed and then performed a final walkthrough at the homes completion. Both Ashley and Brett made the home building process an enjoyable experience.

Seamless service, Ashley really did a good job when explaining in detail which made a first time buyer like me understand things easily. She was pretty quick to respond via text or call whenever I have a question or two during business hours. She also helped me during the loan processing and made sure all the details are clear. Brett was really cool through out the process and provided updates time to time and kept me in the loop. During the orientation he really provided valuable suggestions and recommendations.
As for the community, this is really a calm and peaceful community. With 10-15 min radius we can get all the required things.

I purchased a Ryan Home in October of 2023 in Middle Creek Preserve. Initially the sellers were extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, I cannot say same for the construction of the home. I noticed a crack in the ceiling and the concrete sidewalk is chipping. I called Ryan to notify them about the cracked ceiling and never received a response. Three weeks later I called them back was told the one year warranty had expired.I asked them if there was a grace period, since it was only a few months after the first year and was told no. The sidewalk wasn’t also covered after a year. What concerns me is that this is a new build, so I’m surprised and I’m wondering if the quality of the materials and workmanship is up to par. Buyer beware….They give you no courtesy and grace after the sale.

Gabriel assisted us with Ryan homes and the various models at costa Blanca. He was very clear when explaining the models and the premiums they offered compared to other developers like Lennar Homes. Lennar doesn’t give you an incentive like Ryan homes not even close. As far as being a first home buyer Gabriel and Ryan homes offered the premiums and Lennar didn’t so that means extra work to make your home the way you want it. With Ryan homes they gave us the option even as first home buyers to extend tiles choose the kind of counter tops and rock that we want for the kitchen. Gabriel was very professional and upfront in everything mentioned even when asked the same question 5 times. Highly recommend this developer and if you do choose Ryan homes ask for Gabriel to your you around their models you will NOT be dissappointed.

My experience with Ryan Homes at Stone Water Village has been a rewarding experience thus far. They have a couple of models fully decorated to show, which tremendously helped with our decision. The location is very close to Rt 80, in northern NJ allowing easy commuting as well as boasting a beautiful community. Kiersten, our sales rep, was also very courteous and professional. Sales Staff Review -
It was an absolute delight working with Sarah who was our sales person when we bought the home. She was very patient and made sure that each and every request of ours was heard and prioritized. When I did my initial research about buying homes from Ryan Homes there were some mixed reviews which made me be a little worried and I shared the same with Sarah who asked me about every concern I had and asked me what would make me feel more confident about my purchase. That's a sign of someone trying to value your feelings rather than treating you as just another sales number. I had multiple meetings with her before I bought but never did I feel rushed or ignored. Even after the purchase she still makes sure that all of my expectations are met. She's a rockstar.
Kiersten is the new sales person who is managing the community but she is equally impressive. She checks in with my wife and I occasionally and keeps sending me updates even if I forget to ask her. Every call and every message is met with same level of service that I received before I bought the home. Even if there is a non-sales thing she'd be happy to make some calls and make sure my questions or concerns are addressed. I was initially worried when I realized Sarah was moving out but she made sure she brought in another rock star who is always smiling and makes sure you are welcome to the community anytime.
Construction Staff Review -
Craig and James who oversee the construction work are an awesome duo. I come from a family which has been involved in construction so I tend to ask a lot more questions than an average homeowner but they are always patient and nice enough to answer everything. They constantly provide updates and always double check my selections before they start installing. We had a small event at ground breaking and they made sure that everything was arranged in a way that our event happened without any hiccups. They are all about going the extra mile to make sure the homeowner is beaming with joy looking at their building during this process. They take pride in their work and I can assure you that this duo would build you the house of your dreams.
Couple of things to consider if you are on the fence about buying a home in this community because you read some unhappy review online about Ryan Homes. Not all teams at Ryan Homes are the same. This Ryan Homes staff is awesome and I am saying this after 6 months of buying from them and meeting with them several times. They strive to provide you a great experience and not just treat you as a transaction. Also, the loudest voices online are the unhappy ones because the happy ones are comfortable in their dream home and might not go to lengths to talk about their experience. I was on the same fence a while back but I can confidently say that its this dream team - Sarah, Kiersten, Craig and James who have gone to extreme lengths to build my wife and I our dream home.

I am following up on the review I posted last year when my home was completed. I have now been in my home for almost a year and I am just as happy now as I was then. I have been dealing with the Warranty Department over the past months and must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the response time, as well as the quality of work. Also, the Warranty Manager, Fran, is exceptional! He never fails to follow-up to make sure that all repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I would be remiss if I did not mention that any needed repairs were minor. There have been no major issues with my home at all!
I recently built my new home at Ryan Homes at Middle Creek. The process was seamless from the minute I signed the contract to the minute I moved into my new Home. Liz in the Sales Office was amazing. She was so professional, attentive and responsive to all my questions. Iris, my Project Manager, was just as professional, attentive and responsive. Since I was living out of state, Iris sent me weekly pictures of the building progress. I really looked forward to receiving my weekly text from her. Middle Creek is a wonderful community with nice amenities, and most importantly, it is so conveniently located to both downtown Lewes and downtown Rehoboth Beach. In addition, the residents are so nice and many of my neighbors have already become friends.

I would like to call out Jennifer Ford the sales Rep from Ryan homes, she was amazing and helped me step by step patiently even on weekends (on our vacation/time off) and she even helped expedite my closing on a very short notice. She explained every details and offered options. Next I would like to call out Brian Santoro the project manager another patient, professional gentleman who walked me thru the house explained the details and has done wonderful job constructing this townhouse community. This visit was to take a tour of one of the model homes. I rep Melynda did an amazing job presenting, answering questions and setting the tone. The home was absolutely beautiful.
Update: I have since purchased the home and moved in. Sanitation placed one of my neighbor's large TV box at the end of my driveway due to the fact that there were some non-recyclable items inside rather than put it back when it came from. I attempted to drag the box up the driveway as much as I could bc it was very large and too heavy for one person to handle. Coincidently, the next day Melynda reached out following up to see how the home was going. I informed her of the incident. She offered to help me move the box once she was done for the day. Melynda even went above and beyond by bringing over her vehicle with the hopes that we would be able to transport the box in the vehicle to the dumpster. It was entirely too large so she helped me to drag the box over to the dumpster. It really is an incredible feeling to know that I am still in good hands even after closing.

All my wife did so far was tour the Wexford model in this neighborhood. But just based on first impressions of the area it has a LOT of potential. Judy Inman was our true one stop shop. We have built a home with a builder before but our last experience pales in comparison to this experience. Judy was very insightful with our needs and sold us the perfect lot.
Judy was fantastic! We did not feel rushed. We choose the Cumberland floor plan due to our desire for first floor living. We added almost all of the extras (3 car garage, finishes, and second floor bonus room). I am unable to visualize color palettes beyond the squares in front of me. When Judy realized that, she pulled out the neighbor map and told us to hop in the car. We drove the neighborhood to visualize what the exterior colors looked like in the sun and in the shade! Now that is a personal touch!
Judy spent alot of time with us making sure we were fully satisfied with our finishes, extras, and exterior colors. Our first experience building (with another builder, Not Ryan Homes) we felt rushed and didn't feel as if we were provided the opportunity to truly customize our home. I am so glad that we chose Ryan Homes and that Judy Inman was there to assist; she provides that personable touch where there is a genuine connection. We felt like our friend was helping us to walk through the process of building our next home. People like Judy are hard to fine but we were fortunate enough to have this wonderful experience with her.

Our friends recently purchased a lot here and since we are making plans to move soon as well, we went for a look-see. Our friends had done a nice amount of research and I think they chose a great location (there are many build sites in Lewes right now). The entry is appealing and the amenities offered are nicest bang for the buck. We absolutely loved one of the models (Cumberland) - exactly what we want and beautiful. I know the home sites are selling like crazy, so we may not be able to join this community a year later. Lewes' town is adorable. Cute shops and places to eat. Music on the canal and the water is closeby with walking/bike paths to get you there. There is medical and shopping nearby. The only thing that is missing is an airport closeby and we are concerned that the road infrastructure is not going to grow enough to handle all of the new communities being built. Plus, summer will be crazy busy being near Rehoboth and beaches. Overall, the community is great, the sales team is friendly and professional, and it's a place to check out if you are considering a move to Lewes.

I am so excited to share my very positive and professional experience with the Ryan Homes Park Place Team!
From my very initial VIP Tour with Rachel, it was informative and laidback. There was no pressure on purchasing. She was quite transparent and extremely personable throughout the entire process. The entire community seems like a secluded little town surrounded by the upbeat and growing city of Cranberry Township.
Even after signing my initial sales contract, Rachel remained available for questions all the way up until my Pre-Construction Meeting.
Prior to breaking ground, Rachel and I met with the PM that would be overseeing the construction of my house. My PM, John was diligent, transparent and attentive throughout the entire build process, which allowed for minimal to no stress. I am do satisfied with the finished product
If I had to make my choice all over again, I'd choose Ryan Homes Park Place in a heartbeat.

I love my new home at Mansfield Meadows! Brand new with lots of amenities. Beautiful scenery with sunrise from my back patio and sunset from the front lawn. Making new friends and walking regularly is so nice. Being with adults of my age with similar lifestyles and grown children feels nice. We are looking forward to the clubhouse opening soon! We have some ideas of clubs to start and just relaxing in the common area by the fireplace. Pool and shuffleboard and tennis courts too! It took a while to make this decision and I looked at many communities. This was a great decision!

Park Place is the best place to live! It was the perfect place for me because I am very particular. I was able to start from scratch and pick exactly what I wanted in a home. Kath, the sales representative for Park Place, is so knowledgeable and will help you build your dream home each step of the way. The Park Place neighborhood is such a nice community. There are fun activities to get to know your neighbors and there is a great clubhouse with gym and pool! It is close enough to all the restaurants and stores that you may need but, far enough away that your home life is in the quiet. I highly recommend it.

When I built my house here everyone involved (Kath, Johnna, and Jack) all went very much above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth, that everything I wanted was just right, and the extra support to have everything installed that I wanted in the house. After a not so great home buying/building experience 13 years ago Shannon Wilson has changed our minds! She was absolutely wonderful. She arranged for us to look at an occupied home that was the model we were considering so we could make an informed choice. Josh and Pete were great to work with and very responsive to our questions and concerns. Couldn’t be happier with them!
Some things could have been done better with the home ie: they used a primer and paint in one, and didn’t actually prime it, then paint... so now we have the drywall peeling off with the paint on the walls... but again this was expected being a Ryan home.
We didn’t have the best experience with NVR Mortgage- our sales rep was just unresponsive, would tell us one thing and then say another the next minute.... needless to say we had to deal with her manager bc we couldn’t trust what she was doing. However this didn’t have a negative impact on Ryan homes for us.
Again, overall good experience and very happy with our home!

I had a great experience with Ryan Homes, specifically with my realtor Kathleen L. She was amazing from the beginning. From being on time at the appointment, to her attention to detail on understanding the right fit for me, she did a great job. She was very patient with me and explained how different scenarios fit my financial needs. She was also very easy to talk to and friendly.
I strongly recommend Kathleen at Park Place and in any other Ryan Homes properties she manages in PA.

My husband and I have been in our townhouse for just over a year. We couldn't have been more happy with the Ryan Homes team, process, and our home.
We truly felt that we we're more than just another sale. The process was smooth and we felt that the team was really invested in our well being. Built a townhouse almost three years ago. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We love the neighborhood and the convenience to all the stores in Cranberry, the Turnpike and Highways. We also have walking access to Graham Park for long walks. This was our first purchase with Ryan Homes.

We love it here at Park Place. The club house has a good pool, pool tables, horse shoes, a great golf simulator, and a nice putting green. The people are extremely friendly. This is a great community for pet lovers (especially dogs)! Kathy at the townhome sales office and Jack the project manager are great and super easy to work with.

Love my new Ryan Home. All the floor plans are created to allow for individuality so each owner can make the home what works for them. I absolutely love 1 level living. I have also met many new people. I wanted a community where I had the opportunity to get to know my neighbors. Everyone I have met has been wonderful. I know we will have great times in the soon to be built clubhouse!

We love the location. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Clubhouse and pool to be built in 2020. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs. Ryan Homes (Jared and Teresa in particular) has been very responsive to any questions and requests. The HOA (Integra) is reasonable and helpful (Stephanie in particular) and the follow up to any particular problems resolved (quite quickly I might add) has been consistent (by Sam in particular)
The build quality is exceptional for the price paid. Extras and upgrades do not short on what you get for the price. Grounds maintenance has been wonderful, lawns even though new are looking great, sprinklers throughout.

I moved to my new townhouse in Park Place for two months now. It is a so nice community. I love it very much! It will be awesome when whole community is completed! I couldn't be happier with Ryan Homes during whole process of pursing and building my new home. All possible features, options are explained to me in detail. Meetings were set in each key state during whole construction process, so I can understand my home’s structure. Very professional!

The Ryan Homes team at Courthouse Commons was exceptional and went beyond the call of duty to help me purchase my new town home. The staff was friendly, informative and professional. Even after I moved in, they remained attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable to call them at any time with any problem. The craftsmanship of my new home is exceptional as well.
