Building a home can be stressful but working with Brian Walsh made the entire journey truly special. From day one Brian was on top of everything with clear communication updates before I even asked and genuine care for making sure every step went smoothly. Brian treated my home like it was his own. He checked every detail explained every stage of the build and always made sure I understood what was happening and why. His professionalism patience and dedication are on another level. If you are building a home and you are lucky enough to have Brian as your project manager trust me you are in great hands. I could not have asked for a better partner in this process. It's been a great journey in getting my new home Built by Ryan homes and working with Janine and Brain Walsh. Janine was really helpful in keeping all the documents and explaining about the features in the home, giving ideas on how the look and feel of the newly constructed home will be, and was there throughout the process to answer any questions. On the other hand Brian Walsh, Project manager, really helped us a lot throughout the home building process and giving prompt updates on how the construction is going on. He went above and beyond with clear communication updates to detail and taking care for every step of the process until closing and after the closing. Each team member-sales rep., construction manager, loan officer-was so responsive to our messages/requests and very communicative along the way. We are thankful for the attention to the questions and issues we raised. Even though we were not local, we still felt very involved in the process and engaged throughout. We are also grateful for the house being so nicely cleaned at the day of closing, and for the welcome basket of goodies. That was a really nice touch. We appreciate such a great team at Ryan Homes!
