We love the location. Only about 15 percent built but good feelings for the future. Clubhouse and pool to be built in 2020. Friendly neighbours and some well behaved dogs. Ryan Homes (Jared and Teresa in particular) has been very responsive to any questions and requests. The HOA (Integra) is reasonable and helpful (Stephanie in particular) and the follow up to any particular problems resolved (quite quickly I might add) has been consistent (by Sam in particular) The build quality is exceptional for the price paid. Extras and upgrades do not short on what you get for the price. Grounds maintenance has been wonderful, lawns even though new are looking great, sprinklers throughout.
