We have been living in this community for the past 3 years. Just bought our 2nd home built by Ryan homes. They have always been helpful to us and very accomadating. The pricing they offer is reasonable and the build quality is also good, no sacrifices. Heather was our sales person. She was always friendly and patiently answered all our queries and tried to fulfill all our requests. Brian our project manager was always helpfull and tried to accomadate all our requirements.

He let me measure spaces for furniture planning ample times, we had the trash cans delivered and he graciously put them in our garage, he sent me photos of cabinets and sizes, and delivered our mailbox key. I am sure I asked for even more along the way. Brian is top notch and truly loves his work which shows in the quality of work and satisfaction of customers. Paul Lucas with NVR mortgage was great to work with despite the challenges we faced during the government shutdown. He presented us with finance options to meet our budget and long terms goals. Brian has kept us informed and has shared updated progress photos with us weekly. He is very dedicated to his job and you can tell that he really cares about delivering a quality product to us!
