I have to say, Jason, Ed, and the entire warranty team go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and comfortable. I work with Ryan homes in my professional life and now that I have lived experience as their customer, I am beyond grateful to have chosen to build with Ryan homes. Out of the few homes my wife and I have owned, we are IN LOVE with this one!

The Team here at Northwest Fortville made buying a home less stressful than we feared. Meghan helped us with our options and Jason was our Project Manager. There are so many stories about building a home that we were anxious. From breaking ground to the finishing touches our PM, Jason, was wonderful. I feel he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and confident in the work being done. He welcomed our private inspector for a pre drywall inspection and we did not have any issues other than things that were already being fixed like a broken window from the build process. We closed on our house just over two months ago and he still stops to check on how things are going and to talk to our family. Based on our experience with Jason we would recommend building with Ryan homes.

My wife and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago. Meghan was our sales rep, and she made the process very smooth. We had an idea of what we wanted, but she really went above and beyond to help us pick out selections, colors, and the different options available. She made the daunting task of those selections very simple and even provided great feedback of pros and cons of different options, which was extremely helpful as we went down a list of what seemed like hundreds of options. Once we started the build process, we started working regularly with Jason, who held weekly update calls with us, answered a bunch of questions, and walked us through every step. Jason was extremely responsive, even if we randomly texted late at night or on the weekend with random questions as we walked through our build after hours. He welcomed our independent inspectors, was extremely flexible with coordinating those meetings, and was very transparent with conflicts, as they always arise in construction. Even after closing, Jason still keeps in touch, stopping by or texting/calling to make sure everything is going well. The entire team has been amazing to work with. I have built a home previously with another builder, and was very nervous about re-living those nightmares, but Meghan and Jason knocked it out of the park with Ryan Homes and I wanted to make sure we shared our experience with others who may be thinking about building.

Meghan and the team at Ryan Homes (Bryant & Austin) are very professional, cordial and have great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
