We have been in our new home for about 7 months now and we couldn’t be happier. Our experience with Ryan Homes has been great and our sales person, Kelly and Project Manager Kent have been fantastic to work with. Our build process was smooth and Kent kept in constant communication with us regarding our home. 3 months ago we moved into our home at prairie ridge in Hampshire and it has been amazing so far. We have had a good experience building with Ryan Homes. Derek helped us with the sales process. Antonio, the project manager, took over with the building process. He kept us up-to-date and answered all our many questions during the building of our home. Antonio didn't leave us hanging when our house was built and we have moved in. He is still very helpful with questions about our new home and keeps in touch with us.

We had a great experience buying our home, and a big part of that was thanks to Kelly and Kent. Kent Barr, our Project Manager, was amazing. He kept us in the loop during the entire construction process and regularly sent us photos so we could see the progress. It was awesome knowing we could always reach him by phone or message if we needed anything—he was always quick to respond and super helpful. Under Contact and every day feels like a blessing! Everything has been smooth sailing since the initial appointment with one incredible rep, Omar Banda-Aguilar. When I first walked in the model home, it immediately felt "right". I have been in the market to buy a home for the last year and this community is the perfect fit. The location is convenient to some of the best rated schools and has easy access to Walmart and a soon-to-be Publix, as well as some exceptional churches (shoutout to New Spring Powdersville). As a single mom, having a townhome was the best choice because I don't have to tie up my weekends to maintain a lawn. This community comes with a drive-in garage and double driveway, so there is no challenge for parking. Annnd the walk-in attic is probably what sold me - the amount of storage offered in the Nassau Cove Layout is phenomenal. As far as the building process, I was assigned Charles Yates who is my Project Manager. His communication has been clear, and extremely helpful as a first-time home buyer. Ryan Homes offers a thing called "photo circle" where you can easily see the progress photos along the way. Also, you have access to an interactive floorplan to add furniture and help you envision your space. I highly recommend this community, and I look forward to welcoming some great neighbors to this space.

I had the best experience with Ryan Homes. Ahmet was our sales consultant and he really took the time to explain everything and show us all the different options. Zach Andrews was our project manager. I loved seeing all the updates through the PhotoCircle app and he kept us informed every week as to the progress on the house and what we could expect the next week. They gave me a finish date at the start of the project and stuck to that date which was amazing to me! I also had an outside inspector come in 2x for peace of mind and he even raved about the quality of work Ryan Homes did. So cute to pull up after the closing and see the sign in the yard😍

I purchased a Townhome from Ryan Homes in July 2023. The entire purchase and building process was the smoothest I have ever been through and I have built before. Mason Graves was an Excellent Construction Manager! He kept us apprised every step of the way with photos. We hired an outside inspector and he said it was one of the cleanest and up to specification homes he has seen. The minor 3 items he found were fixed immediately. Any warranty items that have come up since we moved in have been addressed expeditiously!

I had some minor touchups and an issue with the specific tile I selected that needed to be addressed after closing. Sweeney with the warranty department quickly addressed my concerns and had contractors ready to make the repairs. Also, loving the Twin Lakes community as a whole...love the cart paths and walking trails around the lake!

Building a new home can be nerve-wracking especially if you are a first time home buyer! I have to say, our project manager, Kent, has been fantastic throughout the entire process from start to finish to even after we closed. During our build (we closed in November 2022), he was consistently providing updates of our house. He was (and still is) prompt in answering when we have random questions about our house. In addition, during walk throughs and closing, he took his time in explaining everything and making sure we were satisfied with the work. He literally works everyday, including weekends, so it’s nice when he stops by while we are outside to check on us and make sure we are still satisfied. He truly is a great project member and happy he was in charge of our build!

This visit was to take a tour of one of the model homes. I rep Melynda did an amazing job presenting, answering questions and setting the tone. The home was absolutely beautiful. Update: I have since purchased the home and moved in. Sanitation placed one of my neighbor's large TV box at the end of my driveway due to the fact that there were some non-recyclable items inside rather than put it back when it came from. I attempted to drag the box up the driveway as much as I could bc it was very large and too heavy for one person to handle. Coincidently, the next day Melynda reached out following up to see how the home was going. I informed her of the incident. She offered to help me move the box once she was done for the day. Melynda even went above and beyond by bringing over her vehicle with the hopes that we would be able to transport the box in the vehicle to the dumpster. It was entirely too large so she helped me to drag the box over to the dumpster. It really is an incredible feeling to know that I am still in good hands even after closing.

We went in to look at the model home at Ryan homes in hampshire and my wife and I knew right away this would be our home. With an included basement and just the perfect ranch layout, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Diane was so helpful in putting in the package we wanted and got the ball rolling so quickly. Erin helped us out with the mortgage aspect of things and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t have asked for a better process. We truly appreciate how easy of a process this was.
