I have lived at Hidden Village well over three years and I have no reservations owning a Ryan Home. Yes, we did have some warranty issues after moving in, but I will say the response to issues is quick and the warranty team including Hiram Coffey and particularly Mark Gruich, has been more than helpful, often going above and beyond just fixing the problem. Mark has always been informative, polite, and personable, but always performing his due diligence (Col 3:23-24). Hiram Coffey also has been honest and fair in regard to our issues as well. Thank you for your professionalism.
