I worked with wade and my experience was amazing , I remember starting the process in 2022 but could not make up my mind until I met wade in 2024 December he took time to explain things and made me so comfortable with this life time decision he not only was he kind but also so patient and also listening to customer needs , i took so many people to see the house and never did he feel tired nor bothered was always ready to guide and answer questions not to forget his mediation skill when me and loan officer disagreed I can go on and on but wade i want you to feel appreciated and thankyou thankyou . As a proud owner of a ranch home in Brandywine, I highly recommend Ryan Homes as your builder of choice. My experience with them was exceptional from start to finish. Ask for Kimberly when you visit for model tours and questions. I selected the Grand Bahama floor plan - an amazing design with the latest building technology. From construction managers Kevin and Travis to the mortgage and warranty teams, everyone provided excellent, friendly service. The building process kept me well-informed throughout. I also know a husband and wife who built a two-story Ryan Home at Brandywine over 2 years ago and they absolutely love their home as well. Greenfield is a wonderful, quiet community with friendly neighbors - I moved in August 2023 and couldn't be happier with my decision. Thank you Ryan Homes. :)

I recently purchased a new construction home in Middle Creek Preserve in Lewes, DE.
This would be my very first venture into world of having a custom home built. So, when I commenced my journey with Ryan Homes, I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Enter Jason Ohnmacht as our extremely dedicated Project Manager. Jason went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Jason is a highly knowledgeable and engaged professional.
He is responsive and quite adept and managing the client’s expectation with a keen eye for detail.

The young family community is the biggest plus! We have been looking for a neighborhood with young families and from what we can see, there are so many families. One negative aspect we wanted was the lack of sidewalks, but the neighborhood is quiet enough to minimize car traffic. During my exploration phase, I spoke with a neighbor, who mentioned the abundance of children in the neighborhood, which sold me instantly.
Our experience with Ryan Homes has been excellent. Nichole has been a great resource as our sales agent, guiding us with the best options that will increase our home value long term and thinking differently about options that we wanted that she said may not be worth it. For example, we have a one-year-old who will be potty training in time, but I am 6'4" and wanted the taller toilets. She advised against that as it would make potty training harder on a higher surface. As a sales agent, she could have easily upsold me on that, but she helped me consider what was best for my family!

We could not say enough good things about our experience with Ryan homes. This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. Jenny Quartararo from NVR mortgage was awesome as well. She went through all our different options for financing and what fit best in our budget. This community has been nothing but welcoming already just driving through and getting out to see our lot the other neighbors are always waving and smiling. There are so many kids that makes it 100 times better knowing the kids will have other kids to play with outside. Do not let the horror stories you read online steer you away from Ryan homes because we heard them too before but it has not been anything but wonderful!!

Summerwoods is a really nice community in a great location. We’ve done several inspections here and every time we’re impressed with how well the homes are laid out and the attention to detail in the design. The neighborhood has a peaceful feel, and those lake and preserve views really make a difference. Just minutes from the interstate, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to live in Parrish.

Solo una sugerencia: por favor, expliquen a cada vecino ,dueño o inquilino que no existe estacionamiento designado; nadie puede adueñarse de un estacionamiento solo porque está frente a su casa, ya que hay casas, como la mía, que no tenemos estacionamiento frente a ellas. Austin was our property manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him and Ryan Homes.
The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Our closing date never changed and we were kept up to date every week with videos, pictures, and general information about what was going on with the build.
We had the home inspected by a 3rd party (which really wasn't necessary) and were told the build quality was some of the best in the area!

Even when some unforeseen construction issues arose, the team quickly jumped on the issue and resolved it to my satisfaction.
I spent a years scoping the market, trying to find the perfect house without being house-broke. I am so happy with my decision. All of my boxes were checked at Sawyers Mill with Ryan Homes- space, yard, 4 beds, basement, close to the highway (but quiet and safe), dog park, upgraded kitchen, walk in closets, open floorplans, etc.

Lets talk about my experience so far since August 1rst until September. My experience with the house was horrible I had mold and water leaks by the sliding doors to the yard. If it wasn’t because of Anderson project manager and Miryam warranty supervisor I would’ve giving you a 1 star. My entire process was amazing and smooth and they both made sure I felt home and safe. My wife and I were looking for a house in Parrish, our first stop was summerwoods, we met Charles, Charles was very friendly and professional, we had a tour , we loved it at first sight , but we decided too keep looking around the area to compare …. A week later we made our decision , we decided to go with summerwoods Charles made it very easy to work with , we met Chase our project manager, soon we met him we knew we made the right decision, chase was very professional and very reliable , even responded to our questions and concerns late at night ! Lol

My husband and I are in the military and had to move to the area. After looking at many builders we really liked the way Ryan homes built theirs. We first got in contact with Charles and he was AMAZING. We were living in California at the time and were not able to go to Parrish and look at anything so he sent many videos and pictures and answered all our questions very quickly . Once we started building we were introduced to Chase our project manager and he was just as amazing! Always answering our phone calls or text. Sending us weekly photo updates and able to do online walkthroughs for us. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this duo. The whole process was so smooth, zero hiccups and zero delays. The entire planning, purchasing, and closing process was done very well. Stephanie was our sales agent and she was very helpful and very professional while assisting us with our decision to buy. Our project manager, Max, was outstanding. Max worked with us regularly during our build keeping us up to date with the progress of our home including weekly pictures. Max was definitely an asset to us for our first time building a new home. If you are building here, definitely ask for Max as your project manager he will take care of you and your house like it is his own home.

This was our first time buying a home and I'm not sure it could have gone any smoother. We closed and moved in 3 weeks ago and are loving the house, neighborhood and local community. Choosing Ryan Homes has been the best decision we have made. They have been awesome. We close on our new Ryan Home in a few weeks. Home buying/building can be very stressful. You have everyone giving you advice, wanted or not. Everyone has their experiences and biases. This is not my 1st home. THIS IS MY 1ST RYAN HOME. There was alot of things I was not going to settle for. We are not a well to do 300K salary family. Ryan homes in my view offers a upper tier home at an affordable price. There are plenty of builders in Greenfield. We chose Ryan because of the great value and the great people. From day one meeting Meghan the sales representative we felt relaxed and were treat so nicely. She took the information we had and she did not try push in a direction we did not want to go. We felt she was honest and upfront about what to expect from the home buying and building process. We felt she treated us like we were more important than the sale it's self. She was completely honest with us and no question seemed to be a dumb question. Next we met Kaitlyn our NVR Mortgage representative that works with Ryan homes. She has been great. Without her and her team the lending process would have been a nightmare. They have been on top of things and keeping us up to date. The next person to mention is Travis our build project manager. Awesome is a great word for him. Specially dealing with a customer like me. I visit the home site everyday. I sent him text messages regarding things that I thought were concerns. He dealt with each one with smile. If it was just me not knowing what I was talking about he nicely explained what was going on and educated me. I think I sent him concerns about things that were not even installed yet. Sure things don't always go smooth or there might be an issue that happens. Building a home has a lot to it. There are a lot of unknowns and stress etc. Meghan, Kaitlyn and Travis have made the process so easy. I feel Ryan homes and their contractors have been kicking butt on our home. We have been so happy. I don't think we could ever get the amount of home we are getting anywhere else with the same value and quality. I know no one else has the team we were blessed to work with. I am sure I could say more about our great experience.

We had a great experience from the first point of contact with our Sales Rep, Sally, to our PM, Kevin. The building experience, we believe, couldn’t have been better. We received weekly updates from Kevin and we were welcome to come look at the progress of our home any time we wanted. We also hired our own personal inspector towards the end of the build and it really only showed one minor issue which was already on Kevin’s radar and was quickly fixed. We checked out every builder in Summerwoods (also others in the Parrish area) and decided to go with Ryan Homes based upon first impressions/ floor plans/ lot selection as well as looking at a Ryan resale home that was in excellent condition in the neighborhood. We signed in March and closed the first week of September- super quick process but a quality result! Charles, our sales guy was extremely personable and helpful. We used the builders lender and also had a great experience with Alix, she’s the best! We had Pat as our project manager and he was so amazing throughout our whole process, answered all our questions and was very thorough. Any issue/concern we brought to Pat he had already addressed it or he already had it in process to be corrected. We loved the weekly vlogs from Charles and our weekly pics/ updates from Pat! We’ve had to put in one warranty request since closing and they were also very quick and had the issue addressed within 5 days of me putting in the ticket. You won’t regret building in Summerwoods!

Initially, I was very hesitant to commit to buying a new build home. I’ve had friends and family members in the past that did not have the best experience with other builders. However, this was not my experience with Ryan Homes.
It started off with meeting Charles, our salesman .Charles was so professional and friendly. He showed me all the value Ryan Homes has to offer and was so extremely patient with me while I was trying to pick out my options on my home. When looking at another Ryan Homes community, I knew I’d rather work with Charles and that ultimately helped me make my decision of Summerwoods.
Then I got the pleasure of meeting Megan. She was our construction manager for our house. Megan really made this whole experience stress free and special. She was constantly in communication with us and updated us weekly with pictures of the home. She was able to accommodate all our request and pushed to get our house completed sooner so that when we ended our apartment lease we could move right in. I truly felt like Megan was looking after my house like it was her own.

Amazing experience from top to bottom, Charles was our salesman and Megan was our project manager. They were both very knowledgeable and sent us weekly updates through the process of building our new home! The amount of care put into everything from them was above and beyond. Megan was on top of everything to get us moved in before our closing date and everything was cared for and looked after step by step as if it was her own house she was building! This my first time going through building a home. The process was amazing throughout. I first met with Charles in Sales, he was very friendly and professional, always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. He would send me a vlog every Tuesday with updates on my home. I still see him occasionally in the neighborhood. Excellent customer service! Thanks Charles.
I cannot say enough about Megan my Project Manager. She is incredible! She is genuine and friendly while also being extremely professional. She went to great lengths to explain every step in the building process. She sent me photographs and updates every Friday which made my week. Talk about going above and beyond, she has stopped by a few times since I moved in. Today she set up my sprinklers for me, and helped with a few things. She is always so quick to respond.
I highly recommend Megan and Charles. They are a great asset to Ryan Homes.

We chose this project based on the location, floor plans and choices. We were very particular about the space and usage. Our experience with Ryan Homes Team has been phenomenal from day 1. Whole Ryan Homes Project Team (Sales, Construction and Mortgage) are extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond, patiently helping us make the right choice for our first house. The construction is going on at great speed and we have a beautiful community living there now.
Kiersten Olsan (Sales) has been amazing in the whole buying experience. Our experience with Ryan Homes was amazing! Charles Oakley and Megan Schulz are both rockstars that made this build memorable and stress free! Both of them exhibit an extreme amount of professionalism and pride in what they do. Megan’s attention to detail is impeccable. She caught everything we saw and didn’t see. Her ability to manage the build and have it done right and on time was top notch. Megan’s weekly, sometimes by weekly, photo’s and Charles’s Tuesday morning walkthrough videos kept us updated throughout the whole process. This is something many people we know that had new builds didn’t have and were completely impressed as we showed them the videos and pictures. Sally was our sales representative and Kevin was our production manager. Both of them were amazing. They were friendly, prompt, accommodating and much more. I highly commend my Salesman, Charles Oakley and my Project Manager, Dan Padilla for seeing me through every step of the way from the home purchase, through the home build process all the way to my closing and beyond. First off let me say…walking into the model home and being greeted by Charles was an experience by itself! Guy was full of energy and was extremely down to earth. He made my wife and I extremely comfortable and answered all of our questions which not going lie, was hard after he got done explaining everything. When we decided to pull the trigger and go with Ryan homes, not only was Charles great at providing videos for us twice a week but he would always go above and beyond to cover everything during his walks. Now let me get to our awesome Project Manager Chase! This gentleman was such a pleasure to work with! Chase was down to earth, very respectful and informed us every step of the way during our home build. He sent us weekly pictures and if we had any questions or concerns, he addressed them extremely fast! Chase was a pleasure to work with and I have nothing but respect for him. He had great relationship with the trades which made this project run smoothly. The home build went extremely smooth and we even got to close earlier than expected due to this. I’ve recently moved into my new home and honestly, I’m loving it! The experience itself was great. I used to work with a large handful of builders/contracts in the DMV area, and oversaw thousands of new construction projects. I worked with other National builders on similar communities, and I was really skeptical in buying a home in one. I’ve talked countless new construction home buyers off the ledge over the years. Rick, our sales rep, did an awesome job building value in the home. Dan, our project manager was amazing. He kept us in the loop on almost everything. Our pre-drywall walkthrough was solid, and the windows (which were one of my larger fears, were installed well). There’s a couple of things we missed on the final walkthough that Ryan Homes was more than happy to help fix for us (so far good experience w/o Th the warranty team). Some really small things we noticed in the carpet or trim we didn’t even bother to reach out about, because it’s hardly noticeable and everything else was done well. I’m really excited to see how everything is when the house settles, but so far, this was a fantastic experience. The team here at Bloom Village, is nothing short of great. From Rick, to Dan, to Samantha, Leslie and Rana at NVR, they made it easy. There’s only a handful of builders/project managers out here that I would trust and recommend, and Dan is definitely one. Thank you! (Ps if you get a chance, can you remind me which living room switches are wired to the rough-in?)

I have never done business with ANY company who have been this efficient, communicative and genuine in every aspect of our dealings.

Their internal communications are exceptionally well coordinated. All staff appear to genuinely love their jobs and love working together.
I mean, they even have a podcast to guide you along in the journey of buying a new home! What company does that?! Podcast one was like a psychological session with a great therapist, acknowledging,”So you bought a new home and you’re freaking out right now. Let’s have a chat.” Om…
I am a former new home owner and that was the worst experience. The experience with Ryan Homes is fading those bad memories. I believe this will just get better as we move along the process.
The quality build and materials used are usually upgrades. Not with Ryan. Standard fare. And the home prices are reasonable, which I cannot say I’ve seen with other builders.
OK! So…here we are 8 months later. Just did the walk-through on our new home. Palmer Jones is the most competent, kind, efficient and knowledgeable Project Manager about homes. He patiently explained how this house breathes (literally) and how to regulate temperatures upstairs and downstairs. He thoroughly reviewed warranties and provided us with the booklet. We reviewed how to care for the materials, appliances. We reviewed outside and inside venting, lawn care, plumbing pipes care. He graciously recommended a handyman and all items I asked about and texted them to me.
My husband and I appeared underwhelmed when in fact, we were overwhelmed by how amazing and modern this home is! We were so happy. It was truly difficult to communicate with our mouths agog. I work in the wireless industry. I have a tech closet, a thermostat and garage that works with apps. The materials used are quality and built for a healthy environment. Even our little dog was dancing and smiling in her new home. We cannot thank you all enough.

I purchased a Ryan Home in October of 2023 in Middle Creek Preserve. Initially the sellers were extremely friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, I cannot say same for the construction of the home. I noticed a crack in the ceiling and the concrete sidewalk is chipping. I called Ryan to notify them about the cracked ceiling and never received a response. Three weeks later I called them back was told the one year warranty had expired.I asked them if there was a grace period, since it was only a few months after the first year and was told no. The sidewalk wasn’t also covered after a year. What concerns me is that this is a new build, so I’m surprised and I’m wondering if the quality of the materials and workmanship is up to par. Buyer beware….They give you no courtesy and grace after the sale.

My husband and I had been house hunting for quite a while for our first home before I called Kelli and asked for some information. She immediately went to work. She asked what I needed in a home and the things that would be nice to have while staying within budget. She sent me over an estimate and set a time to meet. I warned her that my husband was a hard sell but she took him on and achieved an impossible feat! She didn’t come on too strong and remained incredibly kind, patient and professional. Kelli even sacrificed her Mother’s Day so that we could meet on his day off. Once we decided to buy she made herself available to answer any and all questions and ease our nerves, even after hours. Kelli made the process so stress free and easy. She was conscious of our budget and when it came time to adding upgrades she made sure we stuck to it. Most sales representatives would have tried to push every possible upgrade to increase the cost. Kelli worked hard to negotiate a price that was within our budget but still allowed us to have our dream home. We didn’t have to sacrifice a thing! We are still at the beginning of our home building journey but I am so happy she will be here for us along the way! I couldn’t recommend her enough!

We originally started with our Sales Associate Charles, who was incredibly helpful and available! We then met our Project Manager Patrick, who lead us through the entire project. We received weekly video updates from Charles on Tuesdays and detailed weekly summary emails from Patrick every Friday. Confirming what had been done and what the next steps are. We felt included, heard, and protected throughout the entire building process. As I work in the remodeling sector I can attest to the horrible stories of bad contractors and horrible workmanship. Gabriel assisted us with Ryan homes and the various models at costa Blanca. He was very clear when explaining the models and the premiums they offered compared to other developers like Lennar Homes. Lennar doesn’t give you an incentive like Ryan homes not even close. As far as being a first home buyer Gabriel and Ryan homes offered the premiums and Lennar didn’t so that means extra work to make your home the way you want it. With Ryan homes they gave us the option even as first home buyers to extend tiles choose the kind of counter tops and rock that we want for the kitchen. Gabriel was very professional and upfront in everything mentioned even when asked the same question 5 times. Highly recommend this developer and if you do choose Ryan homes ask for Gabriel to your you around their models you will NOT be dissappointed.

From the moment Teresa Rehm signed us to a contract until present everything has went smoothly.Teresa was so nice to us answering all of our questions and getting us prepared for what came next. Introducing us to our project manager Jordan Harrah, I can’t say enough about Jordan to due justice but I’ll try! from the very first day he told us everything that was going to happen in the next 3 to 4 months detailing everything and explaining when we had questions and what his expectations was concerning the construction and how he would take care of any concerns we might have along the way. Everything got done beautifully but there was a few things that I brought up , the storage space in the garage had chipped drywall along the bottom seam when we mention it he said that it’s an unfinished garage and that’s standard and I said ok I’ll get a piece for it when I move in the next day he called us and said he went ahead and put a trim piece there for us which was great. He recently told me he was having his drywall guy cut a piece and install it at the bottom of my basement stairwell that I was concerned about that’s just a few of the things Jordan has done for us that he wasn’t obligated to do sending us pictures every Friday of the progress while our home was being built which we were very excited to see every week the final walk around and helping us with the warranty process . We couldn’t have asked for a better construction manager than Jordan he is such professional when it comes to his job but he also is a great guy to get to know I’ve enjoyed talking and dealing with him he represents Ryan Homes very well and we are very excited and happy with our new home thanks to everyone it’s a beautiful community and we would recommend buying a Ryan home 👍 I also want to give a shout out to Kyle from the home warranty department that went above and beyond by showing up at my house to make sure issues that I had were taken care of very professional and very nice I appreciate all you did Thanks

We bought a home in Sawyer’s Mill and are so happy with the purchase. Bought the home in October 2022 and moved in early March 2023. Stephanie (sales), Ann (affiliated mortgage officer), and Jordan (project manager) were all great and professional to work with. It was an absolute delight working with Sarah who was our sales person when we bought the home. She was very patient and made sure that each and every request of ours was heard and prioritized. When I did my initial research about buying homes from Ryan Homes there were some mixed reviews which made me be a little worried and I shared the same with Sarah who asked me about every concern I had and asked me what would make me feel more confident about my purchase. That's a sign of someone trying to value your feelings rather than treating you as just another sales number. I had multiple meetings with her before I bought but never did I feel rushed or ignored. Even after the purchase she still makes sure that all of my expectations are met. She's a rockstar.
Kiersten is the new sales person who is managing the community but she is equally impressive. She checks in with my wife and I occasionally and keeps sending me updates even if I forget to ask her. Every call and every message is met with same level of service that I received before I bought the home. Even if there is a non-sales thing she'd be happy to make some calls and make sure my questions or concerns are addressed. I was initially worried when I realized Sarah was moving out but she made sure she brought in another rock star who is always smiling and makes sure you are welcome to the community anytime.
Construction Staff Review -
Craig and James who oversee the construction work are an awesome duo. I come from a family which has been involved in construction so I tend to ask a lot more questions than an average homeowner but they are always patient and nice enough to answer everything. They constantly provide updates and always double check my selections before they start installing. We had a small event at ground breaking and they made sure that everything was arranged in a way that our event happened without any hiccups. They are all about going the extra mile to make sure the homeowner is beaming with joy looking at their building during this process. They take pride in their work and I can assure you that this duo would build you the house of your dreams.
Couple of things to consider if you are on the fence about buying a home in this community because you read some unhappy review online about Ryan Homes. Not all teams at Ryan Homes are the same. This Ryan Homes staff is awesome and I am saying this after 6 months of buying from them and meeting with them several times. They strive to provide you a great experience and not just treat you as a transaction. Also, the loudest voices online are the unhappy ones because the happy ones are comfortable in their dream home and might not go to lengths to talk about their experience. I was on the same fence a while back but I can confidently say that its this dream team - Sarah, Kiersten, Craig and James who have gone to extreme lengths to build my wife and I our dream home.

My husband and I bought a Ryan Home at Bloom Village and had such a wonderful experience. The sales representative Shannon was so great from start to finish. We made an appointment to just look one day and ended up buying an house! Our project manager Michael gave us updates and pictures weekly which made it even more exciting to really see the process as it was happening. Our NVR staff Amy and Elisha were always available for any questions we had throughout the process and were super helpful. As first time home buyers, we were nervous for what was to come, but we’re thrilled to have had such a wonderful and positive experience. We are a few weeks out of signing our contract with Ryan homes. Sally was the representative that I met to tour and discuss what would work for us. She is very polite and professional. She did not ever make me feel pushed into anything. I had to go without my husband who ended up having to work and it did not feel overwhelming to make decisions by myself because Sally really made the experience great. She has followed up and answered questions in a very timely manner. The customer service aspect has been wonderful! We are looking at August to have our house finished. We are hopeful that the whole process continues to go this way.

This has been our first experience building a home and we were apprehensive based on other family members having issues with the process. We have been blown away with the professionalism and communication between our salesman Charles and our project manager Megan. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars I would. Had my closing last week and I just had to write a review. The whole process was the beginning has been great. From the time I met Charles Oakley my sale rep. to meeting my PM Megan Schulz. Both Charles and Megan gave me weekly updates on the progress of my home. When there things that I might like to know came up, I was quickly informed. Being from New Jersey I had to put a lot of faith in this team which I did. From the pre construction walk through to my final walk through I have been highly satisfied with the process. I also went with NVR for my mortgage needs and Alix Welch and the rest of the team there made that part of the process seamless. At the onset I had read some bad reviews about Ryan Homes, but after seeing their work first hand. I can say each person’s experience is their own, but mine has been A1. Charles/Megan and your teams keep up the great work.

I moved a customer to Ryan Homes. There new home was very nice. The subdivision was easy for my moving truck to navigate around. I didn't park in there driveway, they told me it was still to new and the builder had told then not to let the movers or any large box truck to pull on the driveway.

We had a home built in Sunbrook & the whole experience was good.
Rather new or 100 years old, search enough you will find flaws in a home, therefore I had realistic expectations.
The staff from sales to project management did well to & we are about 6 months in and the staff is still very friendly and willing to help if we ever need it.
I am very happy with going with a home in Sunbrook, & I believe the staff has to do with how your experience with Ryan’s will be & this one is great.

Hi potential home buyer / builder / neighbor. I have a callout at the end of this review. That said, here we go:
My family and I moved into our new house about 5 months ago, this is our home, my sometimes office, and the place where we are building a life together. This neighborhood is exactly the place where we want to raise our 5 year old twins. The schools are amazing, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors have been friendly, and there have been kids everywhere. With the Loveland bike trail a stones throw away and Kings Island just a bit farther I feel like there will always be something to do that my kids will not be raised with their head in electronics every day. While Morrow may seem far from civilization, all the normal amenities are really not that far away - and feel like they are going to come closer and closer over the next 5-10 years.
But this review is primarily about our experience building with Ryan Homes. We had been to a few builders as well as MANY homes for sale in our home search of Cincinnati with our Real Estate Agent and we were picky. Looking at home sites daily, reviewing new build options - picky picky picky. We had one of the finest real estate agents in the city helping us and we enjoyed his opinions and strong eye for detail as we looked at older homes and new builds alike. All that to say - we had set ourselves a pretty impossible standard to meet.
Then we walked through a Ryan Home at Classicway and we were all strangely silent as we walked though. Normally ,we would have been pointing out problems. Bridget Dreher was accommodating, opinionated, proud, and enthusiastic about her building teams. After what we had seen, she had the right to be but it slightly threw us both off. However, everything lined up and we committed to a new house. Then I was surprised that the endless amounts of decisions would instead be about 10 - Ryan Homes has put together a great set of options for possible flooring/counter/cabinet setups, facade/brick/siding options, and a roughly 2.5 page list of optional adds to the home.
We would have to wait until our home was next to be build, but once we made it to the front of the line - that is when the fun started.
When we met our Project Manager questions, thoughts, and opinions came out of us. Greg Fuller took all those questions, opinions, our sarcastic humor and was able to give us an answer to everything (even if most of them were 'no') and helped us to understand that he was indeed the best person to build our new home. He actually set himself such a high standard I never thought he would be able to meet it. But after all our weekly calls, walkthroughs, requests, discussion about supply side changes to meet deadlines - he met and exceeded both my wife and my own expectations. The best compliment I can relate is that we brought our Real Estate agent to our final walkthrough (and he brings his own tape to mark up the house) and I did not see him have to reach for it once. Greg either had already pre-marked a number of places for touch ups or was 100% on board with each and every update that we or our agent found.
I would say that Bridget sold us a great house but Greg built us the home that we want to stay in for the next 20 years.
I am not going to say that everything was perfect day 1. We found the one lemon of a water heater that snuck into their stock - but they came out to fix it quickly and ended up replacing it entirely. Ryan Homes in the past 5 months has held up to everything being exactly as we expected it to be (I know that is not a shared experience with all Ryan Homes purchasers, as my sister did not have the same experience 5 years ago). But for our family - they made this our home.
Now for the callout - I was asked by Ryan Homes to write this review. They asked for my honest opinion and I gave that - but they also knew I had a fantastic experience working with them. So our experience may be in the top 5% of experiences, but I think as long as you have a similar team to us - your experience will not be far off of ours.

We built the Spruce.
Rosaline and Kevin with Ryan Homes were extremely helpful with the building process. Rosaline specifically for the initial design aspect and Kevin for the building & post build aspect. Ryan Homes broke ground in December of 2021 and completed April 2022 when we moved in. Both Rosaline and Kevin stayed in touch throughout the project. We have had a great experience with the building portion. Fast forward a few months ( January 2023) after allowing time for things to settle we had a drainage issue. Kevin, always willing to help, not only took the time to listen to what issue we had, He was able to schedule a time to have our issue resolved within a week. What I think is great is that Kevin and Rosaline are still very available post build in addition to the new homes being built.
3 items we thought were extremely helpful, (Questions we asked during the building portion.)

o Cabinets – if you need/ want additional cabinets or crown molding you can order through 84 lumber
o Siding – You can get through ABC supply

We had a positive experience when we built our home with Ryan Homes six months ago. Our project manager Megan Shulz was very detailed, helpful and professional during the build, which there were no delays. What’s really impressive is her responsiveness and commitment to us during our warranty period. Although she (as a Project Manager) is no longer responsible for warranty work has again surpassed expectations with her professionalism and commitment to customer service as well as her attention to detail regarding what we need done. When trades were not available within a certain timeframe, she has personally come to complete the job herself. She has also called to confirm appointments for us and showed up in person to be sure the work was completed. All while managing multiple builds. She is a true professional and makes Ryan Homes look good!

We are not yet in our new home but will be soon! Our experience so far with Bridget and Greg has been top notch from the day we first reached out about the available lot. Bridget has always made herself available when we needed her for questions and she accommodated us with virtual meetings since we were out of state. She took our multitude of questions, indecisiveness and back and forth with so much patience. The project team, specifically the project manager Greg, is amazing. Greg is the most trustworthy and kind person I’ve worked with. He committed to sending us weekly updates and has kept his word. He’s always very thorough and clear in his communication. I trust that he is going to deliver a quality home. I’m so impressed by his level of detail and high standards. Plus, they’re ahead of our original schedule which is a very exciting surprise! We previously built a Ryan home in a different region of the country and were not thrilled with the communication and follow up. OveraLl the experience was subpar. If you’ve had other experiences that were not great with Ryan homes or other builders, I highly recommend giving this group a chance because they will change your mind. This team has exceeded my expectations in every way.
I’m addition, the neighborhood is gorgeous and has so many amenities that we are thrilled about. We’re building the Lehigh model and are excited about the flexibility of the space - I fell in love with the floor plan right away! We hope to be in this home for a very long time!

I am following up on the review I posted last year when my home was completed. I have now been in my home for almost a year and I am just as happy now as I was then. I have been dealing with the Warranty Department over the past months and must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the response time, as well as the quality of work. Also, the Warranty Manager, Fran, is exceptional! He never fails to follow-up to make sure that all repairs were completed to my satisfaction. I would be remiss if I did not mention that any needed repairs were minor. There have been no major issues with my home at all!
I recently built my new home at Ryan Homes at Middle Creek. The process was seamless from the minute I signed the contract to the minute I moved into my new Home. Liz in the Sales Office was amazing. She was so professional, attentive and responsive to all my questions. Iris, my Project Manager, was just as professional, attentive and responsive. Since I was living out of state, Iris sent me weekly pictures of the building progress. I really looked forward to receiving my weekly text from her. Middle Creek is a wonderful community with nice amenities, and most importantly, it is so conveniently located to both downtown Lewes and downtown Rehoboth Beach. In addition, the residents are so nice and many of my neighbors have already become friends.

This was our second Ryan built home. The first experience was in 2003. This time it was night and day compared to the first home. Ryan homes has gone above and beyond with our new home. My wife and I couldn't be happier. From the salesman Josh to the project manager Chris our build went very well and would definitely recommend Ryan if you are considering building a new home. Ryan Homes quality has really impressed us as we went through the whole process. We really did not consider Ryan until we went through the model and saw all the different floor plan options. I am VERY happy with my new home. It's been a few month and, like with any new home, there were some hiccups along the way but overall, extremely pleased with how everything turned out.
The team at Ryan Homes is awesome. My parents previously bought with them many years ago so it was nice for me to be in their place this time around.

I can’t say enough about Megan Schultz who was the GM responsible for the build of my home at Summerwoods. Megan is extremely knowledgeable about the build process and articulates well with instructions on how to use the various “Smart” technology items installed like the Nest thermostat or the WiFi garage door. Megan gave a very detailed walk through of my home the day prior to owning the property. Megan was very responsive to all of my requests (very minor punch list). She is full of energy, a go- getter, great commitment and even better follow thru. Prior to my retirement I had a staff of 35 employees and I would HIRE Megan in a split second. Summerwoods is very lucky to have Megan on their staff. I LOVE my home at Summerwoods. Best choice ever!!
Charles and Diego were both outstanding sales managers who made this beautiful opportunity come to life. Both were very engaged, understood my wants, and were very responsive. They made it a point to stop by and welcome me to my new home.

I am writing a new review not to praise Ryan home (they're actually very unhelpful once we moved in) but I do want to give a shout out to Megan our project manager from 2 years ago. After Ryan homes themselves blew us off, we texted Megan, who has always been such a huge help. She took the time to come over, which is not her responsibility and helped us stop the water from coming into our home through the exterior wall. She brought a ladder and actually was in the rain applying a sealer to the cracks on the stucco. She also helped us in contacting an interior solutions company to dry out the drywall and baseboard. I can't say enough about her but I will say she is extremely good at her job and her customer service is absolutely amazing. Megan, your the best! The 5 stars on this review goes to Megan, not Ryan Homes.

In February of 2022 I put an offer in on a home in Durham and there were 39 other offers. After that, I knew that bidding wasn’t the route for me and wanted to do new construction. My agent and I stopped by Courtney Creek and after meeting with Jack, we learned there was NO BIDDING, several lots to choose from in the $400k range, and it was located close to RTP. Jack also welcomed my dog Koda, provided him with a water bowl, and gave him treats! On an even sweeter note, his partner came by with their own dog and took both dogs for a walk while Jack and I discussed details on my new home. This is my first time buying a home and I couldn’t have asked for a better initial process!

I visited the site office located in the Model home. Jack was very helpful throughout the booking process by showing me the under construction homes and also going through details of model home many times. The community is closer to work location, tobacco trail and many other points of interest around triangle area so it is a good fit for those looking for a home in triangle area.

Ryan Home built our dream home for us in the Villages of Classicway neighborhood. Bridget was amazing with the sales and design. She explained very well the process of our home building, did not pressure us at all, and was upfront about all of the options. Greg was our project manager, and was incredible! We received a very timely update every week during the whole construction phase. During our final walkthrough, we even included Greg and Bridget in our engagement. I really don’t know where to start! I fell in love with the Ryan Homes community Summerwoods back in May of 2021, and it’s been a dream to own a home in this community ever since. It’s been a uphill battle working on my own finances to ensure approval for the home of my dreams, but today I can say it’s official! I seriously wouldn’t have been here if it weren’t for Diego Martinez, Alix Welch, and now Charles Oakley! Not only are these people some of the most professional, friendly, hard working individuals I’ve come across but they completely blow all of the other home builders out of the water! I had been turned away, judged, and felt like nothing more than a number by so many builders and their sales managers in the Parrish area. Diego and Alix saw my willingness to make my dreams come true and they have held my hand through every step of the way! Leading up to the point today, where I officially went under contract for my home. They stayed in constant contact, answered every question, and believed in me every step! We recently decided to build a new home in Florida. We looked at several communities and decided to go with Ryan Homes in Summerwoods in Parrish. Ryan Homes gave us more choices in the home we chose and worked with us to make us feel we were getting what we wanted. The other builders basically told us we would be put on a list and when our name came up we could decide if we wanted the house they had to sell. We had no options or ability to pick a lot.
Charles Oakley at Summerwoods was friendly and answered every question we had. He walked us through the whole process and helped us decide on an array of options. The experience with Charles was great. I also want to put a shout out to Sally Moreno the Loan Officer, she was friendly and was great helping us through the loan application. We are very excited to be on this new adventure of building a new home at Summerwoods. I recommend Charles very highly. Make an appointment you will be glad you did!

As a new home buyer/owner we were looking at all options. We preferred to build instead of buying a used home for our first home. However, we were a little nervous to say the least based off what we have heard from friends and family who have built homes. We had been a few local builders and to be honest we almost gave up on it. This was due to the build length of time, the amount of meetings that would be needed, the feelings of being pushed off as not needed or cared about whether we bought a home from them or not.... Then we made a last minute stop at Ryan's Homes in Franklin/Middletown. We showed on up on a Saturday afternoon, just to look around and check out the model home expecting there to be no time for us as we had no meeting scheduled. When we arrived to the model home we met Keith. Keith was free and walked us around the model home answering questions, asking questions, and taking time to explain options for us. within a short period of time after speaking with Keith and getting all of our questions answered we were sold! We didn't have to schedule another meeting to discuss our questions or concerns, we didn't need a 12 hour meeting to discuss upgrades, we didn't need a meeting to talk about finances or loans. Keith was able to take what appeared from our builders to be a 2-3 month process and completed it in our first unexpected walk in visit. He did not pressure us into anything bigger then needed, or unneeded upgrades. Which was amazing! He obviously spoke about them and explained how they work, but again did not try to shove in our package to get more money from us. All in all within 2 days and less then 12 hours we are now Ryan Home Owners and excited to break ground in the coming months. If anyone is looking at this community or wanting more information, I cannot express our happiness with Keith and his abilities. Please go and see him directly, you will not regret it.... I will update this post in the future to reflect what I can only assume will be more great news once our home is finished. Thank you, Keith!!!

My partner and I had a very positive home buying experience with Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. This location in south Durham near RTP is amazing, and the three-story townhomes are modern and spacious. Our sales representative Jack was extremely responsive, well-informed, and transparent throughout the entire process, giving us the information to make a sound choice (without being pushy) and then the follow up with all the next steps. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and home itself, and helped us to choose design features while keeping costs carefully under control.
Also of note, we decided to go with a newly constructed home in part to avoid facing a bidding war with existing homes. However it turned out many new home builders in this area actually take bids, so it's not uncommon to face a bidding war for a newly constructed home, which seems exploitative. Ryan Homes does not do this. Overall it has been a pleasure working with Jack and Ryan Homes. We are excited to move into our new home this fall!

I can’t say enough what a positive experience we had building with Ryan Homes. I have to review the service we experienced, specifically from our project manager - Jake Duncan. Jake went above and beyond when it came to our service. Throughout the entire experience, Jake was 100% transparent around our timeline and any delays we might encounter due to material shortages. He was incredibly responsive and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Right before closing, our daughter was born 6 weeks early (literally the day before our walk through). Jake was super accommodating, allowing my Dad to do the walk through on our behalf. He checked in on us to make sure we were all okay and told us not to worry, he would go over warranty, etc. with us once we got settled. He worked with us as we found a few things upon move-in to get fixed (all minor cosmetic things). He was still so responsive even after we had closed. He never made us feel like we were just another house he was building or just a number; I cannot recommend him enough!! Our house is great and we love it!

Summerwoods came highly recommended to our family and from the first moments of driving through, walking around and meeting Diego, our sales associate, we felt a tremendous amount of peace. He answered any and all questions and set us up with the MOST INCREDIBLE Project Manager, Megan!!! She, together with all those workers on our new home, have been more than a blessing! I was traveling from out of town looking for a home and had scheduled several appointments with several other communities. The first one didn't show up on time, so I drove over to Ryan Homes at Courtney Creek. I was initially greeted by Wendy who told me to "come on inside", even though I didn't have an appointment, and she introduced me to her counterpart, Jack. In this COVID environment, walk-ins can be hit or miss, but I very much appreciated their kindness and exceptional customer service. I had viewed the community on Zillow, and immediately fell in love with the houses, so being able to see it and discuss my plans for the home with Jack was great. Buying a home can be a daunting task, especially if you're unfamiliar with the city, but Jack's knowledge of the area, construction process and overall understanding of the community development plan helped make my decision even easier. I do feel bad as I had a later appointment at another Ryan Homes community at 751 with Kate, which I'm certain are equally as beautiful, but like they say, "when you know, you know". I'm very fortunate to have the pleasure of working with Jack and Ryan Homes, and we should hopefully start construction on my house this coming spring! Very much looking forward to what the city of Durham and the Courtney Creek area has to offer! So, bottom line: If you're looking for a great house in a nice neighborhood with beautiful floorplans for a great price, AND you're looking to work with a solid company with outstanding sales representatives, look no further than Courtney Creek.

Our friends recently purchased a lot here and since we are making plans to move soon as well, we went for a look-see. Our friends had done a nice amount of research and I think they chose a great location (there are many build sites in Lewes right now). The entry is appealing and the amenities offered are nicest bang for the buck. We absolutely loved one of the models (Cumberland) - exactly what we want and beautiful. I know the home sites are selling like crazy, so we may not be able to join this community a year later. Lewes' town is adorable. Cute shops and places to eat. Music on the canal and the water is closeby with walking/bike paths to get you there. There is medical and shopping nearby. The only thing that is missing is an airport closeby and we are concerned that the road infrastructure is not going to grow enough to handle all of the new communities being built. Plus, summer will be crazy busy being near Rehoboth and beaches. Overall, the community is great, the sales team is friendly and professional, and it's a place to check out if you are considering a move to Lewes.

We are building a home with Ryan Homes at the Summerwoods community and we have honestly been so happy with the experience and process so far. From the start, our sales associate, Diego, was friendly, honest, and upfront. He took the time to get to know us and was in direct contact with us when we were waiting for lots to be released. When we had issues with the mortgage company, he was quick to recommend another broker. Construction took time to get rolling because of permitting and whatnot and the entire time, he was upfront about the timeline. Once construction was about to start, we had a pre-construction meeting with our project Manager Megan who has been absolutely phenomenal. She sends us photos and detailed updates on the progress of our home every week, always responds to texts very quickly, and has answered any and all questions we've had. We just had our pre-drywall meeting and she conducted a thorough walk through on our house, explaining everything about the process and features. We cannot wait to see the finished product! This has been a dream and I am so, so happy we chose Ryan Homes to build our first house. Cannot recommend them enough!

As I began the process with Ryan Homes, my first encounter was with Collin Carr. He was absolutely a joy to work with. Collin was professional and truthful about everything during the process. He respectfully informed me of what to expect and of the possible ups and downs during this pandemic. I appreciated this because he did not throw unrealistic sales pitches that you so easily can get! Once the house was selected I had the great pleasure of having John Eckenrode And Tyler Paradyze as my Project manager and P.M.Assistant respectively. The level of professionalism and respect were absolutely amazing. There was no question to minor to ask of them. During the process, they made sure that they were in touch via email weekly with pictures and updates! Amazingly on point. And that touch was sooo appreciated since I was out of state. When I can to check on things, I was welcomed with open arms and given what ever attention I needed. John gave you time during the walk through to make sure you understood all that was discussed, from the importance of grass watering to calling for assistance in repairs. His attention to details was great.

A few years ago, my opinion of Ryan Homes was a 2 out of 5! Now, I have recommended two friends to Ryan, and they have both purchased and are very happy!
As for the design team…. I’d be glad to speak to you about homes for 55+communities. There could be better considerations and options that would boost sales and make it better for seniors.

Diego Martinez is the sales rep who has been assisting us since day one! He has been extremely professional and down to Earth. I have asked him lots of questions each day and he has been very responsive and has even sent us pictures so we could see certain products and colors. He has been very polite and knowledgeable with the entire process. Since this is our first time buying a home, we are ignorant and it’s been wonderful having Diego to walk us through the whole home building/buying process. We recently got a townhome (to be built) from Ryan Homes at 751 South. Jess Krieger has been very professional and helpful throughout the process. The community will have amenities such as gyms and retail services. The area of 751 South is very convenient: 4-min drive to I-40, 7-min drive to Southpoint Mall, and 8-min to Raleigh Rd toward Chapel Hill. For those who like hiking, there's a 2-mile Eagles Spur Rail-Trail immediately to the left of the community, leading to a north portion of Jordan lake. In our view, the sparsely populated area along NC 751 has great potentials in the next several decades as the Research Triangle continues to attract talents from across the nation.

I have been looking around the RTP area for a new home for a decent amount of time at this point. A few months ago, I joined the waitlist for Courtney Creek. At that time, I came in contact with Jack Synesael and since then he has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Jack was very knowledgeable about the homes and very willing to accommodate any questions and requests. As a first time buyer, Jack went above and beyond in any way possible to make my first time buying a house a great experience.
The neighborhood itself is in a great area that is beginning to pop up. Driving around the area, there are new apartments and home communities all over. I am excited to see the rest of the development both in Courtney Creek as well as the surrounding area over the coming years.

I love my new home at Mansfield Meadows! Brand new with lots of amenities. Beautiful scenery with sunrise from my back patio and sunset from the front lawn. Making new friends and walking regularly is so nice. Being with adults of my age with similar lifestyles and grown children feels nice. We are looking forward to the clubhouse opening soon! We have some ideas of clubs to start and just relaxing in the common area by the fireplace. Pool and shuffleboard and tennis courts too! It took a while to make this decision and I looked at many communities. This was a great decision!

We stopped at Sunbrook to walkthrough the model homes. We came back the next day to crunch some numbers and two days later to sign a purchase agreement. Melody was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had (and we had a lot!). While our house was being built, we were able to access the model home and take measurements for curtains, furniture, etc. While our house was being built, we were allowed to stop by every week and walk the property and house. This enabled us to ask even more questions and watch our house take shape with each phase. Anthony was very prompt in answering any questions that we had about the building process and kept up to date weekly with the progress made. The whole process of purchasing a new home was as stress free as possible thanks to Melody and Anthony's professionalism, friendliness, and patience with our questions. Our kids are loving their new rooms and neighborhood. If someone is looking to build their first home, I highly recommend stopping by to look at a model home and speaking with Melody.

I started my process with Ryan Homes back in May. They started building in June and Finished mid September. Im very happy with the Services that I received from my project manager. (William Kirtland and David Huss) Would send me weekly updates and photos of the house.
They worked quickly and delivered my house to me in a reasonable amount of time. Ive only been in the house a little under a month and I couldn't be happier. My children Love the house, and they are happy.

However this didn’t have a negative impact on Ryan homes for us.

Working with Ryan Homes at Sunbrook has been a dream come true for our growing family. My husband and I visited Sunbrook to simply ask questions about building a home. We never imagined we would take the leap that very evening and decide to build our next home! Our sales representative, Clare, was very welcoming when we walked into the office on site. We had MANY questions to ask, and Clare was very knowledgeable about the properties and building process with Ryan Homes. I am extremely pleased with my home buying experience at Timothy Branch in Brandywine, MD. My Sales Representatives - Anthony and Chris Carter (The Dynamic Duo Twins) are very professional, knowledgeable, and they walked me through getting all of the features and options that I wanted in my new home. I am very excited and cannot wait until the construction is completed.
My townhouse has a very modern, open and inviting layout for entertaining and for relaxing with my family and friends. The space and square footage is the same as a single-family home without all the yard work. In addition, the NVR Mortgage team Tabby and Zein are also a joy to work with and they guided me through everything that was needed for the loan approval process.
If you are looking for a new home, come checkout the Timothy Branch community. It is a diverse community for singles and for families and I will be your neighbor! Also, it is only minutes from shopping, great restaurants, the new Southern Aquatic and Sports Recreation Center and the Beltway. I also need to mention, they have the best home prices and value for your money around town along with excellent community amenities! :D

Started the process of building in November of 2019. We decided on the Estero Bay model. We just closed a few days ago. We really love the Estero Bay. Summerwoods is a beautiful community with lots of preserves and nature. We worked with Diego who was absolutely great. From start to finish he was there to help us with any question or concern we had. Our project manager Mike was great too. Anything we needed touched up he would take care of. We are looking forward to many years in our new home.

My fiancé and I are brand new to the entire home buying process. We were both clueless and never thought we could be home owners so soon. After visiting this location once and meeting with Linda Miller we were sold!!!! The process was easier than I ever imagined. Linda helped us every step of the way and answered every little question that we had even if it seemed like common sense but was new to us!!! I always thought of the home buying process as intimidating but she made it very positive! We cannot thank her enough! I am glad we have the opportunity to work with Hye. The first time we came to look at the model home, it was very busy, but Hye took the time to greet us and share information about the homes. She has been answering our questions quickly. Even when everyone was told to stay home because of Covid-19, Hye was answering our questions through phone calls or a text message. From January 2020 till now I have not had any problems whatsoever from Ryan Homes or their representatives. I've had nothing but great interactions with everybody even despite the current national crisis. Working with Hye Young has been a very pleasant experience, and I believe that anybody that works with her would feel exactly the same. I would recommend Ryan Homes to anybody who would like to build a home.

We were in the market for a new home and decided to go with Ryan homes, as we had never had a new house before. I did my research and met with Hye! She was a sweet and was able to answer all of our questions. She let us look through the model home multiple times, and wasn't pushy about making a sale. She crunched all the numbers and made sure we were comfortable before giving up any money. I really had a good experience meeting up with Hye. The community is up and coming. There are many plots still for sale, A playground is supposed to be built as well. Its not a bad little spot to buy a home. I am very excited to have purchased my first new home with Ryan homes. I look forward to moving in soon. I do recommend buying with Ryan homes ( or at least talking to someone If you are interested in the community.)

Katie Grise was professional, personal, informative, enthusiastic, and easy to do business with. We had already put a down-payment on a home in Summerwood with MI and switched due to a special of a free lot at Ryan with conservation view. Street and roads have to be maintained by homeowners in a gated community. That isn't the case with Ryan Homes. We had also looked at North River Ranch properties. A major reason we chose Ryan was the floor plan of Ponte Vedra which exactly matched our furniture and current floor plan where we are living. We found all people that we worked with (Angel in financing) to be very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and good representatives for Ryan Homes in their sales efforts. I look forward to oberving from time to time the quality of the home as it is being built.

What a great experience we had with this community . They were very responsive to all my concerns , needs and wants . They also answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made me feel comfortable with my purchase . Being able to purchase a brand new home of my own instead of renting is huge start for a great investment with this community .

They have been extremely helpful with the purchase of our new condo. The sales people have been friendly and helpful. The project manager on the construction answers all of our questions promptly and keeps us informed of the progress. Update: We have lived here for a year now and we have encountered a few warranty issues and Ryan Homes has been very responsive to any concerns we have had and very quick to resolve them. I would call it exceptional service, far exceeding expectations!

We chose Nathanial's Grove for its picturesque setting and Ryan Homes for the beautiful constructions. Beavercreek schools are exceptional and the neighborhood is conveniently located to local shopping and restaurants. Accessibility to major routes make commuting to work a breeze. We love our new community and cannot wait to settle in our new home!

Summerwoods holds down the up-and-coming Moccasin Wallow area. The community is very nature friendly and will have an incredible pool; as well as parks and nature trails. If you are interested in building on a private lot with scenic views..for a surprisingly low price .. Summerwoods is the place to be!

Ryan Homes is phenomenal! Not only are the homes done is a timely manner but everyone involved from the construction workers to the sales staff are just as wonderful. There were small bumps along the way from the mortgage end but the over all experience was great. I’d like to give a special thank you to Diego Martinez for being the most helpful employee. From getting us in to view, to making numbers work for us. He was there through the whole process even after move-in just to check in on how we settled. The process so far has been absolutely phenomenal. We are so excited for our house to be complete. What started as a drop in “just to look” has ended with us purchasing a perfect home for our family. Love my new Ryan Home. All the floor plans are created to allow for individuality so each owner can make the home what works for them. I absolutely love 1 level living. I have also met many new people. I wanted a community where I had the opportunity to get to know my neighbors. Everyone I have met has been wonderful. I know we will have great times in the soon to be built clubhouse!

We love the location. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Clubhouse and pool to be built in 2020. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs. Ryan Homes (Jared and Teresa in particular) has been very responsive to any questions and requests. The HOA (Integra) is reasonable and helpful (Stephanie in particular) and the follow up to any particular problems resolved (quite quickly I might add) has been consistent (by Sam in particular)
The build quality is exceptional for the price paid. Extras and upgrades do not short on what you get for the price. Grounds maintenance has been wonderful, lawns even though new are looking great, sprinklers throughout.

Mindy Berry was fantastic along with our real estate agent Shawn Reese from Sibcy Cline. Mindy took the time to review our options and let us make some changes. The financing with Phillip Julian has been super smooth. We are still in the early stages and hoping to be in our new home by Sept/Oct!! This neighborhood is just starting but has amazing potential and with potential comes lots of increased home value. Looking forward to meeting my neighbors!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that everything in the model I chose, The Bahama, is standard. I didn't feel the need for options, as everything was just what I would want. It felt like home the minute I walked in, and I am excited for it to be finished.
