As first time home owners, we had a great experience with Kristen and Marc from Ryan Homes. They were both professional, genuine, easy to communicate with and always available for questions. They spent time with us to answer all our questions and look at all our options - we never felt rushed or hustled. We were very nervous about the process, but it couldn't have gone smoother for our new Bethany home. Clayton, our construction project manager, gave us weekly updates with pictures when the home was being built. He also was very professional, genuine and always available when we had a question - he would respond extremely fast to any texts/questions. The only thing I would ask on improvement is letting new homeowners know in advance that they should plan accordingly for internet service to be transferred or installed because of the new construction. Our service, Verizon Fios, was unable to be installed in our new home because their engineering team was still on a set up project and so we cannot get installation until 23 days after our move in date. Overall, highly recommend this team!! Thank you Kristen, Marc and Clayton for all your help with our new home!! We truly appreciate you!
