Ryan Cartee sold us our home in West Port. Our daughter is building one right next-door and he sold hers to her to Mike is overseeing the building the home. Both have been amazing. We get updates every week from Ryan and one from Mike. I would definitely encourage checking them out. Ryan Homes has done everything they have said so far. Our house is not completed yet, but is going up very quickly. We love the way they keep us informed on the progress of the house and how quickly it is going up. And Mike is very honest with the updates if there’s any delays or difficulties. And when there have been, he has rectified them quickly.

On our walk through prior to moving in, we had a few minor issues with slider door, cabinets and floor tile, but that’s more on the contractors than on Ryan homes. Our Project Manager Josh stayed in touch with us and promptly returned our phone calls.He built our home as if he were building it for himself. We also can’t said enough good things about our sales consultant Ryan Cartee. We were out of state during the build of our new home. Ryan emailed us a weekly video with updates. He showed us what had been done and informed us what the next steps would be. It was a good home buying experience for us. We love our new Ryan villa home.

We closed the other day on our single family so I wanted to leave a review even though I typically never leave reviews. Our sales agent was Ryan Cartee and we were very pleased to have him. He kept us updated weekly and any issues that arose he was on top of it and made us aware. His communication with us was outstanding. Our project manager for the build was Tom Simms. The entire build he kept me updated on everything that was going on with the build. This was weekly as well!!!! He would answer his phone on weekends and after hours to answer my questions. He is a super guy with a great work ethic!!! Everything that needed fixed or addressed he did immediately!We need more Tom and Ryan’s in today’s workforce! Overall the build was very good and we are definitely excited to start moving in!
